Abstract

本发明涉及板材制造加工领域,具体涉及一种装饰面复合玻镁板材的层压复合加工工艺。现有玻镁板基材表面粗糙,不具备装饰效果,装饰面后贴覆方式面层和基层之间整体性差、复合牢固度低。本装饰面复合玻镁板材包括作为基材的玻镁板、通过层压复合加工工艺附着于所述玻镁板单面或者双面的装饰面层。本装饰面复合玻镁板材的层压复合加工工艺通过对玻镁板进行烘干、磨砂、复合叠层、压合等一系列步骤对玻镁板基材进行深度加工,将玻镁板制成复合有装饰面的一体板材,在保留了玻镁板原有优越物理特性的基础上,制成整体性好、层间复合牢固度高、直接应用于室内外装饰装修的装饰面复合玻镁板材。

Description

一种装饰面复合玻镁板材的层压复合加工工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及板材制造加工领域,具体涉及一种装饰面复合玻镁板材的层压复合加工工艺。
背景技术
玻镁板具有耐高温阻燃、吸声防震、防水防潮、防虫、轻质防腐、无色无味无污染、强度高、有韧性、可锯可钉可粘等优越的物理特性,各项符合国家要求的A级防火装修标准,是室内外装修的理想基材。
然而由于玻镁板基材表面粗糙,不具备装饰效果,因此只能作为墙面基础材料使用,整体上墙后再进行表面装饰面贴覆。在实际施工中,这种装饰面后贴覆方式装的面层和基层之间整体性差,普遍存在与基材复合牢固度低的缺陷,使用一段时间后,便会出现装饰面与基材分离,进而造成墙面起鼓、开裂等不理想状况,同时,相对于一体式成品装饰板材,装饰面后贴敷施工周期长、成本高,也不够节能环保。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题:通过对玻镁板进行烘干、磨砂、复合叠层、压合等一系列加工,将其制成复合有装饰面的一体板材,在保留了其原有优越物理特性的基础上,使其能够直接应用于室内外装饰装修,
本装饰面复合玻镁板结构上包括作为基材的玻镁板和通过层压复合加工工艺附着于所述玻镁板单面或者双面的装饰面层,
所述的层压复合加工工艺包括以下步骤,
S1-烘干:将所述玻镁板基材烘干去掉水分;
S2-砂磨:将经S1烘干的玻镁板基材单面或双面砂毛磨平并吸走粉尘;
S3-复合叠层:在经S2砂毛磨平的玻镁板表面覆上热固性树脂胶膜;然后在热固性树脂胶膜外侧覆上所述装饰面层;
S4-压合:在经S3复合叠层的玻镁板送入热压机中热压成型;
S5-修边、包装即得成本复合板材。
所述烘干、砂毛磨平步骤中所要达到的具体工艺效果及压合步骤中的具体工艺条件如下:
步骤S1中,玻镁板烘干至含水量小于等于8%;
步骤S2中,玻镁板砂毛磨平至厚度偏差±0.05mm以内;
步骤S4中,热压条件为温度120~180℃、压力1200~1800psi;热压时间为50~200min。
优选的,步骤S4中,热压条件为温度150℃、压力1450psi;热压时间为100min。
复合叠层步骤中所述的热固性树脂胶膜为膜基经至少一次树脂胶浸胶、烘干成膜制成,所述膜基为无纺布、表层纸、牛皮纸,以及其他可用于浸渍胶水的材料,所述树脂胶为酚醛树脂胶、改性胶或者脲醛树脂胶,所述热固性树脂胶膜树脂胶含胶量为40~80%。
优选的,所述热固性树脂胶膜为膜基经树脂膜一次浸胶、烘干、二次浸胶、烘干后制成,所述膜基为无纺布,所述树脂膜为酚醛树脂胶,所述热固性树脂胶膜树脂胶膜含胶量为60%。
复合叠层步骤中所述的装饰面层为热固性装饰面层或者金属装饰面层。
具体的,所述热固性装饰面层为装饰纸经至少一次树脂膜浸胶、烘干成膜制成,所述膜基为无纺布、表层纸或者牛皮纸,所述树脂胶为酚醛树脂胶、改性胶或者脲醛树脂胶。
优选的,所述热固性装饰面层为装饰纸经树脂膜一次浸胶、烘干、二次浸胶、烘干后制成,所述膜基为无纺布,所述树脂胶为酚醛树脂胶。
具体的,所述金属装饰面层包括铝箔、铝板,以及以及其他用于装饰的金属材料。
本发明一种装饰面复合玻镁板材的层压复合加工工艺,克服了现有玻镁板基材表面粗糙、不具备装饰效果的缺陷,和装饰面后贴覆施工方式面层和基层之间整体性差、复合牢固度低的不足,通过烘干、磨砂、复合叠层、压合等一系列步骤对玻镁板基材进行深度加工,将玻镁板制成复合有装饰面的一体板材,在保留了玻镁板原有优越物理特性的基础上,制成整体性好、层间复合牢固度高、直接应用于室内外装饰装修的装饰面复合玻镁板材。

实施例:如图1至3所示,本装饰面复合玻镁板材的层压复合加工工艺包括以下步骤,
S1-烘干:将所述玻镁板1基材烘干去掉水分;玻镁板烘干至含水量小于等于8%;
S2-砂磨:将经S1烘干的玻镁板1基材单面或双面砂毛磨平并吸走粉尘;玻镁板砂毛磨平至厚度偏差±0.05mm以内;
S3-复合叠层:在经S2砂毛磨平的玻镁板1表面覆上热固性树脂胶膜3;然后在热固性树脂胶膜3外侧覆上所述装饰面层2;所述热固性树脂胶膜3为膜基经树脂膜一次浸胶、烘干、二次浸胶、烘干后制成,所述膜基为无纺布,所述树脂膜为酚醛树脂胶,所述热固性树脂胶膜3树脂胶膜含胶量为60%;所述的装饰面层2为热固性装饰面层,所述热固性装饰面层为装饰纸经树脂膜一次浸胶、烘干、二次浸胶、烘干后制成,所述膜基为无纺布,所述树脂胶为酚醛树脂胶。
S4-压合:在经S3复合叠层的玻镁板1送入热压机中热压成型;热压条件为温度150℃、压力1450psi;热压时间为100min。
S5-修边、包装即得本装饰面复合玻镁板,其结构上包括作为基材的玻镁板1和通过上述层压复合加工工艺附着于所述玻镁板1单面或者双面的装饰面层2。所得装饰面复合玻镁板指标性能参数检测结果如下表:

由上性能检测表可知,本工艺制得的装饰面复合玻镁板其含水量、干缩率、湿胀率、握螺钉力、氯离子含量均达到JC668-2006建筑材料行业标准;防火性能达到JC668-2006建筑材料及制品燃烧性能分级标准,甲醛释放量达到GB18580-2001室内装饰材料E0级分级标准,且具备理想的抗折、抗冲击强度,贴面胶合强度显著超过JG414建筑用菱镁装饰板标准强度0.4Mpa,故本本装饰面复合玻镁板材的层压复合加工工艺所制得的装饰面复合玻镁板材,具备了在保留了玻镁板原有优越物理特性的基础上,整体性好、层间复合牢固度高的性能。
本发明一种装饰面复合玻镁板材的层压复合加工工艺,克服了现有玻镁板基材表面粗糙、不具备装饰效果的缺陷,和装饰面后贴覆施工方式面层和基层之间整体性差、复合牢固度低的不足,通过烘干、磨砂、复合叠层、压合等一系列步骤对玻镁板基材进行深度加工,将玻镁板制成复合有装饰面的一体板材,在保留了玻镁板原有优越物理特性的基础上,制成整体性好、层间复合牢固度高、直接应用于室内外装饰装修的装饰面复合玻镁板材。

S1-烘干:将所述玻镁板基材烘干去掉水分;
S2-砂磨:将经S1烘干的玻镁板基材单面或双面砂毛磨平并吸走粉尘;
S3-复合叠层:在经S2砂毛磨平的玻镁板表面覆上热固性树脂胶膜;然后在热固性树脂胶膜外侧覆上所述装饰面层;
S4-压合:在经S3复合叠层的玻镁板送入热压机中热压成型;
S5-修边、包装即得成本复合板材。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装饰面复合玻镁板材的层压复合加工工艺,其特征是:
步骤S1中,玻镁板烘干至含水量小于等于8%;
步骤S2中,玻镁板砂毛磨平至厚度偏差±0.05mm以内;
步骤S4中,热压条件为温度120~180℃、压力1200~1800psi;热压时间为50~200min。
3.根据权利要求2所述的装饰面复合玻镁板材的层压复合加工工艺,其特征是:步骤S4中,热压条件为温度150℃、压力1450psi;热压时间为100min。
