牵引手柄113-1和制动手柄113-2,分别设置在所述主台面112的左侧和右侧,所述牵引手柄113-1和所述制动手柄113-2的操作方向为正前正后方向;

具体的,如图1所示,所述主司机台11是轨道列车的主司机的工作平台,所述副司机台12是轨道列车的副司机的工作平台。
实施中,如图所示,所述牵引手柄113-1和所述制动手柄113-2相对于主司机座椅标记点所在的纵向方向对称设置,所述牵引手柄113-1和所述制动手柄113-2之间的横向距离与主司机座椅21相配合,使得坐在主司机座椅21的 主司机的胳膊能够在身体两侧前后运动,带动所述牵引手柄113-1和所述制动手柄113-2正前正后进行操作。
牵引手柄和制动手柄相对于主司机座椅标记点所在的纵向方向对称设置,即牵引手柄和制动手柄是对称设置的,坐在主司机座椅的主司机与牵引手柄和制动手柄之间的距离是大致相等的,便于主司机对牵引手柄和制动手柄进行操作。
本申请的司机台将人机关系和功能区域综合的技术构思,使用到司机台的设置中。具体如下:
对于人机关系而言,手和脚相对于座椅标记点(seat index point,简称SIP)的舒适区和伸展区。在水平平面,对于手来说,以司机座椅标记点为基准,SIP舒适区的外部界限22英寸,伸展区的外部界限33.5英寸。在垂直平面上,以司机座椅标记点为基准,SIP舒适区的外部界限是从3.94英寸以下到16.75英寸以上,而伸展区的外部界限是从9.84英寸以下到39.17英寸以上。
对于功能区域而言,根据功能区域的重要程度及使用频率,将功能区域按照重要程度及使用频率从高到低划分为一级功能区,二级功能区等等。
将人机关系和功能区域综合起来,将一级功能区设置在以司机座椅标记点为基准的舒适区或伸展区,将二级功能区设置在以司机座椅标记点为基准的伸展区,将其他功能区设置在伸展区之外的区域。
应用到本申请,牵引手柄和制动手柄属于一级功能区,位于以主司机座椅标记点为基准的舒适区或伸展区。
实施中,如图3和图4所示,所述牵引手柄113-1和所述制动手柄113-2分别设置在主台面主控制区;其中,所述主台面112的前缘具有凹陷,所述主台面112位于所述凹陷底部之后的位置为所述主台面主控制区;
所述主司机台112还包括主中开关面板112-1,所述主中开关面板112-1 安装在所述主台面主控制区,且位于所述列车牵引系统控制手柄和列车制动系统手柄之后的位置;
其中,所述主中开关面板112-1自左向右依次安装有撒砂控制开关,燃油泵控制开关,发电车磁场转换开关,发动机控制开关,雨刷器及侧镜控制开关,司机室加热控制开关,主控制台照明控制开关,司机室照明控制开关。
主台面的前缘具有凹陷,而不采用前缘平直的原因在于,使得主司机能够更加靠近主司机台上的各种功能元件;同时,主台面的前缘凹陷以外的部分,又为设置其他功能元件提供了安装位置。主中开关面板安装在所述主台面主控制区,且位于所述列车牵引系统控制手柄和列车制动系统手柄之后的位置,复合其按照重要程度和使用频率较高的功能元件,距离主司机越近,使用越方便的原则。主中开关面板中多个开关自左向右排列的方式,符合定制司机台业主的要求,也符合美国交通部(U.S.Department of Transportation,DOT)相关规定的安全标准。
实施中,主中开关面板属于一级功能区,位于以主司机座椅标记点为基准的伸展区。
这样,便于坐在主司机座椅上的主司机对主中开关面板进行操作。
实施中,如图3和图4所示,所述主司机台还包括安装柜14,所述安装柜14固定在所述主台面112之上;所述安装柜包括:
正面斜置区域141,与所述主台面主控制区倾斜连接且朝向主司机;
其中,在所述正面斜置区域141内,左侧有设置列车控制与诊断系统TMS控制开关面板,右侧有设置MU关闭开关面板,中部上方设置有速度表面板,中部下方设置有指示面板;所述指示面板自左向右设置有PCS指示灯,门关闭指示灯,门旁路测试开关;
所述正面斜置区域位于以主司机座椅标记点为基准的伸展区。
其中,TMS是Train management system的简称,中文名称为列车管理系统;PCS是Power control system的简称,中文名称为能量控制系统;MU是机车列车线的简写。
正面斜置区域内设置的指示元件,均是在需要进行密切关注的指示元件,如速度表面板,PCS指示灯,门关闭指示灯,设置在正面斜置区域,便于坐在主司机座椅上的主司机进行密切关注;而在正面斜置区域内设置的开关,则属于使用频率较低的开关,如列车控制与诊断系统TMS控制开关面板,MU关闭开关面板,门旁路测试开关,即使需要操作这些开关,主司机也不会感觉疲惫。
具体的,如图4所示,所述正面斜置区域141与所述主台面主控制区之间的夹角大于等于110度小于等于120度。
主台面是水平的,进而主台面主控制区是水平的,正面斜置区域与所述主台面主控制区之间的夹角使得主司机能够放松的看到正面斜置区域,提高主司机操作的舒适性。
实施中,如图3和图4所示,所述安装柜14还包括:
右侧斜置区域142,位于所述正面斜置区域141的右侧且向所述正面斜置区域141弯折,且所述右侧斜置区域142到主司机座椅21的距离小于所述正面斜置区域141到主司机座椅21的距离;
所述右侧斜置区域142自左向右设置有右开关面板142-1和右显示屏142-2,所述右开关面板142-1自上而下设置有受电弓升弓控制开关,内燃机远程启动控制开关,受电弓控制开关;
其中,所述右开关面板142-1和所述右显示屏142-2位于所述主中开关面板的右后方,所述右开关面板142-2位于以主司机座椅标记点为基准的伸展区。
右侧斜置区域和正面斜置区域不是采用并排排列的方式,而是采用右侧斜置区域向正面斜置区域弯折的方式排列,实现了右侧斜置区域是朝向主司机座 椅方向的,同时右侧斜置区域到主司机座椅的距离小于所述正面斜置区域到主司机座椅的距离,便于坐在主司机座椅上的主司机对右侧斜置区域进行查看和操作。
右侧斜置区域内设置的右显示屏,显示的是坐在主司机座椅上的主司机需要进行密切关注的内容;而在右侧斜置区域内设置的右开关面板,则属于重要,使用频率居中的开关,如受电弓升弓控制开关,内燃机远程启动控制开关,受电弓控制开关,即使需要操作这些开关,主司机也不会感觉疲惫。
实施中,如图4所示,所述主司机台还包括:
左开关面板151,安装在主台面左控制区,所述主台面左控制区是所述主台面中位于所述列车牵引系统控制手柄左前方的位置;
其中,所述左开关面板151朝向主司机,靠近主司机的第一排从左到右设置有外部照明选择开关,TMS复位开关,响铃消音开关,第二排从左到右设置有左风挡雨刮器,右风挡雨刮器,第一号角控制开关,第二号角控制开关;
所述左开关面板151位于以主司机座椅标记点为基准的舒适区或伸展区。
这样,左开关面板就是设置在主台面的左侧,主台面主控制区的右侧靠近主司机座椅的位置,左开关面板距离到主司机座椅的与牵引手柄到主司机座椅的距离相等,或大致相等。在左开关面板,则属于重要,使用频率较高的开关,如外部照明选择开关,TMS复位开关,响铃消音开关,第二排从左到右设置有左风挡雨刮器,右风挡雨刮器,第一号角控制开关,第二号角控制开关,即使需要操作这些开关,主司机也不会感觉疲惫。
实施中,如图4所示,所述主司机台还包括:
左侧斜置区域161,位于所述正面斜置区域141的左侧且向所述正面斜置区域141弯折,所述左侧斜置区域161到主司机座椅的距离小于所述正面斜置区域141到主司机座椅的距离;
所述左侧斜置区域161自右向左设置有左显示屏161-1,组合面板161-2和工程师控制面板161-3;其中,所述组合面板161-2的上半部分设置有无线电控制按钮,所述组合面板161-2的下半部分自左向右设置有左挡风玻璃清洗器控制开关,右挡风玻璃清洗器控制开关,乘务员左操作按钮,乘务员右操作按钮;
所述左侧斜置区域161位于以主司机座椅标记点为基准的舒适区或伸展区。

左侧斜置区域内设置的左显示屏,显示的是坐在主司机座椅上的主司机需要进行密切关注的内容;而在左侧斜置区域内设置的左开关面板,则属于使用频率较高的开关,如无线电控制按钮,左挡风玻璃清洗器控制开关,右挡风玻璃清洗器控制开关,乘务员左操作按钮,乘务员右操作按钮,即使需要操作这些开关,主司机也不会感觉疲惫。
实施中,如图2,图3和图4所示,述主支撑柜111是横截面为U形的主支撑柜111,所述主支撑柜111的槽口朝向主司机座椅;
所述主司机台还包括电话171,控制台钥匙扣172和主司机脚踏173;其中,所述电话171和控制台钥匙扣172分别侧挂在所述主支撑柜的左侧槽臂的端部和右侧槽臂的端部,所述主司机脚踏173设置在所述主支撑柜的槽口的处。
这样,主司机脚踏使得主司机的脚有放置的位置,电话和控制台钥匙扣侧挂在主支撑柜的左侧槽臂的端部和右侧槽臂的端部,便于主司机取用。
实施中,如图2所示,所述主司机台还包括竖向面板174,所述竖向面板174设置在所述主支撑柜的左侧槽臂的端部,且位于所述电话171之下;
其中,所述竖向面板174的左侧自上而下依次设置零速旁路控制开关,门旁路控制开关,节能控制开关;所述竖向面板的右侧自上而下依次设置三个插座;
所述主司机台还包括司机室蜂鸣器开关175,设置在所述安装柜朝向所述副司机台的一侧。
竖向面板的开关和司机室蜂鸣器开关是使用频率较低的元件,设置的位置也是主司机操作人员不易操作的位置,偶尔操作,也不会导致司机疲惫。将竖向面板和司机室蜂鸣器开关设置在这些位置,为其他使用频率高的元件预留出了安装位置。
实施中,如图2所示,所述主支撑柜的内槽底和右槽臂内侧各自开设有速度表检修门176-1,右端子排检修门176-2;所述主支撑柜左槽臂的端部开设有刮雨器水箱检修门176-3;
所述司机台还包括速度表控制模块,右端子排和刮雨器水箱;其中,所述速度表控制模块设置在所述速度表检修门之后,所述右端子排设置在所述右端子排检修门之后,所述刮雨器水箱设置在所述刮雨器水箱检修门之后。
主司机台具有三个检修门,便于进行检修,主司机台的可维护性较高。
关于副司机台,具有如下特点:
实施中,如图2,图3和图5所示,所述副司机台包括:
副支撑柜181;
副台面182,固定在所述副支撑柜181之上;
副司机台开关面板183,设置在所述副台面182的中间位置;
其中,所述副司机开关面板183自左向有设置有PTU port控制开关,副司机室照明控制开关,司机室加热控制开关,外部照明选择开关,电铃消音开关;
在所述副司机台位于所述副司机开关面板183之前的位置,自左向右设置有前视摄像头,两个吹风口。
副司机台设置简洁,设置了必须的副司机开关面板,通过副司机开关面板设置的开关,实现副司机的辅助功能,前视摄像头和两个吹风口为轨道列车提供相应的功能。其中,PTU port是司乘人员控制单元端口的简称。
实施中,如图2,图3和图5所示,所述副支撑柜181是横截面为U形的副支撑柜,所述副支撑柜181的槽口朝向副司机座椅;
所述主司机台还包括副司机脚踏184;所述副司机脚踏184设置在所述副支撑柜181的槽口处;
所述副支撑柜内槽底和左槽臂内侧各自开设有接地检修门185-1,左端子排检修门185-2;
所述司机台还包括接地装置和左端子排;其中,所述接地装置设置在所述接地检修门之后,所述左端子排设置在所述左端子排检修门之后。
副司机台具有两个检修门,便于进行检修,副司机台的可维护性较高。
具体的,主司机台是一个模块化的单元,副司机台也是一个模块化的单元。
具体的,司机台整体由外部罩板和内部框架组成。内部框架的材质为铝合金5083 H111和6063 T6 GB/T 3880,通过铆接结构来保证整体强度,并为电气设备和操作人提供承载。铝合金表面采用阳极氧化的表面处理方式。经过阳极氧化后,铝合金表面会有一层氧化层,起到与车身绝缘的作用。氧化层的化学成分为Al 2O 3,具有良好的绝缘性和耐腐蚀性。下面是氧化层。该屏蔽板采用GFRP(玻璃钢)制成,以满足控制台形状的复杂性。对玻璃钢表面进行喷涂处理。罩板和框架用螺栓连接在一起。安装在操作台上的各种面板和其他设备使用螺栓连接,整个内部框架通过螺栓连接固定在车体上焊接的支架上。
具体的,司机台用紧固件都是采用不锈钢A2-70材质,遵循ISO国际标准. 为确保司机台整体美感,紧固件表面采用氧化发黑的处理方式。
具体的,司机台的内部框架通过螺钉与车身框架和侧壁连接。
具体的,司机台安装在司机室内车身底板上,通过螺丝与16个钢制安装底座连接;用螺丝连接4个铝安装底座。
具体的,司机台框架与车体中间框架的两个钢制安装底座通过螺钉连接。
具体的,司机台框架与车体中间框架的五个钢制安装底座通过螺钉连接。
具体的,司机台安装在驾驶室车身底板上。由于连接司机台的地板部分采用铝地板铺设,其他位置采用钢地板。为保证焊接的可靠性,安装底座应与地板材料一致。所以有16个钢底座和4个铝底座。安装底座拧在一起。
安装司机台前,必须打开五扇拆卸的检修门,拆下脚盖板,才能安装固定螺栓。
具体的,主司机显示区域表面朝向操作者向下倾斜65度。面向操作者的控制面板涂有黑色粉末以减少眩光。司机面板的连接紧固件采用黑色阳极氧化处理,以匹配周围区域。司机台边缘是圆形的,牵引手柄和制动控制手柄都有保护层。按钮开关是凹陷的。所有的指示灯和控制器都被标识为永久性的雕刻,并用白漆填充标识标志,涂在平坦的环氧粉末涂料黑色面上。
具体的,本申请实施例中,存在大量的开关,根据要实现的功能进行选择,可以是两位置开关,三位置开关,四位置开关,按钮。

    其中,所述牵引手柄,所述制动手柄与主司机座椅相配合,使得坐在主司机座椅的主司机的胳膊能够在身体两侧前后运动,带动所述牵引手柄和所述制动手柄正前正后进行操作。

    右侧斜置区域,位于所述正面斜置区域的右侧且向所述正面斜置区域弯折,且所述右侧斜置区域到主司机座椅的距离小于所述正面斜置区域到主司机座椅的距离;
    所述右侧斜置区域自左向右设置有右开关面板和右显示屏,所述右开关面板自上而下设置有受电弓升弓控制开关,内燃机远程启动控制开关,受电弓控制开关;
    其中,所述右开关面板和所述右显示屏位于所述主中开关面板的右后方,所述右开关面板位于以主司机座椅标记点为基准的伸展区。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的司机台,其特征在于,所述主司机台还包括:
    左开关面板,安装在主台面左控制区,所述主台面左控制区是所述主台面中位于所述列车牵引系统控制手柄左前方的位置;
    其中,所述左开关面板朝向主司机,靠近主司机的第一排从左到右设置有外部照明选择开关,TMS复位开关,响铃消音开关,第二排从左到右设置有左风挡雨刮器,右风挡雨刮器,第一号角控制开关,第二号角控制开关;

    左侧斜置区域,位于所述正面斜置区域的左侧且向所述正面斜置区域弯折,所述左侧斜置区域到主司机座椅的距离小于所述正面斜置区域到主司机座椅的距离;
    所述左侧斜置区域自右向左设置有左显示屏,组合面板和工程师控制面板;其中,所述组合面板的上半部分设置有无线电控制按钮,所述组合面板的下半部分自左向右设置有左挡风玻璃清洗器控制开关,右挡风玻璃清洗器控制开关,乘务员左操作按钮,乘务员右操作按钮;
    所述左侧斜置区域位于以主司机座椅标记点为基准的舒适区或伸展区。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的司机台,其特征在于,所述主支撑柜是横截面为U形的主支撑柜,所述主支撑柜的槽口朝向主司机座椅;
    所述主司机台还包括电话,控制台钥匙扣和主司机脚踏;其中,所述电话和控制台钥匙扣分别侧挂在所述主支撑柜的左侧槽臂的端部和右侧槽臂的端部,所述主司机脚踏设置在所述主支撑柜的槽口的处。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的司机台,其特征在于,所述主司机台还包括竖向面板,所述竖向面板设置在所述主支撑柜的左侧槽臂的端部,且位于所述电话之下;
    其中,所述竖向面板的左侧自上而下依次设置零速旁路控制开关,门旁路控制开关,节能控制开关;所述竖向面板的右侧自上而下依次设置三个插座;
    所述主司机台还包括司机室蜂鸣器开关,设置在所述安装柜朝向所述副司机台的一侧。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的司机台,其特征在于,所述主支撑柜的内槽底和右槽臂内侧各自开设有速度表检修门,右端子排检修门;所述主支撑柜左槽臂的端部开设有刮雨器水箱检修门;
    所述司机台还包括速度表控制模块,右端子排和刮雨器水箱;其中,所述速度表控制模块设置在所述速度表检修门之后,所述右端子排设置在所述右端 子排检修门之后,所述刮雨器水箱设置在所述刮雨器水箱检修门之后。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的司机台,其特征在于,所述副司机台包括:
    副支撑柜;
    副台面,固定在所述副支撑柜之上;
    副司机台开关面板,设置在所述副台面的中间位置;
    其中,所述副司机开关面板自左向有设置有PTU port控制开关,副司机室照明控制开关,司机室加热控制开关,外部照明选择开关,电铃消音开关;
    在所述副司机台位于所述副司机开关面板之前的位置,自左向右设置有前视摄像头,两个吹风口。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的司机台,其特征在于,所述副支撑柜是横截面为U形的副支撑柜,所述副支撑柜的槽口朝向副司机座椅;
    所述主司机台还包括副司机脚踏;所述副司机脚踏设置在所述副支撑柜的槽口处;
    所述副支撑柜内槽底和左槽臂内侧各自开设有接地检修门,左端子排检修门;
    所述司机台还包括接地装置和左端子排;其中,所述接地装置设置在所述接地检修门之后,所述左端子排设置在所述左端子排检修门之后。
  15. 一种轨道列车,包括权利要求1至14任一所述的司机台。
