Abstract
Description
しかし、ポリヒドロキシアルカン酸それ自体は、一部のハロゲン系溶剤には溶解するものの、溶剤溶解性に乏しい。そのため、ポリヒドロキシアルカン酸それ自体をインキ、塗料、接着剤などに用いることは困難である。そこで、ポリヒドロキシアルカン酸の溶剤溶解性を改善するために、種々の手法によりポリヒドロキシアルカン酸の変性が試みられてきた。
[1] ポリヒドロキシアルカン酸と、下記条件(A-1)及び条件(A-2)の少なくともいずれか並びに下記条件(B)を満たす反応性原料とを、無溶媒下、かつ前記ポリヒドロキシアルカン酸の分解温度未満の反応温度で反応させる工程を含むことを特徴とする変性ポリエステル樹脂の製造方法。
条件(A-1):前記反応性原料がジオール及びジカルボン酸成分を含有する。
条件(A-2):前記反応性原料が前記ポリヒドロキシアルカン酸以外のポリエステル樹脂を含有する。
条件(B):前記反応性原料を構成する芳香族モノマーの前記反応性原料における割合が0モル%以上50モル%未満である。
[2] 前記反応性原料が、前記条件(A-1)及び前記条件(B)を満たす、[1]に記載の変性ポリエステル樹脂の製造方法。

[10] 前記ポリヒドロキシアルカン酸を構成するモノマーが、更に3-ヒドロキシヘキサン酸を含有する、[8]に記載の変性ポリエステル樹脂の製造方法。
本発明の変性ポリエステル樹脂の製造方法は、反応工程を少なくとも含み、更に必要に応じて、その他の工程を含む。
反応工程では、ポリヒドロキシアルカン酸と、反応性原料とを反応させる。
反応は、無溶媒下、かつポリヒドロキシアルカン酸の分解温度未満の反応温度で行われる。
反応を無溶媒下で行うことによって、精製工程である、反応生成物から有機溶媒を除去する工程を行う必要がなくなる。
また、反応をポリヒドロキシアルカン酸の分解温度未満の反応温度で行うことによって、ポリヒドロキシアルカン酸の熱分解を抑制することができる。そうすることで、副生成物の生成、反応性生成物である変性ポリエステル樹脂の低分子量化などを抑制することができる。このことは、分子量の制御が容易になることに繋がる。
ポリヒドロキシアルカン酸は、一種のモノマーからなる単独重合体(ホモポリマー)であってもよいし、二種以上のモノマーからなる共重合体(コポリマー)であってもよい。ポリヒドロキシアルカン酸が共重合体である場合、ランダム共重合体及びブロック共重合体のいずれであってもよい。
ポリヒドロキシアルカン酸を構成するモノマーが光学異性体の場合、モノマーはL体及びD体のいずれであってもよく、場合によってはポリマー中にD体とL体が混在していてもよいが(DL体)、機械的強度等の物性に優れる点から、D体又はL体のみからなることが好ましい。
ポリヒドロキシアルカン酸の熱分解の一例は、例えば、以下に示されるような疑似6員環構造を経由した熱分解である。
反応性原料は、下記条件(A-1)及び条件(A-2)の少なくともいずれか並びに下記条件(B)を満たす。
条件(A-1):反応性原料がジオール及びジカルボン酸成分を含有する。
条件(A-2):反応性原料がポリヒドロキシアルカン酸以外のポリエステル樹脂を含有する。
条件(B):反応性原料を構成する芳香族モノマーの反応性原料における割合が0モル%以上50モル%未満である。
ここで、条件(B)に関し、反応性原料がポリエステル樹脂を含有する場合、反応性原料を構成する芳香族モノマーには、ポリエステル樹脂を構成する芳香族モノマーが含まれる。
例えば、反応性原料がポリエステル樹脂のみからなり、当該ポリエステル樹脂が構成モノマーとして、非芳香族ジオールと非芳香族ジカルボン酸と芳香族カルボン酸とを、モル比(非芳香族ジオール:非芳香族ジカルボン酸:芳香族カルボン酸)で2:1:1で含有する場合、反応性原料を構成する芳香族モノマーの反応性原料における割合は25モル%である。
また、例えば、反応性原料が、非芳香族ジオール(A)、芳香族ジカルボン酸成分(B)、及びポリエステル樹脂(C)のみからなり、ポリエステル樹脂(C)が構成モノマーとして、非芳香族ジオールと非芳香族ジカルボン酸と芳香族カルボン酸とを、モル比(非芳香族ジオール:非芳香族ジカルボン酸:芳香族カルボン酸)で2:1:1で含有し、反応原料中の、ポリエステル樹脂(C)中の構成モノマーのモル数(MC)と、非芳香族ジオール(A)のモル数(MA)と、芳香族ジカルボン酸成分(B)のモル数(MB)とが、MC:MA:MB=2:1:1の場合、反応性原料を構成する芳香族モノマーの反応性原料における割合は、[(2×0.25+1)/(2+1+1)]=37.5%となる。
条件(A-1)は、反応性原料がジオール及びジカルボン酸成分を含有するという条件である。
条件(A-1)において反応性原料に含有されるジオールとしては、例えば、非芳香族ジオール、芳香族ジオールが挙げられる。
非芳香族ジオールの炭素数としては、例えば、炭素数1~15が挙げられる。
脂環族ジオールとしては、例えば、炭素数6~15の脂環族ジオールが挙げられる。脂環族ジオールとしては、例えば、1,3-ビス(2-ヒドロキシプロピル)シクロペンタン、1,3-ビス(2-ヒドロキシブチル)シクロペンタン、1,4-ビス(ヒドロキシメチル)シクロヘキサン、1,4-ビス(2-ヒドロキシプロピル)シクロヘキサン、1,4-ビス(2-ヒドロキシブチル)シクロヘキサンなどが挙げられる。
条件(A-1)において反応性原料に含有されるジカルボン酸成分としては、例えば、ジカルボン酸、その無水物、そのハロゲン化物、そのエステル化物が挙げられる。
ジカルボン酸としては、例えば、非芳香族ジカルボン酸、芳香族ジカルボン酸が挙げられる。
非芳香族ジカルボン酸の炭素数としては、例えば、炭素数3~15が挙げられる。
脂環族ジカルボン酸としては、例えば、炭素数8~15の脂環族ジカルボン酸が挙げられる。脂環族ジカルボン酸としては、例えば、1,3-シクロペンタンジカルボン酸、1,4-シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸などが挙げられる。
不飽和結合含有非芳香族ジカルボン酸としては、例えば、マレイン酸、フマル酸などが挙げられる。
芳香族ジカルボン酸としては、例えば、オルトフタル酸、テレフタル酸、イソフタル酸、1,4-ナフタレンジカルボン酸、2,5-ナフタレンジカルボン酸、2,6-ナフタレンジカルボン酸、ナフタル酸、ビフェニルジカルボン酸、1,2-ビス(フェノキシ)エタン-p,p’-ジカルボン酸などが挙げられる。
条件(A-2)は、反応性原料がポリヒドロキシアルカン酸以外のポリエステル樹脂を含有するという条件である。
ポリエステル樹脂としては、例えば、ジオールなどの多価アルコールとジカルボン酸成分などの多価カルボン酸成分との重縮合物である。
ポリエステル樹脂は、例えば、エステル結合以外に、ウレタン結合、ウレア結合などを有してもよい。
粘度は、以下の方法によって測定することができる。
〔粘度の測定方法〕
ポリエステル樹脂の粘度は、回転型レオメーターを用いて測定することができる。例えばAnton-Paar社製回転型レオメーター「MCR-102」により、測定温度は反応温度と同等とし、測定治具として直径25mmのパラレルプレート型治具を使用して、ギャップ1mm、剪断速度10s-1の条件で測定することができる。
ポリエステル樹脂の合成は、一般的なポリエステル樹脂の合成方法を用いて行うことができる。
条件(B)は、反応性原料を構成する芳香族モノマーの反応性原料における割合が0モル%以上50モル%未満であるという条件である。
ポリヒドロキシアルカン酸を変性すると、得られる変性ポリエステル樹脂の溶剤溶解性は高くなる。しかし、ポリヒドロキシアルカン酸を変性して、変性ポリエステル樹脂を製造する際に、変性に使用する反応性原料中に芳香族成分が多いと、得られる変性ポリエステル樹脂の溶剤溶解性の向上の程度は低下する。その点で、本発明の変性ポリエステル樹脂の製造方法においては、条件(B)を要する。
反応性原料が条件(A-1)を満たす場合、反応の際のポリヒドロキシアルカン酸(PHA)とジオール及びジカルボン酸成分の合計との質量割合〔PHA:(ジオール及びジカルボン酸成分の合計)〕としては、得られる変性ポリエステル樹脂の溶解溶剤性がより優れる点で、1:99~50:50が好ましく、3:97~40:60がより好ましく、5:95~20:80が特に好ましい。
反応性原料が条件(A-2)を満たす場合、反応の際のポリヒドロキシアルカン酸(PHA)とポリエステル樹脂(PE)との質量割合(PHA:PE)としては、両者の相溶性の点で10:90~90:10が好ましく、10:90~70:30がより好ましく、15:85~70:30が特に好ましい。
反応に用いられる触媒としては、例えば、酸触媒が挙げられる。酸触媒としては、例えば、モノブチル酸化錫、ジブチル酸化錫等の錫系触媒;チタニウムテトライソプロポキシド、チタニルアセチルアセトナート等のチタン系触媒;テトラ-ブチル-ジルコネート等のジルコニア系触媒などが挙げられる。エステル交換反応及びエステル化反応の活性を高くできる点で、チタン系触媒を用いることが好ましい。
また、反応温度は、ポリヒドロキシアルカン酸の熱分解をより抑制する点から、ポリヒドロキシアルカン酸の分解温度(Td)よりも15℃低い温度(Td-15℃)以下であることが好ましく、ポリヒドロキシアルカン酸の分解温度(Td)よりも20℃低い温度(Td-20℃)以下であることがより好ましい。
また、反応温度は、反応の進行が遅くなることを防ぐ点で、ポリヒドロキシアルカン酸の分解温度(Td)よりも50℃低い温度(Td-50℃)以上であることが好ましく、ポリヒドロキシアルカン酸の分解温度(Td)よりも40℃低い温度(Td-40℃)以上であることがより好ましい。
(i):ポリヒドロキシアルカン酸とジオールとジカルボン酸とを反応容器に仕込み、反応を行う方法
(ii):ポリヒドロキシアルカン酸とジオールとを反応容器に仕込み、それらを反応させた後に、更に反応容器にジカルボン酸成分を添加して、更に反応を行う方法
(iii):ポリエステル樹脂とポリヒドロキシアルカン酸とを反応させる方法。
(ii)においては、エステル交換反応、及びエステル化反応として、以下の<1>~<5>が生じると考えられる。
(iii)においては、エステル交換反応、及びエステル化反応として、以下の<5>が生じると考えられる。
得られた変性ポリエステル樹脂は、2000~50000g/molの範囲内の重量平均分子量(Mw)が好ましい。
得られた変性ポリエステル樹脂のMw/Mn比は1~6が好ましく、2~4がより好ましい。
なお、以下において「部」は「質量部」を意味する。
実施例及び比較例において合成物の残留モノマーの有無は、水素炎イオン化型検出器を搭載したガスクロマトグラム(GC)分析装置を用い、下記の条件で測定した結果から決定した。
測定装置:Agilent社製「6850Series」
カラム:Agilent社製「Agilent DB-1及びDB-WAX」
キャリアガス:ヘリウム
流速:1mL/min
注入温度:300℃
検出温度:300℃
昇温:50℃から325℃(25℃/min)
実施例及び比較例において合成物の熱分解率は非特許文献(Eur. Polym. J., 90, (2017), 92-104)記載の方法に基づき、核磁気共鳴(NMR)を用い、下記の条件で測定した結果から決定した。

測定装置:JEOL RESONANCE製「JNM-ECM400S」
磁場強度:400MHz
積算回数:16回
溶媒:重水素化クロロホルム(CDCl3)
試料濃度:2mg/0.5ml
〔評価基準〕
A:熱分解率が5%未満
B:熱分解率が5%以上10%未満
C:熱分解率が10%以上
実施例及び比較例において合成物の分子量はゲルパーミエーションクロマトグラフ(GPC)を用い、下記の条件により測定した値である。
測定装置: システムコントローラー Waters 600 Controller
送液ポンプ Waters Model Code 60F
RI(示差屈折計)検出器 Waters 2414
オートサンプラー Waters 717plus Autosampler
データ処理:Waters Empower3
測定条件
測定条件:カラム温度 40℃

Shodex GPC LF-804 4本
試料:樹脂固形分換算で0.4質量%のクロロホルム溶液をマイクロフィルターでろ過したもの(100μl)
実施例及び比較例において合成物の酸価はJIS-K0070に記載の酸価測定法により測定した値である。
実施例及び比較例において合成物の水酸価はJIS-K1157に記載のフタル化法による水酸基価測定法により測定した値である。
実施例及び比較例において合成物の溶剤溶解性は、合成物の10質量%溶液を調整し、室温(25℃)及び70℃に加温した際の外観から評価した。
評価基準:
A:室温で溶解
B:室温では不溶だが70℃に加温で溶解
C:室温でも70℃加温でも不溶
実施例および比較例においてポリエステル樹脂の粘度はAnton-Paar社製回転型レオメーター「MCR-102」を用いて、測定温度は反応温度と同等とし、測定治具として直径25mmのパラレルプレート型治具を使用して、ギャップ1mm、剪断速度10s-1の条件で測定した値である。
攪拌機、窒素ガス導入管、精留管、及び水分分離器等を備えたバッチ式ポリエステル反応容器に、ポリ(3-ヒドロキシブチレート-co-3-ヒドロキシバレレート)100部、3-メチル-1,5-ペンタンジオール274部、及びチタニルアセチルアセトナート0.074部を仕込み、窒素気流下で内温を145℃に保持した。GPCにて分子量が変化しなくなったことを確認したところでセバシン酸367部を投入し、さらに窒素気流下で内温を145℃に保持した。酸価が2mgKOH/g以下になったところで反応を終了し、ポリエステルポリオール(PHA変性ポリエステル)を得た。
GC測定の結果、残留モノマーは確認されなかった。
NMR法による熱分解率の評価結果はAであった。
溶剤溶解性の評価結果はAであった。
原料として、ポリ(3-ヒドロキシブチレート)、3-メチル-1,5-ペンタンジオール、セバシン酸及びチタニルアセチルアセトナートを表1の配合で使用した以外は、実施例1と同様に行い、ポリエステルポリオールを得た。
GC測定の結果、残留モノマーは確認されなかった。
NMR法による熱分解率の評価結果はAであった。
溶剤溶解性の評価結果はAであった。
原料として、ポリ(3-ヒドロキシブチレート-co-3-ヒドロキシヘキサノエート)、1,6-ヘキサンジオール、アジピン酸及びチタニルアセチルアセトナートを表1の配合で使用した以外は、実施例1と同様に行い、ポリエステルポリオールを得た。
GC測定の結果、残留モノマーは確認されなかった。
NMR法による熱分解率の評価結果はAであった。
溶剤溶解性の評価結果はAであった。
原料として、ポリ(3-ヒドロキシブチレート-co-3-ヒドロキシヘキサノエート)、2-メチル-1,3-プロパンジオール、1,4-ベンゼンジメタノール、セバシン酸及びチタニウムテトライソプロポキシドを表1の配合で使用した以外は、実施例1と同様に行い、ポリエステルポリオールを得た。
GC測定の結果、残留モノマーは確認されなかった。
NMR法による熱分解率の評価結果はAであった。
溶剤溶解性の評価結果はAであった。

GC測定の結果、残留モノマーは確認されなかった。
NMR法による熱分解率の評価結果はAであった。
溶剤溶解性の評価結果はAであった。
実施例4と同様に行ったのち、反応容器内を高減圧状態にして反応を継続し、副生する水、及び、グリコールを継続的に除去し、ポリエステルポリオールを得た。
溶剤溶解性の評価結果は表2に示すとおりであった。
保持温度を180℃にした以外は、実施例1と同様に行い、ポリエステルポリオールを得た。
NMR法による熱分解率の評価結果はCであった。
原料として、ポリ(3-ヒドロキシブチレート-co-3-ヒドロキシヘキサノエート)、2-メチル-1,3-プロパンジオール、1,4-ベンゼンジメタノール、セバシン酸及びチタニウムテトライソプロポキシドを表1の配合で使用した以外は、実施例1と同様に行い、ポリエステルポリオールを得た。
溶剤溶解性の評価結果はCであった。
なお、実施例1~6、及び比較例1~2の反応は、以下の方法(ii)に該当する。
(ii):ポリヒドロキシアルカン酸とジオールとを反応容器に仕込み、それらを反応させた後に、更に反応容器にジカルボン酸成分を添加して、更に反応を行う方法
PHBV:ポリ(3-ヒドロキシブチレート-co-3-ヒドロキシバレレート)、分解温度180℃、商品名:ENMAT Y1000、TianAn Biopolymer社製
P3HB:ポリ(3-ヒドロキシブチレート)、分解温度175℃、Aldrich社製
PHBH:ポリ(3-ヒドロキシブチレート-co-3-ヒドロキシヘキサノエート)、分解温度170℃、商品名:カネカ生分解性ポリマーPHBH、カネカ社製
3MPD:3-メチル-1,5-ペンタンジオール
16HG:1,6-ヘキサンジオール
2MPD:2-メチル-1,3-プロパンジオール
BzDM:1,4-ベンゼンジメタノール
DEG:ジエチレングリコール
Ti(acac):チタニルアセチルアセトナート
TIPT:チタニウムテトライソプロポキシド
DOT:ジオクチルすず
MEK:メチルエチルケトン
PGMEA:プロピレングリコールモノメチルエーテルアセテート
攪拌機、窒素ガス導入管、精留管、及び水分分離器等を備えたバッチ式ポリエステル反応容器に、ポリ(3-ヒドロキシブチレート-co-3-ヒドロキシヘキサノエート)100部、3-メチル-1,5-ペンタンジオール206部、セバシン酸294部及びチタニウムテトライソプロポキシド0.700部を仕込み、窒素気流下で内温を145℃に保持した。酸価が2mgKOH/g以下になったところで反応を終了し、ポリエステルポリオールを得た。
GC測定の結果、残留モノマーは確認されなかった。
NMR法による熱分解率の評価結果はAであった。
溶剤溶解性の評価結果はAであった。
原料として、ポリ(3-ヒドロキシブチレート-co-3-ヒドロキシヘキサノエート)、2-メチル-1,3-プロパンジオール、1,4-ベンゼンジメタノール、セバシン酸及びチタニウムテトライソプロポキシドを表3の配合で使用した以外は、実施例7と同様に行い、ポリエステルポリオールを得た。
GC測定の結果、残留モノマーは確認されなかった。
NMR法による熱分解率の評価結果はAであった。
溶剤溶解性の評価結果はAであった。
実施例8と同様に行ったのち、反応容器内を高減圧状態にして反応を継続し、副生する水、及び、グリコールを継続的に除去し、ポリエステルポリオールを得た。
溶剤溶解性の評価結果は表4に示すとおりであった。
原料として、ポリ(3-ヒドロキシブチレート-co-3-ヒドロキシヘキサノエート)、1,4-ベンゼンジメタノール、セバシン酸及びチタニウムテトライソプロポキシドを表3の配合で使用した以外は、実施例7と同様に行い、ポリエステルポリオールを得た。
溶剤溶解性の評価結果はCであった。
保持温度を180℃にした以外は、実施例8と同様に行い、ポリエステルポリオールを得た。
NMR法による熱分解率の評価結果はCであった。
なお、実施例7~9、及び比較例3~4の反応は、以下の方法(i)に該当する。
(i):ポリヒドロキシアルカン酸とジオールとジカルボン酸とを反応容器に仕込み、反応を行う方法
攪拌機、窒素ガス導入管、精留管、及び水分分離器等を備えたバッチ式ポリエステル反応容器に、ジエチレングリコール100部、セバシン酸163部、及びチタニウムテトライソプロポキシド0.088部を仕込み、窒素気流下で内温を220℃に保持し、合計9時間脱水縮合させてポリエステル樹脂(PE1)を得た。
135℃におけるポリエステル樹脂(PE1)の粘度は、0.167Pa・sであった。
粘度は、以下の方法によって測定した。実施例11~16及び比較例5~7も同様である。
〔粘度の測定方法〕
ポリエステル樹脂の粘度は、回転型レオメーターを用いて測定した。
具体的には、Anton-Paar社製回転型レオメーター「MCR-102」により、測定温度は反応温度と同等とし、測定治具として直径25mmのパラレルプレート型治具を使用して、ギャップ1mm、剪断速度10s-1の条件で測定した。
GC測定の結果、残留モノマーは確認されなかった。
NMR法による熱分解率の評価結果はAであった。
溶剤溶解性の評価結果はAであった。
ジオール、ジカルボン酸及び触媒を表5の種類及び配合量にした以外は、実施例10と同様にして、ポリエステル樹脂(PE2)を得た。
145℃におけるポリエステル樹脂(PE2)の粘度は、0.008Pa・sであった。
GC測定の結果、残留モノマーは確認されなかった。
NMR法による熱分解率の評価結果はAであった。
溶剤溶解性の評価結果はBであった。
ジオール、ジカルボン酸及び触媒を表5の種類及び配合量にした以外は、実施例10と同様にして、ポリエステル樹脂(PE3)を得た。
145℃におけるポリエステル樹脂(PE3)の粘度は、0.008Pa・sであった。
GC測定の結果、残留モノマーは確認されなかった。
NMR法による熱分解率の評価結果はAであった。
溶剤溶解性の評価結果は表7に示すとおりであった。
145℃における粘度が0.208Pa・sのポリ(1,6-ヘキサンジオールアジペート)をポリエステル樹脂(PE4)として用いた。
攪拌機、窒素ガス導入管、精留管、及び水分分離器等を備えたバッチ式ポリエステル反応容器に、ポリ(3-ヒドロキシブチレート-co-3-ヒドロキシヘキサノエート)100部、ポリ(1,6-ヘキサンジオールアジペート)68部及びチタニウムテトライソプロポキシド0.205部を仕込み、窒素気流下で内温を145℃に保持した。GPCにて分子量が変化しなくなったところで反応を終了し、ポリエステルポリオールを得た。
GC測定の結果、残留モノマーは確認されなかった。
NMR法による熱分解率の評価結果はAであった。
溶剤溶解性の評価結果は表7に示すとおりであった。
ジオール、ジカルボン酸及び触媒を表5の種類及び配合量にした以外は、実施例10と同様にして、ポリエステル樹脂(PE5)を得た。
145℃におけるポリエステル樹脂(PE5)の粘度は、0.9Pa・sであった。
GC測定の結果、残留モノマーは確認されなかった。
NMR法による熱分解率の評価結果はAであった。
溶剤溶解性の評価結果はBであった。
145℃における粘度が4.5Pa・sのポリ(1,6-ヘキサンジオールアジペート)をポリエステル樹脂(PE6)として用いた。
PHA、ポリエステル樹脂、及び触媒の種類及び配合量、並びに反応温度を表6のとおりにした以外は、実施例13と同様にして、ポリエステルポリオールを得た。
NMR法による熱分解率の評価結果はAであった。
溶剤溶解性の評価結果はBであった。
実施例15と同様に行ったのち、反応容器内を高減圧状態にして反応を継続し、副生する水、及び、グリコールを継続的に除去し、ポリエステルポリオールを得た。
溶剤溶解性の評価結果は表7に示す通りであった。
ジオール、ジカルボン酸及び触媒を表5の種類及び配合量にした以外は、実施例10と同様にして、ポリエステル樹脂(PE7)を得た。
145℃におけるポリエステル樹脂(PE7)の粘度は、0.9Pa・sであった。
溶剤溶解性の評価結果はCであった。
ジオール、ジカルボン酸及び触媒を表5の種類及び配合量にした以外は、実施例10と同様にして、ポリエステル樹脂(PE8)を得た。
145℃におけるポリエステル樹脂(PE8)の粘度は、14.9Pa・sであった。
GC測定の結果、残留モノマーは確認されなかった。
溶剤溶解性の評価結果はCであった。
180℃における粘度が0.061Pa・sのポリ(1,6-ヘキサンジオールアジペート)をポリエステル樹脂(PE9)として用いた。
PHA、ポリエステル樹脂、及び触媒の種類及び配合量、並びに反応温度を表6のとおりにした以外は、実施例13と同様にして、ポリエステルポリオールを得た。
NMR法による熱分解率の評価結果はCであった。
なお、実施例10~16、及び比較例5~7の反応は、以下の方法(iii)に該当する。
(iii):ポリエステル樹脂とポリヒドロキシアルカン酸とを反応させる方法
Claims (10)
- ポリヒドロキシアルカン酸と、下記条件(A-1)及び条件(A-2)の少なくともいずれか並びに下記条件(B)を満たす反応性原料とを、無溶媒下、かつ前記ポリヒドロキシアルカン酸の分解温度未満の反応温度で反応させる工程を含むことを特徴とする変性ポリエステル樹脂の製造方法。
条件(A-1):前記反応性原料がジオール及びジカルボン酸成分を含有する。
条件(A-2):前記反応性原料が前記ポリヒドロキシアルカン酸以外のポリエステル樹脂を含有する。
条件(B):前記反応性原料を構成する芳香族モノマーの前記反応性原料における割合が0モル%以上50モル%未満である。 - 前記反応性原料が、前記条件(A-1)及び前記条件(B)を満たす、請求項1に記載の変性ポリエステル樹脂の製造方法。
- 前記反応性原料が、前記条件(A-2)及び前記条件(B)を満たす、請求項1に記載の変性ポリエステル樹脂の製造方法。
- 前記反応温度における前記ポリエステル樹脂の粘度が、4Pa・s以下である、請求項3に記載の変性ポリエステル樹脂の製造方法。
- 前記反応温度が、100℃以上かつ前記ポリヒドロキシアルカン酸の分解温度未満である、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の変性ポリエステル樹脂の製造方法。
- 前記反応温度が、前記ポリヒドロキシアルカン酸の分解温度よりも15℃低い温度以下である、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の変性ポリエステル樹脂の製造方法。
- 前記ポリヒドロキシアルカン酸を構成するモノマーが、3-ヒドロキシブタン酸を含有する、請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の変性ポリエステル樹脂の製造方法。
- 前記ポリヒドロキシアルカン酸を構成するモノマーが、更に3-ヒドロキシ吉草酸及び3-ヒドロキシヘキサン酸の少なくともいずれかを含有する、請求項8に記載の変性ポリエステル樹脂の製造方法。
- 前記ポリヒドロキシアルカン酸を構成するモノマーが、更に3-ヒドロキシヘキサン酸を含有する、請求項8に記載の変性ポリエステル樹脂の製造方法。
