Claims (13)
- 直流電力をn相の交流電力に変換する電力変換装置であって、
第1の電圧と、前記第1の電圧よりも低い第2の電圧とが印加され、変調率に基づいてn相の出力電圧を出力し、
nは、交流出力の相数であって、3以上の奇数であり、
第1の変調率以下である低変調率において、前記出力電圧は正弦波出力となり、
前記第1の変調率よりも大きい第2の変調率において、前記出力電圧は最大電圧に固定される相と最小電圧に固定される相とが、電気角π/nごとに切り替わる、電力変換装置。 - 前記変調率の増加に伴い、前記出力電圧が前記正弦波出力となる第1状態から、前記出力電圧が最大電圧に固定される相と最小電圧に固定される相が、電気角π/nごとに切り替わる第2状態へと連続的に変化する、請求項1に記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記最大電圧は、前記第1の電圧と実質的に一致する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記最小電圧は、前記第2の電圧と実質的に一致する請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の電力変換装置。
- 各相の前記出力電圧の波形は、正弦波波形に対して共通のオフセット波を差し引いた波形であり、
前記オフセット波の波形は、前記正弦波波形の最大波形および最小波形を振幅値方向に移動して接続し、係数を乗算したものに合致し、
前記最大波形は、全ての相の前記正弦波波形のうち最大の波形を示し、
前記最小波形は、全ての相の前記正弦波波形のうち最小の波形を示す、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の電力変換装置。 - 前記出力電圧の中央の電位を基準としたとき、前記最大電圧をDmax、前記最小電圧を-Dmax、前記正弦波波形の振幅をAとした場合、前記振幅値方向への移動量は、前記最大波形が-Asin{(n-1)π/(2n)}であり、前記最小波形がAsin{(n-1)π/(2n)}である、請求項5に記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記係数は、(A-Dmax)/[A-Asin{(n-1)π/(2n)}]である、請求項5または請求項6に記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記変調率が前記第2の変調率を超える場合、前記係数は1である、請求項5から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記変調率が前記第2の変調率を超える場合、前記変調率の増加に応じて、前記最大電圧に固定される時間と前記最小電圧に固定される時間とのうち少なくとも一方が増加する、請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の電力変換装置。
- 直流電力をn相の交流電力に変換する電力変換装置であって、
変調率に基づいてn相の出力電圧を出力し、
nは、交流出力の相数であって、3以上の奇数であり、
各相の前記出力電圧の波形は、正弦波波形に対して共通のオフセット波を差し引いた波形であり、
前記オフセット波の波形は、前記正弦波波形の最大波形および最小波形を振幅値方向に移動して接続し、係数を乗算したものに合致し、
前記最大波形は、全ての相の前記正弦波波形のうち最大の波形を示し、
前記最小波形は、全ての相の前記正弦波波形のうち最小の波形を示す、電力変換装置。 - 前記出力電圧の中央の電位を基準としたとき、最大電圧をDmax、最小電圧を-Dmax、前記正弦波波形の振幅をAとした場合、前記振幅値方向への移動量は、前記最大波形が-Asin{(n-1)π/(2n)}であり、前記最小波形がAsin{(n-1)π/(2n)}である、請求項10に記載の電力変換装置。
- 前記係数は、(A-Dmax)/[A-Asin{(n-1)π/(2n)}]である、請求項10または請求項11に記載の電力変換装置。
- 請求項1から請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の電力変換装置と、
前記電力変換装置の出力が入力されるモータとを備える、モータモジュール。
