Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る電子機器100の概略構成を示す図である。図1に示す電子機器100は、例えば電気自動車やハイブリッド自動車等の車両に搭載され、車両駆動用のモータに接続されて当該モータの駆動制御に用いられるものである。電子機器100は、制御回路基板10、駆動回路基板20、電力変換回路30、高圧コネクタ40、接続配線50および60、金属筐体70を備える。
次に、本発明の第2の実施形態に係る電子機器について説明する。本実施形態では、ノイズ源から放射される電磁ノイズを抑制するための電子機器の構造について説明する。
なお、以上説明した第1、第2の各実施形態において、配線基板53,63をそれぞれ図5に示すような構造としてもよい。
Claims (6)
- 制御回路が実装された制御回路基板と、
前記制御回路基板と接続される接続配線と、
前記制御回路基板および前記接続配線を収納する金属筐体と、を備え、
前記接続配線は、信号配線層と、前記信号配線層の一端側に設けられて前記信号配線層と前記制御回路基板とを電気的に接続する第1コネクタと、前記信号配線層の他端側に設けられる第2コネクタと、前記信号配線層との間に所定の間隔を空けて配置されるグラウンド配線層と、を有し、
前記グラウンド配線層は、前記第2コネクタを介して前記金属筐体と電気的に接続されるとともに、前記信号配線層と前記制御回路基板とが前記第1コネクタを介して電気的に接続された状態において前記制御回路基板と電気的に接続されないように構成されている電子機器。 - 請求項1に記載の電子機器であって、
前記制御回路の制御に応じて電気的に駆動されることで電磁ノイズを放射するノイズ放射回路を備え、
前記グラウンド配線層は、前記ノイズ放射回路と前記信号配線層との間に配置される電子機器。 - 請求項1に記載の電子機器であって、
前記グラウンド配線層は、前記信号配線層を間に挟んで互いに対向して配置される第1グラウンド配線層および第2グラウンド配線層を含む電子機器。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の電子機器であって、
前記第2コネクタは、前記金属筐体の外部に配置される外部装置と前記信号配線層とを電気的に接続する外部コネクタである電子機器。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の電子機器であって、
直流電力を交流電力に変換するための電力変換回路と、
前記制御回路の制御に応じて前記電力変換回路を駆動するための駆動回路が実装された駆動回路基板と、を備え、
前記第2コネクタは、前記駆動回路基板と前記信号配線層とを電気的に接続する電子機器。 - 請求項5に記載の電子機器であって、
前記電力変換回路で発生するノイズを抑制するためのフィルタ用コンデンサを備え、
前記金属筐体は、前記第2コネクタを介して前記グラウンド配線層と接続される第1接続点と、前記フィルタ用コンデンサと接続される第2接続点と、を有し、
前記第1接続点は、前記第2接続点の近傍に配置される電子機器。
