面对食品、药品等领域庞大的包装需求,食品包装机产业保持着惊人的发展速度,开启了智能化和自动化的发展道路。如何降低成本,提高产品产能、产品质量和食品安全性等问题给食品包装机产业提出了新的挑战。
油豆腐是豆腐的炸制食品。目前,油豆腐生产量大,采用手工灌装以及封装工作量大,速度慢,半自动设备也需要人工接料后置于封口设备处密封,费时费力,工作效率低,同时易出现油豆腐外洒、包装不紧实、外包装沾染油污等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决目前油豆腐灌装工作效率低、油豆腐外洒、包装不紧实,油污易沾染外包装和工人工作环境的技术问题。
为实现以上发明目的,本发明提供一种大型双工位油豆腐灌装机,包括机架,所述机架内部安装有驱动组合,机架上安装有转盘机构、下吸袋组合、取袋组合、第一开夹总成、开袋组合、撑袋联动组合、第二开夹总成、送料压袋组合、导袋片组合、袋检测组合、不抽真空热封机构、不抽真空出料输送带、接袋手臂组合、真空转动组合和抽真空出料输送带;其中,所述转盘机构、下吸袋组合、取袋组合、第一开夹总成、开袋组合、撑袋联动组合、第二开夹总成、送料压袋组合、接袋手臂组合和真空转动组合的部分构件均延伸至所述机架的内部,由所述驱动组合统一驱动作周期往复运动;所述下吸袋组合适于吸取包装袋,所述取袋组合适于将包装袋取至所述转盘机构的机夹处,所述第一开夹总 成适于启动所述机夹来夹持包装袋,并由转盘机构转运包装袋,所述开袋组合和撑袋联动组合适于协同打开并撑住包装袋,所述送料压袋组合适于将油豆腐灌装到包装袋中,并将油豆腐吹压在包装袋里,所述导袋片组合适于对包装袋进行限位;在不抽真空模式下,当所述袋检测组合检测到包装袋时,启动所述不抽真空热封机构对包装袋进行热封,于不抽真空出料输送带上方,转盘机构松开包装袋出料;在抽真空模式下,所述接袋手臂组合将未热封的包装袋接送至所述真空转动组合运输、抽真空并热封,于抽真空出料输送带上方,转盘机构松开包装袋出料。
进一步地,所述驱动组合包括总驱动减速电机、横向主轴、纵向主轴和圆锥齿轮组;所述横向主轴与总驱动减速电机连接,并通过所述圆锥齿轮组向纵向主轴传递动力。
进一步地,所述转盘机构包括中心转盘机构、转盘驱动组件、凸轮盘高度调整机构和摆动臂机夹组合;所述中心转盘机构包括主轴座、中心转盘轴、中心转轴、中心转轴齿轮、涨紧套、转盘法兰、转盘、第一支撑轴承组、第二支撑轴承组、凸轮盘、轮盘座、升降环抱块和中心转盘轴长键;所述主轴座安装在所述机架上,所述中心转盘轴通过所述第一支撑轴承组安装在所述主轴座上,并与主轴座相对转动;所述中心转轴通过所述第二支撑轴承组安装在所述中心转盘轴上,并与中心转盘轴相对转动;所述中心转轴的底端通过所述涨紧套安装有所述中心转轴齿轮,顶端通过所述转盘法兰安装有所述转盘;所述凸轮盘安装在所述轮盘座上,轮盘座套在中心转盘轴和中心转盘轴长键上以传递转矩共同转动;所述升降环抱块安装在所述轮盘座的孔槽内,并与所述凸轮盘高度调整机构连接进行高度定位;所述轮盘驱动组件包括凸轮分割器、驱动齿轮、输入齿轮和输出齿轮;所述凸轮分割器固定在所述机架上,将旋转运动转换为 六等分间歇运动,所述输入齿轮安装在所述凸轮分割器的运动输入端,所述输出齿轮安装在所述凸轮分割器的运动输出端,与所述中心转轴齿轮啮合;所述驱动齿轮安装在所述纵向主轴上,与所述输入齿轮啮合,随纵向主轴转动;所述凸轮盘高度调整机构包括手轮机构安装架、凸轮盘升降固定轴承座组、手轮、丝杆、线轨滑块组合、丝杆螺母座、螺母座连杆、凸轮盘升降摆臂连杆、凸轮盘升降摆臂、凸轮盘升降杆、凸轮盘升降摆动框、转盘支撑销、摆动固定座和摆动框转轴;所述手轮机构安装架和凸轮盘升降固定轴承座组固定在机架上,所述线轨滑块组合和丝杆安装在所述手轮机构安装架上,所述摆动固定座固定在所述主轴座上;所述丝杆上安装有所述丝杠螺母座并与所述线轨滑块组合连接,起导向作用,所述丝杆最外侧装有所述手轮,用于手动调节;所述丝杆螺母座依次与螺母座连杆、凸轮盘升降摆臂连杆、凸轮盘升降摆臂、凸轮盘升降杆及凸轮盘升降摆动框连接以传递力矩;所述凸轮盘升降摆动框通过所述摆动框转轴安装在所述摆动固定座上,并绕摆动框转轴旋转,所述中间装有转盘支撑销插入所述升降环抱块中;所述摇动手轮及丝杆螺母座在丝杆上移动,推动螺母座连杆,进而推动凸轮盘升降摆臂连杆和凸轮盘升降摆臂,带动凸轮盘升降杆和凸轮盘升降摆动框,使凸轮盘升降摆动框绕摆动框转轴旋转,使转盘支撑销带动轮盘座和凸轮盘升降,调整摆动臂机夹组合的机夹初始角度;所述摆动臂机夹组合共有6组,每组包括第一摆臂安装座、第二摆臂安装座、左机夹转轴、右机夹转轴、第一摆臂连杆、凸轮盘滚子、凸轮盘摆臂、第二摆臂连杆、机夹滚子、扭簧摆臂、左机夹、机夹联轴、右机夹摆臂和右机夹;所述第一摆臂安装座、第二摆臂安装座、左机夹转轴、右机夹转轴固定在转盘上;第一摆臂连杆和第二摆臂连杆分别连接在第一摆臂安装座和第二摆臂安装座上,中间通过凸轮盘摆臂连接;凸轮盘摆臂一端装有凸轮盘滚子,与凸轮盘顶触;第二 摆臂连杆一端装有机夹滚子,与安装在左机夹转轴上的扭簧摆臂顶触;扭簧摆臂通过机夹联轴与右机夹摆臂连接,扭簧摆臂和右机夹摆臂上分别安装有左机夹和右机夹。
进一步地,所述左机夹包括机夹外壳、推压端盖、机夹撑开导套、机夹内销轴、机夹弹簧、固定轴套、夹块连杆、夹块和挡销;所述推压端盖、机夹内销轴、机夹弹簧、固定轴套、夹块连杆安装于机夹外壳内部,夹撑开导套与推压端盖和机夹内销轴依次固定连接,机夹弹簧套在机夹内销轴外面,挤压在推压端盖和固定轴套之间,机夹内销轴通过夹块连杆与夹块连接,同时夹块与机夹外壳外部通过销轴连接在一起;在机夹弹簧的作用下,左机夹为常夹状态,所述第一开夹总成和第二开夹总成通过推动机夹撑开导套,经过推压端盖、机夹内销轴、夹块连杆推动夹块夹紧和释放包装袋。
进一步地,所述下吸袋组合包括关节支撑板、吸袋升降摆臂、吸袋凸轮滚子、吸袋凸轮、导柱固定轴座、吸袋滑动导套、吸袋滑动导柱、吸袋关节连接板、吸袋联块、吸袋轴承连杆、吸袋升降轴、吸袋轴座、真空吸盘组和包装袋料架;所述包装袋料架和吸袋轴座安装在机架的桌面上方,所述导柱固定轴座和关节支撑板安装在机架的桌面下方,所述吸袋凸轮安装在所述纵向主轴上,所述吸袋升降摆臂一端安装在关节支撑板上固定摆臂中心,依次与吸袋轴承连杆、吸袋关节连接板、吸袋联块、吸袋升降轴、真空吸盘组连接,吸袋凸轮滚子安装在吸袋升降摆臂上,与吸袋凸轮保持接触;吸袋联块一侧安装有吸袋滑动导套套在安装于导柱固定轴座的吸袋滑动导柱上,吸袋轴座套在吸袋升降轴上,两者起导向作用。

进一步地,所述第一开夹总成包括第一开夹凸轮、第一开夹凸轮滚子、第一开夹固定轴承座组、第一开夹凸轮摆臂、第一开夹摆臂连杆、第一开夹轴座、第一开夹轴座内轴、第一开夹摆轴、第一开夹推板和第一开夹挡板;所述第一开夹固定轴承座组和第一开夹轴座安装在所述机架上;所述第一开夹凸轮安装在所述纵向主轴上,第一开夹凸轮摆臂安装在第一开夹固定轴承座组上固定摆臂中心,其一端装有第一开夹凸轮滚子与第一开夹凸轮保持接触,另一端依次与第一开夹摆臂连杆、第一开夹摆轴连接;第一开夹摆轴穿过第一开夹轴座,连接在第一开夹轴座内轴上,适于绕第一开夹轴座内轴的轴心在第一开夹轴座内部范围内旋转摆动,第一开夹摆轴顶部装有第一开夹推板和第一开夹挡板。
进一步地,所述开袋组合包括开袋安装机架、开袋凸轮、吹气管、开袋左吸盘、开袋右吸盘、开袋凸轮滚子、开袋固定轴承座组、开袋凸轮摆臂、开袋摆臂连杆、开袋右摆臂、开袋右摆臂转轴、开袋左右摆臂连杆、开袋左摆臂转轴和开袋左摆臂;所述开袋安装机架固定在机架上,顶部装有吹气管,开袋固定轴承座组、开袋右摆臂转轴、开袋左摆臂转轴均安装在开袋安装机架上;开袋凸轮安装在所述纵向主轴上,开袋凸轮摆臂安装在开袋固定轴承座组上固定 摆臂中心,其一端装有开袋凸轮滚子与开袋凸轮保持接触,另一端依次与开袋摆臂连杆、开袋右摆臂、开袋左右摆臂连杆、开袋左摆臂连接;开袋右摆臂、开袋左摆臂分别安装在开袋右摆臂转轴和开袋左摆臂转轴上固定摆臂转轴,末端分别安装有开袋左吸盘和开袋右吸盘。
进一步地,所述撑袋联动组合包括升降固定轴承座组、摆动固定轴承座组、扶撑架、升降凸轮、升降凸轮滚子、升降凸轮摆臂、升降滚子、中心轴、摆动凸轮、摆动凸轮摆臂、摆动凸轮滚子、摆动连杆、摆动套环、中心轴长键、中心轴顶端安装架和撑袋机构;所述升降固定轴承座组、摆动固定轴承座组、扶撑架固定在机架上,升降凸轮和摆动凸轮安装在所述纵向主轴上,随纵向主轴旋转;升降凸轮摆臂安装在升降固定轴承座组上固定摆轴,其一端装有升降凸轮滚子与升降凸轮保持接触,另一端装有升降滚子顶靠着中心轴;摆动凸轮摆臂一端安装在摆动固定轴承座组上固定摆轴,另一端与摆动连杆连接,摆动凸轮滚子安装在摆动凸轮摆臂上与摆动凸轮保持接触,摆动连杆与摆动套环相连,摆动套环套在中心轴和中心轴长键上;中心轴顶端装有中心轴顶端安装架和撑袋机构。
进一步地,所述送料压袋组合包括下料凸轮、下料凸轮滚子、下料升降轴、下料联块、下料滑动导套、下料滑动导柱、下料导柱轴座、下料轴座、下料漏斗、下料升降板、压料块连板和压料吹气块;所述下料导柱轴座和下料轴座安装在机架上;下料凸轮安装在所述纵向主轴上,随纵向主轴旋转,与安装在下料升降轴上的下料凸轮滚子保持接触;下料升降轴上方装有下料升降板,其上安装有下料漏斗和压料吹气块;下料联块一侧安装有下料滑动导套套在安装于下料导柱轴座的下料滑动导柱上,下料轴座套在下料升降轴上,两者起导向作用。
进一步地,所述不抽真空热封机构包括热封安装支架、直线轴承座、导向柱、推压气缸、热封压板、压簧立柱、压簧、热封片压板、封膜硅胶垫、热封片、热封片底板和导向板金;所述直线轴承座、推压气缸、热封片底板固定在所述热封安装支架上;所述推压气缸前端装有热封压板,热封压板与导向柱固定,与压簧立柱套接,导向柱安装在直线轴承座中,压簧立柱套有压簧,前端装有热封片压板;热封片压板前面贴有封膜硅胶垫,热封片底板里侧装有热封片,端部装有导向钣金。
进一步地,所述不抽真空出料输送带包括第一减速电机、第一支架型材、第一输送带固定板、第一输送皮带、第一主动头端盖组、第一从动头端盖组、第一出料导向钣金、第一电机安装板、第一主动滚轴、第一滚轴轴承、第一从动滚筒和第一皮带垫板;所述第一输送带固定板将一对第一支架型材固定在机架上形成输送带支架,第一支架型材主动端通过第一电机安装板装有第一减速电机,端部安装有第一主动头端盖组,主动头端盖内部装有第一滚轴轴承用于安装第一主动滚轴,第一主动滚轴与第一减速电机连接;第一支架型材从动端装有第一从动头端盖组,用于安装第一从动滚筒;第一支架型材内侧装有第一皮带垫板,用于支撑第一输送皮带;第一输送皮带包紧第一主动滚轴、第一从动滚筒和第一皮带垫板形成输送带;第一出料导向钣金安装在第一支架型材上方,形成出料通道。
进一步地,所述接袋手臂组合包括中心摆臂凸轮连杆机构、中心摆臂拉力轴、中心摆臂、取袋摆臂凸轮连杆机构、取袋摆臂拉力轴、取袋摆臂和夹袋机构;所述中心摆臂与摆动环固定连接,中心摆臂凸轮连杆机构和取袋摆臂凸轮连杆机构由所述横向主轴驱动;中心摆臂凸轮连杆机构推动中心摆臂拉力轴旋转,推动中心摆臂旋转,使取袋摆臂对准取袋方位,取袋摆臂凸轮连杆机构推 动取袋摆臂拉力轴旋转,拉动取袋摆臂带动夹袋机构前摆,夹袋机构夹住包装袋,取袋摆臂拉力轴摆回,将包装袋取至真空室,夹袋机构松开包装袋,中心摆臂拉力轴带动中心摆臂摆回,防止阻碍真空室随转盘架旋转。

进一步地,所述动夹板机构包括开夹滚轮、开夹摆臂、右开夹转轴、左右开夹转轴联杆、左开夹转轴、左动夹和右动夹;所述开夹导环机构顶动开夹滚轮,推动开夹摆臂,在左右开夹转轴联杆作用下,使左开夹转轴和右开夹转轴分别带动左动夹和右动夹同时向相反方向转动完成包装袋开夹动作。
进一步地,所述抽真空出料输送带包括第二减速电机、第二支架型材、第二输送带固定板、第二输送皮带、第二主动头端盖组、第二从动头端盖组、第二出料导向钣金、第二电机安装板、第二主动滚轴、第二滚轴轴承、第二从动滚筒和第二皮带垫板;所述第二输送带固定板将一对第二支架型材固定在机架上形成输送带支架,第二支架型材主动端通过第二电机安装板装有第二减速电机,端部安装有第二主动头端盖组,主动头端盖内部装有第二滚轴轴承用于安 装第二主动滚轴,第二主动滚轴与第二减速电机连接形成驱动;第二支架型材从动端装有第二从动头端盖组,用于安装第二从动滚筒;第二支架型材内侧装有第二皮带垫板,用于支撑第二输送皮带;第二输送皮带包紧第二主动滚轴、第二从动滚筒和第二皮带垫板形成输送带;第二出料导向钣金安装在第二支架型材上方,形成出料通道。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作优选说明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明大型双工位油豆腐灌装机的一个实施例,包括机架1,驱动组合2安装在机架1内部,转盘机构3、下吸袋组合4、取袋组合5、第一开夹总成6、开袋组合7、撑袋联动组合8、第二开夹总成9、送料压袋组合10、导袋片组合11、袋检测组合12、不抽真空热封机构13、不抽真空出料输送带14、接袋手臂组合15、真空转动组合16、抽真空出料输送带17均安装在机架1上,转盘机构3、下吸袋组合4、取袋组合5、第一开夹总成6、开袋组合7、撑袋联动组合8、第二开夹总成9、送料压袋组合10、接袋手臂组合15、真空转动组合16的部分构件均延伸至机架1内部,由驱动组合2统一驱动作周期往复运动。下吸袋组合4吸取包装袋,取袋组合5将包装袋取至转盘机构3的机夹处,第一开夹总成6启动机夹来夹持包装袋,由转盘机构3转运包 装袋,开袋组合7和撑袋联动组合8协同打开并撑住包装袋,送料压袋组合10将油豆腐灌装到包装袋中,并将油豆腐吹压在包装袋里,导袋片组合11对包装袋进行限位,在不抽真空模式下,当袋检测组合12检测到包装袋时,启动不抽真空热封机构13对包装袋进行热封,于不抽真空出料输送带14上方,转盘机构3松开包装袋出料;在抽真空模式下,接袋手臂组合15将未热封的包装袋接送至真空转动组合16运输、抽真空并热封,于抽真空出料输送带17上方,转盘机构3松开包装袋出料。
如图3所示,驱动组合2主要包括:总驱动减速电机21、横向主轴22、纵向主轴23、圆锥齿轮组24。横向主轴22与总驱动减速电机21连接,并通过圆锥齿轮组24向纵向主轴23传递动力。
如图4所示,转盘机构3包括中心转盘机构31、转盘驱动组件32、凸轮盘高度调整机构33、摆动臂机夹组合34。
如图5和图6所示,中心转盘机构31主要包括:主轴座31-1、中心转盘轴31-2、中心转轴31-3、中心转轴齿轮31-4、涨紧套31-5、转盘法兰31-6、转盘31-7、第一支撑轴承组31-8、第二支撑轴承组31-9、凸轮盘31-10、轮盘座31-11、升降环抱块31-12、中心转盘轴长键31-13。主轴座31-1安装在机架1上,中心转盘轴31-2通过第一支撑轴承组31-8安装在主轴座31-1上,可与主轴座31-1相对转动;中心转轴31-3通过第二支撑轴承组31-9安装在中心转盘轴31-2上,可与中心转盘轴31-2相对转动。中心转轴31-3的底端通过涨紧套31-5安装有中心转轴齿轮31-4,顶端通过转盘法兰31-6安装有转盘31-7。凸轮盘31-10安装在轮盘座31-11上,轮盘座31-11套在中心转盘轴31-2和中心转盘轴长键31-13上,可传递转矩,共同转动。升降环抱块31-12安装在轮盘座31-11的孔槽内,并与凸轮盘高度调整机构33连接进行高度定位。
工作时,中心转轴齿轮31-4、中心转轴31-3、转盘31-7在转盘驱动组件32的作用下间歇旋转,带动摆动臂机夹组合34携包装袋移至各工位。凸轮分割器32-1将旋转运动转换为六等分间歇运动,间歇时间可根据实际需要进行调整,以使各工位协调统一。凸轮盘31-10、轮盘座31-11、中心转盘轴31-2在凸轮盘31-10与摆动臂机夹组合34之间作用力的作用下来回摆动,以调整包装袋在开袋、撑袋、封装过程中的开口大小。
如图7所示,轮盘驱动组件32主要包括:凸轮分割器32-1、驱动齿轮32-2、输入齿轮32-3、输出齿轮32-4。凸轮分割器32-1固定在机架1上,将旋转运动转换为六等分间歇运动,输入齿轮32-3安装在凸轮分割器32-1的运动输入端,输出齿轮32-4安装在凸轮分割器32-1的运动输出端,与中心转轴齿轮31-4啮合。驱动齿轮32-2安装在纵向主轴23上,与输入齿轮32-3啮合,随纵向主轴23转动。
如图8所示,凸轮盘高度调整机构33主要包括:手轮机构安装架33-1、凸轮盘升降固定轴承座组33-2、手轮33-3、丝杆33-4、线轨滑块组合33-5、丝杆螺母座33-6、螺母座连杆33-7、凸轮盘升降摆臂连杆33-8、凸轮盘升降摆臂33-9、凸轮盘升降杆33-10、凸轮盘升降摆动框33-11、转盘支撑销33-12、摆动固定座33-13、摆动框转轴33-14。手轮机构安装架33-1和凸轮盘升降固定轴承座组33-2固定在机架1上,线轨滑块组合33-5和丝杆33-4安装在手轮机构安装架33-1上,摆动固定座33-13固定在主轴座31-1上。丝杆33-4上安装有丝杠螺母座33-6并与线轨滑块组合33-5连接,起导向作用,丝杆33-4最外侧装有手轮33-3,用于手动调节。丝杆螺母座33-6依次与螺母座连杆33-7、凸轮盘升降摆臂连杆33-8、凸轮盘升降摆臂33-9、凸轮盘升降杆33-10、凸轮盘升降摆动框33-11连接以传递力矩。凸轮盘升降摆动框33-11通过摆动框转轴33-14安装在摆动固定 座33-13上,可绕摆动框转轴33-14旋转,中间装有转盘支撑销33-12插入升降环抱块31-12中。摇动手轮33-3,丝杆螺母座33-6在丝杆33-4上移动,推动螺母座连杆33-7,进而推动凸轮盘升降摆臂连杆33-8和凸轮盘升降摆臂33-9,带动凸轮盘升降杆33-10和凸轮盘升降摆动框33-11,使凸轮盘升降摆动框33-11绕摆动框转轴33-14旋转,使转盘支撑销33-12带动轮盘座31-11和凸轮盘31-10升降,调整摆动臂机夹组合34的机夹初始角度。
如图9所示,摆动臂机夹组合34共有6组,每组主要包括:第一摆臂安装座34-1、第二摆臂安装座34-2、左机夹转轴34-3、右机夹转轴34-4、第一摆臂连杆34-5、凸轮盘滚子34-6、凸轮盘摆臂34-7、第二摆臂连杆34-8、机夹滚子34-9、扭簧摆臂34-10、左机夹34-11、机夹联轴34-12、右机夹摆臂34-13、右机夹34-14。第一摆臂安装座34-1、第二摆臂安装座34-2、左机夹转轴34-3、右机夹转轴34-4固定在转盘31-7上。第一摆臂连杆34-5和第二摆臂连杆34-8分别连接在第一摆臂安装座34-1和第二摆臂安装座34-2上,中间通过凸轮盘摆臂34-7连接。凸轮盘摆臂34-7一端装有凸轮盘滚子34-6,与凸轮盘31-10顶触。第二摆臂连杆34-8一端装有机夹滚子34-9,与安装在左机夹转轴34-3上的扭簧摆臂34-10顶触。扭簧摆臂34-10通过机夹联轴34-12与右机夹摆臂34-13连接,扭簧摆臂34-10和右机夹摆臂34-13上分别安装有左机夹34-11和右机夹34-14。
工作时,摆动臂机夹组合34在转盘31-7的带动下,间歇运往其他模块工位处,凸轮盘滚子34-6在与凸轮盘31-10高度变化的接触中带动凸轮盘摆臂34-7上下变化,机夹滚子34-9推动扭簧摆臂34-10,使扭簧摆臂34-10和右机夹摆臂34-13分别绕左机夹转轴34-3和右机夹转轴34-4向相反方向转动,改变左右机夹之间的角度,以适应包装袋在各工位的开口大小和封装姿态需求。
如图10所示,左机夹34-11主要包括:机夹外壳34111、推压端盖34112、 机夹撑开导套34113、机夹内销轴34114、机夹弹簧34115、固定轴套34116、夹块连杆34117、夹块34118、挡销34119。推压端盖34112、机夹内销轴34114、机夹弹簧34115、固定轴套34116、夹块连杆34117安装于机夹外壳34111内部,夹撑开导套34113与推压端盖34112和机夹内销轴34114依次固定连接,机夹弹簧34115套在机夹内销轴34114外面,挤压在推压端盖34112和固定轴套34116之间,机夹内销轴34114通过夹块连杆34117与夹块34118连接,同时夹块34118与机夹外壳34111外部通过销轴连接在一起。在机夹弹簧34115的作用下,左机夹34-11为常夹状态,第一开夹总成6和第二开夹总成9通过推动机夹撑开导套34113,经过推压端盖34112、机夹内销轴34114、夹块连杆34117推动夹块34118夹紧和释放包装袋。右机夹34-14的结构和原理同左机夹34-11。
如图11所示,下吸袋组合4主要包括:关节支撑板41、吸袋升降摆臂42、吸袋凸轮滚子43、吸袋凸轮44、导柱固定轴座45、吸袋滑动导套46、吸袋滑动导柱47、吸袋关节连接板48、吸袋联块49、吸袋轴承连杆410、吸袋升降轴411、吸袋轴座412、真空吸盘组413、包装袋料架414。包装袋料架414、吸袋轴座412安装在机架1桌面上方,导柱固定轴座45、关节支撑板41安装在机架桌面下方,吸袋凸轮44安装在纵向主轴23上,吸袋升降摆臂42一端安装在关节支撑板41上固定摆臂中心,依次与吸袋轴承连杆410、吸袋关节连接板48、吸袋联块49、吸袋升降轴411、真空吸盘组413连接,吸袋凸轮滚子43安装在吸袋升降摆臂42上,与吸袋凸轮44保持接触。吸袋联块49一侧安装有吸袋滑动导套46套在安装于导柱固定轴座45的吸袋滑动导柱47上,吸袋轴座412套在吸袋升降轴411上,两者起导向作用。
工作时,吸袋凸轮44随纵向主轴23转动,推动吸袋凸轮滚子43和吸袋升降摆臂42上下摆动,经吸袋轴承连杆410,带动吸袋升降轴411和真空吸盘组 413升降,吸取包装袋料架414上的包装袋。
如图12和图13所示,取袋组合5主要包括:固定轴承座组51、取袋凸轮摆臂52、取袋凸轮滚子53、取袋凸轮54、取袋轴承连杆55、空心立柱56、取袋转轴57、下摆摆臂58、下摆摆臂连杆59、取袋手臂组合510、吊柱轴承连杆511、手臂吊柱512、下摆驱动臂513、转轴安装轴承座514。固定轴承座组51和空心立柱56固定在机架1上,取袋凸轮54安装在纵向主轴23上,取袋凸轮滚子53安装在取袋凸轮摆臂52上并与取袋凸轮54保持接触。取袋凸轮摆臂52一端安装在固定轴承座组51上固定摆臂中心,一端依次与取袋轴承连杆55、下摆驱动臂513、取袋转轴57、下摆摆臂58、下摆摆臂连杆59、取袋手臂组合510连接。取袋转轴57通过安装在空心立柱56上的一对转轴安装轴承座514固定旋转轴心,并与下摆驱动臂513和下摆摆臂58固定连接。手臂吊柱512固定在空心立柱56上,并通过吊柱轴承连杆511连接取袋手臂组合510。
工作时,取袋凸轮54随纵向主轴23转动,于升程中推动取袋凸轮滚子53和取袋凸轮摆臂52上摆,经取袋轴承连杆55,推动下摆驱动臂513和取袋转轴57转动,进而带动下摆摆臂58和下摆摆臂连杆59旋转,使取袋手臂组合510绕手臂吊柱512向下摆动,取袋手臂组合510开合,夹取下吸袋组合4吸取的包装袋,然后于取袋凸轮54回程中,取袋手臂组合510摆回,供转盘机构3抓取。
如图14所示,取袋手臂组合510主要包括:取袋手臂框510-1、开夹气缸510-2、取袋关节轴承510-3、开合夹转轴510-4、手臂开合夹510-5。
工作时,开夹气缸510-2伸展,通过取袋关节轴承510-3推动手臂开合夹510-5绕开合夹转轴510-4转动,取袋手臂组合510张开。开夹气缸510-2收缩,拉回手臂开合夹510-5,取袋手臂组合510夹紧。
如图15所示,第一开夹总成6主要包括:第一开夹凸轮61、第一开夹凸轮滚子62、第一开夹固定轴承座组63、第一开夹凸轮摆臂64、第一开夹摆臂连杆65、第一开夹轴座66、第一开夹轴座内轴67、第一开夹摆轴68、第一开夹推板69、第一开夹挡板610。第一开夹固定轴承座组63和第一开夹轴座66安装在机架1上。第一开夹凸轮61安装在纵向主轴23上,第一开夹凸轮摆臂64安装在第一开夹固定轴承座组63上固定摆臂中心,其一端装有第一开夹凸轮滚子62与第一开夹凸轮61保持接触,另一端依次与第一开夹摆臂连杆65、第一开夹摆轴68连接。第一开夹摆轴68穿过第一开夹轴座66,连接在第一开夹轴座内轴67上,可绕第一开夹轴座内轴67的轴心在第一开夹轴座66内部范围内旋转摆动,第一开夹摆轴68顶部装有第一开夹推板69和第一开夹挡板610。
工作时,第一开夹凸轮61绕纵向主轴23转动,于降程中拉动第一开夹凸轮滚子62和第一开夹凸轮摆臂64一侧下摆,杠杆原理使第一开夹凸轮摆臂64另一侧上摆,推动第一开夹摆臂连杆65,进一步推动第一开夹摆轴68绕第一开夹轴座内轴67转动,使第一开夹推板69和第一开夹挡板610前移,第一开夹推板69推动左机夹34-11撑开导套34113,打开左、右机夹,夹取取袋组合5取来的包装袋,第一开夹挡板610起包装袋定位作用。

工作时,开袋凸轮72随纵向主轴23转动,于升程中推动开袋凸轮滚子76和开袋凸轮摆臂78一侧上摆,杠杆原理使开袋凸轮摆臂78另一侧下降,拉动开袋摆臂连杆79,进一步拉动开袋右摆臂710绕开袋右摆臂转轴711转动,同时开袋右摆臂710通过开袋左右摆臂连杆712顶动开袋左摆臂714绕开袋左摆臂转轴713转动,使开袋左吸盘74和开袋右吸盘75向中间的包装袋夹紧吸气,之后于开袋凸轮72回程,开袋左吸盘74和开袋右吸盘75向两边分离,打开包装袋,吹气管73吹气,将包装袋内部撑开,左右吸盘释放,包装袋运往下一工位。

工作时,于升降凸轮84升程中,升降凸轮摆臂86安装升降凸轮滚子85的一端上升,安装升降滚子87的一端下降,中心轴88受重力连带其上其他构件下降,然后步入摆动凸轮89升程,摆动凸轮摆臂810推动摆动连杆812顶动摆动套环813,使中心轴88带动撑袋凸轮环816-1转动,撑袋凸轮环816-1推动凸轮环滚子816-2,使凸轮环摆臂816-3绕凸轮环摆臂转轴816-4旋转,推动撑袋连杆816-5,进而推动撑袋拉臂816-6,使其顶动点下降,左撑袋摆臂816-10和右撑袋摆臂816-11在摆臂拉簧816-15的拉动下,左撑袋摆臂816-10绕左撑袋摆臂转轴816-8顺时针旋转,右撑袋摆臂816-11绕右撑袋摆臂转轴816-9逆时针旋转,左撑袋拨片816-12和右撑袋拨片816-13向两侧分离,配合开袋组合7撑住包装袋。
如图20所示,第二开夹总成9主要包括:第二开夹凸轮91、第二开夹凸轮滚子92、第二开夹固定轴承座组93、第二开夹凸轮摆臂94、第二开夹摆臂连杆95、第二开夹轴座96、第二开夹轴座内轴97、第二开夹摆轴98、第二开夹推板99、第二开夹挡板910。第二开夹凸轮91安装在横向主轴22上,随横向主轴 22旋转,工作原理同第一开夹总成6,用于释放包装袋。
如图21所示,送料压袋组合10主要包括:下料凸轮101、下料凸轮滚子102、下料升降轴103、下料联块104、下料滑动导套105、下料滑动导柱106、下料导柱轴座107、下料轴座108、下料漏斗109、下料升降板1010、压料块连板1011、压料吹气块1012。下料导柱轴座107和下料轴座108安装在机架1上。下料凸轮101安装在纵向主轴23上,随纵向主轴23旋转,与安装在下料升降轴103上的下料凸轮滚子102保持接触。下料升降轴103上方装有下料升降板1010,其上安装有下料漏斗109和压料吹气块1012。下料联块104一侧安装有下料滑动导套105套在安装于下料导柱轴座107的下料滑动导柱106上,下料轴座108套在下料升降轴103上,两者起导向作用。
工作时,于下料凸轮101降程中,下料升降轴103带动下料漏斗109和压料吹气块1012下降略微深入包装袋,下料漏斗109将油豆腐灌装到转盘机构3灌料工位的包装袋中,压料吹气块1012对压装工位灌装好的油豆腐进行吹压,使物料充分进入包装袋中。灌装好后,在下料凸轮101升程中,下料料斗109和压料吹气块1012升高退回。
如图22所示,袋检测组合11主要包括:待检测安装支架111、弧形导向座112、接近开关安装钣金113、接近开关114。弧形导向座112起包装袋导向作用。当接近开关114检测到该工位有物料时,启动不抽真空热封机构13。在抽真空包装模式下,该模块不启动。
如图23所示,导袋片组合12包括:导袋片立柱121、导袋片122。起包装袋导向作用。导袋片组合12用于对开袋、灌装、吹压几处工位的包装袋进行导向,防止包装袋摇晃,并保持利于各工位设备工作的姿态。
如图24所示,不抽真空热封机构13包括热封安装支架131、直线轴承座 132、导向柱133、推压气缸134、热封压板135、压簧立柱136、压簧137、热封片压板138、封膜硅胶垫139、热封片1310、热封片底板1311、导向板金1312。直线轴承座132、推压气缸135、热封片底板1311固定在热封安装支架131上。推压气缸135前端装有热封压板135,热封压板135与导向柱133固定,与压簧立柱136套接,导向柱133安装在直线轴承座132中,压簧立柱136套有压簧137,前端装有热封片压板138。热封片压板138前面贴有封膜硅胶垫139,热封片底板1311里侧装有热封片,端部装有导向钣金1312。
工作时,推压气缸134伸展,推动热封压板135,在压簧137的作用下进而推动热封片压板138,将包装袋包装袋口压在热封片1310上,热封片1310通电加热将包装袋密封。推压气缸134退回,释放包装袋,转盘机构3将包装袋运往下一工位。压簧137有缓冲吸振的作用,封膜硅胶垫139防止损坏包装袋。抽真空包装下,该模块不启动。
如图25和图26所示,不抽真空出料输送带14包括第一减速电机141、第一支架型材142、第一输送带固定板143、第一输送皮带144、第一主动头端盖组145、第一从动头端盖组146、第一出料导向钣金147、第一电机安装板148、第一主动滚轴149、第一滚轴轴承1410、第一从动滚筒1411、第一皮带垫板1412。第一输送带固定板143将一对第一支架型材142固定在机架1上形成输送带支架,第一支架型材142主动端通过第一电机安装板148装有第一减速电机141,端部安装有第一主动头端盖组145,主动头端盖内部装有第一滚轴轴承1410用于安装第一主动滚轴149,第一主动滚轴149与第一减速电机141连接形成驱动。第一支架型材142从动端装有第一从动头端盖组146,用于安装第一从动滚筒1411。第一支架型材142内侧装有第一皮带垫板1412,用于支撑第一输送皮带144。第一输送皮带144包紧第一主动滚轴149、第一从动滚筒1411和第一皮带 垫板1412形成输送带。第一出料导向钣金147安装在第一支架型材142上方,形成出料通道。
工作时,第一减速电机141驱动第一主动滚轴149转动,通过皮带张紧力产生的摩擦力驱动第一输送皮带144沿第一主动滚轴149、第一皮带垫板1412、第一从动滚筒1411运动,使包装好的油豆腐沿第一出料导向钣金147和第一输送皮带144的传输方向出料。
如图27所示,接袋手臂组合15包括中心摆臂凸轮连杆机构151、中心摆臂拉力轴152、中心摆臂153、取袋摆臂凸轮连杆机构154、取袋摆臂拉力轴155、取袋摆臂156、夹袋机构157。中心摆臂153与摆动环161-2固定连接,中心摆臂凸轮连杆机构151和取袋摆臂凸轮连杆机构154由横向主轴22驱动。中心摆臂凸轮连杆机构151推动中心摆臂拉力轴152旋转,推动中心摆臂153旋转,使取袋摆臂156对准取袋方位,取袋摆臂凸轮连杆机构154推动取袋摆臂拉力轴155旋转,拉动取袋摆臂156带动夹袋机构157前摆,夹袋机构157夹住包装袋,取袋摆臂拉力轴155摆回,将包装袋取至真空室163,夹袋机构157松开包装袋,中心摆臂拉力轴152带动中心摆臂153摆回,防止阻碍真空室163随转盘架161-6旋转。
如图28所示,夹袋机构157包括旋转气缸157-1、安装轴承组157-2、抱紧拉块157-3、摆动外轴157-4、摆动内轴157-5、静夹袋板157-6、动夹袋板157-7、夹带拉杆157-8。摆动外轴157-4通过安装轴承组157-2安装在取袋摆臂156上,外端固定有旋转气缸157-1、抱紧拉块157-3、静夹袋板157-6,摆动内轴157-5上固定有动夹袋板157-7,并与旋转气缸157-1连接,夹带拉杆157-8与抱紧拉块157-3和取袋摆臂156连接。
工作时,旋转电机157-1驱动摆动内轴157-5转动,带动动夹袋板157-7相 对静夹袋板157-6开合,夹带拉杆157-8拉住摆动外轴157-4,使夹袋方向保持向下。
如图29所示,真空转动组合16包括中心转动架机构161、齿轮传动机构162、真空室163、开夹导环机构164、开盖导环机构165、电气室166。

如图34所示,动夹板机构163-7包括开夹滚轮16371、开夹摆臂16372、右开夹转轴16373、左右开夹转轴联杆16374、左开夹转轴16375、左动夹16376、右动夹16377。开夹导环机构164顶动开夹滚轮16371,推动开夹摆臂16372,在左右开夹转轴联杆16374作用下,使左开夹转轴16375和右开夹转轴16373分别带动左动夹16376和右动夹16377同时向相反方向转动完成包装袋开夹动作。
如图35所示,开夹导环机构164包括开夹凸轮连杆机构164-1、开夹转轴164-2,动开夹导环164-3、开夹转轴轴套164-4、静开夹导环164-5、开夹导环支柱164-6。开夹凸轮连杆机构164-1在横向主轴22的驱动下,使开夹转轴164-2带动动开夹导环164-3转动,推动开夹滚轮16371完成开夹动作,静开夹导环164-5保持开夹动作。开夹转轴轴套164-4固定在机架1上,支撑开夹转轴164-2 旋转。

  1. 大型双工位油豆腐灌装机,其特征在于,包括机架,所述机架内部安装有驱动组合,机架上安装有转盘机构、下吸袋组合、取袋组合、第一开夹总成、开袋组合、撑袋联动组合、第二开夹总成、送料压袋组合、导袋片组合、袋检测组合、不抽真空热封机构、不抽真空出料输送带、接袋手臂组合、真空转动组合和抽真空出料输送带;其中,所述转盘机构、下吸袋组合、取袋组合、第一开夹总成、开袋组合、撑袋联动组合、第二开夹总成、送料压袋组合、接袋手臂组合和真空转动组合的部分构件均延伸至所述机架的内部,由所述驱动组合统一驱动作周期往复运动;所述下吸袋组合适于吸取包装袋,所述取袋组合适于将包装袋取至所述转盘机构的机夹处,所述第一开夹总成适于启动所述机夹来夹持包装袋,并由转盘机构转运包装袋,所述开袋组合和撑袋联动组合适于协同打开并撑住包装袋,所述送料压袋组合适于将油豆腐灌装到包装袋中,并将油豆腐吹压在包装袋里,所述导袋片组合适于对包装袋进行限位;在不抽真空模式下,当所述袋检测组合检测到包装袋时,启动所述不抽真空热封机构对包装袋进行热封,于不抽真空出料输送带上方,转盘机构松开包装袋出料;在抽真空模式下,所述接袋手臂组合将未热封的包装袋接送至所述真空转动组合运输、抽真空并热封,于抽真空出料输送带上方,转盘机构松开包装袋出料。

  4. 如权利要求3所述的大型双工位油豆腐灌装机,其特征在于,所述左机夹包括机夹外壳、推压端盖、机夹撑开导套、机夹内销轴、机夹弹簧、固定轴套、夹块连杆、夹块和挡销;所述推压端盖、机夹内销轴、机夹弹簧、固定轴套、夹块连杆安装于机夹外壳内部,夹撑开导套与推压端盖和机夹内销轴依次固定连接,机夹弹簧套在机夹内销轴外面,挤压在推压端盖和固定轴套之间,机夹内销轴通过夹块连杆与夹块连接,同时夹块与机夹外壳外部通过销轴连接在一起;在机夹弹簧的作用下,左机夹为常夹状态,所述第一开夹总成和第二开夹总成通过推动机夹撑开导套,经过推压端盖、机夹内销轴、夹块连杆推动夹块夹紧和释放包装袋。

  10. 如权利要求2所述的大型双工位油豆腐灌装机,其特征在于,所述送料压袋组合包括下料凸轮、下料凸轮滚子、下料升降轴、下料联块、下料滑动导套、下料滑动导柱、下料导柱轴座、下料轴座、下料漏斗、下料升降板、压料块连板和压料吹气块;所述下料导柱轴座和下料轴座安装在机架上;下料凸轮安装在所述纵向主轴上,随纵向主轴旋转,与安装在下料升降轴上的下料凸轮滚子保持接触;下料升降轴上方装有下料升降板,其上安装有下料漏斗和压料吹气块;下料联块一侧安装有下料滑动导套套在安装于下料导柱轴座的下料滑动导柱上,下料轴座套在下料升降轴上,两者起导向作用。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的大型双工位油豆腐灌装机,其特征在于,所述不抽真空热封机构包括热封安装支架、直线轴承座、导向柱、推压气缸、热封压板、压簧立柱、压簧、热封片压板、封膜硅胶垫、热封片、热封片底板和导向板金;所述直线轴承座、推压气缸、热封片底板固定在所述热封安装支架上;所述推压气缸前端装有热封压板,热封压板与导向柱固定,与压簧立柱套接,导向柱安装在直线轴承座中,压簧立柱套有压簧,前端装有热封片压板;热封片压板前面贴有封膜硅胶垫,热封片底板里侧装有热封片,端部装有导向钣金。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的大型双工位油豆腐灌装机,其特征在于,所述不抽真空出料输送带包括第一减速电机、第一支架型材、第一输送带固定板、第一输送皮带、第一主动头端盖组、第一从动头端盖组、第一出料导向钣金、第一电机安装板、第一主动滚轴、第一滚轴轴承、第一从动滚筒和第一皮带垫板; 所述第一输送带固定板将一对第一支架型材固定在机架上形成输送带支架,第一支架型材主动端通过第一电机安装板装有第一减速电机,端部安装有第一主动头端盖组,主动头端盖内部装有第一滚轴轴承用于安装第一主动滚轴,第一主动滚轴与第一减速电机连接;第一支架型材从动端装有第一从动头端盖组,用于安装第一从动滚筒;第一支架型材内侧装有第一皮带垫板,用于支撑第一输送皮带;第一输送皮带包紧第一主动滚轴、第一从动滚筒和第一皮带垫板形成输送带;第一出料导向钣金安装在第一支架型材上方,形成出料通道。
  13. 如权利要求2所述的大型双工位油豆腐灌装机,其特征在于,所述接袋手臂组合包括中心摆臂凸轮连杆机构、中心摆臂拉力轴、中心摆臂、取袋摆臂凸轮连杆机构、取袋摆臂拉力轴、取袋摆臂和夹袋机构;所述中心摆臂与摆动环固定连接,中心摆臂凸轮连杆机构和取袋摆臂凸轮连杆机构由所述横向主轴驱动;中心摆臂凸轮连杆机构推动中心摆臂拉力轴旋转,推动中心摆臂旋转,使取袋摆臂对准取袋方位,取袋摆臂凸轮连杆机构推动取袋摆臂拉力轴旋转,拉动取袋摆臂带动夹袋机构前摆,夹袋机构夹住包装袋,取袋摆臂拉力轴摆回,将包装袋取至真空室,夹袋机构松开包装袋,中心摆臂拉力轴带动中心摆臂摆回,防止阻碍真空室随转盘架旋转。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的大型双工位油豆腐灌装机,其特征在于,所述夹袋机构包括旋转气缸、安装轴承组、抱紧拉块、摆动外轴、摆动内轴、静夹袋板、动夹袋板和夹带拉杆;所述摆动外轴通过安装轴承组安装在取袋摆臂上,外端固定有旋转气缸、抱紧拉块、静夹袋板,摆动内轴上固定有动夹袋板,并与旋转气缸连接,夹带拉杆与抱紧拉块和取袋摆臂连接。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的大型双工位油豆腐灌装机,其特征在于,所述真空转动组合包括中心转动架机构、齿轮传动机构、真空室、开夹导环机构、开 盖导环机构和电气室;所述中心转动架机构包括主轴座、摆动环、摆动环轴承组、动力齿轮、转盘架轴承组、转盘架、中心气路安装盘、气路盘、气室盘、通电滑环、气管、拨板、气室盘联杆和气管接头;所述主轴座固定在机架上,摆动环轴承组支撑摆动环联动接袋手臂组合,转盘架轴承组支撑转盘架和动力齿轮旋转,中心气路安装盘下方装有气管,上方装有气路盘,气室盘上装有10个气管接头分别对应10个真空室,以及装有两根气室盘联杆,穿过拨板,拨板固定在转盘架上;齿轮传动机构驱动动力齿轮和转盘架转动,带动各个真空室移至各工位,同时拨板波动气室盘联杆,带动气室盘转动;气管、中心气路安装盘、气路盘、气室盘形成气路,气路盘只在抽真空对应方位有通气孔,对转至此方位的真空室抽真空;机构顶部装有通电滑环,防止电线缠绕;所述齿轮传动机构将所述横向主轴的动力传递给所述动力齿轮使其旋转;所述真空室包括定腔室、动腔室、动腔室摆臂、真空室热封板、静夹板、真空室热封底板、动夹板机构、负压表、滚子压杆、开盖拉杆、真空室推压气缸和真空室气管接口;所述定腔室依次与动腔室摆臂和动腔室连接,定腔室内装有真空室热封板、静夹板,外装有动夹板机构、负压表、滚子压杆、真空室推压气缸、真空室气管接口,动腔室内装有真空室热封底板;所述接袋手臂组合将包装袋接至定腔室,动夹板机构在开夹导环机构的作用下夹紧包装袋,接袋手臂组合松开退回,滚子压杆脱离开盖导环机构的压制,动腔室盖紧静腔室,气室内部抽真空,负压表用于测量和显示内部真空度,完毕后,真空室推压气缸推动通电的真空室热封板将包装袋封口压在真空室热封底板上热封,然后退回;在出料工位,滚子压杆在开盖导环机构的压制下,动腔室打开,动夹板机构在开夹导环机构的作用下,将包装袋松开放至抽真空出料输送带;所述开夹导环机构包括开夹凸轮连杆机构、开夹转轴,动开夹导环、开夹转轴轴套、静开夹导环、开夹导环 支柱;开夹凸轮连杆机构在所述横向主轴的驱动下,使开夹转轴带动动开夹导环转动,推动开夹滚轮完成开夹动作,静开夹导环保持开夹动作;开夹转轴轴套固定在机架上,支撑开夹转轴旋转;所述开盖导环机构包括开盖凸轮导环、开盖导环支柱;开盖凸轮导环通过凸轮缘压制滚子压杆完成开盖动作。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的大型双工位油豆腐灌装机,其特征在于,所述动夹板机构包括开夹滚轮、开夹摆臂、右开夹转轴、左右开夹转轴联杆、左开夹转轴、左动夹和右动夹;所述开夹导环机构顶动开夹滚轮,推动开夹摆臂,在左右开夹转轴联杆作用下,使左开夹转轴和右开夹转轴分别带动左动夹和右动夹同时向相反方向转动完成包装袋开夹动作。
  17. 如权利要求1所述的大型双工位油豆腐灌装机,其特征在于,所述抽真空出料输送带包括第二减速电机、第二支架型材、第二输送带固定板、第二输送皮带、第二主动头端盖组、第二从动头端盖组、第二出料导向钣金、第二电机安装板、第二主动滚轴、第二滚轴轴承、第二从动滚筒和第二皮带垫板;所述第二输送带固定板将一对第二支架型材固定在机架上形成输送带支架,第二支架型材主动端通过第二电机安装板装有第二减速电机,端部安装有第二主动头端盖组,主动头端盖内部装有第二滚轴轴承用于安装第二主动滚轴,第二主动滚轴与第二减速电机连接形成驱动;第二支架型材从动端装有第二从动头端盖组,用于安装第二从动滚筒;第二支架型材内侧装有第二皮带垫板,用于支撑第二输送皮带;第二输送皮带包紧第二主动滚轴、第二从动滚筒和第二皮带垫板形成输送带;第二出料导向钣金安装在第二支架型材上方,形成出料通道。
