具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
为了解决现有车辆防盗效果差的技术问题,本发明提出了一种防盗控制装置、防盗控制方法及车辆。
实施例1:
结合图1和图2所示,本实施例1提出的一种防盗控制装置包括锁扣4、锁舌5和车辆控制系统,锁扣4与车辆机盖拉手1的内表面连接,锁舌5设于车辆内,车辆控制系统包括电量获取单元15、遥控单元12和控制模块13。
电量获取单元15与车辆电源8连接,电量获取单元15设于车辆电源8上,电量获取单元15用于获取车辆电源8的电量值。遥控单元12用于接收遥控信号,遥控单元12可以集成于整车控制单元CEM中。控制模块13分别与锁舌5、电量获取单元15和遥控单元12连接,控制模块13可以集成于车身控制模块BCM中,控制模块13用于当电量值大于第一预设值且遥控单元12未接收到遥控信号时,控制锁舌5与锁扣4进入锁止状态。
本实施例1中,锁舌5设于车辆的仪表台内,电量获取单元15可以获取车辆电源8的电量值,车辆电源8可以为蓄电池等,控制模块13根据电量值判断车辆是否有电,当电量值大于第一预设值时说明车辆有电。遥控单元12可以接收遥控钥匙11发出的遥控信号,遥控单元12将是否接收到遥控信号的判断结果发送给控制模块13。在车辆有电且未收到遥控信号的情况下,控制模块13判定用户不在车内,则控制模块13可以控制锁舌5扣合于锁扣4,进入锁止状态。此时,即使偷盗者打破车窗玻璃想要拉动机盖把手,由于机盖把手内表面的锁舌5扣合于锁扣4,因此偷盗者仍然无法拉动机盖把手。本实施例1可以避免现有技术中敲碎玻璃后可以开启机盖拉手1的问题,从而提升车辆的防盗效果。
本实施例1中电量获取单元15可以集成设置于控制模块13内。
进一步地,还包括报警单元14和压力传感器2,报警单元14与控制模 块13连接,压力传感器2分别与机盖拉手1和控制模块13连接,压力传感器2用于检测机盖拉手1受到的拉力值;控制模块13还用于当电量值大于第一预设值、遥控单元12未接收到遥控信号且拉力值大于第二预设值时,控制报警单元14进行报警。
本实施例1中,在车辆有电且未收到遥控信号的情况下,控制模块13判定用户不在车内,此时如果拉力值大于第二预设值,说明有人正在拉动机盖把手,则控制模块13控制报警单元14进行报警,此时仍会控制锁舌5扣合于锁扣4。具体地,报警单元14包括蜂鸣器、示廓灯、通信单元,控制模块13可以控制蜂鸣器鸣叫,也可以控制示廓灯闪烁,还可以通过通信单元向用户的移动装置、车辆管理平台或警局致电或发送短信。
在车辆有电且未收到遥控信号的情况下,控制模块13判定用户不在车内,此时如果拉力值不大于第二预设值,说明没有人拉动机盖把手,则控制模块13不会控制报警单元14进行报警,此时仍会控制锁舌5扣合于锁扣4。
进一步地,控制模块13还用于当电量值大于第一预设值且遥控单元12接收到遥控信号时,控制解除锁舌5与锁扣4的锁止状态。
本实施例1中,当电量值大于第一预设值且遥控单元12接收到遥控信号时,控制模块13判定车辆有电且用户位于车内,此时,控制模块13控制锁舌5脱离锁扣4,解除锁止状态,便于用户对机盖把手进行操作。此时,控制模块13不会控制报警单元14报警。
进一步地,控制模块13还用于当电量值不大于第一预设值时,控制解除锁舌5与锁扣4的锁止状态。
本实施例1中,当电量值不大于第一预设值时,控制模块13判定车辆没有电,即车辆处于亏电状态,此时,控制模块13控制锁舌5脱离锁扣4,便于用户对车辆电源8进行充电操作。此时,控制模块13不会控制报警单元14报警。
进一步地,还包括电机6,电机6分别与锁舌5和控制模块13连接,电机6用于接收控制模块13的指令并根据指令控制锁舌5。
本实施例1中,压力传感器2分布于机盖拉手1上,主要监测机盖拉 手1是否受到外力拉动并输出拉力值;机盖拉手1锁结构(包括锁舌5和锁扣4)布置于机盖拉手1和电机6之间,主要目的是为了当条件判断为需要防盗启动时能够锁紧拉手,使拉手无法被外力拉动。压力传感器2通过压力传感器线束3连接于控制模块13,电机6通过电机线束7连接于控制模块13,压力传感器线束3和电机线束7均包括信号线和电源线。锁舌5和锁扣4的结构既可以是机械式的也可以是电磁式的,主要目的是为了在某些判定条件下把拉手锁紧。
本实施例1提供的防盗控制装置有以下四种防盗模式。
第一种模式:在汽车保持电量的前提下,整车控制模块13未收到用户解锁车辆的遥控信号,此时没有人去拉动机盖拉手1,在这种模式下车身控制模块会判定用户不在车内,且机盖拉手1没有受到侵入,会下达机盖拉手1锁结构保持锁紧状态,报警模块不触发报警的指令。
第二种模式:在汽车保持电量的前提下,整车控制模块13未收到用户解锁车辆的信号,此时有人(偷盗者)去拉动机盖拉手1,在这种模式下车身控制模块会判定用户不在车内,且机盖拉手1已经受到侵入,这时会下达机盖拉手1锁结构保持锁紧状态,且报警模块触发报警的指令。
第三种模式:在汽车保持电量的前提下,整车控制模块13收到用户解锁车辆的信号,此时无论机盖拉手1的压力传感器2输出是何值,车身控制模块都会判断用户已经在车内,下达机盖拉手1锁结构保持开启状态,且报警模块不能触发报警的指令。
第四种模式:在汽车没有电量即整车亏电时,为了方便用户对蓄电池进行充电,此时车身控制模块会下达机盖拉手1锁结构保持开启状态,且报警模块不能触发报警的指令。
本实施例1在机盖拉手1处增加锁扣4、锁舌5和电机6,通过电机6运转控制锁扣4和锁舌5闭合或者分离。本发明通过车身控制器接收压力传感器信号、电源信号和遥控信号,综合判断各模式下的汽车环境,然后通过电机6和报警模块执行控制模块13发出的指令,满足防盗目的。
实施例2:
结合图3所示,本实施例2提供一种防盗控制方法,应用于实施例1中的防盗控制装置,防盗控制方法包括:
步骤S101:电量获取单元15获取车辆电源8的电量值;
步骤S102:在电量值大于第一预设值的情况下,则控制模块13判断遥控单元12是否接收到遥控信号;
步骤S103:在遥控单元12未接收到遥控信号的情况下,则控制模块13控制锁舌5与锁扣4进入锁止状态。
本实施例2中,可以通过电量获取单元15获取车辆电源8的电量值,车辆电源8可以为蓄电池等,控制模块13根据电量值判断车辆是否有电,当电量值大于第一预设值时说明车辆有电。可以通过遥控单元12接收遥控钥匙11发出的遥控信号,遥控单元12将是否接收到遥控信号的判断结果发送给控制模块13。在车辆有电且未收到遥控信号的情况下,判定用户不在车内,则可以控制锁舌5扣合于锁扣4,进入锁止状态。此时,即使偷盗者打破车窗玻璃想要拉动机盖把手,由于机盖把手内表面的锁舌5扣合于锁扣4,因此偷盗者仍然无法拉动机盖把手。本实施例2可以避免现有技术中敲碎玻璃后可以开启机盖拉手1的问题,从而提升车辆的防盗效果。
进一步地,包括:在电量值大于第一预设值且遥控单元12未接收到遥控信号的情况下,则控制模块13获取压力传感器2的拉力值;
控制模块13判断拉力值是否大于第二预设值;
在拉力值大于第二预设值的情况下,则控制模块13控制报警单元14进行报警。
本实施例2中,在车辆有电且未收到遥控信号的情况下,控制模块13判定用户不在车内,此时如果拉力值大于第二预设值,说明有人正在拉动机盖把手,则控制报警单元14进行报警,此时仍会控制锁舌5扣合于锁扣4。具体地,报警单元14包括蜂鸣器、示廓灯、通信单元,控制模块13可以控制蜂鸣器鸣叫,也可以控制示廓灯闪烁,还可以通过通信单元向用户的移动装置、车辆管理平台或警局致电或发送短信。
在车辆有电且未收到遥控信号的情况下,判定用户不在车内,此时如 果拉力值不大于第二预设值,说明没有人拉动机盖把手,则不会控制报警单元14进行报警,此时仍会控制锁舌5扣合于锁扣4。
进一步地,包括:在电量值大于第一预设值且遥控单元12接收到遥控信号的情况下,则控制模块13控制解除锁舌5与锁扣4的锁止状态。
本实施例2中,当电量值大于第一预设值且遥控单元12接收到遥控信号时,判定车辆有电且用户位于车内,此时,控制锁舌5脱离锁扣4,解除锁止状态,便于用户对机盖把手进行操作。此时,不会控制报警单元14报警。
进一步地,包括:在电量值不大于第一预设值的情况下,则控制模块13控制解除锁舌5与锁扣4的锁止状态。
本实施例2中,当电量值不大于第一预设值时,判定车辆没有电,即车辆处于亏电状态,此时,控制锁舌5脱离锁扣4,解除锁止状态,便于用户对车辆电源8进行充电操作。此时,不会控制报警单元14报警。
本实施例2提供的防盗控制方法有以下四种防盗模式。

第三种模式:在汽车保持电量的前提下,整车控制模块13收到用户解锁车辆的信号,此时无论机盖拉手1的压力传感器2输出是何值,车身控制模块都会判断用户已经在车内,下达机盖拉手1锁结构保持开启状态,且报警模块不能触发报警的指令。
第四种模式:在汽车没有电量即整车亏电时,为了方便用户对蓄电池进行充电,此时车身控制模块会下达机盖拉手1锁结构保持开启状态,且报警模块不能触发报警的指令。
实施例3:
本实施例3提供一种车辆,包括实施例1中的防盗控制装置。
为了解决现有车辆防盗效果差的技术问题,本发明提出了一种防盗控制装置、防盗控制方法及车辆。根据车辆的电量、遥控信号及机盖拉手1受到的拉力判定当前锁舌5是否需要扣合于锁扣4。当用户不在车内时,控制锁舌5扣合于锁扣4,进入锁止状态,此时,即使偷盗者打破车窗玻璃想要拉动机盖把手,由于机盖把手内表面的锁舌5扣合于锁扣4,因此偷盗者仍然无法拉动机盖把手。当用户不在车内而机盖把手受到侵入时进行报警,提升防盗效果。本发明可以避免现有技术中敲碎玻璃后可以开启机盖拉手1的问题,从而提升车辆的防盗效果。
本发明在机盖拉手1处增加锁扣4、锁舌5和电机6,通过电机6运转控制锁扣4和锁舌5闭合或者分离。本发明通过车身控制器接收压力传感器信号、电源信号和遥控信号,综合判断各模式下的汽车环境,然后通过电机6和报警模块执行控制模块13发出的指令,满足防盗目的。
以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种防盗控制装置,其特征在于,包括:
    锁扣(4),所述锁扣(4)与车辆机盖拉手(1)的内表面连接;
    锁舌(5),所述锁舌(5)设于车辆内;
    电量获取单元(15),所述电量获取单元(15)与车辆电源(8)连接,所述电量获取单元(15)用于获取所述车辆电源(8)的电量值;
    遥控单元(12),所述遥控单元(12)用于接收遥控信号;
    控制模块(13),所述控制模块(13)分别与所述锁舌(5)、所述电量获取单元(15)和所述遥控单元(12)连接,所述控制模块(13)用于当所述电量值大于第一预设值且所述遥控单元(12)未接收到所述遥控信号时,控制所述锁舌(5)与所述锁扣(4)进入锁止状态。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的防盗控制装置,其特征在于,还包括报警单元(14)和压力传感器(2);
    所述报警单元(14)与所述控制模块(13)连接;
    所述压力传感器(2)分别与所述机盖拉手(1)和所述控制模块(13)连接,所述压力传感器(2)用于检测所述机盖拉手(1)受到的拉力值;
    所述控制模块(13)还用于当所述电量值大于所述第一预设值、所述遥控单元(12)未接收到所述遥控信号且所述拉力值大于第二预设值时,控制报警单元(14)进行报警。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的防盗控制装置,其特征在于,所述控制模块(13)还用于当所述电量值大于所述第一预设值且所述遥控单元(12)接收到所述遥控信号时,控制解除所述锁舌(5)与所述锁扣(4)的锁止状态。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的防盗控制装置,其特征在于,所述控制模块(13)还用于当所述电量值不大于所述第一预设值时,控制解除所述锁舌(5)与所述锁扣(4)的锁止状态。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的防盗控制装置,其特征在于,还包括电机(6),所述电机(6)分别与所述锁舌(5)和所述控制模块(13)连接,所述电机(6)用于接收所述控制模块(13)的指令并根据所述指令控制所述锁舌(5)。
  6. 一种防盗控制方法,应用于如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的防盗控制装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取车辆电源(8)的电量值;
    在所述电量值大于第一预设值的情况下,则判断遥控单元(12)是否接收到遥控信号;
    在所述遥控单元(12)未接收到所述遥控信号的情况下,则控制锁舌(5)与锁扣(4)进入锁止状态。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的防盗控制方法,其特征在于,包括:
    在所述电量值大于第一预设值且所述遥控单元(12)未接收到所述遥控信号的情况下,则获取压力传感器(2)的拉力值;
    判断所述拉力值是否大于第二预设值;
    在所述拉力值大于所述第二预设值的情况下,则控制报警单元(14)进行报警。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的防盗控制方法,其特征在于,包括:
    在所述电量值大于第一预设值且所述遥控单元(12)接收到所述遥控信号的情况下,则控制解除所述锁舌(5)与所述锁扣(4)的锁止状态。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的防盗控制方法,其特征在于,包括:
    在所述电量值不大于所述第一预设值的情况下,则控制解除所述锁舌(5)与所述锁扣(4)的锁止状态。
  10. 一种车辆,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的防 盗控制装置。
