一种转向架的构架及转向架
本申请要求于2021年01月06日提交中国专利局、申请号为202110012868.3、发明名称为“一种转向架的构架及转向架”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及轨道车辆技术领域,具体涉及一种转向架的构架及转向架。
背景技术
转向架包括横梁、纵梁和磁轨制动装置,现有技术中,通过在侧梁设置用于对磁轨制动装置提供制动力的止挡结构,止挡结构是沿侧梁侧向伸出设置的,并且在对磁轨制动装置进行止挡时,易产生扭矩,对其强度要求较高。同时,还需要通过设置定位结构以对磁轨制动装置在高度方向的移动进行限位,防止磁轨制动装置发生偏移的情况,整体结构较为复杂。
因此,如何简化转向架的整体结构,并可保证对磁轨制动装置的止挡和限位,是本领域技术人员所需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种转向架的构架及转向架,能够简化转向架的整体结构,并可保证对磁轨制动装置的止挡和限位。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种转向架的构架,所述转向架包括磁轨制动装置,所述构架包括由两根横梁和两根侧梁围合形成的框架结构,各所述横梁的两侧端下端面分别固设有限位座,所述限位座包括止挡部和定位部;所述止挡部能够与设于所述磁轨制动装置的抵接部抵接配合,且设于一根所述横梁的所述止挡部的止位方向,与设于另一根所述横梁的所述止挡部的止位方向相反;所述定位部能够与设于所述磁轨制动装置的配合部配合,以使所述磁轨制动装置能够相对于所述构架沿高度方向移动。
当磁轨制动装置不工作时,该磁轨制动装置的驱动件与构架固定,同 时限位座能够对磁轨制动装置进行限定,从而能够保证该磁轨制动装置与构架稳定,避免发生晃动,此时,该磁轨制动装置的下部不与轨面接触,二者之间没有摩擦,不产生制动力。当磁轨制动装置工作时,驱动件驱动磁轨制动装置向下移动至其下部与轨面接触,二者之间产生吸力,当磁轨制动装置与轨面之间发生相对运动时,二者之间产生摩擦力,该摩擦力通过抵接部和止挡部作用将力由限位座传递到构架的横梁上,从而实现制动作用。
定位部能够与磁轨制动装置的配合部配合,以使磁轨制动装置能够相对于构架沿高度方向移动,并在经过多次移动后,仍能够保证二者之间的相对位置,避免磁轨制动装置发生偏移的情况。
也就是说,限位座集成有止挡部和定位部,其中,止挡部能够与磁轨制动装置的抵接部作用并提供制动力,定位部能够保证磁轨制动装置只能够相对于构架沿高度方向移动,从而对磁轨制动装置进行定位,该限位座同时起到了止挡和定位的作用,从而简化该转向架的整体结构,使得整体结构紧凑。并且,该限位座是与横梁固定设置的,由于横梁的下方各部件结构较为规整,因此,将限位座设置与横梁的下方时,便于焊接等固定操作,同时,将集成有止挡和定位功能的限位座固设于横梁时,能够简化受力情况,在满足相同强度要求的同时,简化整体结构、降低成本。
可选地,所述定位部和所述止挡部之间还形成有限位台阶,所述磁轨制动装置能够沿高度方向向上移动至与所述限位台阶的台阶面抵接。
可选地,所述止挡部和所述抵接部之间还设有耐磨件。
可选地,所述限位座为锻件,且所述止挡部的外壁还加工有安装面,所述耐磨件能够通过紧固件固定于所述安装面。
可选地,所述限位座还设有连接部,所述止挡部和所述定位部分别与所述连接部固定,所述连接部设有与所述横梁的外壁相适配的弧形连接面,所述弧形连接面能够与所述横梁的外壁贴合并通过焊接固定。
可选地,所述定位部和所述配合部中,一者设有定位轴,另一者设有与所述定位轴相适配的定位孔,所述定位轴的轴线沿高度方向设置,且所述定位轴和所述定位孔能够沿高度方向相对移动。
可选地,所述定位轴的端部设有锥形面,和/或,所述定位孔为锥形孔, 且所述锥形孔的大径段朝向所述定位轴的一侧。
可选地,还包括吊挂座,所述吊挂座包括方形吊框,所述方形吊框的一侧边框形成安装梁,且所述安装梁的一端向外伸出并穿过所述侧梁与所述侧梁固定,所述方形吊框与所述安装梁相对的一侧边框设有吊挂接口,所述吊挂接口用于与所述磁轨制动装置的驱动件固定。
可选地,所述侧梁的上盖板设有延伸段,所述延伸段与所述安装梁的上端面贴合固定。
可选地,所述构架还包括固设于所述横梁的轴盘制动吊座,所述轴盘制动吊座通过管板式焊接与所述横梁固定。
可选地,所述横梁的下端面还设有双牵引拉杆座。
可选地,所述构架的轴距小于2500mm。
本发明还提供了一种转向架,其包括磁轨制动装置以及如上所述的构架,所述磁轨制动装置设有驱动件,所述驱动件与所述构架固定。
具有上述构架的转向架,其技术效果与上述构架的技术效果类似,为节约篇幅,在此不再赘述。

具体实施方式
为了使本领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
本发明实施例提供了一种转向架的构架及转向架,其中,转向架包括磁轨制动装置4和构架,磁轨制动装置4还设有驱动件41,该驱动件41与构架固定,具体的,如图1和图2所示,构架包括由两根横梁1和两根侧梁2围合形成的方形框架,每根横梁1的两侧端下端面分别固设有限位座3,在个别实施例中,横梁1的数量为三个或四个时,位于构架纵向(沿侧梁2的长度方向)两端的两个横梁1设有上述限位座3。并且,限位座3并非严格意义上的设于横梁1的端部,具体的,如图2所示,横梁1的端部与侧梁2固定,限位座3设于横梁1靠近端部的一侧,具体位置根据实际情况进行设置。
如图3-5所示,限位座3包括止挡部31和定位部32,磁轨制动装置4设有抵接部42和配合部43,具体的,磁轨制动装置4的两端分别设有一个抵接部42,止挡部31能够与抵接部42抵接配合,两根横梁1设有限位座3,其中,设于一根横梁1的止挡部31的止位方向与设于另一根横梁1的止挡部31的止位方向相反,也就是说,设于两根横梁1的止挡部31能够分别从纵向两侧作用于磁轨制动装置4,以保证磁轨制动装置4和构架之间的稳定,并可向磁轨制动装置4提供制动力。
当磁轨制动装置4不工作时,该磁轨制动装置4的驱动件41与构架固定,同时限位座3能够对磁轨制动装置4进行限定,从而能够保证该磁轨制动装置4与构架稳定,避免发生晃动,此时,该磁轨制动装置4的下部不与轨面接触,二者之间没有摩擦,不产生制动力。当磁轨制动装置4工作时,驱动件41驱动磁轨制动装置4向下移动至其下部与轨面接触,二者之间产生吸力,当磁轨制动装置4与轨面之间发生相对运动时,二者之间产生摩擦力,该摩擦力通过抵接部42和止挡部31作用将力由限位座3传 递到构架的横梁1上,从而实现制动作用。具体的,驱动件41可以是气缸、液压缸也可以是电机和丝杆组合的结构等均可,以满足能够驱动磁轨制动装置4升降即可,在此不做具体限制。
定位部32能够与磁轨制动装置4的配合部43配合,以使磁轨制动装置4能够相对于构架沿高度方向移动,并在经过多次移动后,仍能够保证二者之间的相对位置,避免磁轨制动装置4发生偏移的情况。
也就是说,本实施例中,限位座3集成有止挡部31和定位部32,其中,止挡部31能够与磁轨制动装置4的抵接部42作用并提供制动力,定位部32能够保证磁轨制动装置4只能够相对于构架沿高度方向移动,从而对磁轨制动装置4进行定位,该限位座3同时起到了止挡和定位的作用,从而简化该转向架的整体结构,使得整体结构紧凑。并且,该限位座3是与横梁1固定设置的,由于横梁1的下方各部件结构较为规整,因此,将限位座3设置与横梁1的下方时,便于焊接等固定操作,同时,将集成有止挡和定位功能的限位座3固设于横梁1时,能够简化受力情况,在满足相同强度要求的同时,简化整体结构、降低成本。
在上述实施例中,定位部32和止挡部31之间还形成有限位台阶33,当不需要制动时,磁轨制动装置4能够在驱动件41的作用下沿高度方向向上移动至与限位台阶33的台阶面抵接,该限位台阶33能够对磁轨制动装置4的上升进行限位,无需另设限位结构,使得整体结构简化。具体的,如图5所示,止挡部31和定位部32围合形成类似L型的结构,其中,定位部32位于止挡部31的顶端,并且该L型结构的折弯内的上端面形成了上述限位台阶33,结构较为简单。
在上述实施例中,止挡部31和抵接部42之间还设有耐磨件34,在磁轨制动装置4在驱动件41的作用下沿高度方向移动的过程中,抵接部42和止挡部31之间会产生摩擦,在磁轨制动装置4工作时,抵接部42和止挡部31之间抵接作用并产生作用力,因此,在止挡部31和抵接部42之间设有耐磨件34时,能够保证二者之间的作用情况,避免止挡部31和抵接部42之间的刚性碰撞和摩擦,减少磨损的同时,还能够避免产生噪音,提高使用寿命。具体的,对于耐磨件34的材质不做要求,如可将其设置为尼龙块等。
进一步的,限位座3为锻件,以保证结构强度,并且,止挡部31的外壁还加工有安装面311,耐磨件34通过紧固件35与该安装面311固定,该安装面311的设置能够保证耐磨件34的安装稳定,还能够保证止挡部31与抵接部42之间是面接触,避免由于止挡部31的表面不平整导致受力不均,使得抵接部42产生磨损的情况,同时便于安装操作。或者,本实施例中,也可以将该耐磨件34固设于抵接部42均可,在此不做具体限制。
在上述实施例中,如图5所示,限位座3还设有连接部36,止挡部31和定位部32分别与该连接部36固定,横梁1的外壁是柱面结构,该连接部36设有与横梁1的外壁相适配的弧形连接面361,该弧形连接面361能够与横梁1的外壁贴合并通过焊接固定。如此设置,能够增大该限位座3与横梁1之间的连接面积,二者通过焊接固定,弧形连接面1的设置能够增强焊接连接强度,避免在制动过程中,焊缝处由于应力较大而发生损坏的情况,从而保证二者之间的连接强度和稳定性。具体的,如图5所示,连接部36和止挡部31之间还设有加强筋37,以保证该限位座3的整体结构强度,满足制动力要求。
在上述实施例中,定位部32和配合部43中,一者设有定位轴,另一者设有定位孔,定位轴与定位孔相适配,定位轴能够相对于定位孔沿其轴向(高度方向)移动。具体的,可以是定位部32设有定位孔、配合部43设有定位轴,也可以是定位部32设有定位轴、配合部43设有定位孔均可。或者,还可以将定位部32和配合部43设置为相互套接的套筒等均可,在此不做具体限制。
以定位部32设有定位孔、配合部43设有定位轴为例,定位部32可以通过加工直接形成定位孔,也可以是如图4所示的,将设有定位孔的第一配合结构321通过螺栓连接或焊接连接等方式与定位部32固定均可;同样的,配合部43可以通过加工直接形成上述定位轴,也可以是如图4所示的将设有定位轴的第二配合结构431通过螺栓连接或焊接等方式与配合部43固定均可。
更进一步的,定位轴的端部为锥形面,和/或,定位孔为锥形孔,且锥形孔的大径段朝向定位轴的一侧。也就是说,定位轴的端部和定位孔的端部中,至少一者设有导向结构,该导向结构为锥形面,以保证二者之间能 够稳定配合。具体是制动过程中,定位轴和定位孔处于脱离状态,由于震动等原因,容易使得定位孔和定位轴之间相对位置发生偏移,而导向结构的设置能够保证当通过驱动件41驱动磁轨制动装置4上升时,定位轴能够重新与定位孔配合,保证位置稳定。
在上述实施例中,该构架还包括吊挂座5,该吊挂座5设于侧梁2,并用于安装磁轨制动装置4。当磁轨制动装置4不工作时,该磁轨制动装置4通过吊挂座5和限位座3固定,以保证该磁轨制动装置4与构架稳定,避免发生晃动。具体的,如图2所示,该吊挂座5包括方形吊框,该方形吊框的一侧边框形成安装梁51,该安装梁51的一端沿其轴向向外伸出并穿过侧梁2与侧梁2焊接固定,方形吊框与安装梁51相对的一侧边框设有吊挂接口53,该吊挂接口53用于与磁轨制动装置4的驱动件41固定。也就是说,该方形吊框相当于包括安装梁51和呈U型结构的吊臂52,其中,安装梁51的一端穿过侧梁2并与侧梁2固定,U型结构的开口端的两侧壁分别与安装梁51焊接固定,U型结构的底壁设有吊挂接口53,该吊挂接口53用于与磁轨制动装置4的驱动件41固定。
当然,本实施例中,对于用于吊挂磁轨制动装置4的吊挂结构的具体结构和设置位置并不做限制,如还可将其设置为固定于侧梁2的吊梁即可,而安装梁51的一端穿过侧梁2并与侧梁2焊接固定,如此设置能够简化整体结构并使得整体结构更为规整,同时,方形框的结构能够在保证结构强度的同时,简化整体结构、实现轻量化。另外,该吊挂座5为锻件,保证其具有较高的结构强度。
进一步的,侧梁2的上端面设有上盖板,该上盖板向侧边设有延伸段,该延伸段能够与安装梁51的上端面贴合固定,以进一步增强安装梁51与侧梁2之间的连接稳定性,保证吊挂座5的结构强度。
在上述实施例中,构架还包括固设于横梁1的轴盘制动吊座6,轴盘制动吊座6通过管板式焊接与横梁1固定,也就是说,转向架同时通过磁轨制动装置4和轴盘制动装置实现制动,保证制动效果。该轴盘制动吊座6固设于横梁1,使得轴盘制动装置的安装能够避让磁轨制动装置4,从而实现两种制动方式的兼容。
在上述实施例中,横梁1的下端面还设有双牵引拉杆座7,两个横梁1 的双牵引拉杆座7关于该构架的中心对称设置,可实现转向架整体起吊,并且牵引力、制动力通过两个牵引拉杆座传递,可靠性增加,另外还可为电机吊座避让空间。
另外,本实施例中,该构架的轴距小于2500mm,可满足通过小曲线半径的需求。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种转向架的构架,所述转向架包括磁轨制动装置(4),其特征在于,所述构架包括由两根横梁(1)和两根侧梁(2)围合形成的框架结构,各所述横梁(1)的两侧端下端面分别固设有限位座(3),所述限位座(3)包括止挡部(31)和定位部(32);
    所述止挡部(31)能够与设于所述磁轨制动装置(4)的抵接部(42)抵接配合,且设于一根所述横梁(1)的所述止挡部(31)的止位方向,与设于另一根所述横梁(1)的所述止挡部(31)的止位方向相反;
    所述定位部(32)能够与设于所述磁轨制动装置(4)的配合部(43)配合,以使所述磁轨制动装置(4)能够相对于所述构架沿高度方向移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的转向架的构架,其特征在于,所述定位部(32)和所述止挡部(31)之间还形成有限位台阶(33),所述磁轨制动装置(4)能够沿高度方向向上移动至与所述限位台阶(33)的台阶面抵接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的转向架的构架,其特征在于,所述止挡部(31)和所述抵接部(42)之间还设有耐磨件(34)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的转向架的构架,其特征在于,所述限位座(3)为锻件,且所述止挡部(31)的外壁还加工有安装面(311),所述耐磨件(34)能够通过紧固件(35)固定于所述安装面(311)。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的转向架的构架,其特征在于,所述限位座(3)还设有连接部(36),所述止挡部(31)和所述定位部(32)分别与所述连接部(36)固定,所述连接部(36)设有与所述横梁(1)的外壁相适配的弧形连接面(361),所述弧形连接面(361)能够与所述横梁(1)的外壁贴合并通过焊接固定。
  6. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的转向架的构架,其特征在于,所述定位部(32)和所述配合部(43)中,一者设有定位轴,另一者设有与所述定位轴相适配的定位孔,所述定位轴的轴线沿高度方向设置,且所述定位轴和所述定位孔能够沿高度方向相对移动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的转向架的构架,其特征在于,所述定位轴的 端部设有锥形面,和/或,所述定位孔为锥形孔,且所述锥形孔的大径段朝向所述定位轴的一侧。
  8. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的转向架的构架,其特征在于,还包括吊挂座(5),所述吊挂座(5)包括方形吊框,所述方形吊框的一侧边框形成安装梁(51),且所述安装梁(51)的一端向外伸出并穿过所述侧梁(2)与所述侧梁(2)固定,所述方形吊框与所述安装梁(51)相对的一侧边框设有吊挂接口(53),所述吊挂接口(53)用于与所述磁轨制动装置(4)的驱动件(41)固定。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的转向架的构架,其特征在于,所述侧梁(2)的上盖板设有延伸段,所述延伸段与所述安装梁(51)的上端面贴合固定。
  10. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的转向架的构架,其特征在于,所述构架还包括固设于所述横梁(1)的轴盘制动吊座(6),所述轴盘制动吊座(6)通过管板式焊接与所述横梁(1)固定。
  11. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的转向架的构架,其特征在于,所述横梁(1)的下端面还设有双牵引拉杆座(7)。
  12. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的转向架的构架,其特征在于,所述构架的轴距小于2500mm。
  13. 一种转向架,其特征在于,包括磁轨制动装置(4)以及如权利要求1-12任一项所述的构架,所述磁轨制动装置(4)设有驱动件(41),所述驱动件(41)与所述构架固定。
