Claims (19)
- (메트)아크릴계 바인더, (메트)아크릴계 올리고머 및 경화제를 포함하는 점착 필름용 조성물로 형성되는 점착 필름으로서,상기 점착 필름은 tan δ 값의 피크 온도가 약 -40℃ 이하이고, -20℃에서 저장 모듈러스가 약 0.3MPa 이하인 것인, 점착 필름.
- tan δ 값의 피크 온도가 약 -40℃ 이하이고, -20℃에서 저장 모듈러스가 약 0.3MPa 이하인 점착 필름으로서,상기 점착 필름은 유리판 또는 SUS에서의 박리 강도가 약 600gf/25mm 이상인 것인, 점착 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 점착 필름은 두께가 약 20㎛ 이하인 것인, 점착 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 점착 필름은 유리판 또는 SUS에서의 박리 강도가 약 600gf/25mm 이상인 것인, 점착 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 점착 필름은 전단 변형율이 약 18% 이상인 것인, 점착 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 점착 필름은 하기 식 1의 전단 변형율의 변화율이 약 10% 이하인 것인, 점착 필름:[식 1]전단 변형율의 변화율 = [|B - A|/A] x 100(상기 식 1에서, A는 점착 필름의 초기 전단 변형율(단위:%)B는 고온 고습 후 전단 변형율이며, 점착 필름을 60℃ 및 95% 상대 습도 내에서 10일 동안 방치하고 25℃에서 2시간 방치한 후의 상기 점착 필름의 전단 변형율(단위:%)).
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 점착 필름은 (메트)아크릴계 바인더, (메트)아크릴계 올리고머 및 경화제를 포함하는 점착 필름용 조성물로 형성되는 것인, 점착 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 (메트)아크릴계 바인더는 유리전이온도가 약 -55℃ 이하인 것인, 점착 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 (메트)아크릴계 바인더는 호모폴리머의 유리전이온도가 약 -50℃ 이하인 (메트)아크릴계 단량체를 포함하는 단량체 혼합물의 (메트)아크릴계 공중합체를 포함하는 것인, 점착 필름.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 호모폴리머의 유리전이온도가 약 -50℃ 이하인 (메트)아크릴계 단량체는 상기 단량체 혼합물 중 약 90중량% 내지 100중량%로 포함되는 것인, 점착 필름.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 단량체 혼합물은 호모폴리머의 유리전이온도가 약 -50℃ 이하이고 분지쇄형의 탄소수 3 내지 10의 알킬기를 갖는 (메트)아크릴계 단량체 약 40중량% 이상 100중량% 미만, 호모폴리머의 유리전이온도가 약 -50℃ 이하이고 직쇄형의 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬기를 갖는 (메트)아크릴계 단량체 약 0중량% 초과 60중량% 이하를 포함하는 것인, 점착 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 (메트)아크릴계 올리고머는 유리전이온도가 약 50℃ 이상인 것인, 점착 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 (메트)아크릴계 올리고머는 수산기를 갖는 (메트)아크릴계 단량체를 포함하는 단량체 혼합물의 올리고머를 포함하는 것인, 점착 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 (메트)아크릴계 올리고머는 중량평균분자량이 약 3,000 내지 50,000인 것인, 점착 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 경화제는 이소시아네이트계 경화제를 포함하고,상기 점착 필름용 조성물 중 상기 (메트)아크릴계 바인더 100중량부, 상기 (메트)아크릴계 올리고머 약 3중량부 이하, 상기 이소시아네이트계 경화제 약 1중량부 이하를 포함하는 것인, 점착 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 점착 필름용 조성물은 금속 킬레이트계 경화제, 카르보디이미드계 경화제, 아지리딘계 경화제, 에폭시계 경화제 중 1종 이상의 경화제를 더 포함하는 것인, 점착 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 점착 필름은 UV 흡수제를 더 포함하는 것인, 점착 필름.
- 광학 소자, 및 상기 광학 소자의 적어도 일면에 형성된 점착 필름을 포함하고,상기 점착 필름은 제1항 또는 제2항의 점착 필름을 포함하는 것인, 광학 부재.
- 제18항의 광학 부재를 포함하는 것인, 광학표시장치.
