例えば、国際公開第2018/108866号には、ビニルエーテル化合物及びジオール化合物によりポリエーテル化合物を製造し、上記ポリエーテル化合物が有する両末端の-OH基をエステル化し、ジアシルオキシポリエーテル化合物を製造し、上記ジアシルオキシポリエーテル化合物をフッ素化し、含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物を製造する方法が開示される。
また、国際公開第2019/202076号には、ビニルエーテル化合物及びジオール化合物を溶媒中で重合反応させてポリエーテル化合物を製造し、上記ポリエーテル化合物が有する両末端の-OH基をエステル化し、ジアシルオキシポリエーテル化合物を製造し、上記ジアシルオキシポリエーテル化合物をフッ素化し、含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物を製造する方法が開示される。
また、国際公開第2018/108864号、国際公開第2019/202079号及び国際公開第2019/243404号には、ジアシルオキシ化合物及びジフルオロアシル化合物を溶媒中で重合反応させて-C(=O)F基又は-OC(=O)F基を末端基として有するポリエーテル化合物を製造し、ポリエーテル化合物をフッ素化し、含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物を製造する方法が開示される。
また、国際公開第2019/243403号には、ビニルエーテル化合物及びジオール化合物を溶媒中で反応させ、芳香環を有するポリエーテル化合物を製造し、上記ポリエーテル化合物が有する両末端の-OH基をエステル化し、ジアシルオキシポリエーテル化合物を製造し、上記ジアシルオキシポリエーテル化合物をフッ素化し、含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物を製造する方法が開示される。
また、国際公開第2018/108864号には、その実施例において製造されるポリエーテル化合物の数平均分子量が2,200程度であったと記載されている。
しかしながら、国際公開第2018/108864号に係る製造方法においては、ジアシルオキシ化合物と、ジフルオロアシル化合物との反応により、上記末端基を有するポリエーテル化合物以外に、環状ポリエーテル化合物が製造される。そのため、上記環状ポリエーテル化合物が、NMR法を利用した主鎖と末端基との積分比から求められる数平均分子量の値を、見かけ上大きくしており、実際に得られている上記末端基を有するポリエーテル化合物は、繰り返し単位数が小さい低分子化合物である。したがって、上記ポリエーテル化合物及び上記ポリエーテル化合物のフッ素化により製造される含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物は耐熱性の観点から改善の余地がある。
国際公開第2019/202079号及び国際公開第2019/243404号に係る製造方法においても、国際公開第2018/108864号同様、ジアシルオキシ化合物と、ジフルオロアシル化合物との反応により、環状ポリエーテル化合物が製造されており、実際に得られている上記末端基を有するポリエーテル化合物は、繰り返し単位数が小さい低分子化合物である。そのため、上記ポリエーテル化合物及び上記ポリエーテル化合物のフッ素化により製造される含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物は耐熱性の観点から改善の余地がある。
また、国際公開第2019/243403号には、その実施例において製造されるポリエーテル化合物の繰り返し単位数が1~9であったと記載されている。しかしながら、国際公開第2019/243403号に係る製造方法により得られるポリエーテル化合物は、繰り返し単位内に芳香環を有しており、フッ素化の容易性の観点から改善の余地がある。
また、本開示が解決しようとする課題は、耐熱性に優れる含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物を含む含フッ素ポリエーテル組成物を製造可能な含フッ素ポリエーテル組成物の製造方法を提供することである。

本開示に係るポリエーテル組成物の製造方法は、下記一般式(2)で表される化合物1molに対して下記一般式(1)で表される化合物を1mol未満の比率で反応させる第一重合反応と、上記第一重合反応後の第二重合反応とを含む、下記一般式(1)で表される化合物及び下記一般式(2)で表される化合物の複数回の重合反応により、ポリエーテル化合物を含むポリエーテル組成物を製造する。

本開示に係るポリエーテル組成物の製造方法において、ポリエーテル組成物に含まれるポリエーテル化合物は、一般式(1)で表される化合物及び一般式(2)で表される化合物の複数回の重合反応により製造される。
重合反応を複数回に分け、且つ第一重合反応において、一般式(2)で表される化合物1molに対して一般式(1)で表される化合物を1mol未満の比率で反応させることにより、重合反応において、重合物の自己環化反応を抑制でき、繰り返し単位数の大きいポリエーテル化合物が製造され、ポリエーテル化合物の耐熱性が改善されると推察される。また、上記ポリエーテル化合物をフッ素化することにより製造される含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物も同様に、繰り返し単位数が大きく、耐熱性に優れると推察される。
本開示に係るポリエーテル組成物の製造方法において、複数回の重合反応は、一般式(2)で表される化合物1molに対して一般式(1)で表される化合物を1mol未満の比率で反応させる第一重合反応と、上記第一重合反応後の第二重合反応とを少なくとも含む。
本開示に係るポリエーテル組成物の製造方法において、第二重合反応を複数回実施してもよい。
上記組成物における溶媒の含有率は、10質量%以下が好ましく、5質量%以下がより好ましく、1質量%以下が更に好ましく、組成物が溶媒を含まないことが特に好ましい。
組成物における溶媒の含有率が10質量%以下であることにより、上記自己環化反応をより効果的に抑制でき、より耐熱性に優れるポリエーテル化合物を含むポリエーテル組成物を製造できる。また、組成物における溶媒の含有率が10質量%以下であることにより、耐熱性に優れるポリエーテル化合物の収率を向上できる。
溶媒は、特に限定されず、例えば、アセトニトリル、テトラヒドロフラン、ジメチルスルホキシド、ジメチルホルムアミド、エチレンポリオキシドジメチルエーテル、ジメトキシエタン、ビス(2-メトキシエチル)エーテル、トリエチレングリコールジメチルエーテル及びテトラエチレングリコールジメチルエーテル等が挙げられる。
また、本開示のポリエーテル組成物の製造方法は、複数回の重合反応における一般式(1)で表される化合物及び一般式(2)で表される化合物の反応におけるmol比を上記数値範囲内とすることにより、ポリエーテル化合物の末端において一般式(1)に由来するAと一般式(2)に由来するBとの存在割合の調節が可能となる。例えば、Aに富む末端を有するポリエーテル化合物、Bに富む末端を有するポリエーテル化合物等が選択的に製造可能となる。
さらに、複数回の重合反応における一般式(1)で表される化合物及び一般式(2)で表される化合物の反応におけるmol比を上記数値範囲内とすることにより、重合反応により製造されるポリエーテル組成物中における未反応の一般式(1)で表される化合物及び一般式(2)で表される化合物の含有率が低減し、場合によっては精製等を省略できる。
重合反応をアルカリ触媒の存在下において行うことにより、一般式(1)で表される化合物及び一般式(2)で表される化合物の重合反応が円滑に進行し、より耐熱性に優れるポリエーテル化合物を含むポリエーテル組成物を製造できる。
また、重合反応をアルカリ触媒の存在下において行うことにより、耐熱性に優れるポリエーテル化合物の収率を向上できる。
アルカリ触媒としては、例えば、炭酸塩及び金属フッ化物塩等が好適に使用できる。
一般式(1)において、Aが-OCF=CF2、-O(CF2)mCF=CF2、-OTs、-OTf、-OMs又は-OHを表す場合には、アルカリ触媒は炭酸塩であることが好ましく、Aが-C(=O)F又は-OC(=O)Fを表す場合には、アルカリ触媒は金属フッ化物であることが好ましい。
炭酸塩としては、炭酸ナトリウム、炭酸カリウム、炭酸セシウム、炭酸水素ナトリウム、炭酸水素カリウム及び炭酸水素セシウム等が挙げられる。金属フッ化物としては、フッ化セシウム、フッ化ナトリウム及びフッ化カリウム等が挙げられる。
2種類以上の一般式(1)で表される化合物を使用する場合、Aで表される末端基は、全て同一の基であることが好ましい。また、2種類以上の一般式(2)で表される化合物を使用する場合、Bで表される末端基は、全て同一の基であることが好ましい。
Aで表される末端基が全て同一であり、且つBで表される末端基が全て同一であることにより、より耐熱性に優れるポリエーテル化合物を含むポリエーテル組成物を製造でき、且つポリエーテル化合物の末端において一般式(1)に由来するAと一般式(2)に由来するBとの存在割合の調節が可能となる。
また、第一重合反応の時間に対する第二重合反応の時間の比を上記数値範囲内とすることにより、耐熱性に優れるポリエーテル化合物の収率を向上できる。
なお、第一重合反応の時間とは、一般式(1)で表される化合物及び一般式(2)で表される化合物の混合物を反応温度とした後、第二重合反応において使用する一般式(1)で表される化合物を導入するまでの時間を指す。
また、第二重合反応の時間とは、第二重合反応を1回実施する場合、追加の一般式(1)で表される化合物を導入し、反応温度とした後、反応系を降温させ、反応温度未満の温度とするまでの時間を指す。
また、第二重合反応を複数回実施する場合、複数回実施される第二重合反応のうちの最後に実施される第二重合反応(最終重合反応)の時間は、追加の一般式(1)で表される化合物を導入し、反応温度とした後、反応系を降温させ、反応温度未満の温度とするまでの時間を指し、それ以外の第二重合反応の時間は、追加の一般式(1)で表される化合物を導入し、反応温度とした後、次の第二重合反応において使用する一般式(1)で表される化合物を導入するまでの時間を指す。
第一重合反応は、一般式(2)で表される化合物1molに対して、一般式(1)で表される化合物を0.1mol~0.9molの比率で反応させることにより行うことが好ましく、0.3mol~0.7molの比率で反応させることにより行うことがより好ましく、0.4mol~0.6molの比率で反応させることにより行うことがさらに好ましい。上記第一重合反応を含むポリエーテル組成物の製造方法によれば、上記自己環化反応をより効果的に抑制でき、より耐熱性に優れるポリエーテル化合物を含むポリエーテル組成物を製造できる。
また、上記第一重合反応を含むポリエーテル組成物の製造方法によれば、耐熱性に優れるポリエーテル化合物の収率を向上できる。
第一重合反応が、一般式(1)で表される化合物へ一般式(2)で表される化合物を導入し、反応させることにより行われる場合、一般式(2)で表される化合物を、一般式(1)で表される化合物1molに対して0.01倍mol/時間~100倍mol/時間の速度で導入することが好ましく、0.1倍mol/時間~10倍mol/時間の速度で導入することがより好ましく、0.5倍mol/時間~3倍mol/時間の速度で導入することがさらに好ましい。
第一重合反応が、一般式(2)で表される化合物へ一般式(1)で表される化合物を導入し、反応させることにより行われる場合、一般式(1)で表される化合物を、一般式(2)で表される化合物1molに対して0.005倍mol/時間~1.2倍mol/時間の速度で導入することが好ましく、0.01倍mol/時間~0.9倍mol/時間の速度で導入することがより好ましく、0.1倍mol/時間~0.5倍mol/時間の速度で導入することがさらに好ましい。
上記第一重合反応を含むポリエーテル組成物の製造方法によれば、上記自己環化反応をより効果的に抑制でき、より耐熱性に優れるポリエーテル化合物を含むポリエーテル組成物を製造できる。
また、上記第一重合反応を含むポリエーテル組成物の製造方法によれば、耐熱性に優れるポリエーテル化合物の収率を向上できる。
上記第一重合反応を含むポリエーテル組成物の製造方法によれば、一般式(1)で表される化合物及び一般式(2)で表される化合物の重合反応が円滑に進行し、より耐熱性に優れるポリエーテル化合物を含むポリエーテル組成物を製造できる。
また、上記第一重合反応を含むポリエーテル組成物の製造方法によれば、耐熱性に優れるポリエーテル化合物の収率を向上できる。
なお、本開示において反応温度とは、一般式(1)で表される化合物及び一般式(2)で表される化合物を反応させる容器の内温を意味する。

第一重合反応により、一般式(1)で表される化合物及び一般式(2)で表される化合物の重合物を含む組成物が製造される。組成物には、未反応の一般式(2)で表される化合物が含まれていてもよい。第二重合反応の一実施形態においては、組成物に含まれる上記重合物及び未反応の一般式(2)で表される化合物と、追加で導入される一般式(1)で表される化合物とが反応する。
また、上記第二重合反応を含むポリエーテル組成物の製造方法によれば、耐熱性に優れるポリエーテル化合物の収率を向上できる。
なお、第二重合反応を複数回実施する場合、それぞれ異なる反応比率であってもよく、同じ反応比率であってもよい。
また、上記第二重合反応を含むポリエーテル組成物の製造方法によれば、耐熱性に優れるポリエーテル化合物の収率を向上できる。

フッ素化反応性、耐熱性等のバランスの観点から、2価の炭化水素基は、ペルフルオロ化された、エーテル結合を含んでいてもよい、炭化水素基であることが好ましい。
また、フッ素化反応性、耐熱性等のバランスの観点から、一般式(1)におけるX及び後述する一般式(2)におけるYの少なくとも一方が、ペルフルオロ化された、エーテル結合を含んでいてもよい、炭化水素基であることが好ましい。
フッ素化反応性、耐熱性等のバランスの観点からは、一般式(1)におけるX及び一般式(2)におけるYが共に、ペルフルオロ化された炭化水素基を表すことが好ましいが、コストの観点からは、一般式(1)におけるX又は一般式(2)におけるYが、ペルフルオロ化された炭化水素基を表すことが好ましい。

一般式(2)中、Yは、エーテル結合を含んでいてもよく、水素原子がフッ素原子により置換されていてもよい、炭素数1~20の2価の炭化水素基を表す。但し、Yは、芳香環を有しない。2価の炭化水素基の炭素数は、15以下が好ましく、13以下がより好ましい。2価の炭化水素基の炭素数を15以下とすることにより、一般式(1)で表される化合物との重合反応が円滑に進行し、より耐熱性に優れるポリエーテル化合物を製造できる。また、フッ素化反応性、耐熱性等のバランスの観点から、2価の炭化水素基は、ペルフルオロ化された、エーテル結合を含んでいてもよい、炭化水素基であることが好ましい。2価の炭化水素基は、Xが表す2価の炭化水素基と同様の基を選択できるため、ここでは具体的な記載を省略する。また、X及びYは、同一の基であってもよく、異なる基であってもよい。
また、2価の炭化水素基の炭素数は、4以上が好ましく、5以上がより好ましい。2価の炭化水素基の炭素数が4以上であることにより、一般式(1)で表される化合物との反応を液体状態で行うことができ、反応の調整が容易となる。
一般式(1)で表される化合物との反応性の観点から、Bが-OH基を表す場合、一般式(2)で表される化合物は、一級アルコールであることが好ましい。また、一般式(2)で表される化合物が一級アルコールである場合、末端の-CH2OH基を除いて、水素原子がフッ素原子に置換されていることが好ましい。

耐熱性の観点から、ポリエーテル組成物における一般式(3)で表される構造を有するポリエーテル化合物の含有率は50質量%~100質量%が好ましい。
本開示に係るポリエーテル組成物は、上記一般式(3)で表される構造を有するポリエーテル化合物を含み、且つポリエーテル組成物に含まれる全てのポリエーテル化合物が有する末端基の合計100mol%に対するAで表される末端基の割合が、90mol%以上である。Aの割合は92mol%が好ましく、95mol%がより好ましい。
ポリエーテル組成物におけるポリエーテル化合物の好ましい含有量等については上記した通りである。
本開示に係る含フッ素ポリエーテル組成物の製造は、上記ポリエーテル組成物の製造方法により製造されるポリエーテル組成物に含まれるポリエーテル化合物をフッ素化し、含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物を含む含フッ素ポリエーテル組成物を製造する。
ポリエーテル組成物が、両末端に-OCF=CF2基又は-O(CF2)mCF=CF2基を有するポリエーテル化合物を含む場合、ポリエーテル化合物をフッ素化することにより、含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物を含む含フッ素ポリエーテル組成物を製造できる。
上記方法は、ポリエーテル組成物に含まれる全てのポリエーテル化合物が有する末端基の合計100mol%に対する-OCF=CF2基又は-O(CF2)mCF=CF2基の割合が、90mol%以上である場合に好ましい。
ポリエーテル化合物のフッ素化方法は、特に限定されず、従来公知の方法に基づいて実施できる。フッ素化方法は、バッチ方式でもよく連続方式でもよい。フッ素化反応は、下記の<方法1>又は<方法2>により実施することが好ましく、含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物の収率の点からは、<方法2>がより好ましい。フッ素ガスは、バッチ方式で実施する場合及び連続方式で実施する場合のいずれにおいても、窒素ガス等の不活性ガスで希釈して使用してもよい。
方法1は、反応器に、ポリエーテル化合物と溶媒とを仕込み、撹拌を開始する。所定の反応温度と反応圧力下において、不活性ガスで希釈したフッ素ガスを溶媒中に連続的に供給しながら反応させる方法である。
<方法2>
方法2は、反応器に溶媒を仕込み、撹拌する。次に所定の反応温度と反応圧力下で、不活性ガスで希釈したフッ素ガスとポリエーテル化合物と溶媒とを所定のモル比で連続的にフッ素化反応溶媒中に供給しながら反応させる方法である。
<方法3>
方法3は、管状反応器に溶媒を連続的に導入して管状反応器内を流通させ、次に、不活性ガスで希釈したフッ素ガスと、ポリエーテル化合物を溶解した溶液とをフッ素ガスとポリエーテル化合物とが所定のモル比となる割合でそれぞれ連続的に管状反応器内の溶媒の流れに供給して混合し、管状反応器内でフッ素ガスとポリエーテル化合物とを接触させて反応させ、反応生成物を含む溶媒を管状反応器から取り出す方法である。この方法において、溶媒を循環させ、循環されている溶媒から反応生成物を取り出すことにより、連続方式でフッ素化反応を実施できる。
また、ポリエーテル化合物を溶媒内に導入する場合、溶媒を予め窒素置換した後、さらに溶媒をフッ素置換してもよい。
C-H結合含有化合物としては、芳香族炭化水素が好ましく、ベンゼン及びトルエン等が挙げられる。C-H結合含有化合物の導入量は、ポリエーテル化合物中の水素原子に対して0.1モル%~10モル%である量が好ましく、0.1モル%~5モル%である量がより好ましい。
C-H結合含有化合物は、フッ素ガスが存在する溶媒中に導入することが好ましい。さらに、C-H結合含有化合物を加えた場合には、反応系を加圧することが好ましい。加圧時の反応圧力としては、0.01MPa~5MPa(ゲージ圧)が好ましい。
反応系に紫外線を照射する場合、照射時間は、0.1時間~3時間が好ましい。
CF3CF2O-XF-(D1F-YF-D1F-XF)n-OCF2CF3・・・(4-1)
ポリエーテル化合物が上記式(3)で表される構造を有し、且つ両末端に-O(CF2)mCF=CF2基を有する場合、ポリエーテル化合物のフッ素化により下記一般式(4-2)で表される構造を有する含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物が得られる。

一般式(4-1)及び一般式(4-2)中、YFは、それぞれ独立して、Yで表される2価の炭化水素基がペルフルオロ化された炭素数1~20の二価のペルフルオロ炭化水素基を表す。
一般式(4-1)及び一般式(4-2)中、D1Fは、Dで表される二価の連結基がペルフルオロ化した二価の連結基を表し、いずれも*-OCF2CF2O-**又は*-O(CF2)mCF2CF2O-**を表す。*はXFへの結合部分を表し、**はYFへの結合部分を表す。また、-O(CF2)mCF2CF2O-中において、mは上記した通りであり、ここでは記載を省略する。
一般式(4-1)及び一般式(4-2)中、nは上記した通りであるため、ここでは記載を省略する。
ポリエーテル組成物が、両末端に-OH基を有するポリエーテル化合物を含む場合、-OH基をエステル化してジアシルオキシポリエーテル化合物を製造し、ジアシルオキシポリエーテル化合物をフッ素化することにより、両末端にエステル基を有する含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物を含む含フッ素ポリエーテル組成物を製造できる。
上記方法は、ポリエーテル組成物に含まれる全てのポリエーテル化合物が有する末端基の合計100mol%に対する-OH基の割合が、90mol%以上である場合に好ましい。
また、上記含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物にアルコールを反応させ、含フッ素ジアシルアルコキシカルボニルポリエーテル化合物を製造し、含フッ素ジアシルアルコキシカルボニルポリエーテル化合物を還元し、両末端に-OH基を有する含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物を含む含フッ素ポリエーテル組成物を製造できる。
なお、ポリエーテル化合物が、両末端に、-OTs基、-OTf基又は-OMs基を有する場合、従来公知の方法により両末端を脱離反応により、-OH基とし、上記した方法により、両末端にエステル基を有する含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物を含む含フッ素ポリエーテル組成物及び両末端に-OH基を有する含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物を含む含フッ素ポリエーテル組成物を製造できる。
R6C(=O)F・・・(5)
R6で表される1価の炭化水素基の炭素数は、精製容易性の観点から20以下が好ましく、10以下がより好ましい。一方、R6で表される1価の炭化水素基の炭素数は、フッ素化における副反応抑制の観点から、3以上が好ましく、4以上がより好ましい。
R6で表される1価の炭化水素基における水素原子がフッ素原子により置換されている場合、フッ素原子含有率は、50モル%以上が好ましく、75モル%以上がより好ましく、100モル%(ペルフルオロ炭化水素基)がさらに好ましい。ただし、フッ素原子含有率とは、炭化水素基に含まれる水素原子がフッ素原子に置換されている割合である。

含フッ素ジアシルオキシポリエーテル化合物に対するアルコールの使用量は、含フッ素ジアシルオキシポリエーテル化合物1molに対してアルコールは2mol~10molが好ましく、2.1mol~5molがより好ましく、2.2mol~4molがさらに好ましい。
含フッ素ジアシルオキシポリエーテル化合物とアルコールとの反応が溶媒中で行われる場合、溶媒としては、フッ素系有機溶媒が好ましく、フッ素化アルカン、フッ素化芳香族化合物、フルオロアルキルエーテル等が挙げられる。
含フッ素ジアシルアルコキシカルボニルポリエーテル化合物の収率の観点から、含フッ素ジアシルオキシポリエーテル化合物とアルコールとの反応時間は、0.5時間~48時間が好ましく、0.5時間~24時間がより好ましい。

還元剤は、特に限定されず、例えば、水素化ホウ素ナトリウム(NaBH4)、シアノ水素化ホウ素ナトリウム(NaBH3CN)、水素化ホウ素リチウム(LiBH4)、水素化リチウムアルミニウム(LAH)及び水素化ジイソブチルアルミニウム(DIBAL)等が挙げられる。
含フッ素ジアシルアルコキシカルボニルポリエーテル化合物に対する還元剤の使用量は、含フッ素ジアシルアルコキシカルボニルポリエーテル化合物1molに対して還元剤は0.25mol~10molが好ましく、0.5mol~8molがより好ましく、0.6mol~5molがさらに好ましい。
含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物の収率の観点から、含フッ素ジアシルアルコキシカルボニルポリエーテル化合物と還元剤との反応時間は、0.5時間~48時間が好ましく、1時間~24時間がより好ましい。

含フッ素ポリエーテル組成物は、含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物を1種含むものであってもよく、2種以上含むものであってもよい。
(NMR分析)
NMR分析は下記条件において行った。
1H-NMR(300.4MHz)の基準物質には、7.5ppmのニトロベンゼンを使用した。
19F-NMR(282.7MHz)の基準物質には、-162.5ppmのペルフルオロベンゼンを使用した。
NMRの溶媒は、CFE-419(ClCF2CFClCF2OCF2CF2Cl)を使用した。
数平均分子量(Mn)及び質量平均分子量(Mw)は、GPCによって、測定した。GPCによる測定は、上述の方法で行った。

PTFE:ポリテトラフルオロエチレン
AC-2000:フッ素系溶媒、AGC株式会社製、アサヒクリン(登録商標)AC-2000
攪拌翼、温度計及び還流コンデンサーを備える三口フラスコに、31gの下記化学式(1-1)で表されるエチレングリコール(0.5mol、pKa:14.22)と、138gのアルカリ触媒(K2CO3)とを導入し、三口フラスコ内が40℃となるまで加熱し、10分間攪拌混合した。
次いで、三口フラスコへ、344gの下記化学式(2-1)で表されるジビニルエーテル(1.0mol)を、エチレングリコール1molに対し、1倍mol/時間の速度で導入した。ジビニルエーテルの導入後、三口フラスコの内温が70℃となるまで加熱し、攪拌混合し、第一重合反応を行い、第一重合組成物を得た。

CF2=CFOCF2CF2CF2OCF=CF2・・・(2-1)
第一重合反応において、反応温度である70℃とした後、第二重合反応において使用するエチレングリコールを導入するまでの時間(第一重合反応の時間)は3時間であった。
第二重合反応において、エチレングリコールを導入し、反応温度である70℃とした後、フラスコの内温が25℃とするまでの時間(第二重合反応の時間)は5時間であった。
1H-NMR法及び19F-NMR法により、ポリエーテル組成物Aは、下記化学式(3-1)で表されるポリエーテル化合物a、下記化学式(3-2)で表されるポリエーテル化合物b及び下記化学式(3-3)で表されるポリエーテル化合物cを含み、化学式(3-1)~(3-3)中、nの平均値は8と確認された。
ポリエーテル化合物の収率は76%であった。
また、1H-NMR法及び19F-NMR法により、ポリエーテル組成物Aに含まれるポリエーテル化合物が有する末端基の割合を特定したところ、-OH及び-OCF=CF2の合計100mol%に対して、-OHの割合は94mol%であり、-OCF=CF2の割合は6mol%であった。
また、ポリエーテル組成物Aに含まれるポリエーテル化合物のMw/Mnは1.55であった。

別途用意した、攪拌翼、温度計及び還流コンデンサーを備える三口フラスコに、280gの合成例1-1において得られたポリエーテル組成物Aと、35.5gのフッ化ナトリウム(HF捕捉剤)と、280gの(HFPO)2とを導入した。
1H-NMR法及び19F-NMR法により、粗生成物A-1は、下記化学式(6-1)で表されるジアシルオキシポリエーテル化合物a、化学式(6-2)で表されるアシルオキシポリエーテル化合物a及び上記化学式(3-2)で表されるポリエーテル化合物bを含み、化学式(6-1)、化学式(6-2)及び化学式(3-2)中、nの平均値は8と確認された。
また、1H-NMR法及び19F-NMR法により、粗生成物A-1に含まれる化合物が有する末端基の割合を特定したところ、-OC(=O)CF(CF3)-OC3F7及び-OCF=CF2の合計100mol%に対して、-OC(=O)CF(CF3)-OC3F7の割合は94mol%であり、-OCF=CF2の割合は6mol%であった。
また、粗生成物A-1に含まれる化合物のMw/Mnは1.52であった。
3000mLのニッケル製オートクレーブへ、2800gのCFE-419を導入し、攪拌し、フラスコの内温が20℃となるまで冷却した。なお、オートクレーブのガス出口には、フラスコの内温と同じ20℃に保持されたコンデンサーを設置した。
窒素ガスによるバブリング後、窒素ガスにより希釈された20体積%のフッ素ガス(以下、20体積%フッ素ガスと記載。)を155L/時間の速度でCFE-419へバブリングすると共に、合成例1-2において得られた315gの粗生成物A-1をCFE-419により希釈した溶液を6時間かけて導入した。
ベンゼンのCFE-419溶液の導入後、20体積%フッ素ガスを1時間かけてバブリングし、次いで、窒素ガスを1時間かけて吹き込み、オートクレーブ内を充分に置換した。
1H-NMR法及び19F-NMR法により、粗生成物A-2は、下記化学式(7-1)で表される含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物a、化学式(7-2)で表される含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物b及び化学式(7-3)で表される含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物cを含み、化学式(7-1)~(7-3)中、nの平均値は8と確認された。
また、1H-NMR法及び19F-NMR法により、粗生成物A-2に含まれる化合物が有する末端基の割合を特定したところ、-OC(=O)CF(CF3)-OC3F7及び-OCF2CF3の合計100mol%に対して、-OC(=O)CF(CF3)-OC3F7の割合は94mol%であり、-OCF2CF3の割合は6mol%であった。
また、粗生成物A-2に含まれる化合物のMw/Mnは1.62であった。
500mLのフラスコに、合成例1-3において得られた370gの粗生成物A-2と、32gのフッ化ナトリウム(HF捕捉剤)と、24gのメタノールとを導入し、フラスコの内温が0℃となるまで冷却し、2時間攪拌混合した。
攪拌混合後、フラスコの内温が25℃となるまで加熱し、内容物を、PTFEメンブレンフィルターを用いて濾過した。
1H-NMR法及び19F-NMR法により、粗生成物A-3は、下記化学式(8-1)で表される含フッ素ジアシルアルコキシカルボニルポリエーテル化合物a、化学式(8-2)で表される含フッ素アシルアルコキシカルボニルポリエーテル化合物a及び上記化学式(7-2)で表される含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物bを含み、化学式(8-1)、化学式(8-2)及び化学式(7-2)中、nの平均値は8と確認された。
また、1H-NMR法及び19F-NMR法により、粗生成物A-3に含まれる化合物が有する末端基の割合を特定したところ、-C(=O)OCH3及び-OCF2CF3の合計100mol%に対して、-C(=O)OCH3の割合は94mol%であり、-O-CF2CF3の割合は6mol%であった。
また、粗生成物A-3に含まれる化合物のMw/Mnは1.56であった。
1000mLの三口フラスコに、5.7gのNaBH4粉末(還元剤)を導入した。次いで、三口フラスコへ、640gのAC-2000と、70gのエタノールとを導入し、三口フラスコの内温が0℃となるまで冷却した後、攪拌混合した。
三口フラスコへ、合成例1-4において得られた320gの粗生成物A-3を導入し、三口フラスコ内温を0℃に維持したまま、2時間攪拌混合した。
攪拌混合後、三口フラスコの内容物が酸性となるまで、三口フラスコへ塩酸を導入し、有機相と、水相とに分離した反応粗液を得た。得られた反応粗液を分液し、有機相を回収した。有機相を濃縮し、低沸成分を留去し、オイル状の粗生成物A-4(含フッ素ポリエーテル組成物)を得た。
1H-NMR法及び19F-NMR法により、粗生成物A-4は、下記化学式(9-1)で表される含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物d、化学式(9-2)で表される含フッ素ジビニルポリエーテル化合物e及び化学式(7-2)で表される含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物bを含み、化学式(9-1)、化学式(9-2)及び化学式(7-2)中、nの平均値は8と確認された。
また、1H-NMR法及び19F-NMR法により、粗生成物A-4に含まれる化合物が有する末端基の割合を特定したところ、-OH及び-OCF2CF3の合計100mol%に対して、-OHの割合は94mol%であり、-O-CF2CF3の割合は6mol%であった。
また、粗生成物A-4に含まれる化合物のMw/Mnは1.50であった。

攪拌翼、温度計及び還流コンデンサーを備える三口フラスコに、62gのエチレングリコール(1.0mol、pKa:14.22)と、138gの炭酸カリウム(アルカリ触媒)とを導入し、三口フラスコ内が40℃となるまで加熱し、10分間攪拌混合した。
次いで、三口フラスコへ、172gの上記化学式(2-1)で表されるジビニルエーテル(0.5mol)を、エチレングリコール1molに対し、0.25倍mol/時間の速度で導入した。ジビニルエーテルの導入後、フラスコの内温が70℃となるまで加熱し、攪拌混合し、第一重合反応を行い、第一重合組成物を得た。
なお、第一重合反応の時間は3時間であり、第二重合反応の時間は5時間であった。
1H-NMR法及び19F-NMR法により、ポリエーテル組成物Bは、上記化学式(3-1)で表されるポリエーテル化合物a、上記化学式(3-2)で表されるポリエーテル化合物b及び上記化学式(3-3)で表されるポリエーテル化合物cを含み、化学式(3-1)~(3-3)中、nの平均値は8と確認された。
ポリエーテル化合物の収率は82%であった。
また、1H-NMR法及び19F-NMR法により、ポリエーテル組成物Bに含まれるポリエーテル化合物が有する末端基の割合を特定したところ、-OH及び-OCH=CH2の合計100mol%に対して、-OHの割合は2mol%であり、-OCH=CH2の割合は98mol%であった。
また、ポリエーテル組成物Bに含まれる化合物のMw/Mnは1.55であった。

3000mLのニッケル製オートクレーブへ、2800gのCFE-419を導入し、攪拌し、フラスコの内温が20℃となるまで冷却した。なお、オートクレーブのガス出口には20℃に保持されたコンデンサーを設置した。
窒素ガスによるバブリング後、20体積%フッ素ガスを178L/時間の速度でCFE-419へバブリングすると共に、合成例1-2において得られた330gのポリエーテル組成物BをCFE-419により希釈した溶液を6時間かけて導入した。
1H-NMR法及び19F-NMR法により、含フッ素ポリエーテル組成物は、下記化学式(4-1)で表される含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物f、下記化学式(4-2)で表される含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物g及び下記化学式(4-3)で表される含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物hを含み、化学式(4-1)~(4-3)中、nの平均値は8と確認された。
また、含フッ素ポリエーテル組成物に含まれる化合物のMw/Mnは1.52であった。
19F-NMR δ(ppm):-86ppm(36F)、-90ppm(6F)、-92ppm(96F)、-93ppm(4F)、-128ppm(18F)
500mLのハステロイ製のオートクレーブへ、83gのフッ化セシウム(アルカリ触媒)を導入した。
次いで、オートクレーブへ、100gの下記化学式(2-2)で表されるジフッ化アシルオキシ化合物(0.55mol)を導入し、オートクレーブ内を、N2雰囲気且つ内温-196℃とし、真空脱気を行った。
FC(=O)OCH2CH2CH2CH2OC(=O)F・・・(2-2)
FC(=O)CF2CF2CF2CF2C(=O)F・・・(1-2)
なお、第一重合反応の時間は3時間であり、第二重合反応の時間は8時間であった。
フッ化セシウムを濾別した粗生成物C-1へ、160gのフッ化セシウムを導入し、オートクレーブの内温を180℃となるまで加熱し、30時間攪拌混合した。
1H-NMR法及び19F-NMR法により、ポリエーテル組成物Cは、下記化学式(3-4)で表されるポリエーテル化合物d、化学式(3-5)で表されるポリエーテル化合物e及び化学式(3-6)で表されるポリエーテル化合物fを含み、化学式(3-4)~(3-6)中、nの平均値は8と確認された。
ポリエーテル化合物の収率は83%であった。
また、1H-NMR法及び19F-NMR法により、ポリエーテル組成物Cに含まれるポリエーテル化合物が有する末端基の割合を特定したところ、-OC(=O)F及び-C(=O)Fの合計100mol%に対して、-OC(=O)Fの割合は4mol%であり、-C(=O)Fの割合は96mol%であった。
また、ポリエーテル組成物Cに含まれるポリエーテル化合物のMw/Mnは1.58であった。
1H-NMR δ(ppm):1.6ppm(0.08H)、1.8ppm(32.08H)、3.4ppm(32.08H)、4.2ppm(0.08H)
19F-NMR δ(ppm):14ppm(0.96F)、-11ppm(0.04F)、-86ppm(16.32F)、-118ppm(3.84F)、-121ppm(31.92F)、-122ppm(33.92F)、-126ppm(33.92F)
500mLのニッケル製のオートクレーブへ、300gのCFE-419を導入し、攪拌し、オートクレーブの内温が20℃となるまで冷却した。なお、オートクレーブのガス出口には20℃に保持されたコンデンサーを設置した。
窒素ガスによるバブリング後、20体積%フッ素ガスを63L/時間の速度でCFE-419へバブリングした。
フッ素ガスによるバブリング後、合成例3-1において得られた120gのポリエーテル組成物CをCFE-419により希釈した溶液を1時間かけてCFE-419へ導入すると共に、20体積%フッ素ガスを63L/時間の速度でCFE-419へバブリングした。
ベンゼンのCFE-419溶液の導入後、20体積%フッ素ガスを63L/時間の速度で1時間かけてバブリングし、最後に窒素ガスを1時間かけて吹き込み、オートクレーブ内を充分に置換した。
1H-NMR法及び19F-NMR法により、粗生成物C-2は、下記化学式(10-1)で表される含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物j、化学式(10-2)で表される含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物k及び化学式(10-3)で表される含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物lを含み、化学式(10-1)~(10-3)中、nの平均値は8と確認された。
また、1H-NMR法及び19F-NMR法により、粗生成物C-2に含まれる含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物が有する末端基の割合を特定したところ、-OC(=O)F及び-C(=O)Fの合計100mol%に対して、-OC(=O)Fの割合は4mol%であり、-C(=O)Fの割合は96mol%であった。
また、粗生成物C-2に含まれる含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物のMw/Mnは1.60であった。
500mLのフラスコへ、150gの上記粗生成物C-2と、14gのフッ化ナトリウム(HF捕捉剤)と、11gのメタノールと、150gのAC-2000とを導入し、フラスコの内温が0℃となるまで冷却し、2時間攪拌混合した。
1H-NMR法及び19F-NMR法により、粗生成物C-3は、下記化学式(11-1)で表される含フッ素ジアシルアルコキシカルボニルポリエーテル化合物d、化学式(11-2)で表される含フッ素ジアシルアルコキシカルボニルポリエーテル化合物e及び化学式(11-3)で表される含フッ素ジアシルアルコキシカルボニルポリエーテル化合物fを含み、化学式(11-1)~(11-3)中、nの平均値は8と確認された。
1000mLの三口フラスコへ、2.3gのNaBH4粉末(還元剤)を導入した。次いで、三口フラスコへ、280gのAC-2000と、28gのエタノールとを導入し、三口フラスコの内温が0℃となるまで冷却した後、攪拌混合した。
三口フラスコへ、140gの上記合成例3-3において得られた粗生成物C-3を導入し、三口フラスコの内温を0℃に維持したまま、2時間攪拌混合した。
攪拌混合後、三口フラスコの内容物が酸性となるまで、三口フラスコ内へ塩酸を滴下し、有機相と、水相とに分離した反応粗液を得た。得られた反応粗液を分液し、有機相を回収した。有機相を濃縮し、低沸成分を留去し、オイル状の粗生成物C-4(含フッ素ポリエーテル組成物)を得た。
カラムクロマトグラフィにより粗生成物C-4を精製し、113gの含フッ素ポリエーテル組成物を回収した。
1H-NMR法及び19F-NMR法により、含フッ素ポリエーテル組成物は、下記化学式(12-1)で表される含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物m、下記化学式(12-2)で表される含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物n及び下記化学式(12-3)で表される含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物oを含み、nの平均値は8であると確認された。
含フッ素ポリエーテル組成物に含まれる含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物のMw/Mnは1.58であった。
1H-NMR δ(ppm):4.0ppm(4H)
19F-NMR δ(ppm):-86ppm(64F)、-121ppm(4F)、-122ppm(18F)、-123ppm(18F)、-125ppm(64F)
国際公開第2018/108866号の段落[0104]~段落[0109]に記載される方法に従い、下記化学式(15-1)で表される含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物nを含む粗生成物D-1を得た。
国際公開第2019/202079号の段落[0106]~段落[0109]に記載される方法に従い、粗生成物E-1を得た。
1H-NMR法及び19F-NMR法により、粗生成物E-1は、下記化学式(16-1)で表される含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物p、化学式(16-2)で表される化合物q及び化学式(16-3)で表される化合物r)を含み、化学式(16-1)~(16-3)中、nの平均値は4と確認された。
また、1H-NMR法及び19F-NMR法により、粗生成物E-1に含まれる含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物が有する末端基の割合を特定したところ、-CF3及び-C(=O)OCH2CH3の合計100mol%に対して、-CF3の割合は56mol%であり、-C(=O)OCH2CH3の割合は44mol%であった。
300mLの三口フラスコに、2.2gのNaBH4粉末(還元剤)を導入した。次いで、三口フラスコへ、100gのAC-2000と、26.3gのエタノールとを導入し、三口フラスコの内温が0℃となるまで冷却した後、攪拌混合した。
三口フラスコへ、50gの合成例6-1において得られた粗生成物E-1を導入し、三口フラスコ内温を0℃に維持したまま、2時間攪拌混合した。
攪拌混合後、三口フラスコの内容物が酸性となるまで、三口フラスコへ塩酸を導入し、有機相と、水相とに分離した反応粗液を得た。得られた反応粗液を分液し、有機相を回収した。有機相を濃縮し、低沸成分を留去し、オイル状の粗生成物E-2を得た。
1H-NMR法及び19F-NMR法により、粗生成物E-2は、下記化学式(16-1)で表される含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物p、化学式(17-1)で表される含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物s及び化学式(17-3)で表される含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物tを含み、化学式(16-1)、化学式(17-1)及び(17-2)中、nの平均値は4と確認された。
また、1H-NMR法及び19F-NMR法により、粗生成物E-2に含まれる含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物が有する末端基の割合を特定したところ、-CF3及び-CH2OHの合計100mol%に対して、-CF3の割合は56mol%であり、-CH2OHの割合は44mol%であった。
1H-NMR δ(ppm):4.0ppm(4H)
19F-NMR δ(ppm):-86ppm(28F)、-124ppm(4F)、-128ppm(12F)
上記合成例1-5において得られた含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物d、上記合成例2-2において得られた含フッ素ポリエーテル組成物、上記合成例3-4において得られた含フッ素ポリエーテル組成物、上記合成例4-1において得られた含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物n及び上記合成例5-2において得られた含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物sを、それぞれ10mgずつ準備した。
上記含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物及び含フッ素ポリエーテル組成物を熱重量・示差熱分析装置(機種名:TG/DTA6200、株式会社日立ハイテクサイエンス製)内に設置し、開始温度25℃から、10℃/分の昇温速度で500℃まで加熱し、各含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物及び含フッ素ポリエーテル組成物の重量が導入重量の半分となった温度(重量半減温度)を測定した。下記評価基準に基づいて、含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物及び含フッ素ポリエーテル組成物の耐熱性を評価し、表1にまとめた。
(評価基準)
A:重量半減温度が210℃以上であった。
B:重量半減温度が200℃以上210℃未満であった。
C:重量半減温度が200℃未満であった。
Claims (14)
- 下記一般式(2)で表される化合物1molに対して下記一般式(1)で表される化合物を1mol未満の比率で反応させる第一重合反応と、前記第一重合反応後の第二重合反応とを含む、下記一般式(1)で表される化合物及び下記一般式(2)で表される化合物の複数回の重合反応により、ポリエーテル化合物を含むポリエーテル組成物を製造する、ポリエーテル組成物の製造方法。

(一般式(1)及び一般式(2)中、
X及びYは、それぞれ独立して、エーテル結合を含んでいてもよく、水素原子がフッ素原子により置換されていてもよい、炭素数1~20の2価の炭化水素基を表し、
但し、X及びYは、芳香環を有しない。
一般式(1)で表される化合物に含まれる2つのAは、同一の基を表し、且つ-OCF=CF2、-O(CF2)mCF=CF2、-C(=O)F、-OH、-OC(=O)F、-OTs、-OTf及び-OMsを含む群より選択される基を表し、
Aが-OCF=CF2、-O(CF2)mCF=CF2、-OTs、-OTf又は-OMsを表す場合、Bは共に-OHを表し、
Aが-C(=O)Fを表す場合、Bは共に-OC(=O)Fを表し、
Aが-OHを表す場合、Bは共に-OCF=CF2、-O(CF2)mCF=CF2、-OTs、-OTf又は-OMsを表し、
Aが-OC(=O)Fを表す場合、Bは共に-C(=O)Fを表す。
ここで、Tsはp-トルエンスルホニル基を表し、Tfはトリフルオロメタンスルホニル基を表し、Msはメタンスルホニル基を表し、mは1以上の整数を表す。) - 前記複数回の重合反応が、前記一般式(1)で表される化合物及び前記一般式(2)で表される化合物を少なくとも含む組成物において行われ、
前記組成物が溶媒を含まないか、前記組成物が溶媒を含む場合には前記溶媒の含有率、10質量%以下である、請求項1に記載のポリエーテル組成物の製造方法。 - 前記複数回の重合反応のうち少なくとも1つの重合反応は、アルカリ触媒の存在下において行う、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のポリエーテル組成物の製造方法。
- 前記第一重合反応の時間に対する前記第二重合反応の時間の比が、1.1~3である、請求項1~請求項3のいずれか一項に記載のポリエーテル組成物の製造方法。
- 前記第一重合反応が、前記一般式(2)で表される化合物1molに対して、前記一般式(1)で表される化合物を0.1mol~0.9molの比率で反応させることにより行われる、請求項1~請求項4のいずれか一項に記載のポリエーテル組成物の製造方法。
- 前記第一重合反応が、前記一般式(1)で表される化合物へ前記一般式(2)で表される化合物を、前記一般式(1)で表される化合物1molに対して0.01倍mol/時間~100倍mol/時間の速度で導入し、反応させることにより行われる、請求項1~請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のポリエーテル組成物の製造方法。
- 前記第一重合反応が、前記一般式(2)で表される化合物へ前記一般式(1)で表される化合物を、前記一般式(2)で表される化合物1molに対して0.005倍mol/時間~1.2倍mol/時間の速度で導入し、反応させることにより行われる、請求項1~請求項5のいずれか一項に記載のポリエーテル組成物の製造方法。
- 前記第二重合反応が、前記一般式(1)で表される化合物を、前記第一重合反応における前記一般式(2)で表される化合物の仕込み量1molに対して0.1mol~1.2molの比率で、前記第一重合反応により得られる組成物と反応させることにより行われる、請求項1~請求項7のいずれか一項に記載のポリエーテル組成物の製造方法。
- 前記第二重合反応が、前記第一重合反応により得られる組成物へ前記一般式(1)で表される化合物を、前記第一重合反応における前記一般式(2)で表される化合物の仕込み量1molに対して0.5倍mol/時間~360倍mol/時間の速度で導入し、反応させることにより行われる、請求項1~請求項8のいずれか一項に記載のポリエーテル組成物の製造方法。
- 前記一般式(1)中におけるX及び前記一般式(2)中におけるYの少なくとも一方が、エーテル結合を含んでいてもよい、ペルフルオロ化された炭素数1~20の2価の炭化水素基である、請求項1~請求項9のいずれか一項に記載のポリエーテル組成物の製造方法。
- 前記複数回の重合反応によって、前記一般式(2)で表される化合物1molに対して前記一般式(1)で表される化合物を0.6mol~1.4molの比率で反応させる、請求項1~請求項10のいずれか一項に記載のポリエーテル組成物の製造方法。
- 前記ポリエーテル組成物に含まれる前記ポリエーテル化合物が有する末端基の含有量の合計100mol%に対するAで表される末端基の割合が、90mol%以上である、請求項1~請求項11のいずれか一項に記載のポリエーテル組成物の製造方法。
- 請求項1~請求項12のいずれか一項に記載のポリエーテル組成物の製造方法により製造されるポリエーテル組成物に含まれる前記ポリエーテル化合物をフッ素化し、含フッ素ポリエーテル化合物を含む含フッ素ポリエーテル組成物を製造する、含フッ素ポリエーテル組成物の製造方法。
- 下記一般式(3)で表される構造を有するポリエーテル化合物を含み、且つポリエーテル組成物に含まれる全てのポリエーテル化合物が有する末端基の合計100mol%に対するAで表される末端基の割合が、90mol%以上である、ポリエーテル組成物。

Xは、それぞれ独立して、エーテル結合を含んでいてもよく、水素原子がフッ素原子により置換されていてもよい、炭素数1~20の2価の炭化水素基を表し、
Yは、それぞれ独立して、エーテル結合を含んでいてもよく、水素原子がフッ素原子により置換されていてもよい、炭素数1~20の2価の炭化水素基を表し、
但し、X及びYは、芳香環を有しない。
Aは、同一の基であり、且つ-OCF=CF2、-O(CF2)mCF=CF2、-C(=O)F、-OH、-OC(=O)F、-OTs、-OTf及び-OMsを含む群より選択される基を表し、
Dは、2価の連結基を表し、
Aが-OCF=CF2を表す場合、Dはいずれも*-OCFHCF2O-**を表し、
Aが-O(CF2)mCF=CF2を表す場合、Dはいずれも*-O(CF2)mCFHCF2O-**を表し、
Aが-C(=O)Fを表す場合、Dはいずれも**-OCF2-を表し、
Aが-OC(=O)Fを表す場合、Dはいずれも*-OCF2-**を表し、
Aが-OTs、-OTf又は-OMsを表す場合、Dはいずれも*-O-**を表し、
Aが-OHを表す場合、Dはいずれも**-OCFHCF2O-*、*-O(CF2)mCFHCF2O-**又は*-O-**を表し、
nは、6以上の整数を表し、mは1以上の整数を表す。
ここで、Tsはp-トルエンスルホニル基を表し、Tfはトリフルオロメタンスルホニル基を表し、Msはメタンスルホニル基を表し、*はXへの結合部分を表し、**はYへの結合部分を表す。)
