Abstract
建設機械(100)は、エンジン(302)と、冷却ファン(304)と、ボンネット(121)と、熱交換器(306)と、仕切板(308a)と、バッテリ(312)と、ヒューズボックス(314)とを備える。エンジン(302)は、電装機器を有する。冷却ファン(304)は、エンジン(302)に組付けられる。ボンネット(121)は、排気口(200)を有する。熱交換器(306)は、冷却ファン(304)と排気口(200)との間に配置される。仕切板(308a)は、熱交換器(306)と排気口(200)との間に排風風路(307)を形成する。バッテリ(312)は、仕切板(308a)の下方の空間に配置される。ヒューズボックス(314)は、エンジン(302)の電装機器とバッテリ(312)とを結ぶ回路に接続される。ヒューズボックス(314)は、バッテリ(312)と仕切板(308a)との間に配置されている。
Description
本発明は、建設機械に関する。
特許文献1に記載の建設機械では、後部に配置されたエンジンの前方に隣接して燃料タンクが配置され、燃料タンクの側方にバッテリ及びヒューズボックスが配置されていた。
特許文献1に記載の建設機械では、エンジン関連の電装機器とバッテリ及びヒューズボックスとを結ぶハーネスが長くなるだけでなく、エンジンを収容する機関室のスペースが有効活用されているとは言い難かった。
本発明は、機関室内の部品のレイアウト効率を向上させた建設機械を提供することを目的とする。
本発明の建設機械は、エンジンと、冷却ファンと、ボンネットと、熱交換器と、仕切板と、バッテリと、ヒューズボックスとを備える。前記エンジンは、電装機器を有する。前記冷却ファンは、前記エンジンに組付けられる。前記ボンネットは、排気口を有する。前記熱交換器は、前記冷却ファンと前記排気口との間に配置される。前記仕切板は、前記熱交換器と前記排気口との間に排風風路を形成する。前記バッテリは、前記仕切板の下方の空間に配置される。前記ヒューズボックスは、前記電装機器と前記バッテリとを結ぶ回路に接続される。前記ヒューズボックスは、前記バッテリと前記仕切板との間に配置されている。
本発明によれば、機関室内の部品のレイアウト効率を向上させた建設機械が提供される。
本発明の実施形態について、図面を参照しながら説明する。なお、図中、同一又は相当部分については同一の参照符号を付して説明を繰り返さない。
図1を参照して、実施形態に係る建設機械100について説明する。図1は、建設機械100の一例を示す側面図である。建設機械100は、例えば油圧ショベルである。図1において、便宜上、右から左への向きをX軸の正の向き、奥から手前への向きをY軸の正の向き、下から上への向きをZ軸の正の向きとする。
図1に示されるように、建設機械100は、下部走行体110と、上部旋回体120とを備える。上部旋回体120は、下部走行体110に対して旋回可能である。
下部走行体110は、走行機構112と、ブレード114とを有する。走行機構112は、クローラ式である。ブレード114は、排土作業及び整地作業に用いられる。
上部旋回体120は、ボンネット121と、操縦部122と、キャノピー123と、作業機124とを備える。
ボンネット121、操縦部122、及びキャノピー123は、上部旋回体120の上部に配置される。ボンネット121は、上部旋回体120の概略半円筒状の外装を構成する。操縦部122は、運転者による建設機械100の操縦を可能にする。キャノピー123は、運転者に庇を提供する。
作業機124は、上部旋回体120の前方側に配置される。作業機124は、ブーム124aと、アーム124bと、バケット124cとを備える。ブーム124a、アーム124b、及びバケット124cは、周知の態様で油圧機器によって駆動される。
次に、図1及び図2を参照して、上部旋回体120の右後方部分の外観について説明する。図2は、上部旋回体120の右後方部分の外観の一例を示す図である。
図2に示されるように、ボンネット121は、排気口200を有する。排気口200は、四角形の形状を有するグリル210で覆われている。
次に、図1~図5を参照して、機関室300の中の部品配置について説明する。図3は、機関室300の中の部品配置の一例を模式的に示す平面図である。図4は、図2の構成からボンネット121の一部が除去された状態を示す図であって、バッテリ312及びヒューズボックス314の配置の一例を示す。図5は、バッテリ312及びヒューズボックス314の拡大斜視図である。
図3及び図4に示されるように、機関室300は、ボンネット121によって運転席の下方に区画される。機関室300の中には、エンジン302、冷却ファン304、ラジエータ306、下部仕切板308a、上部仕切板308b、作動油タンク310、バッテリ312、及びヒューズボックス314が配置されている。ラジエータ306は、「熱交換器」の一例に相当する。
エンジン302は、建設機械100の動力源であり、例えばディーゼルエンジンである。エンジン302は、電装機器を有する。また、エンジン302の出力軸に冷却ファン304と不図示の作動油ポンプとが組付けられている。ラジエータ306は、冷却ファン304と排気口200との間に配置され、エンジン302の冷却液が供給される。冷却ファン304の吸引力によって不図示の吸気口から吸引された空気は、エンジン302を通り、ラジエータ306と熱交換する。下部仕切板308a及び上部仕切板308bは、各々略三角形の形状を有する板である。下部仕切板308a及び上部仕切板308bの各々の一辺は、ボンネット121の内面に接するように湾曲している。作動油タンク310は、下部仕切板308a及び上部仕切板308bに対して機体前方側に隣接して配置され、作動油ポンプから吐出された作動油を収容する。
図4に示されるように、下部仕切板308a及び上部仕切板308bは、ラジエータ306と排気口200との間に排風風路307を形成する。しかも、下部仕切板308a及び上部仕切板308bは、ラジエータ306から排気口200へ向かう方向で上方に向けて傾斜している。したがって、排気口200を通してボンネット121から出る排風の向きは、図4中に矢印で示されるように斜め上向きとなる。
バッテリ312は、下部仕切板308aの下方の空間に配置されて、エンジン302の電装機器へ電源を供給する。ヒューズボックス314は、ボンネット121に隣接する位置において下部仕切板308aの下向きの表面に装着され、エンジン302の電装機器とバッテリ312とを結ぶ回路に接続されている。
図5に示されるように、バッテリ312は、プラス端子312aと、マイナス端子312bとを有する。ヒューズボックス314は、プラス端子312aとマイナス端子312bとの間の空間に配置されている。
ヒューズボックス314は、中央部314aと、一方の端部の第1取付部314bと、他方の端部の第2取付部314cとを有する。ヒューズボックス314は、第1取付部314b及び第2取付部314cを介して下部仕切板308aの下向きの表面に装着され、かつ中央部314aが下部仕切板308aから放熱のために離間している。
ヒューズボックス314は、第1ヒューズと、第2ヒューズとを収容する。第1ヒューズは、バッテリ312の電流を放電する回路に接続される。第1ヒューズは、エンジン302を起動するためのスターティングモータの回路に接続されるヒューズを含む。また、第1ヒューズは、エンジン302の寒冷時の起動を容易にするためのグロープラグの回路に接続されるヒューズを含む。第2ヒューズは、バッテリ312を充電する回路に接続される。第2ヒューズは、発電機であるオルタネータの回路に接続されるヒューズを含む。
次に、図1~図3、図6、及び図7を参照して、バッテリ312及びヒューズボックス314の配置の他の例について説明する。図6は、バッテリ312及びヒューズボックス314の配置の他の例を示す図である。図7は、図6のバッテリ312及びヒューズボックス314を他の方向から見た図である。
図6及び図7に示されるように、ヒューズボックス314は、下部仕切板308aの下方の空間において、バッテリ312とともにボンネット121に隣接する位置に配置されている。詳細には、ヒューズボックス314は、バッテリ312に隣接する作動油タンク310の側面に装着されている。
図8は、作動油タンク310及びヒューズボックス314の拡大斜視図である。図9は、ヒューズボックス314及び取付金具316の拡大斜視図である。
図8及び図9に示されるように、ヒューズボックス314と作動油タンク310との間に取付金具316が介在している。ヒューズボックス314は、第1取付部314b及び第2取付部314cを介して取付金具316の表面に装着され、かつ中央部314aが取付金具316から放熱のために離間している。取付金具316は2本の脚部を有し、これら脚部が作動油タンク310の側面に溶接されている。
以上の実施形態によれば、下部仕切板308a及び上部仕切板308bが排風風路307を形成し、下部仕切板308aの下方の空間にバッテリ312が配置される。しかも、下部仕切板308aとバッテリ312との間にヒューズボックス314が配置されるので、機関室300内の部品のレイアウト効率を向上させた建設機械100が提供される。また、外部からヒューズボックス314に容易にアクセスできるので、メンテナンス性が向上する。
以上、図面を参照しながら本発明の実施形態について説明した。ただし、本発明は、上記の実施形態に限られるものではなく、その要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々の態様において実施することが可能である。また、上記の実施形態に開示されている複数の構成要素を適宜組み合わせることによって、種々の発明の形成が可能である。例えば、実施形態に示される全構成要素から幾つかの構成要素を削除してもよい。図面は、理解しやすくするために、それぞれの構成要素を主体に模式的に示しており、図示された各構成要素の個数等は、図面作成の都合から実際とは異なる場合もある。また、上記の実施形態で示す各構成要素は一例であって、特に限定されるものではなく、本発明の効果から実質的に逸脱しない範囲で種々の変更が可能である。
実施形態では、冷却ファン304と排気口200との間に配置された熱交換器がラジエータ306であったが、これに限られない。熱交換器は、作動油を冷却するためのオイルクーラーであってもよい。
また、実施形態では、作動油タンク310の側面にヒューズボックス314が装着されたが、これに限られない。エンジン302への燃料を収容する燃料タンクがバッテリ312に隣接する位置に存在する場合には、燃焼タンクの側面にヒューズボックス314が装着されてもよい。
本発明は、建設機械の分野に利用可能である。

- 電装機器を有するエンジンと、
前記エンジンに組付けられた冷却ファンと、
排気口を有するボンネットと、
前記冷却ファンと前記排気口との間に配置された熱交換器と、
前記熱交換器と前記排気口との間に排風風路を形成する仕切板と、
前記仕切板の下方の空間に配置されたバッテリと、
前記電装機器と前記バッテリとを結ぶ回路に接続されたヒューズボックスと
を備え、
