Abstract
本发明公开了一种制备乙醇酰胺的新方法及其催化剂的制备,属于煤化工和催化剂技术领域。本发明利用不同的前驱体通过高温熔盐法制备出高活性金属催化剂同时添加液体催化剂形成固液混合催化剂,再以煤制乙二醇生产过程中的中间产物乙醇酸甲酯为起始原料,在制备得到的催化剂的作用下与伯胺类化合物反应生成乙醇酰胺。本发明提出制备乙醇酰胺的方法新颖,收率较高,并且所制备的催化剂方法独特,在该反应过程中展现出高度活性。
Description
本发明涉及一种制备乙醇酰胺的新方法及其催化剂的制备,属于煤化工和催化剂技术领域。
随着煤制乙二醇的技术日臻完善,国内煤制乙二醇的大规模产业化装置的投产,整个乙二醇行业面临着产能过剩,市场恶劣竞争,目前发展煤制乙二醇的下游产品,成了当务之急。在煤制乙二醇的工业生产过程中会产生大量的中间产物乙醇酸乙酯,利用乙醇酸乙酯的下游需求是解决乙二醇行业产能过剩的一种方法。
乙醇胺是氨基醇中最重要的产品之一,其作为关键性精细有机化工原料,包括三种异构体:一乙醇胺(MEA)、二乙醇胺(DEA)和三乙醇胺(TEA)。一乙醇胺约占乙醇胺总产量的50%,主要用于表面活性剂、合成洗涤剂、聚氨酯助剂、空气净化剂、纺织助剂、橡胶加工助剂、化妆品等方面,国内对一乙醇胺的需求不断增大,一乙醇胺的产出对比于需求仍有一定的缺口。
利用产能过剩的乙二醇生产线中的乙醇酸乙酯去解决供需不足的乙醇胺生产问题意味着工业界可以根据市场的需求可灵活调配乙醇酸乙酯和乙醇胺。因此如何实现这一工艺合成路线迫在眉睫。乙醇酰胺(羟基乙酰胺)可用作酰基化试剂,乙醇酰胺最主要可以进行加氢制备乙醇胺,因此利用乙醇酸乙酯为原料合成乙醇酰胺作为制备乙醇胺的原料是一条可行的工艺路线。同时,制备筛选出高活性的催化剂辅助乙醇酸乙酯高效氨解合成乙醇酰胺也是急需解决的问题。因此,拓展乙醇酰胺的合成路线以及探索合成路线所需要的高效催化剂具有重要的意义。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中的不足,开发了一种用于催化酰胺化的特定复合催化剂体系,并构建一种乙醇酰胺的新型合成路线,为上游产能过剩的乙二醇提高新的发展路线,同时为下游的乙醇胺的生产提供新的契机。
本发明的技术方案概述如下:
本发明的第一个目的在于提供一种制备用于催化酰胺化的固液复合催化剂的方法,所述方法包括如下过程:
将金属盐前驱体、熔盐和还原剂置于反应器中进行煅烧;煅烧结束后、冷却,获得固体 金属催化剂;然后将固体金属催化剂与液体催化剂混合,即得固液复合催化剂;
其中,所述液体催化剂选自如下任意一种或多种:钛酸四乙酯,钛酸四异丙酯,钛酸四丁酯,锆酸异丙酯(又称异丙醇锆),锆酸正丙酯(又称正丙醇锆)。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,所述金属盐前驱体包括二氯化镍,二氯化钴,三氯化铑,四氯化铂等中的至少一种。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,所述熔盐包括氯化锂,氯化钠,氯化钾,氯化铝,氯化镁,氯化锌等中的至少一种或多种混合熔盐。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,所述还原剂包括锂,钠,钾,镁,铝,锌等中的至少一种。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,所述煅烧的温度为300-700℃。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,所述煅烧包括利用密闭高温釜煅烧,或者在惰性气体保护下管式炉煅烧。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,所述固液复合催化剂中固体金属催化剂与液体催化剂的质量比为(1-8):10。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,所述固体金属催化剂与液体催化剂混合的方式包括超声,高速搅拌等中的至少一种。
本发明的第二个目的在于利用上述方法提供一种用于催化酰胺化的固液复合催化剂。
本发明的第三个目的在于提供一种制备乙醇酰胺的方法,所述方法是利用上述固液复合催化剂进行催化酰胺化反应。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,所述制备乙醇酰胺的方法,其反应过程如下所示:

以乙醇酸甲酯为起始原料,在上述固液复合催化剂的作用下,与伯胺类化合物反应生成得到乙醇酰胺。
在本发明的一种实施方式中起始原料乙醇酸甲酯为煤制乙二醇生产过程中的中间产物。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,乙醇酸甲酯与伯胺类化合物的摩尔比为(0.5-1.5):1。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,固液复合催化剂相对乙醇酸甲酯的用量为2wt%-8wt%。其中,固液复合催化剂中的固体金属催化剂相对乙醇酸甲酯的用量为1wt%-3wt%,液体催化剂相对乙醇酸甲酯的用量为1wt%-5wt%。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,R优选自:H、C

10的芳基、C

6的烷基及其衍生物、吡啶基、嘧啶基、呋喃基、吗啉基、N-甲基哌嗪基、N-乙基哌嗪基、四氢吡咯基。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,R可进一步优选:对氯苯基、对甲苯基、对氟苯基、对三氟甲基苯基、对乙基苯基、对丙基苯基、对叔丁基苯基、甲基、乙基、丙基、异丙基、正丁基、异丁基、叔丁基、正戊基、异戊基、新戊基、正己基或环己基等中的至少一种。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,所述催化酰胺化反应可在反应容器中,使用磁力搅拌进行。反应容器包括三口烧瓶,不锈钢高压釜。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,所述催化酰胺化反应的温度为60-200℃。
本发明通过特定方式制得新型的固液复合催化剂,方法简便。所制得的固液复合催化剂用于制备乙醇酰胺中,可高效催化乙醇酸甲酯与氨基类化合物酰胺化,具有良好的反应活性,制备乙醇酰胺的收率高、纯度高(乙醇酸甲酯纯度在99%以上),工艺简单,工业适用性强。并且,以煤制化工中的中间产物为原料,实现了化工中间产物的高效利用,为上游产能过剩的乙二醇提高新的发展路线,同时为下游的乙醇胺的生产提供新的契机。
图1是本发明制备固液复合催化剂的过程示意图。
图2是实施例1所得铂系固体催化剂的扫描电镜图。
图3是实施例1中的乙醇酸甲酯与伯胺类化合物反应装置示意图。
图4是实施例2所得钴系固体催化剂的扫描电镜图。

图6是实施例4所得铑系固体催化剂的扫描电镜图。
涉及的“乙醇酰胺的收率”由下式定义:
乙醇酰胺的收率(%)=转化为乙醇酰胺的反应物的量/投入的乙醇酸甲酯的量×100%。
涉及的固液复合催化剂的制备过程如图1所示。
实施例1
制备固液复合催化剂:
将20g四氯化铂和10g镁粉,50g氯化钠混合均匀后装入刚玉瓷舟,在氩气保护下的管式炉中加热到650℃,反应3小时,冷却后去除用稀盐酸和去离子水洗去杂质,得到铂系固体催化剂(如图2所示);取5g铂系固体催化剂和10g钛酸四乙酯液体催化剂混合,制得相应固液复合催化剂。
应用所得固液复合催化剂制备乙醇酰胺:
将450g乙醇酸甲酯、100g尿素和所得固液复合催化剂15g(5g铂系固体催化剂-10g钛酸四乙酯液体)加入到三口烧瓶中,升温至160℃,反应3小时,搅拌下进行反应,如图3所示。反应结束冷却后,过滤,分析后计算收率,乙醇酰胺收率为94%。
实施例2
制备固液复合催化剂:
将30g二氯化钴和8g钠,50g氯化钠混合均匀后装入刚玉瓷舟,在氩气保护下的管式炉中加热到600℃,反应3小时,冷却后用去离子水洗去杂质,得到钴系固体催化剂,如图4所示;取5g钴系固体催化剂和10g锆酸四乙酯液体催化剂混合,制得相应固液复合催化剂。
应用所得固液复合催化剂制备乙醇酰胺:
将450g乙醇酸甲酯、100g尿素和所得固液复合催化剂15g(5g钴系固体催化剂-10g锆酸四乙酯)加入到三口烧瓶中,升温至170℃,反应3小时,搅拌下进行反应。反应结束冷却后,过滤,分析后计算收率,乙醇酰胺收率为89%。
实施例3
将28g二氯化镍和6g锂,50g氯化锂混合均匀后装入刚玉瓷舟,在氩气保护下的管式炉中加热到500℃,反应5小时,冷却后用去离子水洗去杂质,得到镍系固体催化剂,如图5所示。取5g镍系固体催化剂和10g锆酸四乙酯液体催化剂加入到三口烧瓶中。
将450g乙醇酸甲酯与100g尿素加入到三口烧瓶中,升温至180℃,反应3小时,搅拌下进行反应。反应结束冷却后,过滤,分析后计算收率,乙醇酰胺收率为92%。
实施例4
将25g三氯化铑和5g锌粉,50g氯化锌混合均匀后装入刚玉瓷舟,在氩气保护下的管式炉中加热到450℃,反应8小时,冷却后用稀盐酸和去离子水洗去杂质,得到铑系固体催化剂,如图6所示。取5g铑系固体催化剂和10g锆酸异丙酯液体催化剂加入到三口烧瓶中。
将450g乙醇酸甲酯与100g尿素加入到三口烧瓶中,升温至160℃,反应4小时,搅拌下进行反应。反应结束冷却后,过滤,分析后计算收率,乙醇酰胺收率为91%。
实施例5
取2g实施例6中制备的镍系固体催化剂和5g钛酸四乙酯液体催化剂加入到三口烧瓶中。
将200克乙醇酸甲酯加入到三口烧瓶中,开动搅拌,升温至100℃,通入氨气,反应3小时。反应结束冷却后,过滤,分析后计算收率,乙醇酰胺收率为93%。
对比例1
无催化剂制备乙醇酰胺:
将450g乙醇酸甲酯与100g尿素加入到三口烧瓶中,不加催化剂,升温至160℃,反应3小时,搅拌下进行反应。反应结束冷却后,过滤,分析后计算收率,乙醇酰胺收率为21%。
对比例2
制备固体金属催化剂:
将20g四氯化铂和10g镁粉,50g氯化钠混合均匀后装入刚玉瓷舟,在氩气保护下的管式炉中加热到650℃,反应3小时,冷却后去除用稀盐酸和去离子水洗去杂质,得到铂系固体催化剂。
单纯应用固体金属催化剂制备乙醇酰胺:
将450g乙醇酸甲酯与100g尿素、5g铂系固体催化剂加入到三口烧瓶中,升温至160℃,反应3小时,搅拌下进行反应。反应结束冷却后,过滤,分析后计算收率,乙醇酰胺收率为62%。
对比例3
单纯应用液体催化剂制备乙醇酰胺:
取10g钛酸四乙酯液体催化剂加入到三口烧瓶中。再将450g乙醇酸甲酯与100g尿素加入到三口烧瓶中,升温至160℃,反应3小时,搅拌下进行反应。反应结束冷却后,过滤,分析后计算收率,乙醇酰胺收率为83%。
比较对比例1中未加催化剂,对比例2中单一固体催化剂,对比例3中单一液体催化剂和实施例1中固液复合催化剂催化制备乙醇酰胺的结果,具体如表1所示。

Claims (10)
- 一种用于催化酰胺化的固液复合催化剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下过程:将金属盐前驱体、熔盐和还原剂置于反应器中进行煅烧;煅烧结束后、冷却,获得固体金属催化剂;然后将固体金属催化剂与液体催化剂混合,即得固液复合催化剂;其中,所述液体催化剂选自如下任意一种或多种:钛酸四乙酯,钛酸四异丙酯,钛酸四丁酯,锆酸异丙酯,锆酸正丙酯。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述金属盐前驱体包括二氯化镍,二氯化钴,三氯化铑,四氯化铂中的至少一种。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述熔盐包括氯化锂,氯化钠,氯化钾,氯化铝,氯化镁,氯化锌中的至少一种或多种混合熔盐。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述还原剂包括锂,钠,钾,镁,铝,锌中的至少一种。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述固液复合催化剂中固体金属催化剂与液体催化剂的质量比为(1-8):10。在本发明的一种实施方式中,所述固体金属催化剂与液体催化剂混合的方式包括超声,高速搅拌等中的至少一种。
- 权利要求1-5任一项所述方法制得的一种用于催化酰胺化的固液复合催化剂。
- 一种制备乙醇酰胺的方法,其特征在于,所述方法是利用权利要求6所述的固液复合催化剂进行催化酰胺化反应。
- 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,乙醇酸甲酯与伯胺类化合物的摩尔比为 (0.5-1.5):1。
- 根据权利要求8或9所述的方法,其特征在于,固液复合催化剂相对乙醇酸甲酯的用量为2wt%-8wt%。
