具体实施方式
下面将结合本实施例中的附图,对本实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实施例一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例一
参照图1-5,一种用于港口机械的水槽清淤设备,包括收集箱1,收集箱1的底部固定安装有两个对称设置的支撑板2,两个支撑板2相互远离的一侧 均转动连接有两个对称设置的转轮3,两个支撑板2相互靠近的一侧均开设有滑动槽4,滑动槽4的内壁上转动连接有螺杆18,螺杆18上螺纹连接有移动座5,两个移动座5相互靠近的一侧均固定安装有定位杆6,两个定位杆6相互靠的一端分别固定安装有导料箱8和集料箱7,导料箱8与集料箱7固定连接,且导料箱8与集料箱7相互连通,两个移动座5中的一个移动座5的一侧固定安装有第一电机9,第一电机9的输出轴上固定安装有第一转杆10,两个移动座5之间转动连接有同一个第二转杆32,第二转杆32上转动连接有多个破碎刀33,第一转杆10与第二转杆32传动连接,第一转杆10与导料箱8和集料箱7转动连接,且集料箱7的内壁底部内壁上固定安装有水泵13,水泵13上连接有排淤管14,排淤管14的顶端贯穿收集箱1并延伸至收集箱1的顶部,收集箱1的内壁上设有过滤板27,收集箱1的底部固定安装有两个对称设置的定位座15,两个定位座15中的一个定位座15上固定安装有第二电机17,第二电机17的输出轴上固定安装有转轴16,转轴16与两个定位座15转动连接,且转轴16与两个螺杆18传动连接。
本实施例中,第一转杆10上固定套设有第一链轮,第二转杆32上固定套设有第二链轮,第一链轮与第二链轮上啮合有同一个链条。
本实施例中,转轴16的两端均固定安装有第一锥形齿轮19,螺杆18上固定安装有第二锥形齿轮20,第一锥形齿轮19与第二锥形齿轮20相互啮合。
本实施例中,螺杆18上活动套设有缓冲板22,缓冲板22的底部固定安装有缓冲弹簧21,缓冲弹簧21与滑动槽4的底部内壁固定连接。
本实施例中,滑动槽4的顶部内壁与底部内壁上均开设有转动槽,转动槽的内壁上固定安装有轴承的外圈,轴承的内圈与螺杆18固定连接。
本实施例中,第一转杆10上固定安装有螺旋叶片11,螺旋叶片11与导料箱8的内壁相配合,且导料箱8的底部固定安装有刮板12,刮板12与螺旋叶片11相配合。
本实施例中,收集箱1底部滑动连接有两个对称设置的活动杆23,活动杆23的底端固定安装有垫板24,垫板24的顶部固定安装有复位弹簧25,复位弹簧25的顶端与收集箱1固定连接。
本实施例中,转轴16上固定安装有两个对称设置的凸轮26,凸轮26与对应的垫板24相互配合。
本实施例中,收集箱1的内壁上固定安装有四个对称设置的固定座28,固定座28上螺纹连接有丝杆29,丝杆29的底端固定安装有压板31,丝杆29的顶端固定安装有挡板30,压板31与过滤板27相配合。
本实施例中,收集箱1的两侧均固定安装有出液管,出液管与过滤板27相配合。
实施例二
参照图1-5,一种用于港口机械的水槽清淤设备,包括收集箱1,收集箱1的底部焊接有两个对称设置的支撑板2,两个支撑板2相互远离的一侧均转动连接有两个对称设置的转轮3,两个支撑板2相互靠近的一侧均开设有滑动槽4,滑动槽4的内壁上转动连接有螺杆18,螺杆18上螺纹连接有移动座5,两个移动座5相互靠近的一侧均焊接有定位杆6,两个定位杆6相互靠的一端分别焊接有导料箱8和集料箱7,导料箱8与集料箱7固定连接,且导料箱8与集料箱7相互连通,两个移动座5中的一个移动座5的一侧通过螺栓固定有第一电机9,第一电机9的输出轴上焊接有第一转杆10,两个移动座5之间转动连接有同一个第二转杆32,第二转杆32上转动连接有多个破碎刀33,第一转杆10与第二转杆32传动连接,第一转杆10与导料箱8和集料箱7转动连接,且集料箱7的内壁底部内壁上通过螺栓固定有水泵13,水泵13上连接有排淤管14,排淤管14的顶端贯穿收集箱1并延伸至收集箱1的顶部,收集箱1的内壁上设有过滤板27,收集箱1的底部焊接有两个对称设置的定位座15,两个定位座15中的一个定位座15上通过螺栓固定有第 二电机17,第二电机17的输出轴上焊接有转轴16,转轴16与两个定位座15转动连接,且转轴16与两个螺杆18传动连接。
本实施例中,第一转杆10上固定套设有第一链轮,第二转杆32上固定套设有第二链轮,第一链轮与第二链轮上啮合有同一个链条,转动的第一转杆10能够通过第一链轮、第二链轮和链条的相互啮合带动第二转杆32进行转动。
本实施例中,转轴16的两端均焊接有第一锥形齿轮19,螺杆18上焊接有第二锥形齿轮20,第一锥形齿轮19与第二锥形齿轮20相互啮合,转动的转轴16能够通过第一锥形齿轮19与第二锥形齿轮20的相互啮合带动两个螺杆18同时转动。
本实施例中,螺杆18上活动套设有缓冲板22,缓冲板22的底部焊接有缓冲弹簧21,缓冲弹簧21与滑动槽4的底部内壁固定连接,缓冲弹簧21能够通过缓冲板22对移动座5进行缓冲与复位。
本实施例中,滑动槽4的顶部内壁与底部内壁上均开设有转动槽,转动槽的内壁上焊接有轴承的外圈,轴承的内圈与螺杆18固定连接,轴承能够稳定螺杆18的转动状态,并减少螺杆18转动时的摩擦力。
本实施例中,第一转杆10上焊接有螺旋叶片11,螺旋叶片11与导料箱8的内壁相配合,且导料箱8的底部焊接有刮板12,刮板12与螺旋叶片11相配合,转动的第一转杆10能够通过螺旋叶片11与导料箱8的相互配合对进入导料箱8的淤泥进行导出。
本实施例中,收集箱1底部滑动连接有两个对称设置的活动杆23,活动杆23的底端焊接有垫板24,垫板24的顶部焊接有复位弹簧25,复位弹簧25的顶端与收集箱1固定连接,复位弹簧25能够通过垫板24对活动杆23进行支撑与复位。
本实施例中,转轴16上焊接有两个对称设置的凸轮26,凸轮26与对应 的垫板24相互配合,转动的转轴16能够通过凸轮26与垫板24的相互配合带动活动杆23上下移动。
本实施例中,收集箱1的内壁上焊接有四个对称设置的固定座28,固定座28上螺纹连接有丝杆29,丝杆29的底端焊接有压板31,丝杆29的顶端焊接有挡板30,压板31与过滤板27相配合,转动的丝杆29能够通过固定座28的螺纹连接,从而对过滤板27进行按压固定。
本实施例中,收集箱1的两侧均焊接有出液管,出液管与过滤板27相配合,出液管能够对过滤板27过滤出来的水进行排出。
本实施例中,工作时,将装置放置在水槽内,启动第二电机17开关,第二电机17的输出轴带动转轴16进行转动,转动的转轴16通过第一锥形齿轮19与第二锥形齿轮20的相互啮合带动螺杆18进行转动,转动的螺杆18通过与移动座5的螺纹连接带动移动座5向下移动,当移动座5带动导料箱8上的刮板12与地面接触时,螺杆18上的螺纹结束,且缓冲弹簧21处于压缩状态,当螺杆18反向转动时,缓冲弹簧21能够通过缓冲板22带动移动座5重新与螺杆18形成螺纹连接,刮板12在接触地面时能够对地面上的淤泥进行搜刮,并将搜刮到的淤泥移动到导料箱8内,同时在启动第一电机9的开关,第一电机9的输出轴带动第一转杆10转动,第一转杆10带动螺旋叶片11进行转动,转动的螺旋叶片11对导料箱8内的淤泥进行导料,并传送到集料箱7内,同时由于水泵13的作用,能够对集料箱7内的淤泥通过排淤管14传送到收集箱1内进行收集,同时转动的第一转杆10通过第一链轮、第二链轮和链条的相互啮合带动第二转杆32进行转动,转动的第二转杆32通过破碎刀33对水槽内的淤泥进行破碎,从而便于人们使用,同时过滤板27的设置能够便于对淤泥中的水分进行过滤,同时转动的转轴16通过凸轮26与垫板24的相互配合,从而带动活动杆23上下移动,进而对过滤板27进行敲击震动,加快过滤效果,同时丝杆29与压板31在固定座28的作用下能够 对过滤板27进行拆卸,方便进行清洗。本申请中的所有结构均可以根据实际使用情况进行材质和长度的选择,附图均为示意结构图,具体实际尺寸可以做出适当调整。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于港口机械的水槽清淤设备,包括收集箱(1),其特征在于,所述收集箱(1)的底部固定安装有两个对称设置的支撑板(2),两个支撑板(2)相互远离的一侧均转动连接有两个对称设置的转轮(3),两个支撑板(2)相互靠近的一侧均开设有滑动槽(4),滑动槽(4)的内壁上转动连接有螺杆(18),螺杆(18)上螺纹连接有移动座(5),两个移动座(5)相互靠近的一侧均固定安装有定位杆(6),两个定位杆(6)相互靠的一端分别固定安装有导料箱(8)和集料箱(7),导料箱(8)与集料箱(7)固定连接,且导料箱(8)与集料箱(7)相互连通,两个移动座(5)中的一个移动座(5)的一侧固定安装有第一电机(9),第一电机(9)的输出轴上固定安装有第一转杆(10),两个移动座(5)之间转动连接有同一个第二转杆(32),第二转杆(32)上转动连接有多个破碎刀(33),第一转杆(10)与第二转杆(32)传动连接,所述第一转杆(10)与导料箱(8)和集料箱(7)转动连接,且集料箱(7)的内壁底部内壁上固定安装有水泵(13),水泵(13)上连接有排淤管(14),排淤管(14)的顶端贯穿收集箱(1)并延伸至收集箱(1)的顶部,所述收集箱(1)的内壁上设有过滤板(27),所述收集箱(1)的底部固定安装有两个对称设置的定位座(15),两个定位座(15)中的一个定位座(15)上固定安装有第二电机(17),第二电机(17)的输出轴上固定安装有转轴(16),转轴(16)与两个定位座(15)转动连接,且转轴(16)与两个螺杆(18)传动连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于港口机械的水槽清淤设备,其特征在于,所述第一转杆(10)上固定套设有第一链轮,第二转杆(32)上固定套设有第二链轮,第一链轮与第二链轮上啮合有同一个链条。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于港口机械的水槽清淤设备,其特征在于,所述转轴(16)的两端均固定安装有第一锥形齿轮(19),螺杆(18)上固定安装有第二锥形齿轮(20),第一锥形齿轮(19)与第二锥形齿轮(20) 相互啮合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于港口机械的水槽清淤设备,其特征在于,所述螺杆(18)上活动套设有缓冲板(22),缓冲板(22)的底部固定安装有缓冲弹簧(21),缓冲弹簧(21)与滑动槽(4)的底部内壁固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于港口机械的水槽清淤设备,其特征在于,所述滑动槽(4)的顶部内壁与底部内壁上均开设有转动槽,转动槽的内壁上固定安装有轴承的外圈,轴承的内圈与螺杆(18)固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于港口机械的水槽清淤设备,其特征在于,所述第一转杆(10)上固定安装有螺旋叶片(11),螺旋叶片(11)与导料箱(8)的内壁相配合,且导料箱(8)的底部固定安装有刮板(12),刮板(12)与螺旋叶片(11)相配合。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于港口机械的水槽清淤设备,其特征在于,所述收集箱(1)底部滑动连接有两个对称设置的活动杆(23),活动杆(23)的底端固定安装有垫板(24),垫板(24)的顶部固定安装有复位弹簧(25),复位弹簧(25)的顶端与收集箱(1)固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于港口机械的水槽清淤设备,其特征在于,所述转轴(16)上固定安装有两个对称设置的凸轮(26),凸轮(26)与对应的垫板(24)相互配合。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于港口机械的水槽清淤设备,其特征在于,所述收集箱(1)的内壁上固定安装有四个对称设置的固定座(28),固定座(28)上螺纹连接有丝杆(29),丝杆(29)的底端固定安装有压板(31),丝杆(29)的顶端固定安装有挡板(30),压板(31)与过滤板(27)相配合。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于港口机械的水槽清淤设备,其特征在于,所述收集箱(1)的两侧均固定安装有出液管,出液管与过滤板(27)相配合。
