在本发明的描述中,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。
参照图1-6所示,一种按摩椅结构,包括。
座架1。
背架2,其与所述座架1一端铰接,在所述背架2上且沿其长度方向滑动设置有滑块53;以及第一驱动机构5,其包括设置在所述座架1底部的驱动电机51、设置于所述驱动电机51转轴上的丝杆,以及与所述丝杆适配的丝杆螺母,且所述丝杆螺母固定设置在所述滑块53上。
其中,所述驱动电机51用于驱动所述丝杆转动,以带动所述丝杆螺母以及滑块53沿所述背架2长度方向滑动,进而带动所述背架2与座架1实现90°≤a≤210°范围内的转动。
进一步地,所述背架2上设有滑移机构,所述滑移机构上设有第一按摩组件6,所述座架1内设有控制机构7,所述抬升机构3、第一驱动机构5和第一按摩组件6均与所述控制机构7连接,所述驱动电机51的基座12上设有壳体52,所述壳体52内且靠近所述基座12的一端设有位置传感单元,所述丝杆位于所述壳体52内。
具体实施时,该按摩椅结构的背架2与所述座架1一端铰接,并使一端通过安装座与所述座架1底部铰接,且另一端与所述背架2底面上端滑动连接的第一驱动机构5用于调节所述背架2与所述座架1之间的角度,所述背架2底部位于所述座架1内,所述第一驱动机构5设置在所述背架2底面,其能够实现所述背架2的大角度的翻转,节省空间,通过所述驱动电机51驱动与其连接的丝杆运动,进一步使所述丝杆与固定安装在所述背架2底部上的丝杆螺母发生相对运动,进而方便使用者调节所述背架2与所述座架1之间的合适角度,提高舒适性,其结构简单,操作方便;并通过设置在所述滑移机构上的第一按摩组件6对使用者背部进行上下按摩,使使用者身体得到充分放松,增加使用者的舒适度。所述背架2与座架1可实现90°≤a≤210°范围内的转动,调节所述背架2与所述座架1之间的角度时,由于其不同的角度,那么人躺在该按摩椅上的重心也不同,使得人的按摩体验不同;当a超过90°时,还可对使用者的背部产生一定的拉伸作用,使使用者得到更充分的放松。
本发明的背架2与座架1一端铰接,腿部组件4与座架1另一端铰接,通过第一驱动机构5的驱动电机51驱动丝杆,使丝杆与安装在背架2上的丝杆螺母相对运动,该装置所需的安装空间更小,进而控制背架2与座架1之间的角度,与现有技术中使用推杆作为调节背架与座架之间的角度相对比,在相同的角度调节范围的情况下,该装置所需的安装空间更小,其结构简单,所需成本低。所以,所述丝杆的固定点和所述丝杆螺母的距离可以挨得很近又能实现大行程变化,从而满足按摩椅大角度的倒背功能;并在靠近基座12且位于壳体52上设置位置传感单元,且在滑块53上设置用于接收位置传感单元信号的接收器,当接收器接收到位置传感单元的信号时,控制机构7可提前控制驱动电机51断电,进而减少顿挫感,提高使用者的体验舒适度。
进一步地,所述驱动电机51的基座12上设有壳体52,所述壳体52内且靠近所述基座12的一端设有位置传感单元,所述丝杆位于所述壳体内,所述丝杆螺母通过滑块53与所述背架2固定连接,所述丝杆螺母位于所述滑块53内,所述滑块53内设有用于接收所述位置传感单元信号的接收器。
具体实施时,如图1和图2所示,在基座12上设置有套设在所述丝杆外侧的壳体52,将所述滑块53固定设置在所述背架2的背部,并将所述丝杆螺母设置在所述滑块53内,所述壳体52两侧的同一水平面上分别设置有相互平行的长条形通孔14,两所述长条形通孔14便于所述滑块53与壳体52发生相对位移。其中,在所述壳体52内且靠近所述基座12的一端设置位置传感单元,在所述滑块53内设置用于接收所述位置传感单元信号的接收器,所述位置传感单元和接收器均与所述控制机构通讯连接。当然,位置传感单元和信号接收器的安装位置可以互换。
进一步地,所述基座12上设有至少一组缓冲垫13。
具体实施时,如图1和图6所示,在本实施例中,在基座上且位于壳体两侧分别设置一组所述缓冲垫13时最佳,所述缓冲垫13采用橡胶材质制成,具有更好的减震效果。当需要调节按摩椅的背架2与座架1角度时,所述背架2倒背到最底状态,所述滑块53速度过快会由于惯性和受力原因,使滑块53超出了滑块本身设计的位置,从而让按摩椅倒背角度超过设计值而产生结构干涉,所述滑块53与所述基座12发生碰撞,所述使坐在按摩椅上的人感受到顿挫感。而所述缓冲垫13的设置,有效降低了由于碰撞而产生的顿挫感,增加了使用者的舒适度。
进一步地,所述滑移机构包括相对设置在所述背架2上的两组导轨组件8以及通过滑块与两组所述导轨组件8滑动连接的滑动板9,所述第一按摩组件6设置在所述滑动板9上。
进一步地,两组所述导轨组件8均包括弧形导轨。
具体实施时,如图1和图3所示,两组所述导轨组件8上的导轨设置为弧形结构,所述弧形导轨呈与人体背部相吻合的形状,且所述弧形导轨底部位于所述座架1顶面的下方,即位于所述背架2与所述座架1铰接点下方的弧形导轨部分位于所述座架1顶面的下方,当调节所述背架2和所述座架1之间的角度时,该部分弧形导轨可在所述座架1顶面的下方无阻碍翻转,进而能使所述第一按摩机构6对使用者的臀部进行按摩,其结构简单。所述第一按摩组件6通过驱动机构驱动,使其在弧形导轨中来回运动,所述第一按摩组件6的按摩轮贴合在人体背部和臀部上,且按人体背部以及臀部的弧形轨迹来回按摩,使人体背部受力均匀;当所述背架2与所述座架1形成一定角度时,所述第一按摩组件6亦可以同时对使用者的背部和臀部进行按摩,所述背架2与所述座架1顶面在同一水平面时,所述第一按摩组件6对使用者的背部以及臀部的按摩力度相同,提高使用者的舒适度。
进一步地,该按摩椅结构还包括腿部组件4,所述腿部组件4通过所述抬升机构3与所述座架1另一端连接。
具体实施时,在所述座架1另一端铰接有腿部组件4,并使一端与所述座架1底部铰接且另一端与所述腿部组件4连接的抬升机构3用于调节所述座架1与所述腿部组件4之间的角度,进一步提高使用者的舒适性。
进一步地,所述腿部组件4包括与所述抬升机构3连接的支架41、设置在所述支架41上的升降机构以及与所述升降机构连接的第二按摩组件42,所述支架41上端与所述座架1上端铰接,所述升降机构和第二按摩组件42均与所述控制机构7连接。
具体实施时,如图2所示,所述升降机构包括设置在所述支架41上的升降气缸,通过所述升降气缸驱动所述第二按摩组件42做升降运动,所述第二按摩组件42可对小腿后方各部位做按摩运动,更大程度地使使用者的身体得到放松,提高使用者的舒适度。
进一步地,所述腿部组件4还包括设置在所述支架41上的两容置空间10,两所述容置空间10底部均设有第三按摩组件。
具体实施时,如图2所示,所述腿部组件4还包括与所述第三按摩组件连接的第二驱动机构,所述第二驱动机构与所述控制机构7连接,所述第二驱动机构用于驱动所述第三按摩组件,所述第三按摩组件对放置在所述容置空间10上的脚底来回进行按摩,其结构简单,设置合理,进一步使使用者身体得到放松。
进一步地,所述抬升机构3包括设置在所述座架1底部的抬升电机31以及与所述抬升电机31连接的连接组件32,所述连接组件32与所述支架41连接。
具体实施时,如图2和图5所示,所述抬升机构3与所述控制机构7连接,通过控制所述控制机构7,进而控制所述抬升电机31驱动所述连接组件32,进一步控制所述支架41围绕其与所述座架1的铰接点做上下翻转动作,其最大可翻转至与所述座架顶面在同一水平面,调节方便,提高使用者舒适度。
进一步地,按摩椅结构的控制方法包括。
通过所述位置传感单元获取所述滑块53的位置,当所述滑块53的位置距离其极限位置预定距离L时,若所述滑块53向所述驱动电机51靠近,所述控制机构7控制所述驱动电机51断电,使所述背架2通过惯性自然滑落到极限位置。
具体实施时,调节所述背架2与座架1之间的角度时,当所述丝杆螺母向所述驱动电机51靠近时,所述滑块上的接收器接收到所述位置传感单元上发出的信号,所述控制机构7控制所述驱动电机51断电;当所述丝杆螺母远离所述驱动电机51运动时,所述控制机构7忽略所述位置传感单元发出的信号,所述驱动电机51正常输出电压。所以,在所述壳体的适当位置布置所述位置传感单元,以及在滑块上设置所述接收器,所述控制机构7可控制所述驱动电机51提前断电,防止由于机械惯性过冲引起的顿挫感。该按摩椅结构还包括设置在基座12中部且与所述控制机构7通讯连接的距离传感器,所述距离传感器用于检测所述滑块53与所述基座12的距离,若所述距离传感器测出所述滑块53与所述基座12的距离越来越远,则所述控制机构7忽略所述位置传感单元发出的信号,所述驱动电机51正常输出电压;反之,当所述接收器接收到所述位置传感单元上发出的信号时,所述控制机构7控制所述驱动电机51断电。
进一步地,所述座架1底部设有多组脚垫11,所述脚垫11底部设有条纹。在本实施例中,如图3所示,所述脚垫11为橡胶材质,在脚垫11底部设置条纹,增大其与地面之间的摩擦力,防止按摩椅在使用时,按摩椅发生移动。
进一步地,该按摩椅结构的所述背架2的背部还设有电容传感器,以及设置在所述座架1与背架2的铰接处且与所述电容传感器电性连接的霍尔感应装置。在本实施例中,当调节所述背架2的倾斜角度时,所述背架2往后倒到一定角度后,若所述电容传感器感应到人或者动物的存在时,其会将信号传递给所述霍尔感应装置,进而使得所述背架2往后倒的速度变慢或者使其停止,起到防止人或者动物被夹伤的隐患。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种按摩椅结构,其特征在于,包括:
    座架(1);
    背架(2),其与所述座架(1)一端铰接,在所述背架(2)上且沿其长度方向滑动设置有滑块(53);以及
    第一驱动机构(5),其包括设置在所述座架(1)底部的驱动电机(51)、设置于所述驱动电机(51)转轴上的丝杆,以及与所述丝杆适配的丝杆螺母,且所述丝杆螺母固定设置在所述滑块(53)上;
    其中,所述驱动电机(51)用于驱动所述丝杆转动,以带动所述丝杆螺母以及滑块(53)沿所述背架(2)长度方向滑动,进而带动所述背架(2)与座架(1)实现90°≤a≤210°范围内的转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的按摩椅结构,其特征在于,所述背架(2)上设有滑移机构,所述滑移机构上设有第一按摩组件(6),所述座架(1)内设有控制机构(7),所述抬升机构(3)、第一驱动机构(5)和第一按摩组件(6)均与所述控制机构(7)连接,所述驱动电机(51)的基座(12)上设有壳体(52),所述壳体(52)内且靠近所述基座(12)的一端设有位置传感单元,所述丝杆位于所述壳体(52)内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的按摩椅结构,其特征在于,所述基座(12)上设有至少一组缓冲垫(13)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的按摩椅结构,其特征在于,所述滑移机构包括相对设置在所述背架(2)上的两组导轨组件(8)以及通过滑块与两组所述导轨组件(8)滑动连接的滑动板(9),所述第一按摩组件(6)设置在所述滑动板(9)上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的按摩椅结构,其特征在于,两组所述导轨组件(8)均包括弧形导轨。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的按摩椅结构,其特征在于,该按摩椅结构还包括腿部组件(4),所述腿部组件(4)通过所述抬升机构(3)与所述座架(1)另一端连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的按摩椅结构,其特征在于,所述腿部组件(4)包括与所述抬升机构(3)连接的支架(41)、设置在所述支架(41)上的升降机构以及与所述升降机构连接的第二按摩组件(42),所述支架(41)上端与所述座架(1)上端铰接,所述升降机构和第二按摩组件(42)均与所述控制机构(7)连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的按摩椅结构,其特征在于,所述腿部组件(4)还包括设置在所述支架(41)上的两容置空间(10),两所述容置空间(10)底部均设有第三按摩组件。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的按摩椅结构,其特征在于,所述抬升机构(3)包括设置在所述座架(1)底部的抬升电机(31)以及与所述抬升电机(31)连接的连接组件(32),所述连接组件(32)与所述支架(41)连接。
  10. 一种如权利要求2所述的按摩椅结构的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制方法包括:
    通过所述位置传感单元获取所述滑块(53)的位置,当所述滑块(53)的位置距离其极限位置预定距离L时,若所述滑块(53)向所述驱动电机(51)靠近,所述控制机构(7)控制所述驱动电机(51)断电,使所述背架(2)通过惯性自然滑落到极限位置。
