本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
一种用于纺织生产的防侧滑梳毛方法,包括以下几个步骤:
a、将纺织品平铺在传送带进料端,然后启动电动机,电动机通过第一传送链轮组和第二传送链轮组带动传送带和压辊配合传送纺织品,同时底座两端的限位条配合压轮进行限位,防止侧滑;

实施例1
如图1-图8所示,一种用于纺织生产的防侧滑梳毛装置,包括用于传送的限位传送机构2和用于梳毛的收集机构7以及用于辅助梳毛的循环拨动机构5、吹气机构6,限位传送机构2外侧连接支撑机构1,限位传送机构2内侧设置有收集机构7,收集机构7上端设置有吹气机构6,吹气机构6两侧设置有循环拨动机构5,循环拨动机构5上连接有敲击机构4,支撑机构1外部安装有用于保护的防尘罩3;
支撑机构1包括侧板11、底座12、减震座13,侧板11两端设置有底座12,底座12下端安装有减震座13;
限位传送机构2包括传送带21、传送轴22、第一传送链轮组23、电动机24,传送带21内侧连接有两个传送轴22,传送轴22外部连接底座12,电动机24连接在底座12内侧底面,电动机24通过第一传送链轮组23连接传送轴22,电动机24通过第二传送链轮组27连接压辊25,压辊25上设置有两个压轮26,两个压辊25之间通过第三传送链轮组28连接;
敲击机构4包括升降板41、敲击板42、限位柱43、升降柱44,升降板41下侧通过限位柱43连接敲击板42,升降板41上端连接有升降柱44,升降柱44滑动连接升降板41,升降柱44上端连接固定 块45,升降柱44和固定块45之间设置有复位弹簧46;
循环拨动机构5包括主轴51、侧杆52、第一联动链轮组53,主轴51通过第一联动链轮组53连接收集机构7,主轴51上设置有侧杆52;
吹气机构6包括气泵61、循环管62、分流箱63、连接管64,气泵61安装在侧板11后端,气泵61上端通过循环管62连接分流箱63,分流箱63和循环管62之间设置有连接管64,分流箱63内部设置有往复板66,往复板66上成型有气孔67,往复板66两端均设置有顶块65,分流箱63下端设置有两组对立安装的气嘴68;
收集机构7包括第一梳理辊71、第二梳理辊72、去毛刷辊73、收集箱74,第一梳理辊71通过第二联动链轮组76连接压辊25,第一梳理辊71一侧设置有第二梳理辊72,第二梳理辊72一侧设置有去毛刷辊73,第一梳理辊71下侧设置有收集箱74,收集箱74连接侧板11,收集箱74后端和气泵61进气孔之间设置有滤板75。
优选的:侧板11通过螺栓连接底座12,减震座13通过螺栓连接底座12,侧板11起固定和支撑作用,底座12起稳定作用;
传送轴22转动连接底座12,电动机24通过螺栓连接底座12,压辊25转动连接侧板11,传送轴22起带动传送带21作用,电动机24起提供动力作用;
防尘罩3通过螺钉连接侧板11,防尘罩3起保护作用,通过螺钉连接保证了连接强度;
固定块45通过焊接连接侧板11,升降柱44滑动连接固定块45, 升降柱44底部设置有防止升降板41脱落的挡环,固定块45起固定作用,通过焊接保证了连接强度;
限位柱43通过焊接连接敲击板42,限位柱43通过螺栓连接升降板41,限位柱43起连接作用,敲击板42起敲击作用,通过焊接保证了连接强度;
侧杆52通过焊接连接主轴51,第一联动链轮组53键连接主轴51,侧杆52起循环敲击和配合作用,主轴51起旋转带动侧杆52作用;
循环管62通过法兰连接气泵61、连接管64,连接管64通过焊接连接分流箱63,顶块65通过焊接连接往复板66,往复板66滑动连接分流箱63,气孔67一体成型于往复板66,气嘴68通过螺纹连接分流箱63,循环管62起传输气体作用,通过法兰连接保证了密封性;
收集箱74滑动连接侧板11,滤板75通过卡扣连接侧板11,收集箱74后端设置有用于配合滤板75滤孔,收集箱74起收集作用,滤板75起过滤作用。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种用于纺织生产的防侧滑梳毛装置的使用方法,包括以下几个步骤:
a、将纺织品平铺在传送带21进料端,然后启动电动机24,电动机24通过第一传送链轮组23和第二传送链轮组27带动传送带21和压辊25配合传送纺织品,同时底座12两端的限位条配合压轮26 进行限位,防止侧滑;
b、纺织品毛刺面朝下向内部运输,在运输到第一梳理辊71上端时,压辊25通过第二联动链轮组76带动第一梳理辊71、第二梳理辊72、去毛刷辊73旋转,第一梳理辊71、第二梳理辊72上的毛梳对毛刺面进行刮毛和梳理;
c、在第一梳理辊71和第二梳理辊72进行刮毛梳理的同时,通过第一联动链轮组53,两个主轴51被带动旋转,主轴51上的两个侧杆52被同时带动旋转,此时主轴51在进行旋转时,将升降板41循环抬起,在抬起一定高度时,侧杆52脱离升降板41,升降板41受到复位弹簧46的弹簧势能对升降板41进行一个弹力,则敲击板42被同时带动向下快速运动,从而使得敲击板42对纺织品背面进行循环敲打;
d、同时侧杆52一侧顶动分流箱63内部往复板66两侧的顶块65,则往复板66内往复带动,则气孔67被循环切换连通下端的不同位置的气嘴68,从气嘴68循环喷出挤压气体,从而对纺织品背面进行强力吹气,使得浮毛被吹落到收集箱74内部;
e、同时气泵61从收集箱74内部通过滤板75抽气,使收集箱74内部形成负压,提高收集箱74的收集效率。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种用于纺织生产的防侧滑梳毛方法,其特征在于,包括以下几个步骤:
    a、将纺织品平铺在传送带(21)进料端,然后启动电动机(24),电动机(24)通过第一传送链轮组(23)和第二传送链轮组(27)带动传送带(21)和压辊(25)配合传送纺织品,同时底座(12)两端的限位条配合压轮(26)进行限位,防止侧滑;
    b、纺织品毛刺面朝下向内部运输,在运输到第一梳理辊(71)上端时,压辊(25)通过第二联动链轮组(76)带动第一梳理辊(71)、第二梳理辊(72)、去毛刷辊(73)旋转,第一梳理辊(71)、第二梳理辊(72)上的毛梳对毛刺面进行刮毛和梳理;
    c、在第一梳理辊(71)和第二梳理辊(72)进行刮毛梳理的同时,通过第一联动链轮组(53),两个主轴(51)被带动旋转,主轴(51)上的两个侧杆(52)被同时带动旋转,此时主轴(51)在进行旋转时,将升降板(41)循环抬起,在抬起一定高度时,侧杆(52)脱离升降板(41),升降板(41)受到复位弹簧(46)的弹簧势能对升降板(41)进行一个弹力,则敲击板(42)被同时带动向下快速运动,从而使得敲击板(42)对纺织品背面进行循环敲打;
    d、同时侧杆(52)一侧顶动分流箱(63)内部往复板(66)两侧的顶块(65),则往复板(66)内往复带动,则气孔(67)被循环切换连通下端的不同位置的气嘴(68),从气嘴(68)循环喷出挤压气体,从而对纺织品背面进行强力吹气,使得浮毛被吹落到收集箱(74)内部;
    e、同时气泵(61)从收集箱(74)内部通过滤板(75)抽气,使收集箱(74)内部形成负压,提高收集箱(74)的收集效率;
    使用的防侧滑梳毛装置:包括用于传送的限位传送机构(2)、用于梳毛并收集浮毛的收集机构(7)以及用于拍打布料以辅助梳毛的循环拨动机构(5)、敲击机构(4)、吹气机构(6);
    所述限位传送机构(2)包括传送带(21)、传送轴(22)、第一传送链轮组(23)、电动机(24),所述传送带(21)内侧连接有两个所述传送轴(22),所述电动机(24)通过所述第一传送链轮组(23)连接所述传送轴(22),所述电动机(24)通过第二传送链轮组(27)连接压辊(25),所述压辊(25)上设置有两个压轮(26),两个所述压辊(25)之间通过第三传送链轮组(28)连接;
    所述敲击机构(4)包括升降板(41)、敲击板(42)、限位柱(43)、升降柱(44),所述升降板(41)下侧通过所述限位柱(43)连接所述敲击板(42),所述升降板(41)上端连接有所述升降柱(44),所述升降柱(44)滑动连接所述升降板(41),所述升降柱(44)上端连接固定块(45),所述升降柱(44)和所述固定块(45)之间设置有复位弹簧(46);
    所述循环拨动机构(5)包括主轴(51)、侧杆(52)、第一联动链轮组(53),所述主轴(51)通过所述第一联动链轮组(53)连接所述收集机构(7),所述主轴(51)上设置有所述侧杆(52);
    所述吹气机构(6)包括气泵(61)、循环管(62)、分流箱(63)、连接管(64),所述气泵(61)安装在所述侧板(11)后端,所述气 泵(61)上端通过所述循环管(62)连接所述分流箱(63),所述分流箱(63)和所述循环管(62)之间设置有所述连接管(64),所述分流箱(63)内部设置有往复板(66),所述往复板(66)上成型有气孔(67),所述往复板(66)两端均设置有顶块(65),所述分流箱(63)下端设置有两组对立安装的气嘴(68);
    所述收集机构(7)包括第一梳理辊(71)、第二梳理辊(72)、去毛刷辊(73)、收集箱(74),所述第一梳理辊(71)通过第二联动链轮组(76)连接所述压辊(25),所述第一梳理辊(71)一侧设置有所述第二梳理辊(72),所述第二梳理辊(72)一侧设置有所述去毛刷辊(73),所述第一梳理辊(71)下侧设置有收集箱(74),所述收集箱(74)后端设置有滤板(75)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于纺织生产的防侧滑梳毛方法,其特征在于,所述限位传送机构(2)外侧连接支撑机构(1),所述支撑机构(1)包括侧板(11)、底座(12)、减震座(13),所述侧板(11)两端设置有所述底座(12),所述底座(12)下端安装有所述减震座(13)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于纺织生产的防侧滑梳毛方法,其特征在于,所述侧板(11)通过螺栓连接所述底座(12),所述减震座(13)通过螺栓连接所述底座(12)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于纺织生产的防侧滑梳毛方法,其特征在于,所述传送轴(22)转动连接所述底座(12),所述电动机(24)通过螺栓连接所述底座(12),所述压辊(25)转动连接所述侧板(11)。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的用于纺织生产的防侧滑梳毛方法,其特征在于,所述支撑机构(1)外部安装有用于保护的防尘罩(3),所述防尘罩(3)通过螺钉连接所述侧板(11)。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的用于纺织生产的防侧滑梳毛方法,其特征在于,所述固定块(45)通过焊接连接所述侧板(11),所述升降柱(44)滑动连接所述固定块(45),所述升降柱(44)底部设置有防止所述升降板(41)脱落的挡环。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的用于纺织生产的防侧滑梳毛方法,其特征在于,所述限位柱(43)通过焊接连接所述敲击板(42),所述限位柱(43)通过螺栓连接所述升降板(41)。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的用于纺织生产的防侧滑梳毛方法,其特征在于,所述侧杆(52)通过焊接连接所述主轴(51),所述第一联动链轮组(53)键连接所述主轴(51)。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的用于纺织生产的防侧滑梳毛方法,其特征在于,所述收集箱(74)滑动连接所述侧板(11),所述滤板(75)通过卡扣连接所述侧板(11),所述收集箱(74)后端设置有用于配合所述滤板(75)滤孔。
