纳米纤维滤材具有很高的初始效率和运行效率,且压力降很低;以杜邦公司克重为10g/m2的HMT纳米纤维过滤介质试样为例,与同类型常规滤材进行比较;前者的过滤效率达99%,流量300~350mL/(min·cm2),容垢能力1.6g,初始压力降0.4psi;而后者的过滤效率仅为91%~92%,流量100mL/(min·cm2),容垢能力1.1g,初始压力降1.6~1.8psi;可有效提升空气过滤材料过滤效率。
技术问题
其中需要使用到的纳米纤维素;纳米纤维素在进行制备时,需要进行物料进行破碎处理,而现有的破碎处理装置,破碎效果可能较差,破碎后缺少筛分的结构,不易将体积较大的物料,回流输送回破碎腔室中,重新进行破碎。因此,针对上述问题提出一种可有效提升空气过滤材料过滤效率的纳米纤维素制备用破碎装置。
技术解决方案
为了解决现有技术的不足,本申请提供一种可有效提升空气过滤材料过滤效率的纳米纤维素制备用破碎装置,包括底座、底板以及固定安装在底板顶部的竖向输送机构,所述底座的顶部固定连接有安装架,所述安装架固定连接有壳体,所述壳体的底部固定连接有下料斗,所述壳体的顶部固定连通有加料斗,所述壳体的内部设置有破碎机构,所述下料斗的底端通过第一软管与横向输送机构的进料口连通安装,所述横向输送机构的底部两侧均固定连接有若干个弹簧,所述弹簧的底端固定连接有竖杆,所述竖杆的底端与底座的顶部固定连接,所述横向输送机构的两侧均固定连接有电磁振动器,所述横向输送机构的出料口通过第二软管与竖向输送机构的进料口连通安装,所述竖向输送机构的出料口末端位于加料斗的顶部;所述横向输送机构的底部沿长度方向等间距开设有若干个细孔。

整个纳米纤维素制备用破碎装置用于纳米纤维素制备时的破碎、粉碎处理,在现有的破碎装置上进行了改进,增设了横向输送机构、电磁振动器、竖向输送机构,在进行破碎后,破碎后的物料可进入到横向输送机构中,进行横向输送,同时横向输送机构采用弹簧进行弹性连接安装,配合电磁振动器的振动作用,可进行振动下料,便于进行物料破碎后的筛分,破碎后体积较大的物料可重新回到竖向输送机构中,通过竖向输送机构进行输送,可重新回到破碎机构的顶部,重新进行破碎,从而保障了破碎的效果,避免体积过大,破碎未完全的物料排出。

需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本申请。
请参阅图1-4所示,一种可有效提升空气过滤材料过滤效率的纳米纤维素制备用破碎装置,包括底座1、底板2以及固定安装在底板2顶部的竖向输送机构,所述底座1的顶部固定连接有安装架4,所述安装架4固定连接有壳体3,所述壳体3的底部固定连接有下料斗5,所述壳体3的顶部固定连通有加料斗6,所述壳体3的内部设置有破碎机构,所述下料斗5的底端通过第一软管13与横向输送机构的进料口连通安装,所述横向输送机构的底部两侧均固定连接有若干个弹簧11,所述弹簧11的底端固定连接有竖杆10,所述竖杆10的底端与底座1的顶部固定连接,所述横向输送机构的两侧均固定连接有电磁振动器14,所述横向输送机构的出料口通过第二软管19与竖向输送机构的进料口连通安装,所述竖向输送机构的出料口末端位于加料斗6的顶部;
横向输送机构的进料口和出料口分别为第二进料管23和第二出料管22,竖向输送机构的进料口和出料口分别为第一进料管18和20、第一出料管20;
所述横向输送机构的底部沿长度方向等间距开设有若干个细孔901,细孔901设置在第一圆筒9的筒壁上,用于筛分下料。
所述竖向输送机构包括第二圆筒16以及第三电机26,所述第三电机26固定连接在第二圆筒16的顶端,所述第二圆筒16的内部转动连接有第二转轴27,所述第二转轴27上固定连接有第二螺旋输送叶片28,所述第二转轴27一端与第三电机26的输出轴固定连接,所述第二圆筒16的一侧顶部和第二圆筒16的一侧底部分别固定连通有第一出料管20和第一进料管18;所述破碎机构包括破碎辊8和第二电机21,所述破碎辊8转动连接在壳体3的内部,所述破碎辊8和第二电机21的数目均为两个,所述破碎辊8的一端与第二电机21的输出轴固定连接,所述第二电机21固定连接在壳体3的背面;所述横向输送机构包括第一圆筒9和固定安装在第一圆筒9一端的第一电机12,所述第一圆筒9的内部转动连接有第一转轴24,所述第一转轴24上固定套接有第一螺旋输送叶片25,所述第一转轴24的一端与第一电机12的输出轴固定连接,所述第一圆筒9的顶部一侧固定连通有第二进料管23,所述第一圆筒9的底部一侧固定连通有第二出料管22;所述第二圆筒16固定连接有固定架15,所述固定架15与底板2固定连接,所述固定架15与底板2之间固定连接有加强筋17,实现第二圆筒16的安装固定;所述破碎辊8的顶部设置有导料板7,所述导料板7的数目为两个,两个所述导料板7之间形成下料槽,用于导料。
本申请在使用时,本申请中出现的电器元件在使用时均外接连通电源和控制开关,通过加料斗6进行加入物料,通过导料板7的导流作用,物料落在两个破碎辊8之间,通过第二电机21进行驱动,左边的破碎辊8进行顺时针转动,右边的破碎辊8进行逆时针转动,进行物料的破碎、碾碎,破碎后,进入到下料斗5中,进一步通过第一软管13和第二进料管23,进入到第一圆筒9中,通过第一电机12进行驱动第一转轴24转动,通过第一螺旋输送叶片25进行破碎后物料的横向输送,同时,电磁振动器14进行振动,配合弹簧11的弹性连接,使得横向输送机构进行振动,实现振动下料,体积较小的物料从细孔901排出,通过事先放置的容器进行收集,体积较大的物料,通过输送,通过第二软管19和第一进料管18,进入到第二圆筒16的底部,通过第三电机26带动第二转轴27和第二螺旋输送叶片28进行转动,从而为物料进行输送,通过第一出料管20排入到加料斗6中,重新进行破碎,保障了破碎的效果。
需要说明的是,第一软管13和第二软管19的作用,避免横向输送机构在进行振动时,影响下料斗5和第二圆筒16,之间未进行固定刚性连接。
本申请的有益之处在于:
整个纳米纤维素制备用破碎装置用于纳米纤维素制备时的破碎、粉碎处理,在现有的破碎装置上进行了改进,增设了横向输送机构、电磁振动器14、竖向输送机构,在进行破碎后,破碎后的物料可进入到横向输送机构中,进行横向输送,同时横向输送机构采用弹簧11进行弹性连接安装,配合电磁振动器14的振动作用,可进行振动下料,便于进行物料破碎后的筛分,破碎后体积较大的物料可重新回到竖向输送机构中,通过竖向输送机构进行输送,可重新回到破碎机构的顶部,重新进行破碎,从而保障了破碎的效果,避免体积过大,破碎未完全的物料排出。
同时整个操作无需人工进行,人工只需进行加料斗6的加料即可,同时破碎的下料采用振动下料,下料效果较好,便于筛分。
涉及到电路和电子元器件和模块均为现有技术,本领域技术人员完全可以实现,无需赘言,本申请保护的内容也不涉及对于软件和方法的改进。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种可有效提升空气过滤材料过滤效率的纳米纤维素制备用破碎装置,其特征在于:包括底座(1)、底板(2)以及固定安装在底板(2)顶部的竖向输送机构,所述底座(1)的顶部固定连接有安装架(4),所述安装架(4)固定连接有壳体(3),所述壳体(3)的底部固定连接有下料斗(5),所述壳体(3)的顶部固定连通有加料斗(6),所述壳体(3)的内部设置有破碎机构,所述下料斗(5)的底端通过第一软管(13)与横向输送机构的进料口连通安装,所述横向输送机构的底部两侧均固定连接有若干个弹簧(11),所述弹簧(11)的底端固定连接有竖杆(10),所述竖杆(10)的底端与底座(1)的顶部固定连接,所述横向输送机构的两侧均固定连接有电磁振动器(14),所述横向输送机构的出料口通过第二软管(19)与竖向输送机构的进料口连通安装,所述竖向输送机构的出料口末端位于加料斗(6)的顶部;
    所述横向输送机构的底部沿长度方向等间距开设有若干个细孔(901)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可有效提升空气过滤材料过滤效率的纳米纤维素制备用破碎装置,其特征在于:所述竖向输送机构包括第二圆筒(16)以及第三电机(26),所述第三电机(26)固定连接在第二圆筒(16)的顶端,所述第二圆筒(16)的内部转动连接有第二转轴(27),所述第二转轴(27)上固定连接有第二螺旋输送叶片(28),所述第二转轴(27)一端与第三电机(26)的输出轴固定连接,所述第二圆筒(16)的一侧顶部和第二圆筒(16)的一侧底部分别固定连通有第一出料管(20)和第一进料管(18)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可有效提升空气过滤材料过滤效率的纳米纤维素制备用破碎装置,其特征在于:所述破碎机构包括破碎辊(8)和第二电机(21),所述破碎辊(8)转动连接在壳体(3)的内部,所述破碎辊(8)和第二电机(21)的数目均为两个,所述破碎辊(8)的一端与第二电机(21)的输出轴固定连接,所述第二电机(21)固定连接在壳体(3)的背面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可有效提升空气过滤材料过滤效率的纳米纤维素制备用破碎装置,其特征在于:所述横向输送机构包括第一圆筒(9)和固定安装在第一圆筒(9)一端的第一电机(12),所述第一圆筒(9)的内部转动连接有第一转轴(24),所述第一转轴(24)上固定套接有第一螺旋输送叶片(25),所述第一转轴(24)的一端与第一电机(12)的输出轴固定连接,所述第一圆筒(9)的顶部一侧固定连通有第二进料管(23),所述第一圆筒(9)的底部一侧固定连通有第二出料管(22)。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种可有效提升空气过滤材料过滤效率的纳米纤维素制备用破碎装置,其特征在于:所述第二圆筒(16)固定连接有固定架(15),所述固定架(15)与底板(2)固定连接,所述固定架(15)与底板(2)之间固定连接有加强筋(17)。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种可有效提升空气过滤材料过滤效率的纳米纤维素制备用破碎装置,其特征在于:所述破碎辊(8)的顶部设置有导料板(7),所述导料板(7)的数目为两个,两个所述导料板(7)之间形成下料槽。
