Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'étanchéité comprenant un manchon annulaire monté sur la surface périphérique externe d'un élément qui se met conjointement en rotation avec une bague intérieure d'un palier, un boîtier annulaire monté sur la surface périphérique interne d'une bague extérieure du palier, et un élément d'étanchéité annulaire fixé au boîtier. Le manchon présente une partie cylindre interne en contact avec la surface périphérique externe de l'élément, une partie cylindre externe le long de la surface périphérique externe de la partie cylindre interne et ayant un diamètre plus grand que la partie cylindre interne, et une partie paroi en forme de plaque raccordant les extrémités mutuellement adjacentes de la partie cylindre interne et de la partie cylindre externe. L'élément d'étanchéité présente au moins une première lèvre, une seconde lèvre, une première partie saillante et une seconde partie saillante en contact avec la surface périphérique externe de la partie cylindre interne, et celles-ci sont formées d'un seul tenant avec un matériau élastique. Des espaces en labyrinthe sont respectivement disposés entre la seconde lèvre et la surface de paroi de la partie paroi, entre la première partie saillante et la surface périphérique externe de la partie cylindre interne, et entre la seconde partie saillante et la surface périphérique externe de la partie cylindre externe.
