技术领域
本公开涉及行李安全检查领域,更具体地,涉及一种用于安检系统中的托盘自动供给装置以及具有该托盘自动供给装置的安检系统。
背景技术

旅客在进入机场车站前需要对手提行李进行安全检查,一般的做法是旅客或者安检员在安检机前的整理台底部将空托盘取出放置在整理台上,将手提行李以及随身零散物品放入托盘,托盘经过安检系统,由安检人员通过安检机(X光检查)判定行李是否安全,通过安检系统区分安全行李和嫌疑行李,安全行李交由旅客取走,嫌疑行李由安检员放置于开包处,并指引对应的旅客进行开包查验。
发明内容
本公开提供了一种托盘自动供给装置,包括:至少一个输送机构,用于分别在不同高度输送托盘;至少一个升降机构,用于将位于第一高度的输送机构上的托盘移动至位于第二高度的输送机构上,所述第一高度不同于第二高度;整理台框架,用于承载所述至少一个输送机构和所述至少一个升降机构。
在本公开的实施例中,托盘自动供给装置还包括至少一个伸缩托板机构,所述伸缩托板机构安装在所述整理台框架的顶部,所述升降机构在所述伸缩托板机构收缩时将位于第一高度或第二高度的输送机构上的托盘升高到所述整理台框架的顶部。
在本公开的实施例中,所述升降机构包括电机、直线导轨、同步带、托板和至少一个限位件,其中,托板通过直线导轨和同步带上下移动,并且托板的运动范围受到所述至少一个限位件的限制。

在自动行李安检系统的实际使用过程中,因大多数旅客是第一次使用自动行李安检系统,有时候并不能第一时间发现位于整理台底部的托盘,需要安检人员频繁指引或者亲自动手整理托盘。其次托盘位于整理台的底部,旅客或者安检人员需要弯腰拿取托盘,非常的不方便。
为了解决上述托盘提供的各种问题,本公开的示例性实施例提供一种新型的自动托盘供给装置,该装置可以用于各种场合的自动手提行李安检系统,例如机场、车站以及需要案件的各种场所。
图1是根据本公开的示例性实施例的托盘自动供给装置的示意性透视图。如图1所示,该托盘自动供给装置1包括:至少一个输送机构10,用于分别在不同高度输送托盘80;至少一个升降机构20,用于将位于第一高度的输送机构10上的托盘80移动至位于第二高度的输送机构10,所述第一高度不同于第二高度;整理台框架30,用于承载所述至少一个输送机构10和所述至少一个升降机构20。
具体地讲,该托盘自动供给装置1可以包括整理台框架30或者安装到整理台框架30,安检人员可以在整理台90上检查旅客的行李物品,整理台90也可以安装到整理台框架30上,并且与托盘自动供给装置1相关的部件均可以安装在该整理台框架30上,例如输送机构10、升降机构20等,整理台框架30还可以设置有安检机构,以使得整个安检系统一体化。整理台框架30可以由铝型材和不锈钢钣金搭建而成。所述至少一个输送机构10可以包括位于两个不同高度上的输送机构,例如上层输送机构和下层输送机构。上层输送结构可以与整理台框架30的顶部齐平,或者稍低于整理台框架30。升降机构20可以将下层的空托盘运送到整理台框架30的顶部,以便于乘客装载随身行李物品。这样,该自动托盘供给装置可以将位于整理台底部的空托盘自动传送,由升降机构将空托盘运送到整体台台面,旅客不需要寻找托盘,便可直接在整理台上将行李放入托盘中,便于进入安检操作。
在本公开的另一个实施例中,该托盘自动供给装置1可以包括至少一个伸缩托板机构40,伸缩托板机构40可以安装在所述整理台框架30的顶部,所述升降机构20在所述伸缩托板机构40收缩时将位于第一高度或第二高度的输送机构10上的托盘80升高到所述整理台框架30的顶部。例如,伸缩托板机构40可以设置在整理台框架30的顶部,用于升降机构20将底层输送机构上的空托盘运送到整理台框架30的顶部。如图所示,伸缩托盘安装在整理台90的顶部,在伸缩托盘机构收缩(打开)时会形成一开口,安放在升降机构20上的空托盘可以穿过该开口,上升到整理台框架30的顶部之上,以 便于旅客装载随身行李物品,之后旅客可以将装有随身行李物品的托盘推入上层的输送机构,从而使得安检操作可以自动进行。
图2是根据本公开的示例性实施例的升降机构的示意性透视图;图3是根据本公开的示例性实施例的升降机构的侧视图。如图2和图3所示,升降机构20包括直线导轨21、同步带22、托板23和至少一个限位件24,托板23可以通过直线导轨21和同步带22上下移动,并且托板23的运动范围受到所述至少一个限位件24的限制。
具体而言,升降机构20的同步带22可以安装在直线导轨21上,托板23通过连接件可以与同步带22连接,电机25给同步带22提供动力,从而托板23可以在电机25的驱动下沿着直线导轨21上下移动。在直线导轨21上还可以设置有多个限位件24,例如可以在直线导轨21的上端和下端各设置一个限位件24。在本实施例中,托板23可以设置多个,这样可以运送更多的托盘,图2中示出为2个。示例性的,当托板23设置为多个时,两个托板23之间的间距大于等于托板23的长度和托盘80高度之和。本公开的实施例对托板23的长度不做限制,只要其能够稳固地承载托盘80即可。
在本实施例中,托板23可以被构造成可折叠或者能够绕着托板23的一侧转动约90度。如图2和图3所示,在托板23运送托盘80时,可以呈水平放置,当托盘80被取走后,即在托板23达到最高位置后,可以旋转成竖直状态,托板23旋转后开始下降,到达最低点后旋转的托板23打开,将底部输送机构10上的新的空托盘托起。或者,在另一实施例中,托板23可设置成折叠状态,并且仅水平设置,当需要放置托盘80时,托板23可以从折叠状态展开呈水平设置状态,当托盘80被取走后,托板23可以返回折叠状态。当托板23呈折叠设置时,可以缩短托板23之间的间距并运送更多的托盘,从而进一步提升工作效率。
图4是根据本公开的示例性实施例的伸缩托板机构的示意性透视图,如图4所示,在本实施例中,一个或者更多个伸缩托板机构40可以设置在整理台框架30顶部,并且可以包括一对导轨41、至少一个滑轮42以及至少一个柔性板43,其中,每个柔性板43的两侧均设置有滑轮42,如图所示,在柔性板43的侧面的两个端部各设置一个滑轮42,以在导轨41中移动,从而带动柔性板43运动,从而可以实现柔性板43相对于彼此的打开和关闭(伸展和收缩)。在柔性板43相对于彼此背离运动(收缩)时,伸缩托板机构40打开,在柔性板43之间形成开口,托盘80可以通过该开口被提升到整理台框架30之上;在柔性板43相对于彼此相向运动(伸展)时,伸缩托板机构40关闭,柔性板43之间的开口不复存在。
在该实施例中,一对导轨41彼此面对地设置在整理台框架30中,柔性板43位于该对导轨41之间,每个导轨41从正面看形状类似“冂”形,每个柔性板43在导轨41和滑轮42的配合下能够弯曲大约90度。
图5是根据本公开的示例性实施例的输送机构的局部示意性透视图,如图5所示,输送机构10可以包括安装到整理台框架30上的电动滚筒11、从动滚筒12以及传动带13,电动滚筒11和从动滚筒12通过传动带13连接,并且电动滚筒11由电机(未示出)驱动,由此从动滚筒12在电动滚筒11的驱动下也可以实现旋转运动。本公开的实施例对电动滚筒和从动滚筒的数量不做限制。在一实施例中,一个电动滚筒11可以通过传动带13带动7个从动滚筒12运动。
在其他实施例中,本公开实施例中的输送机构可以由现有机构中已有的输送辊实现,也可以由现有机构中已有的输送带实现,本公开对此不做限制。
图6是根据本公开的示例性实施例的托盘自动供给装置的局部俯视图,如图所示,在整理台框架30可以设置多个光电检验装置50,以感测所述托盘80的位置。例如,可以在整理台框架30的顶部安装三个光电检验装置50如光电开关,其中两个光电开关可以位于输送滚筒之间并且之间的距离小于托盘80的长度,另一个光电开关可以更靠近托盘80。三个光电开关用于检测托盘80是否已离开整理位。当托盘80已离开时,升降机构20可以继续运动,从而使下一个托盘80继续上升。例如,当图示的三个光电开关都被遮挡,并且靠近托盘80的光电开关先被遮挡再脱离遮挡,则可以判定为托盘80已离开整理台。
此外,在整理台框架30内也可以设置光电开关,在托盘80通过升降机构20被举升至某个位置例如200mm高的时候,借助于光电开关的检测,使下一个托盘80在底层的输送机构10进入升降机构20的底部托板23以待用。
再返回图1,除了位于不同高度的输送机构10,托盘自动供给装置1还可以包括位于同一高度的输送机构10和托盘平移机构60。当存在两条位于同一高度的输送机构10时,可以使得安检员和旅客同时接触到托盘,提高托盘自动供给装置的效率。托盘平移机构60可以安装到位于底层的输送机构10上,从而可以将底部的托盘80输送到上层的输送机构以便于乘客使用并避免乘客弯腰取托盘。
图7是根据本公开的示例性实施例的托盘平移机构的示意性透视图。如图7所示,在该实施例中,一个托盘平移机构60包括至少两个同步带轮61、一个传输滚筒62和至少两个拨动件63。在其它实施例中,同步带轮的数量还可以为三个或者更多,从而可以 更加稳固地移动托盘。同步带轮61可以安装在输送机构10上,具体的讲设置在电动滚筒11与从动滚筒12之间的间隙中。同步带轮61还可以包括两个同步带和支撑同步带运动的多个滚轮,传输滚筒62可以通过滚轮与同步带轮61连接,从而带动同步带轮61运动。传输滚筒62可以由电机驱动。一个或者多个拨动件63可以通过粘接等连接方式设置在一个同步带上,用于将位于同步带上的托盘80推入到升降机构20的托板23上。或者,拨动件可以设置在同步带上,或者与同步带形成为一体。同步带沿着电动滚筒11的纵向设置,从而当托盘80运动到同步带上时,原本在电动滚筒11上移动的托盘80可以经由同步带改变运动方向,例如改变后的前进方向为与改变前的前进方向垂直的方向,将托盘80从一个输送机构10移动到同高度的另一个输送机构10。本公开的实施例对拨动件63的形状、高度和数量不做限制,只要能够推动托盘80即可。如图所示,在每个同步带上可以设置有一个拨动件63,该拨动件63类似于块状体。
在一实施例中,电动滚筒11与相邻的从动滚筒12之间相距100mm,或者电动滚筒11与相邻的电动滚筒11之间的相距100mm,这样,可以在其中设置托盘平移机构60,更具体的讲,可以设置同步带和移动机构等。
图8是根据本公开的示例性实施例的另一托盘平移机构的示意性透视图。图9是根据本公开的示例性实施例的另一托盘平移机构的侧视图。其中,为了清楚起见,图9中未示出滚筒输送机构。如图8和图9所示,在该实施例中,托盘平移机构70包括滚筒输送机构71、举升机构72和移动机构73。其中,滚筒输送机构71可以包括电动滚筒711、从动滚筒712和皮带713。电动滚筒711带动皮带713以及从动滚筒712转动,从而带动托盘沿着前进方向行进。举升机构72包括电动滚筒721、从动滚筒722、凸轮723、皮带724以及框架725,通过电动滚筒721旋转带动凸轮723旋转,从而设置在凸轮723上的移动机构73可以被凸轮723抬高,此时托盘离开滚筒输送机构71。移动机构73包含电动滚筒731、皮带732、托着皮带732的托轮733以及平移框架734,电动滚筒731转动,带动皮带732运动,从而驱动平移框架734带着托盘横向移动。移动机构73位于滚筒输送机构71的滚筒之间。如图9所示,平移框架734可以安装到举升机构72的框架725上,托轮733可以设置到平移框架724。
图10根据本公开的示例性实施例的包括托盘自动供给装置的安检系统的局部示意性透视图,如图10所示,上述实施例中的托盘自动供给装置1可以用于托盘整理台90,进而用于行李安检系统,从而可以将空托盘自动地供给到整理台90,从而减少旅客寻找托盘的情况,提供更加方便的服务,此外,还可以避免旅客弯腰去托盘的动作,为旅客 带来更加周到的服务。
以下参照附图示例性地描述托盘自动供给装置1的操作。如图1-9所示,当空托盘从底部输送机构10传送到升降装置所在的位置后,升降机构20的托板23托住托盘80,将托盘80提升至高于最低位置的某个位置时,整理台顶部的两个柔性板43相对于彼此远离运动,进而打开顶部开口,当托盘80上升至最高位置后,相对的两个柔性板43依然处于彼此远离的状态,托盘80位于托板上,此时旅客可以开始整理行李。当旅客将托盘80移动到上层的输送机构时,升降机构20的托板开始折叠,折叠完毕后升降机构20的托板23下降至由下限位件24限定的位置,并打开折叠的托板23,重复上述提升托盘80的步骤。
在另一实施例中,当托盘上升至最高位置后,相对的两个柔性板43做相向运动以关闭开口,托盘可以位于伸缩托板机构40上,从而更加稳固地支撑托盘。

    整理台框架,用于承载所述至少一个输送机构和所述至少一个升降机构。

  7. 如权利要求1所述的托盘自动供给装置,其中,所述至少一个输送机构包括至少一个电动滚筒、多个从动滚筒以及至少一个传动带,所述至少一个电动滚筒通过所述至少一个传动带带动多个从动滚筒运动。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的托盘自动供给装置,其中,至少一个光电检验装置,安装在整理台框架以感测所述托盘的位置。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的托盘自动供给装置,其中,所述托盘自动供给装置还包括位于同一高度的输送机构和托盘平移机构,其中所述托盘平移机构安装到所述位于同一高度的输送机构上。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的托盘自动供给装置,其中,所述托盘平移机构包括同步带轮、传输滚筒和拨动件,其中,所述传输滚筒带动所述同步带轮旋转,所述拨动件位于所述同步带上,以推动所述托盘移动。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的托盘自动供给装置,其中,所述托盘平移机构包括滚筒输送机构、举升机构和移动机构,其中,举升机构中的凸轮被配置为使移动机构升高,从而托盘离开滚筒输送机构而被移动机构横向移动。
  12. 如权利要求10或11所述的托盘自动供给装置,其中,所述托盘平移机构的同步带轮或移动机构位于所述电动滚筒与相邻的从动滚筒之间。
  13. 一种托盘整理台,包括如上所述任一项权利要求所述的托盘自动供给装置。
  14. 一种行李安检系统,包括如上所述任一项权利要求所述的托盘自动供给装置。
