TECHNICAL FIELD

BACKGROUD
[0002] With annual increase of books collected by colleges and continuous construction of social librarles, more and more manpower and material resources is put in librarles to ensure normal operation of the librarles. However, it takes a lot of time and energy to manage the librarles since collected books are too many. And mostly, management of the librarles only rely on puré manpower and a mass of manpower is needed during carrying and arranging books. After readers retum books to a library, librarians load the books and convey the books to their corresponding positions, and then the books is placed on bookshelves by manpower. The carrying and placing process takes a lot of efiforts, specifically when the books are removed to the bookshelves at high positions, repetitive and robotic lifting actions consume a mass of physical power, these are the most exhausting labors for the librarians and cause many librarians or work-study staffs who are overwhelmed to quit.

[0016] According to the apparatus for organizing bookshelf in the present invention, books are arranged and placed on the books supporter, the pushing mechanism pushes an endmost book from the exit to the pallet of the conveying bin, and then the lifting apparatus drives the pallet to move up in order to show the tops of the books on the pallet, in the meanwhile, the lifting mechanism drops to make the clamping arm cióse to the shown parts of the books, and then the driving mechanism drives the clamping left-arm and the clamping right-arm moving relative to each other to clamp two sides of a book, after this, the searcher on the clamping arm scans the end of the book, and the controller identifies the book and judges the placed position according to the scanned signáis, the laterally moving wheel set on the machinery body finishes the lateral movement, the lifting cylinder drives the frame to move down so that the bottom of the longitudinally moving wheel set is lower than that of moving wheel set and finishes the longitudinal movement to rapidly move to the respective position between the bookshelves. The lifting mechanism drives the clamping arm to move up, and the laterally moving mechanism drives the clamping arm to move and cióse to the bookshelf, and then the driving mechanism drives the clamping left-arm and the clamping right-arm moving relative to each other to release the book to place the book on the bookshelf, and then the laterally moving mechanism drives the clamping arm to return, the lifting apparatus drives the pallet to move down. The above process is repeated so that conveying one by one and automatically placing books are realized.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

An apparatus for organizing bookshelf, comprising: a main body, a plurality of scanners each of which is provided on a respective layer of the bookshelf, a case body provided on the main body, and a controller, wherein a conveying bin with an opening at its top is provided on a side wall of the case body, an exit communicating with the conveying bin is provided on the side wall of the case body, a books supporter connected with the exit is provided in the case body, an inner wall of the case body opposite to the exit is provide with a pushing mechanism, the conveying bin is provided with a pallet and a lifting apparatus for driving the pallet to move up and down, the main body is provided with a clamping arm located on a top of the conveying bin and the clamping arm comprises a supporting seat, a clamping left-arm, a clamping right-arm, and a driving mechanism for driving the clamping left-arm and the clamping right-arm moving relative to each other, a side of the supporting seat facing the clamping left-arm and the clamping right-arm is provided with a searcher which is connected with the controller, a lifting mechanism for driving the clamping arm to move up and down is arranged on the main body, and the main body is further provided with a laterally moving mechanism for driving lateral movements of the clamping arm, the main body is provided with a frame and a laterally moving wheel set used for lateral movements and located in the frame are arranged at a bottom thereof, the frame is provided with a longitudinally moving wheel set for longitudinal movements, the main body is provided with a lifting cylinder for driving the frame to move up and down, each of the laterally moving wheel set and the longitudinally moving wheel set comprises a guide wheel, a driving wheel, and a power motor for driving the driving wheel to move, the lifting cylinder and the power motor are connected with the controller.

The apparatus for organizing bookshelf according to claim 1, wherein the lifting mechanism comprises a plurality of struts arranged side-by-side and a supporting píate cooperating with the struts by threaded connection, and the main body is provided with a motor driving the struts to roíate, and the supporting píate is connected with the clamping arm, and the laterally moving mechanism comprises a first cylinder provided on the supporting píate, the first cylinder is connected with the supporting seat.

The apparatus for organizing bookshelf according to claim 2, wherein the driving mechanism comprises a lead screw and a motor for driving the lead screw, the clamping right-arm is fixedly connected with the supporting seat, and the lead screw is connected with the supporting seat and the clamping left-arm, a buffering cushion is provided on faces of the clamping left-arm and the clamping right-arm opposite to each other, a plurality of pressure sensors connected with the controller are respectively provided between the clamping left-arm and the buffering cushion, and between the clamping right-arm and the buffering cushion.

The apparatus for organizing bookshelf according to claim 3, wherein further comprising an auxiliary arm arranged above the clamping arm, wherein the auxiliary arm comprises an auxiliary left-arm, an auxiliary right-arm, and a driving cylinder connected with the auxiliary left-arm and the auxiliary right-arm, a second cylinder is provided between the driving cylinder and the supporting píate, an infrared distance measuring sensor connected with the controller is provided on an end of the clamping right-arm.

The apparatus for organizing bookshelf according to claim 1, wherein two conveying belt mechanisms are provided in the case body, each of the two conveying belt mechanisms comprises conveying wheels located one above another and spaced from each other, a belt body mounted on the conveying wheels, and a stepping motor connected with the conveying wheels, the books supporter comprises guide rails disposed on an outer wall of the belt body of respective conveying belt mechanisms, gravity sensors connected with the controller are provided on the guide rails.
