采用根据本申请实施例的座椅骨架、车厢及轨道车辆,座椅骨架用于与轨道车辆车厢的侧墙相连接,座椅骨架用于沿轨道车辆的长度方向设置在轨道车辆的车厢内,座椅骨架上设有多个用于连接座椅的座椅安装孔,侧墙包括沿轨道车辆的长度方向依次设置的第一平面、凸起部和第二平面,凸起部朝向车厢的内侧凸起,座椅骨架用于与凸起部相连接。本申请实施例通过将座椅骨架连接在侧墙上的凸起部上,从而使得座椅骨架与侧墙的第一平面和第二平面之间形成有一定的间隙以避让内藏式车门,解决了相关技术中座椅骨架与侧墙的连接问题且不会与车门产生干涉。

为了使本申请实施例中的技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图对本申请的示例性实施例进行进一步详细的说明,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本申请的一部分实施例,而不是所有实施例的穷举。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
实施例一

本实施例提供了一种座椅骨架10,用于与轨道车辆车厢的侧墙20相连接,座椅骨架10用于沿轨道车辆的长度方向设置在轨道车辆的车厢内,座椅骨架10上设有多个用于连接座椅的座椅安装孔101,侧墙20包括沿轨道车辆的长度方向依次设置的第一平面21、凸起部23和第二平面22,凸起部23朝向车厢的内侧凸起,座椅骨架10用于与凸起部23相连接。
具体的,本实施例中座椅骨架10整体由金属材料制成,以使其满足强度的要求,座椅骨架10大体呈板状,座椅安装孔101的具体数量及设置位置可以根据要设置的座椅的宽度等参数进行确定,本实施例对此不做限定。座椅骨架10与凸起部23之间可以采用焊接、螺栓连接等现有技术中常用的连接方式进行连接固定;通过将座椅骨架10连接在侧墙20上的凸起部23上,从而使得座椅骨架10与侧墙20的第一平面21和第二平面22之间形成有一定的间隙以避让内藏式车门,解决了相关技术中座椅骨架10与侧墙20的连接问题且不会与车门产生干涉。
本实施例的座椅骨架10上设有多个用于与侧墙20相连接的第一固定孔102,多个第一固定孔102均匀分布在座椅骨架10的中部,座椅骨架10通过紧固螺栓穿过第一固定孔102后连接固定在凸起部23内,从而实现与侧墙20的连接固定。
本实施例的座椅骨架10还设有多个椅腿122,椅腿122用于与车厢的底架30固定连接。本实施例的座椅骨架10同时连接车厢侧墙上的凸起部23和车厢的底架30,从而提高了连接的稳定性。
可选地,本实施例的座椅骨架10包括上骨架11和下骨架12,下骨架12用于与底架30相连接,上骨架11位于下骨架12背离底架30的一侧,上骨架11用于与侧墙20相连接,上骨架11和下骨架12焊接固定。本实施例通过采用上骨架11和下骨架12相互焊接连接的方式组成,从而便于座椅骨架10的加工制作,可以同时制作完上骨架11和下骨架12后再将二者焊接,提高作业效率。当车厢内厚度或选用材料成型工艺允许时,上下骨架还可以采用一体Z型折弯等方式。
具体的,本实施例的上骨架11包括上骨架本体111、上折边112和下折边113,上折边112设置在上骨架本体111背离下骨架12的一侧,下折边113设置在上骨架本体111朝向下骨架12的一侧,上折边112和下折边113与上骨架本体111一体成型,且上折边112和下折边113均朝向侧墙20弯折。通过设置上折边112和下折边113可以提高上骨架11的整体强度,使得上骨架11不易产生变形。
进一步地,本实施例的上骨架11和下骨架12之间设有多个焊接加强筋13,焊接加强筋13连接下骨架12的一个侧面和下折边113朝向下骨架12的表面。通过设置焊接加强筋13可以提高上骨架11和下骨架12之间的焊接连接强度,使得二者不易产生脱离。
为了降低座椅骨架10的重量,本实施例在上骨架11上设有多个第一减重部,第一减重部的竖截面可以呈圆形、方形或其他规则或不规则形状,第一减重部的具体设置面积也可以根据需要进行选择。
可选地,本实施例中第一减重部包括沿轨道车辆的长度方向依次设置的第一减重方孔1111、第二减重方孔1112和第三减重方孔1113,其中,第二减重方孔1112设置在上骨架11与凸起部23相对应的部分,多个第一固定孔102对称分布在第二减重方孔1112的上下两侧。通过设置第一减重方孔1111、第二减重方孔1112和第三减重方孔1113使得算上骨架11上各处的重量和强度基本保持一致,并且通过将多个第一固定孔102设置在第二减重方孔1112的 上下两侧,可以保证预紧力均匀的分散在连接处的各部分,防止局部预紧力过大。
本实施例中,上骨架11上还设有多个攻丝板1114,攻丝板1114用于连接座椅和侧墙。为重量优化,座椅骨架板厚可选为3~4mm,攻丝板1114可适强度需要选用较厚的金属板。攻丝板1114凸出于上骨架本体111设置,攻丝板1114的凸出方向与上折边112的弯折方向相同,以提高该出的强度,便于使用螺栓等连接件与车体的侧墙进行连接固定。可选地,多个攻丝板1114对称分布在上骨架本体111的上下两侧。
进一步地,本实施例的上骨架11朝向侧墙20的表面还设有多个加强筋114,以提高上骨架11的整体强度。加强筋114的具体设置位置及数量可根据需要进行选择。
此外,本实施例的上折边112上设有多个用于连接侧墙20的第二固定孔1121,第二固定孔1121可以为圆孔或长孔,具体可根据连接件的结构进行选择。第二固定孔1121用于在竖直方向与侧墙进行连接固定,也即本实施例的座椅骨架10可以嵌入在凸起部23的下端。
进一步地,本实施例的上折边112上还设有用于连接隔墙的多个第三固定孔1122,第三固定孔1122位于上折边112沿轨道车辆长度方向的两端,第三固定孔1122与隔墙之间可以采用螺栓及连接角铁等零件进行连接固定。
可选地,本实施例的下骨架12包括下骨架本体121,下骨架本体121沿轨道车辆长度方向的两端设有椅腿122,椅腿122包括相互连接的第一折边1221、第二折边1222和第三折边1223,第一折边1221、第二折边1222和第三折边1223均是为了避让内藏门下部较宽的门滑道而设置的。其中,第一折边1221与第三折边1223平行,第一折边1221垂直连接在下骨架本体121上,第二折边1222与下骨架本体121平行,第二折边1222连接第一折边1221和第三折边1223,第三折边1223上设有用于连接底架30的第四固定孔。本实施例通过将椅腿122设置在下骨架本体121的两端再保证支撑稳定的前提下减少 下骨架12与底架的接触面积,从而有利于降低下骨架12的重量。通过将椅腿122设置成相互连接的第一折边1221、第二折边1222和第三折边1223的结构可以提高椅腿122处的连接强度,使其符合连接的需要。
进一步地,本实施例的下骨架本体121上设有多个用于连接加热器的加热器固定结构,每一个加热器固定结构均包括多个加热器固定孔1211,通过将加热器集成在下骨架12上可以避免在车厢的侧墙上设置相应的结构,从而便于车辆的加工制作。
本实施例中,在相邻的两个加热器固定结构之间设有第二减重部123,以降低座椅骨架10的重量。第二减重部123还可以设置在椅腿122与相邻的加热器固定结构之间。
本实施例的下骨架12还包括加强板124,加强板124连接下骨架本体121沿轨道车辆长度方向的侧面与对应的椅腿122沿轨道车辆长度方向的侧面,从而提高下骨架本体121和椅腿122之间的连接强度。加强板124上还设有通孔,以便于加热器的走线并降低加强板的重量。
通过上述描述可知,本实施例的座椅骨架10不仅能够解决采用内藏式车门时座椅骨架10与侧墙20的连接问题,使得座椅骨架10不会影响内藏式车门的开启,并且本实施例的座椅骨架上还集成了座椅、加热器、隔墙等的安装点位,解决了上述各零部件的安装需求。
实施例二
图5中示出的是本申请一实施例提供的车厢的局部结构简图;图6中示出的是图5的B-B剖视图;图7中示出的是图5的C-C剖视图;请参照图5-图7。
本实施例提供了一种车厢,包括底架30以及设置在底架30两侧的侧墙20,侧墙20上设有车门40,车门40朝向车厢的内侧开启。侧墙20包括沿车厢长度方向依次设置的第一平面21、凸起部23和第二平面22,凸起部23朝向车厢的内侧凸起,凸起部23设置在第一平面21和第二平面22之间。车厢 内还设有如上实施例一所述的座椅骨架10和多个座椅50,多个座椅50连接固定在座椅骨架10上。凸起部23上可以设有车窗,座椅骨架10与凸起部23相连接且位于车窗的下方,连接固定后,座椅骨架10与第一平面21之间形成有第一间隙,座椅骨架10与第二平面22之间形成有第二间隙,第一间隙和第二间隙用于避让车门40。
本实施例的车厢通过将座椅骨架10连接在侧墙20上的凸起部23上,从而使得座椅骨架10与侧墙20的第一平面21和第二平面22之间形成有一定的间隙以避让内藏式车门40,车门40可以向车厢内滑动并进入座椅骨架10与侧墙20的第一平面21和第二平面22之间的间隙内,从而解决了相关技术中座椅骨架10与侧墙20的连接问题且不会与车门40产生干涉。
可选地,本实施例的车厢可以为单层轨道车辆的车厢或双层轨道车辆的中间层车厢。
进一步地,本实施例还包括隔墙60,隔墙60设置在座椅骨架10沿车厢长度方向的两侧,以保护乘客,提高乘坐的安全性。隔墙60垂直于侧墙20设置,隔墙60与座椅骨架10固定连接,也即,本实施例的座椅骨架10上还集成有隔墙60的安装孔,从而有利于提高安装效率。
实施例三
本实施例提供了一种轨道车辆,包括多个首尾相连的车厢,多个车厢中的至少一个采用如上实施例二所述的车厢。
具体的,本实施例的轨道车辆由于采用了上述实施例二所述的车厢,因此座椅骨架与侧墙之间形成有一定的间隙以避让内藏式车门,解决了相关技术中座椅骨架与侧墙的连接问题且不会与车门产生干涉。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水 平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种座椅骨架,用于与轨道车辆车厢的侧墙相连接,其特征在于,所述座椅骨架用于沿所述轨道车辆的长度方向设置在所述轨道车辆的车厢内,所述座椅骨架上设有多个用于连接座椅的座椅安装孔,所述侧墙包括沿所述轨道车辆的长度方向依次设置的第一平面、凸起部和第二平面,所述凸起部朝向所述车厢的内侧凸起,所述座椅骨架用于与所述凸起部相连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的座椅骨架,其特征在于,所述座椅骨架上设有多个用于与所述侧墙相连接的第一固定孔,多个所述第一固定孔均匀分布在所述座椅骨架的中部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的座椅骨架,其特征在于,所述座椅骨架还设有多个椅腿,所述椅腿用于与所述车厢的底架固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的座椅骨架,其特征在于,所述座椅骨架包括上骨架和下骨架,所述下骨架用于与所述底架相连接,所述上骨架位于所述下骨架背离所述底架的一侧,所述上骨架用于与所述侧墙相连接,所述上骨架和下骨架焊接固定。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的座椅骨架,其特征在于,所述上骨架包括上骨架本体、上折边和下折边,所述上折边设置在所述上骨架本体背离所述下骨架的一侧,所述下折边设置在所述上骨架本体朝向所述下骨架的一侧,所述上折边和下折边与所述上骨架本体一体成型,且所述上折边和下折边均朝向所述侧墙弯折。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的座椅骨架,其特征在于,所述上骨架和下骨架之间设有多个焊接加强筋,所述焊接加强筋连接所述下骨架的一个侧面和所述下折边朝向所述下骨架的表面。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的座椅骨架,其特征在于,所述上骨架上设有多个第一减重部,所述第一减重部的竖截面呈圆形或方形。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的座椅骨架,其特征在于,所述第一减重部包括 沿所述轨道车辆的长度方向依次设置的第一减重方孔、第二减重方孔和第三减重方孔,所述第二减重方孔设置在所述上骨架与所述凸起部相对应的部分,多个所述第一固定孔对称分布在所述第二减重方孔的上下两侧。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的座椅骨架,其特征在于,所述上骨架上还设有多个攻丝板,所述攻丝板用于连接座椅和侧墙,所述攻丝板凸出于所述上骨架本体设置,所述攻丝板的凸出方向与所述上折边的弯折方向相同,多个所述攻丝板分布在所述上骨架本体的上下两侧。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的座椅骨架,其特征在于,所述上骨架朝向所述侧墙的表面还设有多个加强筋。
  11. 根据权利要求5所述的座椅骨架,其特征在于,所述上折边上设有多个用于连接所述侧墙的第二固定孔。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的座椅骨架,其特征在于,所述上折边上还设有用于连接隔墙的多个第三固定孔,所述第三固定孔位于所述上折边沿所述轨道车辆长度方向的两端。
  13. 根据权利要求4所述的座椅骨架,其特征在于,所述下骨架包括下骨架本体,所述下骨架本体沿所述轨道车辆长度方向的两端设有所述椅腿,所述椅腿包括相互连接的第一折边、第二折边和第三折边,其中,所述第一折边与所述第三折边平行,所述第一折边垂直连接在所述下骨架本体上,所述第二折边与所述下骨架本体平行,所述第二折边连接所述第一折边和第三折边,所述第三折边上设有用于连接所述底架的第四固定孔。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的座椅骨架,其特征在于,所述下骨架本体上设有多个用于连接加热器的加热器固定结构,每一个所述加热器固定结构均包括多个加热器固定孔。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的座椅骨架,其特征在于,相邻的两个加热器固定结构之间设有第二减重部。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的座椅骨架,其特征在于,所述下骨架还包括 加强板,所述加强板连接所述下骨架本体沿所述轨道车辆长度方向的侧面与对应的所述椅腿沿所述轨道车辆长度方向的侧面。
  17. 一种车厢,其特征在于,包括底架以及设置在所述底架两侧的侧墙,所述侧墙上设有车门,所述车门朝向所述车厢的内侧开启,所述侧墙包括沿所述车厢长度方向依次设置的第一平面、凸起部和第二平面,所述凸起部朝向所述车厢的内侧凸起,所述车厢内还设有如权利要求1-16中任一所述的座椅骨架和多个座椅,多个所述座椅连接固定在所述座椅骨架上,所述座椅骨架与所述凸起部相连接,所述座椅骨架与所述第一平面之间形成有第一间隙,所述座椅骨架与所述第二平面之间形成有第二间隙,所述第一间隙和第二间隙用于避让所述车门。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的车厢,其特征在于,所述车厢为单层轨道车辆的车厢或双层轨道车辆的中间层车厢。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的车厢,其特征在于,还包括隔墙,所述隔墙设置在所述座椅骨架沿所述车厢长度方向的两侧,所述隔墙垂直于所述侧墙设置,所述隔墙与所述座椅骨架固定连接。
  20. 一种轨道车辆,其特征在于,包括多个首尾相连的车厢,多个所述车厢中的至少一个采用如权利要求17-19中任一所述的车厢。
