背景技术
工业(industry)主要是指原料采集与产品加工制造的产业或工程。工业是社会分工发展的产物,经过手工业、机器大工业、现代工业几个发展阶段。目前一些工业生产中会产生大量的粉尘烟雾,由于此种粉尘烟雾内部不含有有害气体,所以少数企业会将气体直接排向大气中,但是若空气中含有大量的粉尘颗粒也会影响其质量,因此人们常采用除尘设备进行除尘。
工业烟尘处理一直是行业的一个难题,常用的处理方式是干式收集方式,采用过滤层多次捕捉并收集处理,而过滤层需要定期清理和更换,操作比较麻烦,而且过滤层清理更换时容易造成二次污染。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种工业烟尘除尘装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

2、本实用新型通过设置有第一过滤网、第二过滤网、喷头和锥形罩,能够对工业烟尘进行集中式干式过滤和喷淋处理,对工业烟尘的过滤效果较好,在第一过滤网和第二过滤网之间设置有锥形罩,能够防止喷淋液溅到第一过滤网和第二过滤网上,能够防止发生糊袋现象。

本实用新型的工作原理:使用时,将工业烟尘通过进气口2导入到除尘壳体1中,利用水泵向出水管9中抽入喷淋水,工业烟尘首先经过第一过滤网3对大颗粒杂质进行过滤,过滤后的烟尘经过喷头10处时,喷头10喷出的水对烟尘进行喷淋处理,喷淋处理后的气体再经过第二过滤网20和活性炭过滤网25的过滤后排出,实现对工业烟尘的除尘处理,喷淋水对烟尘处理后落在锥形罩11中,然后经过锥形罩11落入排液管道12中,排液管道12中的密封活塞13对喷淋水进行支撑,当密封活塞13上端的喷淋水逐渐增加时,喷淋水对密封活塞13的压力逐渐增加,使得密封活塞13在排液管道12内部向下移动,密封活塞13向下移动时能够通过拉绳8拉动清理刷7在第一过滤网3一侧向上移动,当密封活塞13下降到一定程度时,密封活塞13底端的铁块15与支撑柱16上端的吸附块17接触吸附在一起,此时密封活塞13的上表面位于排液口下方,密封活塞13上端的喷淋水通过排液口和排液管18导入到集液箱19中,当喷淋水逐渐导入到集液箱19后,喷淋水对密封活塞13的压力逐渐减少,当复位弹簧14对密封活塞13向上的作用力与拉绳8对密封活塞13的拉力之和大于铁块15和吸附块17的吸附力时,密封活塞13在复位弹簧13的作用下被迅速弹起,清理刷7在重力作用下向下移动,可以在清理刷7内部适当增加配重块, 能够加速清理刷7下降的速度,清理刷7向下移动时能够对第一过滤网3进行清理,定期打开除尘口23处的电磁阀,将除尘壳体1内部过滤或清理的灰尘导入到集液箱19中。

  1. 一种工业烟尘除尘装置,包括除尘壳体(1),所述除尘壳体(1)的一侧设置有进气口(2),其特征在于:所述除尘壳体(1)内部靠近进气口(2)的一侧设置有第一过滤网(3),所述第一过滤网(3)的外侧设置有支撑框架(4),所述支撑框架(4)的两侧均设置有滑槽(5),所述滑槽(5)的内部滑动设置有滑块(6),两个所述滑块(6)的外侧之间固定设置有清理刷(7),所述清理刷(7)的上端中间位置固定设置有拉绳(8),所述除尘壳体(1)的内部顶端固定设置有出水管(9),所述出水管(9)的底端间隔均匀的设置有若干个喷头(10),所述除尘壳体(1)的底端位于出水管(9)的正下方设置有锥形罩(11),所述锥形罩(11)的底端连接有排液管道(12),所述排液管道(12)的内部设置有密封活塞(13),所述密封活塞(13)的底端固定设置有复位弹簧(14),所述密封活塞(13)的底端两侧均设置有铁块(15),所述排液管道(12)的底端位于复位弹簧(14)的两侧均设置有支撑柱(16),所述支撑柱(16)的顶端嵌入设置有吸附块(17),所述排液管道(12)的一侧设置有排液口,所述排液口的一端通过排液管(18)连接有集液箱(19),所述除尘壳体(1)的内部设置有第二过滤网(20),所述第二过滤网(20)的一侧设置有抽风机(21)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种工业烟尘除尘装置,其特征在于:所述除尘壳体(1)的上端一侧设置有出气口(22),所述除尘壳体(1)底端位于第一过滤网(3)的下方一侧设置有除尘口(23),所述除尘口(23)的一端与集液箱(19)连通,且所述除尘口(23)处设置有电磁阀。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种工业烟尘除尘装置,其特征在于:所述清理刷(7)的一侧与第一过滤网(3)的侧壁接触设置,所述第一过滤网(3)的孔径大于第二过滤网(20)的孔径。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种工业烟尘除尘装置,其特征在于:所述拉 绳(8)穿过导向轮(24)连接在密封活塞(13)的上端,所述导向轮(24)通过支撑架设置在除尘壳体(1)的内侧壁上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种工业烟尘除尘装置,其特征在于:所述出水管(9)的一端通过输液管和水泵连接外端的储液箱。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种工业烟尘除尘装置,其特征在于:所述锥形罩(11)的直径大于出水管(9)的长度,所述锥形罩(11)设置在出水管(9)的正下方。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种工业烟尘除尘装置,其特征在于:所述支撑柱(16)顶端的吸附块(17)位于铁块(15)的正下方。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种工业烟尘除尘装置,其特征在于:所述密封活塞(13)与排液管道(12)的内侧壁滑动连接,所述密封活塞(13)的外侧壁上设置有密封圈。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种工业烟尘除尘装置,其特征在于:所述抽风机(21)上的驱动电机设置在除尘壳体(1)的外侧。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种工业烟尘除尘装置,其特征在于:所述第二过滤网(20)的一侧设置有活性炭过滤网(25)。
