Description
本发明涉及废气处理技术领域,尤其是涉及一种制药及化工行业废气净化装置。
随着我国工业化程度的逐步提高,工厂在日常生产中排放的废旧物料日益增多,因而其对周围环境的污染也越来越严重。在工厂的排放物中,废气是主要的污染源之一,特别是如水泥厂、铸造厂、制药厂、化工厂或饲料厂等企业,其排放的废气中含有大量的颗粒、粉尘或重金属等。为减少工厂废气对环境的影响,现有的工业厂房一般都会设置空气净化装置,其目的是减少空气中有害物质的含量,使从厂房内排放的空气不会对周围环境产生污染,目前的工业空气净化装置主要分为喷淋式和吸附式两种,然而喷淋式主要使空气中的颗粒、粉尘重量增大并沉淀,不能对气体进行彻底的清洗,并且喷淋时产生的水流会减慢风道中空气的流动,同时吸附式会导致颗粒较大、碎屑较多的废气会阻塞活性炭网及光触媒网的网眼,并且其往往具有电器元件,废气湿度较大时,会使电器元件出现短路而损坏,影响其使用寿命。
因此,有必要提供一种新的技术方案以克服上述缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可有效解决上述技术问题的制药及化工行业废气净化装置。
为达到本发明之目的,采用如下技术方案:一种制药及化工行业废气净化装置,所述制药及化工行业废气净化装置包括底板、位于
所述底板上方左右两侧的推动装置、位于所述推动装置上方的净化装置、位于所述净化装置上方的进气装置、位于所述进气装置下方的集中装置、位于所述净化装置内的第一出气装置、位于所述净化装置左右两侧的进水装置、位于所述净化装置上方的第二出气装置及位于所述底板上方的回收装置,所述底板上设有位于其下方的第一支撑块及位于所述第一支撑块下方的第一滚轮,所述推动装置包括第一气缸、位于所述第一气缸一侧的第一支架、位于所述第一气缸另一侧的第一推动杆及设置于所述第一推动杆上的第一推板,所述净化装置包括净化箱、位于所述净化箱内的第一横板、位于所述第一横板下方的第一挡架、位于所述第一挡架下方的第一集中板、位于所述第一集中板下方的第一横杆、位于所述净化箱下方的第一管道及位于所述第一管道左右两侧的第一固定架,所述进气装置包括进气管、位于所述进气管下方的第一支撑杆、位于所述第一支撑杆右侧的第一斜杆、位于所述第一支撑杆左侧的第二支架、位于所述进气管左侧的进气斗、位于所述进气斗内的第一隔板、设置于所述进气管上的第一风机、位于所述第一风机左侧的第三支架及位于所述第三支架下方的第四支架,所述集中装置包括集中框、位于所述集中框内的第二横板、位于所述第二横板上方的第二斜杆、位于所述第二横板下方的第一过滤框、位于所述第一过滤框下方的第一集中斗、位于所述第一集中斗周围的第一密封环及位于所述第一密封环下方的第一弹簧,所述第一出气装置包括第二隔板、位于所述第二隔板下方的第一连接杆、位于所述第一隔板上方的第二集中斗、位于所述第一连接杆下方的第二管道、设置于所述第二管道上的第一固定块及第二固定块,所述进水装置包括第三横板、位于所述第三横板下方的第四横板、位于所述第三横板一端的第五支架、
位于所述第三横板上方的水箱、位于所述水箱上方的第三管道、设置于所述第三管道上的第一水泵、设置于所述第一水泵上的第二连接杆及设置于所述水箱上的第二弹簧,所述第二出气装置包括第五横板、位于所述第五横板上方的第六支架、设置于所述第六支架上的电机、位于所述第五横板右侧的第七支架、位于所述电机下方的转轴、位于所述第六支架左侧的第四管道、设置于所述第四管道上的第二风机、位于所述第五横板上方的收集箱,所述回收装置包括回收箱、位于所述回收箱内的过滤网、位于所述过滤网下方的第三弹簧、位于所述过滤网上方的海绵块、位于所述回收箱左右两侧的第三固定架、位于所述第三固定架上方的第四弹簧、位于所述净化箱下表面上的第三固定块、位于所述第三固定块下方的第一旋转杆、位于所述第一旋转杆下方的第二旋转杆及设置于所述第二旋转杆上的第五弹簧。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明制药及化工行业废气净化装置结构简单,使用方便,能够对制药及化工行业生产车间的废气进行彻底的净化,清除掉其中的灰尘等杂质,防止其散播在空气中威胁工人的身心健康,并且可以防止安全生产事故的发生,同时可以使得净化箱不断的上下移动,进而可以使得净化箱内的水不断的上下移动,进而增加净化水与空气的接触时间,使得净化效果更好,并且可以使得净化水与更进入到净化箱内的净化水充分接触,同时可以将净化后的空气进行过滤后排出,使得排出的空气杂质含量很少,不会对工人的身心健康造成威胁,并且保证了安全生产,同时可以对净化后的净化水进行回收,以便循环利用,减少资源的浪费。

如图1所示,本发明制药及化工行业废气净化装置包括底板1、位于所述底板1上方左右两侧的推动装置2、位于所述推动装置2上方的净化装置3、位于所述净化装置3上方的进气装置4、位于所述进气装置4下方的集中装置5、位于所述净化装置3内的第一出气装置6、位于所述净化装置3左右两侧的进水装置7、位于所述净化装置3上方的第二出气装置8及位于所述底板1上方的回收装置9。
如图1所示,所述底板1呈长方体,所述底板1水平放置,所述底板1上设有位于其下方的第一支撑块11及位于所述第一支撑块11下方的第一滚轮12。所述第一支撑块11设有两个且分别位于所述底板1下方的左右两侧,所述第一支撑块11的横截面呈等腰梯形,所述第一支撑块11的上表面与所述底板1的下表面固定连接,所述第一支撑块11的下表面设有第一凹槽111,所述第一凹槽111呈半圆柱体状。所述第一滚轮12设有两个且分别位于所述第一支撑块11的下方,所述第一滚轮12呈圆柱体,所述第一滚轮12收容于所述第一凹槽111内且与所述第一支撑块11轴转连接。
如图1所示,所述推动装置2设有两个且分别位于所述底板1上方的左右两侧。所述推动装置2包括第一气缸21、位于所述第一气缸21一侧的第一支架22、位于所述第一气缸21另一侧的第一推动杆23及设置于所述第一推动杆23上的第一推板24。所述第一气缸21的下表面与所述底板1的上表面固定连接。所述第一支架22呈凹字形,所述一支架22的一端与所述第一气缸21的侧面固定连接,所述第一支架22的另一端与所述底板1的侧面固定连接,从而
对所述第一气缸21起到固定作用。所述第一推动杆23呈长方体,所述第一推动杆23水平放置,所述第一推动杆23的一端与所述第一气缸21连接,使得所述第一气缸21带动所述第一推动杆23左右移动,所述第一推动杆23的另一端与所述第一推板24固定连接。所述第一推板24呈长方体,所述第一推板24竖直放置,所述底板1贯穿所述第一推板24的左右表面且与其滑动连接,使得所述第一推板24可以稳固的左右移动。
如图1所示,所述净化装置3包括净化箱31、位于所述净化箱31内的第一横板32、位于所述第一横板32下方的第一挡架33、位于所述第一挡架33下方的第一集中板34、位于所述第一集中板34下方的第一横杆35、位于所述净化箱31下方的第一管道36及位于所述第一管道36左右两侧的第一固定架37。所述净化箱31呈空心的圆柱体,所述净化箱31上设有位于其左右表面的第一通孔311及位于其下表面的第二通孔312,所述第一通孔311呈圆柱体状且与所述净化箱31的内部相通,所述第二通孔312呈圆柱体状且与所述净化箱31的内部相通。所述第一横板32呈圆柱体,所述第一横板32水平放置,所述第一横板32的侧面与所述净化箱31的内表面固定连接,所述第一横板32的上表面与所述净化箱31的上表面处于同一平面内,所述第一横板32上设有贯穿其上下表面的第三通孔。所述第一挡架33呈环状,所述第一挡架33的横截面呈L型,所述第一挡架33的一端与所述净化箱31的内表面固定连接,所述第一挡架33的另一端呈竖直状且位于所述第一通孔311的一侧,使得从所述第一通孔311喷出的水流向下流动。所述第一集中板34呈空心的圆台状,所述第一集中板34的上端与所述净化箱31的内表面固定连接,且位于所述第一通孔311的下方。所述第一横杆35设有两
个且分别位于所述净化箱31内的左右两侧,所述第一横杆35的一端与所述净化箱31的内表面固定连接,所述第一横杆35的另一端与所述第一集中板34固定连接,从而对所述第一集中板34起到支撑作用。所述第一管道36呈竖直状,所述第一管道36的上端对准所述第二通孔312且与所述净化箱31的下表面固定连接,使得所述第一管道36的内部与所述净化箱31的内部相通。所述第一固定架37设有两个且分别位于所述第一管道36的左右两侧,所述第一固定架37呈L型,所述第一固定架37的一端与所述净化箱31的下表面固定连接,所述第一固定架37的另一端与所述第一管道36固定连接。
如图1所示,所述进气装置4包括进气管41、位于所述进气管41下方的第一支撑杆42、位于所述第一支撑杆42右侧的第一斜杆43、位于所述第一支撑杆42左侧的第二支架44、位于所述进气管41左侧的进气斗45、位于所述进气斗45内的第一隔板46、设置于所述进气管41上的第一风机47、位于所述第一风机47左侧的第三支架48及位于所述第三支架48下方的第四支架49。所述进气管41呈L型,所述进气管41的下端贯穿所述第一横板32的上下表面且与其固定连接,所述进气管41的上端呈水平状。所述第一支撑杆42呈竖直状,所述第一支撑杆42的下端与所述第一横板32的上表面固定连接,所述第一支撑杆42的上端与所述进气管41固定连接。所述第一斜杆43呈倾斜状,所述第一斜杆43的下端与所述第一支撑杆42的右表面固定连接,所述第一斜杆43的上端与所述进气管41固定连接。所述第二支架44呈L型,所述第二支架44的一端与所述第一支撑杆42的左表面固定连接,所述第二支架44的另一端呈竖直状且与所述进气斗45固定连接,从而对所述进气斗45
起到固定作用。所述进气斗45呈空心的圆台状,所述进气斗45的右表面与所述进气管41固定连接,使得所述进气斗45的内部与所述进气管41的内部相通。所述第一隔板46呈竖直状,所述第一隔板46的侧面与所述进气斗45的内表面固定连接,所述第一隔板46上设有若干贯穿其左右表面的第四通孔461,使得气体穿过第四通孔461吸入到进气管41内。所述第一风机47设置设置于所述进气管41上,用于将外界的空气抽入到进气管41内。所述第三支架48呈L型,所述第三支架48的一端与所述第一横板32的上表面固定连接,所述第三支架48的另一端与所述第一风机47固定连接。所述第四支架49设有两个且分别位于所述第一横板32下方的左右两侧,所述第四支架49呈L型,所述第四支架49的一端与所述第一横板32的下表面固定连接,所述第四支架49的另一端与所述进气管41固定连接。
如图1所示,所述集中装置5包括集中框51、位于所述集中框51内的第二横板52、位于所述第二横板52上方的第二斜杆53、位于所述第二横板52下方的第一过滤框54、位于所述第一过滤框54下方的第一集中斗55、位于所述第一集中斗55周围的第一密封环56及位于所述第一密封环56下方的第一弹簧57。所述集中框51呈横截面为圆环的柱体,所述集中框51竖直放置,所述集中框51位于所述第二通孔312的上方,所述集中框51的下表面与所述净化箱31的内表面固定连接,所述集中框51上设有位于其左右表面的第五通孔511及位于所述第五通孔511下方的第六通孔,所述第五通孔511及第六通孔呈圆柱体状且与所述集中框51的内部相通。所述第二横板52呈圆柱体,所述第二横板52水平放置,所述第二横板52的侧面与所述集中框51的内表面固定连接,所述第二横板52上
设有贯穿其上下表面的第七通孔,所述第七通孔呈圆柱体状。所述第二斜杆53设有两个且分别位于所述进气管41的左右两侧,所述第二斜杆53呈倾斜状,所述第二斜杆53的上端与所述进气管41固定连接,所述第二斜杆53的下端与所述集中框51的内表面固定连接。所述第一过滤框54呈空心的半球状,所述第一过滤框54的上表面与所述第二横板52的下表面固定连接,所述第一过滤框54位于所述第七通孔的正下方,从而可以对进入到集中框51内的废气进行初步净化。所述第一集中斗55呈空心的圆台状,所述第一集中斗55的下端对准所述第二通孔312且与所述净化箱31的内表面固定连接。所述第一密封环56呈圆环状,所述第一密封环56水平放置,所述第一密封环56的外表面与所述集中框51的内表面滑动连接,所述第一密封环56的内表面与所述第一集中斗55的侧面滑动连接,当第一密封环56的上表面与所述第一集中斗55的上表面处于同一平面时,所述第一密封环56起到较好的密封作用,可以防止废气从第一密封环56与集中框51及第一集中斗55之间穿过,所述第一密封环56上设有若干贯穿其上下表面的第八通孔561,所述第八通孔561呈圆柱体状。所述第一弹簧57设有若干个,所述第一弹簧57呈竖直状,所述第一弹簧57的上端与所述第一密封环56的下表面固定连接,所述第一弹簧57的下端与所述净化箱31的内表面固定连接。从而对所述第一密封环56起到支撑作用,当集中框51内的气压较大时,所述第一密封环56向下压缩第一弹簧57并且向下移动,使得废气可以快速进入到第一密封环56的下方,防止对第一密封环56及集中框51造成损坏。
如图1所示,所述第一出气装置6设有两个且分别位于所述集中装置5的左右两侧。所述第一出气装置6包括第二隔板61、位于所
述第二隔板61下方的第一连接杆62、位于所述第一隔板61上方的第二集中斗63、位于所述第一连接杆62下方的第二管道64、设置于所述第二管道64上的第一固定块65及第二固定块66。所述第二隔板61呈环状,所述第二隔板61水平放置,所述第二隔板61的外表面与所述净化箱31的内表面固定连接,所述第二隔板61的内表面与所述集中框51的内表面固定连接,从而可以防止第二隔板61上方的液体进入到第二隔板61的下方,在垂直高度上,所述第二隔板61处于所述第五通孔511及第六通孔之间。所述第一连接杆62呈竖直状,所述第一连接杆62的上端与所述第二隔板61的下表面固定连接,所述第一连接杆62的下端与所述第二管道64固定连接,从而对所述第二管道64起到固定作用。所述第二集中斗63呈环状,所述第二集中斗63的横截面呈三角形,从而可以将液体集中到集中框51的周围,并且通过第五通孔511进入到集中框51内,所述第二集中斗63的下表面与所述第二隔板61的上表面固定连接。所述第二管道64呈L型,所述第二管道64的一端对准所述第六通孔且与所述集中框51的外表面固定连接,使得所述第二管道64的内部与所述集中框51的内部相通,所述第二管道64的另一端呈竖直状且贯穿所述第二隔板61,所述第二管道64与所述第二隔板61固定连接。所述第一固定块65位于所述第二隔板61的上方,所述第一固定块65的一端与所述净化箱31的内表面固定连接,所述第一固定块65的另一端与所述第二管道64固定连接。所述第二固定块66位于所述第二隔板61的下方,所述第二固定块66的一端与所述第二管道64固定连接,所述第二固定块66的另一端与所述第二管道64固定连接。
如图1所示,所述进水装置7设有两个且分别位于所述净化装置
3的左右两侧。所述进水装置7包括第三横板71、位于所述第三横板71下方的第四横板72、位于所述第三横板71一端的第五支架73、位于所述第三横板71上方的水箱74、位于所述水箱74上方的第三管道75、设置于所述第三管道75上的第一水泵76、设置于所述第一水泵76上的第二连接杆77及设置于所述水箱74上的第二弹簧。所述第三横板71呈水平状,所述第三横板71的一端与所述净化箱31的侧面固定连接。所述第四横板72呈水平状,所述第四横板72的一端与所述净化箱31的侧面固定连接,所述第四横板72的上表面与所述第三横板71的下表面固定连接,从而对所述第三横板71起到支撑作用。所述第五支架73呈凹字形,所述第五支架73的一端与所述第三横板71的侧面固定连接,所述第五支架73的另一端顶靠在水箱74的侧面上。所述水箱74呈空心的长方体,所述水箱74放置在第三横板71上。所述第三管道75呈L型,所述第三管道75的一端对准所述第一通孔311且与所述净化箱31的侧面固定连接,使得所述第三管道75的内部与所述净化箱31的内部相通,所述第三管道75的另一端延伸至所述水箱74内,从而可以将水箱74内的水抽入到第三管道75内。所述第一水泵76设置于所述第三管道75上,用于将水箱74内的水抽入到第三管道75内。所述第二连接杆77呈水平状,所述第二连接杆77的一端与所述净化箱31的侧面固定连接,所述第二连接杆77的另一端与所述第一水泵76固定连接,从而对所述第一水泵76起到支撑作用。所述第二弹簧设有两个且分别位于所述第三横板71的上方,所述第二弹簧呈水平状,所述第二弹簧的一端与所述净化箱31的侧面固定连接,所述第二弹簧的另一端与所述水箱74的侧面固定连接,从而对所述水箱74起到连接的作用。

如图1所示,所述回收装置9包括回收箱91、位于所述回收箱91内的过滤网92、位于所述过滤网92下方的第三弹簧93、位于所述过滤网92上方的海绵块94、位于所述回收箱91左右两侧的第三固定架95、位于所述第三固定架95上方的第四弹簧96、位于所述净化箱31下表面上的第三固定块97、位于所述第三固定块97下方的第一旋转杆98、位于所述第一旋转杆98下方的第二旋转杆99及设置于所述第二旋转杆99上的第五弹簧90。所述回收箱91呈空心的长方体,所述回收箱91放置在底板1上。所述过滤网92呈长方体,所述过滤网92水平放置,所述过滤网92的侧面与所述回收箱91的内表面滑动连接。所述第三弹簧93设有两个且分别位于所述回收箱91内的左右两侧,所述第三弹簧93呈竖直状,所述第三弹簧93的上端与所述过滤网92的下表面固定连接,所述第三弹簧93的下端与所述回收箱91的内表面固定连接,从而对所述过滤网92起到支撑作用。所述海绵块94呈长方体,所述海绵块94水平放
置,所述海绵块94的下表面与所述过滤网92的上表面固定连接,所述第一管道36的下端顶靠在所述海绵块94的上表面上。所述第三固定架95设有两个且分别位于所述回收箱91的左右两侧,所述第三固定架95呈L型,所述第三固定架95的一端与所述底板1的上表面固定连接,所述第三固定架95的另一端顶靠在所述回收箱91的侧面上。所述第四弹簧96设有两个,所述第四弹簧96呈竖直状,所述第四弹簧96的下端与所述第三固定架95固定连接,所述第四弹簧96的上端与所述净化箱31的下表面固定连接,从而对所述净化箱31起到支撑作用。所述第三固定块97设有两个且分别位于所述净化箱31下表面的左右两侧,所述第三固定块97呈长方体,所述第三固定块97的上表面与所述净化箱31的下表面固定连接。所述第一旋转杆98设有两个且分别位于所述第三固定块97的下方,所述第一旋转杆98呈长方体,所述第一旋转杆98的上端与所述第三固定块97轴转连接。所述第二旋转杆99设有两个且分别位于所述第一旋转杆98的下方,所述第二旋转杆99呈长方体,所述第二旋转杆99的上端与所述第一旋转杆98的下端轴转连接,使得所述第二旋转杆99与所述第一旋转杆98可以相对旋转,所述第二旋转杆99的下端设有第四固定块991,所述第四固定块991呈长方体,所述第四固定块991的下表面与所述底板1的上表面固定连接,所述第二旋转杆99的下端与所述第四固定块991轴转连接。所述第五弹簧90的上端与所述第一旋转杆98固定连接,所述第五弹簧90的下端与所述第二旋转杆99固定连接。
如图1所示,所述本发明制药及化工行业废气净化装置使用时,首先将其移动到需要净化的生产环境中。然后启动第一风机47,使得外界的空气进入到进气斗45内,然后经过第一隔板46的第四通
孔461进入到进气管41内,并且可以将较大的颗粒杂质清除掉。然后进入到集中框51内,并且经过第一过滤框54的过滤。此时启动第一水泵76,使得水箱74内的水进入到第三管道75内,然后经过第一通孔311进入到净化箱31内,并且由于第一挡架33的设置,使得水集中到第一集中板34上,然后顺势流动到第二集中斗63内,然后经过第五通孔511向集中框51内喷水,进而可以对集中框51内的废气进行净化,清除掉其中大部分的颗粒杂质,甚至可以与空气中的二氧化硫等气体融合,减少空气中的有害气体,使得净化效果更好。并且可以与废气充分接触,提高净化的效果。然后水进入到第一集中斗55内,空气则通过第八通孔561进入到第一密封环56的下方,然后经过第六通孔进入到第二管道64内,然后从第二管道64的另一端喷出,并且经过从第一集中板34流下的水流的再次净化,从而可以对空气进行多重净化,防止净化的不够彻底,并且无需另外增加净化设备,可以减少成本。然后进入到上方,然后启动第二风机87,使得净化箱31内的空气进入到第四管道86内,然后启动电机83,使得转轴85带动刷毛851旋转,进而可以对空气进行过滤,并且清洗第四管道86内表面上的杂质,然后从第四管道86的另一端排出,并且集中的杂质收集到收集箱88内。进入到第一集中斗55内水进入到第一管道36内,并且浸湿海绵块94,使得第一管道36内的水不会快速的流出,进而可以使得水堵在第一管道36内,使得集中框51内的空气不会从第一管道36内排出而只能进入到第二管道64内。在对废气净化的过程中,可以启动第一气缸21,使得第一推动杆23推动第一推板24,使得第一推板24推动第一旋转杆98及第二旋转杆99相对旋转,进而使得净化箱31上升,然后第一推板24向外侧移动,使得第一旋转杆98及第二旋转杆99
在净化箱31重力作用下相互旋转,使得净化箱31向下移动,从而可以实现对净化箱31的上下移动,使得其中的水也可以上下移动,使得水与空气充分接触,并且净化箱31向下移动时,使得第一管道36可以压缩海绵块94,将其中的水分挤出,从而可以使得第一管道36内的水尽快排出,提高净化的效率。至此,本发明制药及化工行业废气净化装置使用过程描述完毕。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。
Claims (10)
- 一种制药及化工行业废气净化装置,其特征在于:所述制药及化工行业废气净化装置包括底板、位于所述底板上方左右两侧的推动装置、位于所述推动装置上方的净化装置、位于所述净化装置上方的进气装置、位于所述进气装置下方的集中装置、位于所述净化装置内的第一出气装置、位于所述净化装置左右两侧的进水装置、位于所述净化装置上方的第二出气装置及位于所述底板上方的回收装置,所述底板上设有位于其下方的第一支撑块及位于所述第一支撑块下方的第一滚轮,所述推动装置包括第一气缸、位于所述第一气缸一侧的第一支架、位于所述第一气缸另一侧的第一推动杆及设置于所述第一推动杆上的第一推板,所述净化装置包括净化箱、位于所述净化箱内的第一横板、位于所述第一横板下方的第一挡架、位于所述第一挡架下方的第一集中板、位于所述第一集中板下方的第一横杆、位于所述净化箱下方的第一管道及位于所述第一管道左右两侧的第一固定架,所述进气装置包括进气管、位于所述进气管下方的第一支撑杆、位于所述第一支撑杆右侧的第一斜杆、位于所述第一支撑杆左侧的第二支架、位于所述进气管左侧的进气斗、位于所述进气斗内的第一隔板、设置于所述进气管上的第一风机、位于所述第一风机左侧的第三支架及位于所述第三支架下方的第四支架,所述集中装置包括集中框、位于所述集中框内的第二横板、位于所述第二横板上方的第二斜杆、位于所述第二横板下方的第一过滤框、位于所述第一过滤框下方的第一集中 斗、位于所述第一集中斗周围的第一密封环及位于所述第一密封环下方的第一弹簧,所述第一出气装置包括第二隔板、位于所述第二隔板下方的第一连接杆、位于所述第一隔板上方的第二集中斗、位于所述第一连接杆下方的第二管道、设置于所述第二管道上的第一固定块及第二固定块,所述进水装置包括第三横板、位于所述第三横板下方的第四横板、位于所述第三横板一端的第五支架、位于所述第三横板上方的水箱、位于所述水箱上方的第三管道、设置于所述第三管道上的第一水泵、设置于所述第一水泵上的第二连接杆及设置于所述水箱上的第二弹簧,所述第二出气装置包括第五横板、位于所述第五横板上方的第六支架、设置于所述第六支架上的电机、位于所述第五横板右侧的第七支架、位于所述电机下方的转轴、位于所述第六支架左侧的第四管道、设置于所述第四管道上的第二风机、位于所述第五横板上方的收集箱,所述回收装置包括回收箱、位于所述回收箱内的过滤网、位于所述过滤网下方的第三弹簧、位于所述过滤网上方的海绵块、位于所述回收箱左右两侧的第三固定架、位于所述第三固定架上方的第四弹簧、位于所述净化箱下表面上的第三固定块、位于所述第三固定块下方的第一旋转杆、位于所述第一旋转杆下方的第二旋转杆及设置于所述第二旋转杆上的第五弹簧。
- 如权利要求1所述的制药及化工行业废气净化装置,其特征在于:所述第一支撑块设有两个且分别位于所述底板下方的左右两侧,所述第一支撑块的横截面呈等腰梯形,所述第一支撑块的上表面与所述底板的下表面固定连接,所述第一支撑块的下表面设有第一凹槽,所述 第一滚轮设有两个且分别位于所述第一支撑块的下方,所述第一滚轮呈圆柱体,所述第一滚轮收容于所述第一凹槽内且与所述第一支撑块轴转连接。
- 如权利要求2所述的制药及化工行业废气净化装置,其特征在于:所述第一气缸的下表面与所述底板的上表面固定连接,所述第一支架呈凹字形,所述一支架的一端与所述第一气缸的侧面固定连接,所述第一支架的另一端与所述底板的侧面固定连接,所述第一推动杆呈长方体,所述第一推动杆水平放置,所述第一推动杆的一端与所述第一气缸连接,所述第一推动杆的另一端与所述第一推板固定连接,所述第一推板呈长方体,所述第一推板竖直放置,所述底板贯穿所述第一推板的左右表面且与其滑动连接。
- 如权利要求3所述的制药及化工行业废气净化装置,其特征在于:所述净化箱呈空心的圆柱体,所述净化箱上设有位于其左右表面的第一通孔及位于其下表面的第二通孔,所述第一横板呈圆柱体,所述第一横板水平放置,所述第一横板的侧面与所述净化箱的内表面固定连接,所述第一横板的上表面与所述净化箱的上表面处于同一平面内,所述第一横板设有贯穿其上下表面的第三通孔,所述第一挡架呈环状,所述第一挡架的横截面呈L型,所述第一挡架的一端与所述净化箱的内表面固定连接,所述第一挡架的另一端呈竖直状且位于所述第一通孔的一侧,所述第一集中板呈空心的圆台状,所述第一集中板的上端与所述净化箱的内表面固定连接,且位于所述第一通孔的下方,所述第一横杆设有两个且分别位于所述净化箱内的左右两侧,所述第 一横杆的一端与所述净化箱的内表面固定连接,所述第一横杆的另一端与所述第一集中板固定连接,所述第一管道呈竖直状,所述第一管道的上端对准所述第二通孔且与所述净化箱的下表面固定连接,所述第一固定架设有两个且分别位于所述第一管道的左右两侧,所述第一固定架呈L型,所述第一固定架的一端与所述净化箱的下表面固定连接,所述第一固定架的另一端与所述第一管道固定连接。
- 如权利要求4所述的制药及化工行业废气净化装置,其特征在于:所述进气管呈L型,所述进气管的下端贯穿所述第一横板的上下表面且与其固定连接,所述进气管的上端呈水平状,所述第一支撑杆呈竖直状,所述第一支撑杆的下端与所述第一横板的上表面固定连接,所述第一支撑杆的上端与所述进气管固定连接,所述第一斜杆呈倾斜状,所述第一斜杆的下端与所述第一支撑杆的右表面固定连接,所述第一斜杆的上端与所述进气管固定连接,所述第二支架呈L型,所述第二支架的一端与所述第一支撑杆的左表面固定连接,所述第二支架的另一端呈竖直状且与所述进气斗固定连接,所述进气斗呈空心的圆台状,所述进气斗的右表面与所述进气管固定连接,所述第一隔板呈竖直状,所述第一隔板的侧面与所述进气斗的内表面固定连接,所述第一隔板上设有若干贯穿其左右表面的第四通孔,所述第三支架呈L型,所述第三支架的一端与所述第一横板的上表面固定连接,所述第三支架的另一端与所述第一风机固定连接,所述第四支架设有两个且分别位于所述第一横板下方的左右两侧,所述第四支架呈L型,所述第四支架的一端与所述第一横板的下表面固定连接,所述第四支架的 另一端与所述进气管固定连接。
- 如权利要求5所述的制药及化工行业废气净化装置,其特征在于:所述集中框呈横截面为圆环的柱体,所述集中框竖直放置,所述集中框位于所述第二通孔的上方,所述集中框的下表面与所述净化箱的内表面固定连接,所述集中框上设有位于其左右表面的第五通孔及位于所述第五通孔及第六通孔,所述第二横板呈圆柱体,所述第二横板水平放置,所述第二横板的侧面与所述集中框的内表面固定连接,所述第二横板上设有贯穿其上下表面的第七通孔,所述第二斜杆设有两个且分别位于所述进气管的左右两侧,所述第二斜杆呈倾斜状,所述第二斜杆的上端与所述进气管固定连接,所述第二斜杆的下端与所述集中框的内表面固定连接,所述第一过滤框呈空心的半球状,所述第一过滤框的上表面与所述第二横板的下表面固定连接,所述第一过滤框位于所述第七通孔的正下方,所述第一集中斗呈空心的圆台状,所述第一集中斗的下端对准所述第二通孔且与所述净化箱3的内表面固定连接,所述第一密封环呈圆环状,所述第一密封环水平放置,所述第一密封环的外表面与所述集中框的内表面滑动连接,所述第一密封环的内表面与所述第一集中斗的侧面滑动连接,所述第一密封环上设有若干贯穿其上下表面的第八通孔,所述第一弹簧呈竖直状,所述第一弹簧的上端与所述第一密封环的下表面固定连接,所述第一弹簧的下端与所述净化箱的内表面固定连接。
- 如权利要求6所述的制药及化工行业废气净化装置,其特征在于:所述第二隔板呈环状,所述第二隔板水平放置,所述第二隔板的外表 面与所述净化箱的内表面固定连接,所述第二隔板的内表面与所述集中框的内表面固定连接,所述第一连接杆呈竖直状,所述第一连接杆的上端与所述第二隔板的下表面固定连接,所述第一连接杆的下端与所述第二管道固定连接,所述第二集中斗呈环状,所述第二集中斗的横截面呈三角形,所述第二集中斗的下表面与所述第二隔板的上表面固定连接,所述第二管道呈L型,所述第二管道的一端对准所述第六通孔且与所述集中框的外表面固定连接,所述第二管道的另一端呈竖直状且贯穿所述第二隔板,所述第二管道与所述第二隔板固定连接,所述第一固定块位于所述第二隔板的上方,所述第一固定块的一端与所述净化箱的内表面固定连接,所述第一固定块的另一端与所述第二管道固定连接,所述第二固定块位于所述第二隔板的下方,所述第二固定块的一端与所述第二管道固定连接,所述第二固定块的另一端与所述第二管道固定连接。
