技术领域
本发明涉及出料技术领域中的一种出料装置及自动售卖设备。
背景技术
随着人工成本及场地租金的成本越来越高,自动售卖设备的需求也越来越多。自动售卖设备相对于传统商品人工售卖模式,能减少了人工经营成本,降低了对生产经营场所的要求;且其可以进行商品自动化交易的优点,它不受时间、地点的限制,可以实现24小时运营。
目前,客户通过咖啡自动售卖机购买咖啡时,其配套所需添加的料包一般都是随意摆放于桌面,供客户自助拿取。如此一来,一方面料包容易被水淋湿,进而导致易发霉变质,可能引发食品安全问题;另一方面,不利于控制成本,客户可能随手拿取多包,无形中就增加了所需供应料包的成本。
基于以上问题,急需设计一种自动出料装置,以解决料包的存储以及出料包的数量控制问题,以满足不同消费者的不同需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一,提供一种出料装置及自动售卖设备,能对料包进行存储及输出。
上述目标和其他目标将通过独立权利要求中的特征来达成。进一步的实现方式在从属权利要求、说明书和附图中体现。
本申请实施例提供了一种出料装置。所述出料装置包括:
储料机构,所述储料机构包括支撑单元及存储容器,所述支撑单元包括承压件,所述存储容器设有储物腔,所述承压件与所述储物腔的第一出料口相对设置,所述承压件与所述储物腔的第一出料口之间具有出料间隙以形成推料区,所述出料间隙的高度大于一个料包的高度;
推料机构,所述推料机构包括驱动单元及可相对于所述支撑单元推动的推料单元,所述驱动单元能够驱动所述推料单元在进入推料区的推料位置和避让推料区的避让位置之间切换运动。
本申请实施例还提供了一种自动售卖设备。所述自动售卖设备包括上述的出料装置。
本申请实施例提供的技术方案至少可以达到以下有益效果:料包存储在存储容器的储物腔内,此时最下方的料包会落入承压件上,并与承压件配合支撑其他料包,且该料包设置于出料间隙内。当自动售卖设备售卖时,驱动单元带动推料单元移动,将对应的料包推出出料间隙,以便人们直接或间接地获取料包。进而可以为消费者提供所需的料包,以满足不同消费者的不同需求。

本部分将详细描述本发明的具体实施例,本发明之较佳实施例在附图中示出,附图的作用在于用图形补充说明书文字部分的描述,使人能够直观地、形象地理解本发明的每个技术特征和整体技术方案,但其不能理解为对本发明保护范围的限制。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,涉及到方位描述,例如上、下、前、后、左、右等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。

需要说明的是,料包600指的是存储有配料的储料容器,储料容器可以为软袋的料袋或硬质的料盒等,料包括奶精、糖、醋、奶昔等。
参照图6~图8,本申请实施例提供了一种出料装置,包括用于存储料包600的储料机构、以及能够将料包600从储料机构中推出的推料机构。
在第一种实施方式中,参照图6~图8所示,储料机构包括支撑单元300及存储容器200,支撑单元300包括承压件310,存储容器200设有用于存储料包600的储物腔240,承压件310与储物腔240的第一出料口210相对设置,且承压件310与储物腔240的第一出料口210之间具有出料间隙110 以形成推料区。
参照图6~图7所示,推料机构包括驱动单元500及可相对于支撑单元300移动的推料单元400,驱动单元500能够驱动推料单元400在进入推料区的推料位置和避让推料区的避让位置之间切换运动。
上述出料装置使用时,将料包600存储在存储容器200的储物腔240内,此时推料单元400位于避让位置,最下方的料包600会落入承压件310上,并与承压件310配合支撑其他料包600,且该料包600设置于出料间隙110内。当需要料包600时,驱动单元500动作,带动推料单元400移动,推料单元400进入推料区,将对应的料包600从所述出料间隙110直接或间接推出推料区,人们可以直接或间接地获取到料包600。最下方的料包600被推出推料区后,次下方的料包600会在重力作用力下落入承压件310上,亦即位于推料区。当该出料装置应用于自动售卖设备中时,可以为消费者提供所需的料包600,以满足不同消费者的不同需求。
推料单元400为电控伸缩杆并设置于驱动单元500上。如此,该推料单元400设置为电控伸缩杆,使用时,电控伸缩杆处于收缩状态,该驱动单元500带动推料单元400到达预设的存储容器200前方出料间隙110,此过程中,推料单元400不会将其他存储容器200对应的出料间隙110上的料包600推出;推料单元400到达预设的存储容器200前方出料间隙110后,然后电控伸缩杆伸出,驱动单元500继续带动推料单元400运动,进而可以将料包600从出料间隙110中被推出。进而可以在本出料装置上可以设置至少两个存储容器200,利用上述方案实现选择性推料,以满足不同的消费者的需求。
具体地,上述方案结合至少两个存储容器200间隔设置时,驱动单元500带动推料单元400移动时,不会与没有被选择的存储容器200内的料包600发生干涉,只要到达所需的料包600所处的出料间隙110时,该电控伸缩杆才会动作将料包600推出。使得不同的存储容器200可以存储不同的料包600,该推料单元400可以选择性将所需的料包600推出,满足不同消费者的消费需求。
在第二种实施方式中,参照图2~图5所示,储料机构包括支撑单元300及存储容器200,存储容器200设有用于存储料包600的储物腔240。储物腔240沿竖向设置以形成出料通道,出料通道的底部设有待出料区,储物腔240的第一出料口210处于待出料区的底端。出料通道内存储多个上下叠设的料包600,料包600在自身的重力作用下经储物腔240的第一出料口210掉出。出料通道沿上下方向上布设,该自动出料包600机构可以通过存储容器200实现料包600的存放,料包600不外露,减少了料包600被水淋湿的可能性,避免了引发食品安全的问题。
支撑单元300包括承压件310,承压件310与储物腔240的第一出料口210相对设置,且承压件310与储物腔240的第一出料口210之间具有出料间隙110以形成推料区。具体地,支撑单元300的一侧具有支撑面311,支撑面311用于承载料包600,承压件310的支撑面311与储物腔240的第一出料口210相对设置,且支撑面311与储物腔240的第一出料口210之间具有出料间隙110以形成推料区,料包600经储物腔240的第一出料口210掉落至支撑面311上,并停留在推料区内。
推料机构包括驱动单元500及可相对于支撑单元300移动的推料单元400,驱动单元500能够驱动推料单元400在进入推料区的推料位置和避让推料区的避让位置之间切换运动,推料单元400包括推动部件410和阻挡部件420。
驱动组件与推动部件410连接,推动部件410可活动安装且设置成朝向推料区,驱动组件用于驱动推动部件410在进入推料区的推料位置和避让推料区的避让位置之间切换运动,以推出位于推料区内的料包600。料包600推出后,客户拿取所需的料包600。
同时,阻挡部件420连接在推动部件410上以跟随推动部件410往复移动,推动部件410推动推料区内的料包600时,阻挡部件420的至少部分插入至待出料区以形成对出料通道的隔断。此时,阻挡部件420位于存储容器200下方的第一个料包600和第二个料包600之间,阻挡部件420的至少部分用于承托第二个料包600,避免第二个料包600掉落至出料间隙110,使得推动部件410回复到初始位置时不会受到第二个料包600的干涉。
需要解释的是,阻挡部件420对出料通道的隔断可以是部分隔断或全部隔断,其隔断效果以能够分离位于存储容器200下方的第一个料包600和第二个料包600为准。
可以理解的是,客户需要的料包600数量由推动部件410往复移动的次数决定。当客户需要多个料包600时,推动部件410相应地往复移动多次。对应每个存储容器200,推动部件410每往复移动一次,即可推出一个料包600。通过对推动部件410的往复移动次数的控制,即可很好的实现了料包600的定量供给,进而有效解决了客户随意拿取一定数量料包600的问题发生,避免了不必要成本的增加。
在此说明,推动部件410每次推动料包600时,一般只作用在最下方(即承载于支撑面311上)的料包600上,确保了推动部件410每次最多推出第一出料口210处的一个料包600。
为了精准、快速推出料包600,推动部件410朝向出料间隙110设置,推动部件410的高度尺寸小于出料间隙110的大小,以便推动部件410能够自由的在出料间隙110内往复移动。
优选地,参照图3,存储容器200的周部在第一出料口210的上方设置有开口230,移动过程中阻挡部件420的至少部分插入至开口230内。阻挡部件420部分插入至开口230内,使得料包600的侧部搭接在阻挡部件420上,进而完成第二个料包600的承托。
一些实施例中,开口230的数量为两个,两个开口230等高设置,阻挡部件420的数量为两个且分别设置在推动部件410的两侧部。通过两个阻挡部件420插入至开口230,以形成料包600两侧部的承托,确保了承托的稳定性。
优选地,在朝向推料位置的运动方向上,阻挡部件420相较于推动部件410靠近料包600。如此一来,阻挡部件420率先插入至第一个料包600和第二个料包600之间以实现两个料包600的分离,之后再通过推动部件410推出下端的第一个料包600,避免了第一个料包600被推动的同时,第二个料包600部分下沉,进而导致阻挡部件420分隔失效。
进一步地,参照图4,阻挡部件420上设置有沿竖向设置的条形安装孔421,阻挡部件420通过螺栓穿过条形安装孔421固定安装于推动部件410上,使得阻挡部件420的安装高度可调节。条形安装孔421呈上下方向布设,以方便阻挡部件420在高度上的调节。如此一来,可以适应不同高度的料包600,便于阻挡部件420准确的插入至第一个料包600和第二个料包600之间。
在以上任一种实施方式的基础上,如图6~图8所示,一实施例中,存储容器200固设于支撑单 元300上,支撑单元300还包括固设于承压件310上方的支撑件120,存储容器200通过支撑件120固定于支撑单元300。如此,通过设置支撑件120便于将存储容器200集成到支撑单元300上,使得储料机构更加紧凑。
需要说明的是,“存储容器200”与“支撑件120”固定连接方式可以多种,包括但不限于螺接固定、卡扣固定等等。
如图8~图10所示,一实施例中,支撑件120设有扣部130,存储容器200的侧壁设有与扣部130卡扣配合的卡部251。如此,通过卡部251与扣部130的配合,将存储容器200固定在支撑件120上,便于实现存储容器200的快速拆装。
具体到本实施例中,如图8~图10所示,扣部130设有弧形配合体131以及凸出弧形配合体131设置的凸体132,弧形配合体131设有与存储容器200的侧壁相贴合的配合槽133,卡部251设有与凸体132相配合的卡孔252。如此,弧形配合体131通过配合槽133与存储容器200相贴合,然后通过凸体132与卡孔252的配合,可以可靠地将存储容器200固定在支撑件120上。
特别地,该存储容器200可通过亚克力制作而成,此时存储容器200较容易发生变形,如此在于凸体132配合的过程中,可以先用力使得存储容器200发生弹性变形;然后凸体132与卡孔252相对应时,撤销作用力,存储容器200恢复,使得凸体132与卡孔252卡扣配合,存储容器200与配合槽133紧贴,使得该存储容器200可靠地固定地支撑件120上。
在以上任一种实施方式的基础上,承压件310设有第二出料口320,驱动单元500能够驱动推料单元400在出料间隙110与第二出料口320之间往复移动。当需要料包600时,驱动单元500动作,带动推料单元400移动,将对应的料包600从所述出料间隙110直接或间接推入所述第二出料口320,人们可以从第二出料口320直接或间接地获取到料包600。
在上述实施例的基础上,如图6所示,一实施例中,出料装置还包括导向件800,导向件800设有导向通道810,导向通道810与第二出料口320相通。如此,利用导向件800的导向通道810对接第二出料口320,将配合包或配合箱通过导向通道810导入预设位置,方便消费者获取,同时使得出料装置在自动售卖设备的位置可以更加灵活。
具体地,当需要料包600时,驱动单元500动作,带动推料单元400移动,将对应的料包600从所述出料间隙110推入所述第二出料口320,然后通过导向通道810将料包600引导到合适的位置,方便人们可以从导向通道810的出口获取到料包600。
在上述实施例的基础上,如图6所示,一实施例中,存储容器200至少为两个,且间隔设置于承压件310上,各存储容器200均配有一第二出料口320;导向通道810的入口与所有第二出料口320均相通。如此,可以利用至少两个存储容器200进行料包600的存储,使得该出料装置可以存储更多的料包600,或利用不同存储容器200存储不同料包600,进而可以为消费者提供更多的选择。同时该导向通道810的入口与所有第二出料口320均相通,便于统一将料包600引导至统一出口处。
在以上任一种实施方式的基础上,存储容器200固定安装于机架100上。需要理解的是,一些实施例中,机架100与支撑单元300一体成型设置,确保存储容器200的第二出料口320与支撑面311 具有出料间隙110即可。另外一些实施例中,机架100与支撑单元300单独设置。
同时,机架100还包括用于安装驱动单元500的立板。机架100为自动出料包600机构的安装基板,用于安装自动出料包600机构中的各个零部件。
本实施例中,本实施例中存储容器200的数量设置为至少两个,推动部件410和阻挡部件420设置在两个相邻的存储容器200之间,方便控制推动部件410分别对左右两侧的料包600进行推出。
需要理解的是,出料间隙110的设置主要取决于单个料包600的高度。出料间隙110的间隙大小大于或等于一个料包600的高度,以便出料间隙110内至少可以容纳一个料包600,以便推动部件410推动料包600时,位于最下端的料包600完全处于存储容器200的外部,存储容器200不会干扰到料包600的推出。
需要说明的是,一些实施例中,存储容器200的顶部设置有装料口,用于装入料包600。其他一些实施例中,存储容器200在第一出料口210处设置有底盖。在需要保存时或者长时间不使用时,盖上底盖,确保料包600不会暴露于存储容器200外部,避免被水淋湿。当需要实现料包600的出料时,打开底盖即可。
在其他一些实施例中,存储容器200的数量为多个,多个存储容器200沿推动部件410的往复移动方向依次间隔排列。如此一来,当多个存储容器200的第一出料口210处均掉落有料包600时,且推动部件410的移动行程贯穿所有的存储容器200底部的出料间隙110时,推动部件410往复移动一次即可实现多个料包600的推出。当然,多个存储容器200的第一出料口210也可以选择性的打开或关闭。当多个存储容器200中只开启一个存储容器200实现料包600的掉落时,此时的多个存储容器200的作用仅仅是为了一次可以存放多个数量的料包600,避免装货次数频繁。并且,此时推动部件410往复移动一次即可推出一个料包600。
进一步地,自动出料包600机构还包括料包收集机构700,支撑单元300上设置有第二出料口320,第二出料口320沿推动部件410的推出路径设置,料包收集机构700的一端与第二出料口320连通,另一端设置有料包600出口。料包600在推动部件410的推动下经第二出料口320掉入至料包收集机构700,之后再经料包600出口排出,以供客户拿取。
对于设置有N个存储容器200的自动出料包600机构,配置有N+个第二出料口320,第二出料口320与第一出料口210逐一交错设置,料包收集机构700与多个第二出料口320连通。
可以理解的是,每个存储容器200的两侧均配置有两个第二出料口320,第二出料口320与存储容器200的第一出料口210错位设置,且位于两个相邻的存储容器200之间的第二出料口320可以同时实现两个存储容器200内料包600的掉落。推动部件410朝向出料间隙110移动时,确保经每个存储容器200的第一出料口210掉落的料包600可以尽快的经配置的第二出料口320落入至料包收集机构700内。相邻的两个存储容器200中,相对靠近推动部件410的存储容器200的料包600与相对远离推动部件410的存储容器200的料包600不会发生碰撞,相对靠近推动部件410的存储容器200的料包600经位于两个存储容器200之间的第二出料口320掉落。如此一来,也避免了相邻的存储容器200的料包600之间发生堆积。
需要说明的是,推动部件410的移动方向决定了料包600所进入的第二出料口320,由于每个存 储容器200的两侧均配置有两个第二出料口320,进而可以不用限定推动部件410的单一移动方向。
可以理解地,“驱动单元500”可以采用任意一种能够实现驱动推料单元400的运动的现有驱动设备,包括但不限于气压缸、液压缸、直线电机等直接驱动推料单元400移动的动力设备,还包括利用齿轮齿条机构、丝杆螺母机构、柔性传动机构等间接实现推料单元400的往复移动的设备。
优选地,参照图5,驱动单元500包括回转机构,回转机构相较于第一出料口210,设置在支撑单元300的相对侧,推动部件410固定连接在回转机构上,以跟随回转机构往复移动。该自动出料包600机构中,存储容器200、支撑单元300以及驱动单元500设置成上下安装的方式,回转机构安装在支撑单元300的底部,极大了节省了安装空间。
一些实施例中,回转机构为带传动机构,包括驱动电机、主动轮以及第一从动轮和第二从动轮,第一从动轮和第二从动轮的连线设置成与支撑面311平行,推动部件410固定安装在第一从动轮和第二从动轮的传动带之间,确保推动部件410平行于支撑面311往复移动。如此一来,有利于节省传动带的长度,进而达到节约成本的效果。
可选地,带传动机构还包括张紧轮,张紧轮用于调节传动带的松紧程度。同时,张紧轮通过条形安装孔421固定安装,以适应传动带的过度松弛,通过调节张紧轮挤压传动带的松紧程度即可实现。
另一些实施例中,回转机构为链传动机构等,在此不一一罗列。
一些实施例中,驱动单元500还包括一对感应开关510,两个感应开关510沿推动部件410的移动方向间隔设置,推动部件410设置有用于触发感应开关510的触发部411,当触发部411触发感应开关510后,驱动电机驱动推动部件410反向移动。本实施例中,感应开关510为槽型光电开关,触发部411伸出于推动部件410的底部,触发部411跟随传动带往复移动,当触发部411移动至槽型光电开关的凹槽内时,触发槽型光电开关,驱动电机接收到信号后,反向转动。通过一对槽型光电开关限制了推动部件410往复移动的边界位置,进而确保了推动部件410不会因移动至超出限定范围而损坏其他零部件。
其他一些实施例中,感应开关510还可以是按压式限位开关等,在此不一一罗列。
需要理解的是,触发部411为一个向下凸起的结构,触发部411的直径小于凹槽的内径。
需要说明的是,两个感应开关510的连线平行于推动部件410的移动方向,因此两个感应开关510之间的间隔距离,限定了推动部件410往复移动的位移。
优选地,驱动单元500还包括滑轨结构520,推动部件410滑动安装在滑轨结构520上。推动部件410通过滑轨结构520进行导向,滑轨结构520的导向方向与推动部件410的往复移动方向保持一致。由于推动部件410与滑轨结构520的连接方式为刚性连接,进而确保了推动部件410往复移动的稳定性。如果推动部件410仅仅由传动带带动,由于传动带一般为柔性构件,无法确保推动部件410沿直线往复移动,进而难以保证推动部件410的移动精度。进一步地,为了避免推动部件410从滑轨结构520的两端滑出,滑轨结构520的两端可拆卸地安装有阻挡件530。当推动部件410安装于滑轨结构520后,将阻挡件530安装于滑轨结构520的两端以限制推动部件410滑离出滑轨结构520。一些实施例中,阻挡件530由柔性材料制成,避免推动部件410撞击时,损坏推动部件410。
在以上任一种实施方式的基础上,如图8所示,一实施例中,存储容器200设有避让通槽220, 避让通槽220贯穿存储容器200的两端设置。一方面,通过避让通槽220便于观察存储容器200内料包600的剩余数量;另一方面,通过设置避让通槽220,有利于适应不同形状的料包600的存储。特别是,设有开启部的料包600,该开启部可以通过避让通槽220进行避让,使得料包600可以在自身重力下自动下落。存储容器200便于适配装载带有突出部分的料包600,料包600侧部所形成的突出部分刚好嵌入至避让通槽220中,进而确保料包600朝同一个方向摆放。
在以上任一种实施方式的基础上,如图7所示,一实施例中,出料装置还包括控制单元(未示出)及用于判断储物腔240是否有料包600的检测单元260,控制单元与检测单元260及驱动单元500通信连接,以使驱动单元500驱动推料单元400将对应的料包600从出料间隙110推入第二出料口320。如此,通过检测单元260来判断储物腔240内是否有料包600,并生成对应的检测信息反馈给控制单元;当检测单元260检测到对应的储物腔240有料包600时,控制单元控制驱动单元500动作,带动推料单元400移动,将对应的料包600从所述出料间隙110直接或间接推入所述第二出料口320,人们可以从第二出料口320直接或间接地获取到料包600。当检测单元260检测到对应的储物腔240没有料包600时,便于控制单元发送相应的提醒信息给后台或提醒终端,及时提醒维护人员添加料包600。
需要说明的是,控制单元与各执行元件(如驱动单元500)及反馈元件(检测单元260)之间的通信控制手段属于现有技术,在此不再赘述。
该控制器可以为可编程控制器、运动控制卡、电脑等控制设备。
需要说明的是,“通信连接”可以利用有线通信技术实现,也可以利用无线通信技术实现,属于现有技术在此不再赘述。此外,上述装置之间的通信连接可以是直接的通信连接。也可以是间接的通信连接。
需要说明的是,“检测单元260”可以对应的料包600进行信号反馈,也可以识别储物腔240是否为空进行信号反馈。如利用图像匹配的机器视觉单元来识别料包600类型,当识别到承压件310上图像发生时,可以发生反馈信息给控制单元,进行提醒;或利用光电检测技术来判断储物腔240是否为空来进行判断。上述具体实现方式可以在现有技术中实现。
具体到本实施例中,检测单元260为光电检测单元260,该光电检测单元260的发射端及接受端分别设置于出料空隙的两侧。当有料包600设置于出料间隙110时,光电检测单元260的发射端与接受端被遮挡,产生有料包600的反馈信号;当出料间隙110没有料包600时,光电检测单元260的发射端与接受端对接,产生无料包600的反馈信号;进而实现对储物腔240是否有料包600的判断。
本申请实施例还提供了一种自动售卖设备,包括上述任一实施例中的出料装置。
将料包600存储在存储容器200的存储腔内,此时最下方的料包600会落入承压件310上,并与承压件310配合支撑其他料包600,且该料包600设置于出料间隙110内。当自动售卖设备售卖时,接受到需要料包600时,驱动单元500动作,带动推料单元400移动,将对应的料包600从所述出料间隙110直接或间接推入所述第二出料口320,人们可以从第二出料口320直接或间接地获取到料包600。进而可以为消费者提供所需的料包600,以满足不同消费者的不同需求。
一些实施例中,参照图1,本自动售卖设备用于实现饮料的自动售卖。该自动售卖设备主要包括 基座1以及分别安装在基座上的饮料冲泡机11、落杯器12、自动出料包机构14、转移机械臂13。
具体地,基座1上设置有取餐口15,便于客户拿取制作好的饮料。自动出料包机构14能够实现料包600的定量投放。转移机械臂13能够移动在落杯器12的落杯工位、饮料冲泡机14的冲泡工位以及取餐口15之间。
同时,该自动售卖设备还配置有控制模块,控制模块分别与所述饮料冲泡机11、落杯器12、自动出料包机构14以及转移机械臂13通信连接,以实现饮料冲泡机11、落杯器12、自动出料包机构14以及转移机械臂13的控制。
为了便于说明,本实施例中,该自动售卖设备具体为自动咖啡零售机,用于售卖咖啡。同时,料包600为奶液包,自动出料包机构14用于实现奶液包的定量下料。
该自动咖啡零售机配置有自动出料包机构14,如果客户需要料包600,通过控制模块控制自动出料包机构14推出所需数量的料包600即可。如果客户不需要料包600,自动出料包机构14不工作。
该自动咖啡零售机的具体工作原理如下:
控制模块控制落杯器12实现落杯,同时控制转移机械臂13移动至落杯工位,抓取杯具,并将杯具转移至冲泡工位;
控制模块控制饮料冲泡机11工作,冲泡好的咖啡流入至杯具内;
控制模块进一步控制转移机械臂13移动至取餐口15,之后松开杯具,客户从取餐口15拿去冲泡好的咖啡即可;
如客户需要添加奶液包,控制模块进一步控制自动出料包机构14工作,以推出所需数量的奶液包。
以上是对本发明的较佳实施方式进行了具体说明,但本发明创造并不限于所述实施例,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可作出种种的等同变型或替换,这些等同的变型或替换均包含在本发明权利要求所限定的范围内。

Claims (23)

  1. 一种出料装置,其特征在于,包括:
    储料机构,所述储料机构包括支撑单元(300)及存储容器(200),所述支撑单元(300)包括承压件(310),所述存储容器(200)设有储物腔(240),所述承压件(310)与所述储物腔(240)的第一出料口(210)相对设置,所述承压件(310)与所述储物腔(240)的第一出料口(210)之间具有出料间隙(110)以形成推料区,所述出料间隙(110)的高度大于一个料包的高度;
    推料机构,所述推料机构包括驱动单元(500)及可相对于所述支撑单元(300)推动的推料单元(400),所述驱动单元(500)能够驱动所述推料单元(400)在进入推料区的推料位置和避让推料区的避让位置之间切换运动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的出料装置,其特征在于:所述推料单元(400)为电控伸缩杆并设置于所述驱动单元(500)上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的出料装置,其特征在于,所述储物腔(240)沿竖向设置以形成出料通道,所述出料通道的底部设有待出料区,所述储物腔(240)的第一出料口(210)处于所述待出料区的底端,所述推料单元(400)包括:
    推动部件(410),所述推动部件(410)朝向推料区设置;
    阻挡部件(420),所述阻挡部件(420)连接在所述推动部件(410)上以跟随所述推动部件(410)运动,所述推动部件(410)处于推销位置时,所述阻挡部件(420)的至少部分处于待出料区以形成对出料通道的隔断。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的出料装置,其特征在于:所述存储容器(200)的周部在对应所述待出料区的位置设置有开口(230),所述阻挡部件(420)的至少部分通过所述开口(230)进入所述出料通道内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的出料装置,其特征在于:所述开口(230)的数量为两个,两个所述开口(230)等高设置,所述阻挡部件(420)的数量为两个且分别设置在所述推动部件(410)的两侧部。
  6. 根据权利要求3或4或5所述的出料装置,其特征在于:在朝向推料位置的运动方向上,所述阻挡部件(420)相较于所述推动部件(410)靠近所述料包。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的出料装置,其特征在于:所述阻挡部件(420)上设置有沿竖向设置的条形安装孔(421),所述阻挡部件(420)通过螺栓穿过条形安装孔(421)固定安装于所述推动部件(410)上。
  8. 根据权利要求1~7中任一项所述的出料装置,其特征在于:所述存储容器(200)固设于所述支撑单元(300)上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的出料装置,其特征在于:所述支撑单元(300)还包括固设于所述承压件(310)上方的支撑件(120),所述存储容器(200)通过所述支撑件(120)固定于所述支撑单元(300)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的出料装置,其特征在于:所述支撑件(120)设有扣部(130),所述存储 容器(200)的侧壁设有与所述扣部(130)卡扣配合的卡部(251)。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的出料装置,其特征在于:所述扣部(130)设有弧形配合体(131)以及凸出所述弧形配合体(131)设置的凸体(132),所述弧形配合体(131)设有与所述存储容器(200)的侧壁相贴合的配合槽(133),所述卡部(251)设有与所述凸体(132)相配合的卡孔(252)。
  12. 根据权利要求1~7中任一项所述的出料装置,其特征在于:所述承压件(310)设有第二出料口(320),所述驱动单元(500)能够驱动所述推料单元(400)在所述出料间隙(110)与所述第二出料口(320)之间往复移动。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的出料装置,其特征在于:所述出料装置还包括导向件(800),所述导向件(800)设有导向通道(810),所述导向通道(810)与所述第二出料口(320)相通。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的出料装置,其特征在于:所述存储容器(200)的数量为两个以上,各所述存储容器(200)间隔设置于所述承压件(310)上,各所述存储容器(200)均配有一所述第二出料口(320),所述导向通道(810)的入口与所有所述第二出料口(320)均相通。
  15. 根据权利要求1~7中任一项所述的出料装置,其特征在于:所述出料装置还包括机架(100),所述存储容器(200)固定设置与所述机架(100)上。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的出料装置,其特征在于:所述出料装置还包括料包收集机构(700),所述支撑单元(300)上设有第二出料口(320),所述料包收集机构的一端与所述第二出料口(320)连通,另一端设置有料包出口,所述推料单元(400)用于推动位于所述出料间隙(110)的料包移动至所述第二出料口(320)。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的出料装置,其特征在于:所述存储容器(200)的数量为两个以上,两个以上所述存储容器(200)沿所述推动部件(410)的往复移动方向依次间隔排列,每一储物腔(240)第一出料口(210)的相对侧分别设有一个第二出料口(320),各所述第二出料口(320)对应推料单元(400)的运动路径设置,所述料包收集机构(700)与各所述第二出料口(320)连通。
  18. 根据权利要求15或16或17所述的出料装置,其特征在于:所述驱动单元(500)包括回转机构和滑轨结构(520),支撑单元(300)位于所述回转机构与所述储物腔(240)的第一出料口(210)之间,所述推料单元(400)固定连接于所述回转机构,所述滑轨结构(520)固定安装在所述机架(100)上,所述回转机构受控转动以驱动所述推料单元(400)沿滑轨结构(520)往复移动。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的出料装置,其特征在于:所述滑轨结构(520)的两端均安装有可拆卸的阻挡件(530),所述阻挡件(530)由柔性材料制成。
  20. 根据权利要求1~19中任一项所述的出料装置,其特征在于:所述存储容器(200)设有避让通槽(220),所述避让通槽(220)贯穿所述存储容器(200)的两端设置。
  21. 根据权利要求1~19中任一项所述的出料装置,其特征在于:所述出料装置还包括控制单元及用于判断所述储物腔(240)是否有料包的检测单元(260),所述控制单元与所述检测单元(260)及驱动单元(500)通信连接,以使所述驱动单元(500)驱动所述推料单元(400)将对应的料包从所述出料间隙(110)推入所述第二出料口(320)。
  22. 一种自动售卖设备,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1~21任一项所述的出料装置(14)。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的自动售卖设备,其特征在于,还包括:
    基座(1),设置有取餐口,所述出料装置(14)安装于所述基座(1)上;
    饮料冲泡机(11)和落杯器(12),分别固定安装于所述基座(1)上;
    转移机械臂(13),安装于所述基座(1)上,所述转移机械臂(13)能够移动在所述落杯器(12)的落杯工位、所述饮料冲泡机(11)的冲泡工位以及所述取餐口之间;以及
    控制模块,分别与所述饮料冲泡机、落杯器(12)、出料装置(14)以及转移机械臂(13)通信连接。
