本发明涉及一种登高输送机。
背景技术
粮食输送机是一种移动转向式皮带输送机,主要用于平房仓的散装进仓作业。粮食输送机主要由输送部分,转向部分和行走部分组成,主要适用于大、中型粮食仓库的进仓作业;现有的粮食输送机在使用的时候存在一定的弊端,首先,在粮食生产的过程中,粮食中会参杂大量灰尘,因此在输送过程中,粮食中的灰尘会飘散到空气中,造成粮食入库时灰尘较大,空气中飘散大量的扬尘给操作人员带来身体伤害,也对环境造成污染;还有,现有粮食输送机的工作环境往往是露天的,风沙和雨水会对粮食的质量造成影响,同时也阻碍了正常生产。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种登高输送机,其结构合理,且可同时具有除尘和防雨功能,有利于提高粮食品质。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
本发明提供一种登高输送机,包括底座和安装在所述底座上的传输装置,所述传输装置包括输送架以及设置于所述输送架上的输送带,所述输送架倾斜设置;所述登高输送机还包括设置于所述输送架上的能够为所述输送带挡雨的防雨装置,所述防雨装置包括具有展开状态和折叠状态的挡雨组件、能够驱动所述挡雨组件从折叠状态转换为展开状态的驱动部件、能够将所述挡雨组件锁定于折叠状态的锁定机构、能够与所述锁定机构配合且使所述锁定机构解锁的解锁部件、能够驱动所述挡雨组件运动且使所述锁定机构与所述解锁部件配合解锁的动力装置。
优选地,所述挡雨组件包括第一挡板和第二挡板,所述第一挡板的上端与所述第二挡板的一端相转动连接,当所述挡雨组件处于折叠状态时,所述第二 挡板的另一端与所述第一挡板相靠近;当所述挡雨组件处于展开状态时,所述第二挡板的另一端与所述第一挡板相远离;所述锁定机构设置在所述第一挡板和所述第二挡板之间,所述的解锁部件设置在所述输送架上,所述第一挡板的下端与所述动力装置相连接且能够由所述动力装置驱动沿上下方向运动至所述锁定机构与所述解锁部件相配合解锁。
进一步优选地,所述驱动部件为设置在所述第一挡板和所述第二挡板的转动连接处且使所述第一挡板和所述第二挡板具有向着展开状态运动的趋势的弹性件。
根据一种实施方式,所述第一挡板和所述第二挡板通过轴销与连接耳铰接,所述弹性件为套装在所述轴销上的扭簧。
进一步优选地,所述锁定机构包括能够沿着横向滑动设置在所述第一挡板上的锁定件、形成在所述锁定件的一侧的锁定部、设置在所述第一挡板与所述锁定件的另一侧之间的弹簧、形成在所述锁定件的另一侧且能够与所述解锁部件配合以克服所述弹簧的弹性力而使所述锁定件横向滑动的配合部;当所述锁定机构处于锁定状态时,所述配合部和所述解锁部件相分离,所述锁定部与所述第二挡板的下端部相卡紧;当所述锁定机构与所述解锁部件配合解锁时,所述配合部与所述解锁部件相抵设,所述弹簧处于压缩状态以使所述锁定部与所述第二挡板相分离。
根据另一种实施方式,所述锁定部和所述配合部设置为与所述锁定件相固定连接的挡块。
再进一步优选地,所述解锁部件和所述配合部通过斜面配合解锁。
根据一种实施方式,所述解锁部件上设有解锁斜面,所述配合部上设有与所述解锁斜面相配合的配合斜面,当所述锁定机构与所述解锁部件配合解锁时,所述解锁斜面与所述配合斜面相配合并推动所述配合部使所述弹簧处于压缩状态。
进一步优选地,所述解锁部件位于所述锁定机构的上方。
进一步优选地,所述挡雨组件、所述锁定机构和所述解锁部件分别为两组 且对称设置在所述输送带的两侧。
根据一种实施方式,当两组所述挡雨组件呈展开状态时,两个第二挡板的另一端相贴靠,优选在两个第二挡板的另一端设置密封条,保证连接处的严密性。
在进一步优选地,所述动力装置包括分别与两组所述挡雨组件的下端相固定连接的升降板、与所述升降板相转动连接且能够带动所述升降板沿上下方向运动的丝杆、与所述丝杆相连接且能够带动所述丝杆绕自身轴心线转动的动力源。
根据一种实施方式,动力源为驱动电机,驱动电机的输出轴与丝杆相连接,所述升降板沿所述输送带长度方向延伸。
更优选地,所述丝杠与所述输送架转动连接,和/或,所述升降板与所述输送架滑动连接。
根据一种优选实施方式,所述侧支架内侧设有垂直于所述升降板的滑轨,所述升降板侧部设有与滑轨连接的滑块。
根据一种优选实施方式,所述丝杆为两个且对称设置在所述输送带的两侧,两个所述丝杆通过链轮和传动链相连接,所述动力源与其中一个所述丝杆相连接。
优选地,所述输送架具有内部空间,所述动力装置的部分及处于折叠状态的挡雨组件位于所述内部空间中。
进一步优选地,所述内部空间由上机架、下机架以及位于所述输送带两侧的侧支架围成,所述输送带设置在所述上机架上,所述侧支架和所述输送带之间存在间隙,处于折叠状态的所述挡雨组件可穿过所述间隙。
动力装置可驱动呈折叠状态的所述挡雨组件上行穿过所述间隙并使所述锁定机构与所述解锁部件配合解锁,动力装置也可驱动呈折叠状态的所述挡雨组件下行将其收纳至所述内部空间中。通过上机架、下机架以及侧机架围成的输送架可在一定程度上防止外物对内部装置造成的干扰或损坏,保证登高输送机的运行,并延长使用寿命。
进一步优选地,所述登高输送机还包括安装在所述输送架低端上方的进料装置,所述进料装置包括顶部设有进料口且底部设有出料口的进料通道、设置于所述进料通道内的扬尘机构、与所述进料通道相连通的设有抽风机的吸尘管。
根据一种实施方式,所述扬尘机构包括分流板以及位于所述分流板下方的第一导流板和第二导流板,所述分流板呈倒V形结构,所述分流板位于所述进料口的正下方,所述第一导流板和所述第二导流板分别连接于所述进料通道的两个相对侧壁,且所述第一导流板和所述第二导流板均倾斜设置。
优选地,所述输送架和所述移动底座之前设有回转装置。
优选地,所述移动底座上安装有行走轮。
本发明还提供一种登高输送机,包括底座和安装在所述底座上的传输装置,所述传输装置包括输送架以及设置于所述输送架上的输送带,所述输送架倾斜设置;所述登高输送机还包括安装在所述输送架低端上方的进料装置,所述进料装置包括顶部设有进料口且底部设有出料口的进料通道、设置于所述进料通道内的扬尘机构、与所述进料通道相连通的设有抽风机的吸尘管。
优选地,所述扬尘机构包括分流板以及位于所述分流板下方的第一导流板和第二导流板,所述分流板呈倒V形结构,所述分流板位于所述进料口的正下方,所述第一导流板和所述第二导流板分别连接于所述进料通道的两个相对侧壁,且所述第一导流板和所述第二导流板均倾斜设置。
根据一种具体实施方式,所述第一导流板和所述第二导流板均向下倾斜设置。
进一步优选地,所述进料通道的顶部设有与所述进料口相对应的加料斗;所述进料通道的底部设有支架,所述支架通过螺钉与所述输送架可拆卸固定连接。
再进一步优选地,所述登高输送机还包括设置于所述输送架上的用于为所述输送带挡雨的防雨装置,所述防雨装置包括具有展开状态和折叠状态的挡雨组件、用于驱动所述挡雨组件从折叠状态转换为展开状态的驱动部件、用于将 所述挡雨组件锁定于折叠状态的锁定机构、能够与所述锁定机构配合且使所述锁定机构解锁的解锁部件、用于驱动所述挡雨组件运动且使所述锁定机构与所述解锁部件配合解锁的动力装置。
更优选地,所述挡雨组件包括第一挡板和第二挡板,所述第一挡板上端和所述第二挡板的一端通过轴销与连接耳铰接;
所述驱动部件为设置在所述轴销上的能够驱动所述第二挡板的一端相对所述第一挡板向上翻转一定角度的扭簧;
所述锁定机构包括能够沿着横向滑动设置在所述第一挡板上的锁定件、形成在所述锁定件的一侧的锁定部、设置在所述第一挡板与所述锁定件的另一侧之间的弹簧、形成在所述锁定件的另一侧且能够与所述解锁部件配合以克服所述弹簧的弹性力而使所述锁定件横向滑动的配合部,所述解锁部件和所述配合部通过斜面配合解锁;当所述锁定机构处于锁定状态时,所述配合部和所述解锁部件相分离,所述锁定部与所述第二挡板的下端部相卡紧;当所述锁定机构与所述解锁部件配合解锁时,所述配合部与所述解锁部件相抵设,所述弹簧处于压缩状态以使所述锁定部与所述第二挡板相分离;

本发明的一种具体且优选地实施方式,一种登高输送机,包括移动底座、设于移动底座的回转装置,以及连接于回转装置的输送装置;所述输送装置包括输送架和输送带,所述输送架倾斜设置;所述登高输送机还包括进料装置和防雨装置;
所述进料装置包括位于输送架低端上方的进料通道,该进料通道的顶部设有进料口,且该进料通道的底部设有出料口,所述进料通道的内部设有分流 板,以及位于分流板下方的第一导流板和第二导流板,所述分流板呈倒V形结构,该分流板位于进料口的正下方,所述第一导流板和第二导流板分别连接于进料通道的两个相对侧壁,且第一导流板和第二导流板均倾斜设置,所述进料通道的侧壁上设有吸尘管,所述吸尘管上设有抽风机,且吸尘管靠近进料通道的底部设置;

本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种登高输送机,其结构合理,且具有除尘和防雨功能,有利于提高粮食品质。
使用时,将粮食从加料斗倒入进料通道中,粮食在分流板的作用下进行分流,之后落至第一导流板和第二导流板上,最后通过出料口落至输送带进行输送;上述过程中,粮食将与分流板、第一导流板和第二导流板发生碰撞,粮食中的灰尘会被扬起,通过启动抽风机运行便可将灰尘吸除。
并且,通过设置防雨装置,可有效的防止粮食在输送过程中被雨水淋湿。具体操作时,启动驱动电机正转运行,由驱动电机驱动其中一个丝杆转动,由于两个丝杆之间通过传动链连接,因此其中一个丝杆转动后将带动另一个丝杆一同转动,从而带动升降板以及设置在升降板上的两个挡雨组件上行,在上行过程中,第一挡板将穿过输送带与侧机架之间的间隙,之后驱动块上的驱动斜面将与从动块上的从动斜面接触,并通过驱动斜面与从动斜面的配合挤压活动杆向内滑行,活动杆向内滑行的过程中将压缩压缩弹簧,同时挡块将解除对第二挡板下端的阻挡,第二挡板将在扭簧的弹力作用下向上翻转一定角度,以使第二挡板垂直于第一挡板,此时第二挡板呈打开状态,且两个第二挡板上的密封条相抵接,由第二挡板以及第一挡板对雨水进行阻挡,防止粮食被淋湿。在无需使用防雨装置时,由操作人员手动按压从动块,之后克服扭簧的弹力并向下翻转第二挡板,直到第二挡板与第一挡板相平行时松开从动块,此时从动块将在压缩弹簧的弹力作用下带动活动杆向外滑行,由活动杆带动挡块与第二挡板的下端相贴靠,此时第二挡板呈收起状态,最后启动驱动电机反转运行,从而驱动升降板下行设定距离,以便将挡雨组件收容在输送架中。

下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
本发明具体实施的技术方案是:
如图1至图6所示,一种登高输送机,包括移动底座1、设于移动底座1的回转装置2,以及连接于回转装置2的输送装置;所述输送装置包括输送架3和输送带4,所述输送架3倾斜设置;所述登高输送机还包括进料装置和防雨装置;
所述进料装置包括位于输送架3低端上方的进料通道5,该进料通道5的顶部设有进料口6,且该进料通道5的底部设有出料口7,所述进料通道5的内部设有分流板8,以及位于分流板8下方的第一导流板9和第二导流板10,所述分流板8呈倒V形结构,该分流板8位于进料口的正下方,所述第一导流板9和第二导流板10分别连接于进料通道5的两个相对侧壁,且第一导流板9和第二导流板10均向下倾斜设置,所述进料通道5的侧壁上设有吸尘管11,所述吸尘管11上设有抽风机,且吸尘管11靠近进料通道5的底部设置;
所述输送架3包括上机架12和下机架13,以及连接于上机架12和下机架13之间的两个侧机架14,所述输送带4安装于上机架12,且输送带4的两侧分别与位于同侧的侧机架14之间留有间隙;所述防雨装置包括位于两个侧机架14之间的升降板15,该升降板15平行于输送带4且沿输送带4的长度方向延伸,所述两个侧机架14的相向内侧分别设有滑轨16,且滑轨16垂直于升降板15,所述升降板15的两侧分别设有与滑轨16连接的滑块17,所述上机架12的底部可转动的连接有两个丝杆18,该两个丝杆18分别位于输送带4的两侧,且该两个丝杆18的下端分别垂直贯穿升降板15并设有链轮19,所述升降板15设有供丝杆18贯穿、且与丝杆18螺纹连接的螺纹孔,所述两个丝杆18的链轮19之间连接有传动链 20,所述下机架13的底部设有驱动电机21,该驱动电机21的输出轴穿过下机架13并与其中一个丝杆18连接,所述升降板15的顶部设有两个挡雨组件,所述挡雨组件包括垂直连接于升降板15的第一挡板22,所述第一挡板22的顶部设有连接耳23,且第一挡板22的内侧设有第二挡板24,第二挡板24平行于第一挡板22,第一挡板22和第二挡板24平行时可穿过所述间隙,且该第二挡板24的上端通过轴销25与连接耳23铰接,所述轴销25上套装有扭簧,该扭簧用于驱动第二挡板24向上翻转一定的角度,所述第一挡板22中垂直穿设有位于第二挡板24下方的活动杆26,该活动杆26的一端设有挡块27,且该活动杆26的另一端设有从动块28,所述第二挡板24的下端位于挡块27和第一挡板22之间,且第二挡板24的下端与挡块27相贴靠,所述从动块28和第一挡板22之间连接有压缩弹簧29,且从动块28背向第一挡板22的侧部设有从动斜面30,所述上机架12的顶部设有两个驱动块31,该两个驱动块31与两个挡雨组件中的从动块28一一对应,且驱动块31上设有用于与对应从动块28的从动斜面30相配合的驱动斜面32。
上述第二挡板24的下端设有密封条33。
上述进料通道5的顶部设有与进料口6相对应的加料斗34。
上述进料通道5的底部设有支架35,该支架35通过螺钉与输送架3可拆卸固定连接。
上述移动底座1上安装有行走轮36。
使用时,将粮食从加料斗34倒入进料通道5中,粮食在分流板8的作用下进行分流,之后落至第一导流板9和第二导流板10上,最后通过出料口7落至输送带4进行输送;上述过程中,粮食将与分流板8、第一导流板9和第二导流板10发生碰撞,粮食中的灰尘会被扬起,通过启动抽风机运行便可将灰尘吸除。
并且,通过设置防雨装置,可有效的防止粮食在输送过程中被雨水淋湿。具体操作时,启动驱动电机21正转运行,由驱动电机21驱动其中一个丝杆18转动,由于两个丝杆18之间通过传动链20连接,因此其中一个丝杆18转动后将带动另一个丝杆18一同转动,从而带动升降板15以及设置在升降板15上的两个挡雨组件上行,在上行过程中,第一挡板22和第二挡板24将穿过输送带4与侧机 架14之间的间隙,之后驱动块31上的驱动斜面32将与从动块28上的从动斜面30接触,并通过驱动斜面32与从动斜面30的配合挤压活动杆26向内滑行,活动杆26向内滑行的过程中将压缩压缩弹簧29,同时挡块27将解除对第二挡板24下端的阻挡,第二挡板24将在扭簧的弹力作用下向上翻转一定角度,以使第二挡板24垂直于第一挡板22,此时第二挡板24呈打开状态,且两个第二挡板24上的密封条33相抵接,由第二挡板24以及第一挡板22对雨水进行阻挡,防止粮食被淋湿。在无需使用防雨装置时,由操作人员手动按压从动块28,之后克服扭簧的弹力并向下翻转第二挡板24,直到第二挡板24与第一挡板22相平行时松开从动块28,此时从动块28将在压缩弹簧29的弹力作用下带动活动杆26向外滑行,由活动杆26带动挡块27与第二挡板24的下端相贴靠,此时第二挡板24呈收起状态,最后启动驱动电机21反转运行,从而驱动升降板15下行设定距离,以便将挡雨组件收容在输送架3中。

  1. 一种登高输送机,包括移动底座、设于移动底座的回转装置,以及连接于回转装置的输送装置;所述输送装置包括输送架和输送带,所述输送架倾斜设置,其特征在于,所述登高输送机还包括进料装置和防雨装置;
    所述进料装置包括位于输送架低端上方的进料通道,该进料通道的顶部设有进料口,且该进料通道的底部设有出料口,所述进料通道的内部设有分流板,以及位于分流板下方的第一导流板和第二导流板,所述分流板呈倒V形结构,该分流板位于进料口的正下方,所述第一导流板和第二导流板分别连接于进料通道的两个相对侧壁,且第一导流板和第二导流板均倾斜设置,所述进料通道的侧壁上设有吸尘管,所述吸尘管上设有抽风机,且吸尘管靠近进料通道的底部设置;
    所述输送架包括上机架和下机架,以及连接于上机架和下机架之间的两个侧机架,所述输送带安装于上机架,且输送带与两个侧机架之间留有间隙;所述防雨装置包括位于两个侧机架之间的升降板,该升降板沿输送带的长度方向延伸,所述两个侧机架的相向内侧分别设有滑轨,且滑轨垂直于升降板,所述升降板的两侧分别设有与滑轨连接的滑块,所述上机架的底部可转动的连接有两个丝杆,该两个丝杆分别位于输送带的两侧,且该两个丝杆的下端分别垂直贯穿升降板并设有链轮,所述升降板设有供丝杆贯穿、且与丝杆螺纹连接的螺纹孔,所述两个丝杆的链轮之间连接有传动链,所述下机架的底部设有驱动电机,该驱动电机的输出轴穿过下机架并与其中一个丝杆连接,所述升降板的顶部设有两个挡雨组件,所述挡雨组件包括垂直连接于升降板的第一挡板,该第一挡板可穿过所述间隙,所述第一挡板的顶部设有连接耳,且第一挡板的内侧设有第二挡板,该第二挡板平行于第一挡板,且该第二挡板的上端通过轴销与连接耳铰接,所述轴销上套装有扭簧,该扭簧用于驱动第二挡板向上翻转一定的角度,所述第一挡板中垂直穿设有位于第二挡板下方的活动杆,该活动杆的一端设有挡块,且该活动杆的另一端设有从动块,所述第二挡板的下端位于挡块和第一挡板之间,且第二挡板的下端与挡块相贴靠,所述从动块和第一挡板之间连接有压缩弹簧,且从动块背向第一挡板的侧部设有从动斜面,所述上机架的顶部设有两个驱动块,该两个驱动块与两个挡雨组件中的从动块一一对 应,且驱动块上设有用于与对应从动块的从动斜面相配合的驱动斜面。

  4. 根据权利要求3所述的登高输送机,其特征在于,所述进料通道的底部设有支架,该支架通过螺钉与输送架可拆卸固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的登高输送机,其特征在于,所述移动底座上安装有行走轮。
  6. 一种登高输送机,包括底座和安装在所述底座上的传输装置,所述传输装置包括输送架以及设置于所述输送架上的输送带,其特征在于,所述输送架倾斜设置;所述登高输送机还包括设置于所述输送架上的能够为所述输送带挡雨的防雨装置,所述防雨装置包括具有展开状态和折叠状态的挡雨组件、能够驱动所述挡雨组件从折叠状态转换为展开状态的驱动部件、能够将所述挡雨组件锁定于折叠状态的锁定机构、能够与所述锁定机构配合且使所述锁定机构解锁的解锁部件、能够驱动所述挡雨组件运动且使所述锁定机构与所述解锁部件配合解锁的动力装置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的登高输送机,其特征在于,所述挡雨组件包括第一挡板和第二挡板,所述第一挡板的上端与所述第二挡板的一端相转动连接,当所述挡雨组件处于折叠状态时,所述第二挡板的另一端与所述第一挡板相靠近;当所述挡雨组件处于展开状态时,所述第二挡板的另一端与所述第一挡板相远离;所述锁定机构设置在所述第一挡板和所述第二挡板之间,所述的解锁部件设置在所述输送架上,所述第一挡板的下端与所述动力装置相连接且能够由所述动力装置驱动沿上下方向运动至所述锁定机构与所述解锁部件相配合解锁。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的登高输送机,其特征在于,所述驱动部件为设置在所述第一挡板和所述第二挡板的转动连接处且使所述第一挡板和所述第二挡板具有向着展开状态运动的趋势的弹性件。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的登高输送机,其特征在于,所述锁定机构包括能 够沿着横向滑动设置在所述第一挡板上的锁定件、形成在所述锁定件的一侧的锁定部、设置在所述第一挡板与所述锁定件的另一侧之间的弹簧、形成在所述锁定件的另一侧且能够与所述解锁部件配合以克服所述弹簧的弹性力而使所述锁定件横向滑动的配合部;当所述锁定机构处于锁定状态时,所述配合部和所述解锁部件相分离,所述锁定部与所述第二挡板的下端部相卡紧;当所述锁定机构与所述解锁部件配合解锁时,所述配合部与所述解锁部件相抵设,所述弹簧处于压缩状态以使所述锁定部与所述第二挡板相分离。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的登高输送机,其特征在于,所述解锁部件和所述配合部通过斜面配合解锁。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的登高输送机,其特征在于,所述解锁部件位于所述锁定机构的上方。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的登高输送机,其特征在于,所述挡雨组件、所述锁定机构和所述解锁部件分别为两组且对称设置在所述输送带的两侧。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的登高输送机,其特征在于,所述动力装置包括分别与两组所述挡雨组件的下端相固定连接的升降板、与所述升降板相转动连接且能够带动所述升降板沿上下方向运动的丝杆、与所述丝杆相连接且能够带动所述丝杆绕自身轴心线转动的动力源。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的登高输送机,其特征在于,所述丝杠与所述输送架转动连接,和/或,所述升降板与所述输送架滑动连接。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的登高输送机,其特征在于,所述丝杆为两个且对称设置在所述输送带的两侧,两个所述丝杆通过链轮和传动链相连接,所述动力源与其中一个所述丝杆相连接。
  16. 根据权利要求6所述的登高输送机,其特征在于,所述输送架具有内部空间,所述动力装置的部分及处于折叠状态的挡雨组件位于所述内部空间中。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的登高输送机,其特征在于,所述内部空间由上机架、下机架以及位于所述输送带两侧的侧支架围成,所述输送带设置在所述上机架上,所述侧支架和所述输送带之间存在间隙,处于折叠状态的所述挡雨组件可穿过所述间隙。
  18. 根据权利要求6所述的登高输送机,其特征在于,所述登高输送机还包括安装在所述输送架低端上方的进料装置,所述进料装置包括顶部设有进料口且底部设有出料口的进料通道、设置于所述进料通道内的扬尘机构、与所述进料通道相连通的设有抽风机的吸尘管。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的登高输送机,其特征在于,所述扬尘机构包括分流板以及位于所述分流板下方的第一导流板和第二导流板,所述分流板呈倒V形结构,所述分流板位于所述进料口的正下方,所述第一导流板和所述第二导流板分别连接于所述进料通道的两个相对侧壁,且所述第一导流板和所述第二导流板均倾斜设置。
  20. 根据权利要求6所述的登高输送机,其特征在于,所述输送架和所述移动底座之前设有回转装置;所述移动底座上安装有行走轮。
  21. 一种登高输送机,包括底座和安装在所述底座上的传输装置,所述传输装置包括输送架以及设置于所述输送架上的输送带,其特征在于,所述输送架倾斜设置;所述登高输送机还包括安装在所述输送架低端上方的进料装置,所述进料装置包括顶部设有进料口且底部设有出料口的进料通道、设置于所述进料通道内的扬尘机构、与所述进料通道相连通的设有抽风机的吸尘管。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的登高输送机,其特征在于,所述扬尘机构包括分流板以及位于所述分流板下方的第一导流板和第二导流板,所述分流板呈倒V形结构,所述分流板位于所述进料口的正下方,所述第一导流板和所述第二导流板分别连接于所述进料通道的两个相对侧壁,且所述第一导流板和所述第二导流板均倾斜设置。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的登高输送机,其特征在于,所述进料通道的顶部设有与所述进料口相对应的加料斗;所述进料通道的底部设有支架,所述支架通过螺钉与所述输送架可拆卸固定连接。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的登高输送机,其特征在于,所述登高输送机还包括设置于所述输送架上的用于为所述输送带挡雨的防雨装置,所述防雨装置包括具有展开状态和折叠状态的挡雨组件、用于驱动所述挡雨组件从折叠状态转换为展开状态的驱动部件、用于将所述挡雨组件锁定于折叠状态的锁定机构、能够与所述锁定机构配合且使所述锁定机构解锁的解锁部件、用于驱动所 述挡雨组件运动且使所述锁定机构与所述解锁部件配合解锁的动力装置。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的登高输送机,其特征在于,所述挡雨组件包括第一挡板和第二挡板,所述第一挡板上端和所述第二挡板的一端通过轴销与连接耳铰接;
    所述驱动部件为设置在所述轴销上的能够驱动所述第二挡板的一端相对所述第一挡板向上翻转一定角度的扭簧;
    所述锁定机构包括能够沿着横向滑动设置在所述第一挡板上的锁定件、形成在所述锁定件的一侧的锁定部、设置在所述第一挡板与所述锁定件的另一侧之间的弹簧、形成在所述锁定件的另一侧且能够与所述解锁部件配合以克服所述弹簧的弹性力而使所述锁定件横向滑动的配合部,所述解锁部件和所述配合部通过斜面配合解锁;当所述锁定机构处于锁定状态时,所述配合部和所述解锁部件相分离,所述锁定部与所述第二挡板的下端部相卡紧;当所述锁定机构与所述解锁部件配合解锁时,所述配合部与所述解锁部件相抵设,所述弹簧处于压缩状态以使所述锁定部与所述第二挡板相分离;
    所述动力装置包括分别与两组所述挡雨组件的下端相固定连接的升降板、与所述升降板相转动连接且能够带动所述升降板沿上下方向运动的丝杆、与所述丝杆相连接且能够带动所述丝杆绕自身轴心线转动的驱动电机。
  26. 根据权利要求21所述的登高输送机,其特征在于,所述输送架和所述移动底座之前设有回转装置;所述移动底座上安装有行走轮。
