Definitions

  • the present invention belongs to the technical field of coils and heating devices. More specifically, it belongs to the technical field of a heating device for inducing heating a heated body such as a metal pot to heat, for example, foodstuffs and the like contained in the heated body, and a coil for the heating device.
  • IH Induction Heating
  • IH Induction Heating
  • a cooker such as the IH cooking heater typically has the coil (that is, a cooking heating port) configured by winding a so-called litz wire or the like in which a plurality of coated conductors are twisted in a plane, and simultaneously having a plurality of coils. In many cases, it has a plurality of the above coils so that the ingredients of the above can be cooked.
  • Such IH cooking heaters are roughly classified into so-called built-in type and stationary type from the viewpoint of installation method in the kitchen.
  • the built-in type IH cooking heater is a top plate in which a cooker body (housing) including an IH cooking heater is inserted into a storage portion (mounting hole) provided in a system kitchen, and the top plate protrudes from the upper surface of the cooker body. It is installed by placing the peripheral edge on the edge (worktop) around the storage section.
  • Examples of the prior art document showing the prior art relating to such an IH cooking heater include the following Patent Document 1.
  • the present invention has been made in view of the above requirements, and examples of the problems are further weight reduction and thinning, improvement of transmission efficiency as an IH cooking heater, and prevention of an increase in operating temperature. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the AC resistance as a coil due to the so-called skin effect or proximity effect caused by forming the winding line of the coil with a thin film conductor for the purpose of weight reduction and thinning, and the weight reduction and thinning can be achieved. It is possible to achieve both improvement of the transmission efficiency of the coil itself and prevention of an increase in the operating temperature.
  • the skin effect is generally that when a high-frequency current is passed through a thin film conductor, the current density is high on the surface of the thin film conductor, becomes lower toward the center from the surface, and the frequency of the current becomes higher. Abstract
