前記第2突起(69)の前記凹部(41a)への挿入長さは、前記第1突起(68)と前記内周面(103)との距離より大きい。
[付記4]いくつかの実装例では、前記内周面(103)、前記外周面(41)、前記シール部材(50)、および前記周壁(一般部62)は互いに相似形であってもよい。
[付記6]いくつかの実装例では、前記リテーナ(60)は、前記弾性アーム(66)よりも前記シール部材(50)に近い位置にある押さえ部(規制突起63)を有してもよく、前記押さえ部(63)は前記周壁(一般部62)の端縁に沿って延びてもよい。
[付記10]いくつかの実装例では、前記第1突起(68)の幅寸法は前記弾性アーム(66)の幅寸法より小さくてもよい。

Claims (8)
- 車載機器を収容するケースに設けられた開口部に嵌合される嵌合装置であって、
前記車載機器に接続される導電路と、
前記開口部に挿入される挿入部を有し、前記導電路の外周を覆う筒体と、
前記挿入部の外周面に取り付けられ、前記筒体と前記ケースとの間を止水するシール部材と、
前記挿入部に取り付けられるとともに前記筒体からの前記シール部材の抜け止めを行うリテーナと、を備え、
前記筒体は、前記挿入部の外周面に設けられた凹部を有し、
前記リテーナは、前記挿入部の外周面を覆う筒状の本体部と、前記本体部から延びるとともに弾性変形可能に構成された腕部と、を有し、
前記腕部は、前記本体部の軸線方向において前記本体部からシール部材に向かって延びる延在部と、前記延在部から前記開口部を画定する内周面に向かって突出する第1突起と、前記延在部から前記筒体の外周面に向かって突出するとともに、前記凹部に係合可能に構成された第2突起と、を有し、
前記第2突起の前記凹部への挿入量は、前記第1突起と前記開口部を画定する前記内周面との隙間より大きい、
嵌合装置。 - 前記延在部の厚さは、前記本体部の厚さよりも小さい、
請求項1に記載の嵌合装置。 - 前記本体部は、前記軸線方向に延びるとともに、前記本体部のうち前記軸線方向において前記シール部材に対向する端部が切り欠かれてなる切り欠きを有し、
前記延在部の基端は、前記切り欠きの内部に位置している、
請求項1または請求項2に記載の嵌合装置。 - 前記本体部は、前記軸線方向において前記シール部材とは反対側に向かって突出する突出部を有し、
前記切り欠きは、前記突出部まで延びており、
前記延在部の基端は、前記切り欠きのうち前記突出部まで延びた部分に位置している、
請求項3に記載の嵌合装置。 - 前記突出部の突端には、前記軸線方向において前記シール部材とは反対側に向かうほど前記開口部を画定する前記内周面から離れるように傾斜する傾斜面が設けられている、
請求項4に記載の嵌合装置。 - 前記本体部は、前記軸線方向において前記シール部材に対向する端部から前記開口部を画定する前記内周面に向かって突出するとともに、前記シール部材の前記軸線方向における移動を規制する規制突起を有し、
前記規制突起は、前記軸線方向において前記腕部の先端よりも前記シール部材に近い位置に設けられている、
請求項3から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の嵌合装置。 - 前記第1突起の突端は、前記本体部の周方向において前記規制突起と並ぶ位置に設けられており、
前記規制突起は、前記第1突起の突端よりも前記開口部を画定する前記内周面に近い位置まで突出している、
請求項6に記載の嵌合装置。 - 前記本体部は、
前記挿入部の外周面を覆う筒状の部分である一般部と、
前記一般部のうち前記軸線方向において前記シール部材に対向する端部から前記開口部を画定する前記内周面に向かって突出するとともに、前記シール部材の前記軸線方向における移動を規制する規制突起と、を有し、
前記第1突起の突端は、前記本体部の周方向において前記一般部と並ぶ位置に設けられており、
前記一般部は、前記第1突起の突端よりも前記開口部を画定する前記内周面に近い位置まで突出している、
請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の嵌合装置。
