请结合参阅图1、图2、图3、图4和图5,其中图1为本发明提供的一种具有均匀送料功能的机械加工用上料装置的一种较佳实施例的结构示意图;图2为图1所示电机箱和送料箱的结构剖视图;图3为图1所示管道和出料管的结构立体图;图4为图1所示移动板、固定柱和滑块的结构立体图;图5为图1所示限位板和限位块的结构立体图。一种具有均匀送料功能的机械加工用上料装置,包括:底板1,所述底板1顶部左侧的正面和背面均栓接有支撑板2,所述支撑板2相向一侧的顶部通过活动轴活动连接有电机箱3,所述电机箱3的右侧栓接有送料箱4,所述送料箱4的内腔设置有送料机构6,所述底板1顶部正面的左侧栓接有控制器,所述底板1顶部的左侧栓接有限位板7,所述限位板7的右侧设置有移动机构9,所述移动机构9远离底板1的一侧与送料箱4底部右侧的正面和背面栓接,所述送料箱4顶部的左侧连通有进料管5,所述送料箱4底部的右侧连通有管道14,所述管道14的底端连通有出料管15。
所述送料机构6包括电机61、旋转轴62和螺旋叶片63,所述电机箱3内腔左侧的中心处栓接有电机61,所述电机61的输出端栓接有旋转轴62,所述旋转轴62的右侧贯穿至送料箱4的内腔并通过轴承与送料箱4内腔的右侧栓接,所述旋转轴62的表面焊接有螺旋叶片63,通过电机61、旋转轴62和螺旋叶片63的配合,便于使用者对物料进行均匀传送,防止物料在传送过程中出现堵塞。
所述移动机构9包括气缸91、移动板92、固定柱93、移动块94和活动杆95,所述限位板7右侧的中心处栓接有气缸91,所述气缸91的活塞杆栓接有移动板92,所述移动板92的底部与底板1的顶部滑动连接,所述移动板92右侧底部的正面和背面均栓接有固定柱93,所述固定柱93的右侧栓接有移动块94,所述移动块94的顶部栓接有第一 凸块,且第一凸块的顶部通过活动轴活动连接有活动杆95,所述活动杆95远离第一凸块的一侧通过活动轴活动连接有第二凸块,且第二凸块的顶部与送料箱4底部的右侧栓接,通过气缸91、移动板92、固定柱93、移动块94和活动杆95的配合,便于使用者对送料箱4的高度进行灵活调节,从而对不同高度的机械进行均匀送料。
所述底板1顶部右侧的正面和背面均开设有滑槽12,所述滑槽12的内腔从左至右均依次滑动连接有滑块13,所述滑块13的顶部贯穿滑槽12并分别与移动板92和移动块94的底部栓接,通过滑槽12和滑块13的配合,便于使用者对移动板92和移动块94进行限位,防止移动板92和移动块94在移动时出现偏移。
所述底板1正面和背面的顶部从左至右均依次栓接有安装座,且安装座的内腔活动连接有拉环10,通过拉环10的配合,便于辅助使用者对装置进行移动。
所述限位板7左侧的正面和背面均栓接有限位块8,所述限位块8的底部与底板1的顶部栓接,通过限位块8的配合,便于使用者对限位板7进行限位支撑,提高了限位板7的稳定性。
所述限位板7右侧的正面和背面均栓接有弹簧11,所述弹簧11的右侧与移动板92的左侧栓接,通过弹簧11的配合,便于使用者对移动板92进行缓冲限位。
所述固定柱93顶部的左侧栓接有固定块,且固定块的左侧与移动板92的右侧栓接,通过固定块的配合,便于使用者对固定柱93进行限位,提高了固定柱93的稳定性。
所述出料管15顶部右侧的正面和背面均通过固定板固定连接有钢丝绳16,所述钢丝绳16远离固定板的一侧与送料箱4的右侧固定连接,通过钢丝绳16的配合,提高了出料管15的稳定性。
所述电机61的表面套设有固定圈17,所述固定圈17正面和背面的底部均焊接有支架,且支架远离固定圈17的一侧与电机箱3内腔的底部栓接,通过固定圈17和支架的配合,便于使用者对电机61进行支撑,提高了电机61的稳定性。
本发明提供的一种具有均匀送料功能的机械加工用上料装置的工 作原理如下:
使用时,使用者通过控制器打开气缸91,此时气缸91带动移动板92向右侧移动,从而带动固定柱93向右侧移动,此时固定柱93对移动块94进行推动,同时滑块13在滑槽12内滑动,辅助移动板92和移动块94快速移动,随后移动块94带动第一凸块向右侧移动,从而带动活动杆95向右侧移动,活动杆95在向右侧移动的同时并向上顶升,进而通过第二凸块对送料箱4进行顶升,直至将送料箱4上升至与机械相配的高度,此时使用者通过控制器关闭气缸91,同时打开电机61,此时电机61带动旋转轴62进行旋转,从而带动螺旋叶片63进行旋转,同时使用者将物料倾倒入进料管5,此时螺旋叶片63将物料向右上方均匀传送,随后物料经由管道14下落至出料管15,进而下落出送料箱4。
与相关技术相比较,本发明提供的一种具有均匀送料功能的机械加工用上料装置具有如下有益效果:
本发明通过电机61、旋转轴62和螺旋叶片63的配合,便于使用者对物料进行均匀传送,防止物料在传输过程中出现堵塞,从而影响装置的正常使用,通过气缸91、移动板92、固定柱93、移动块94和活动杆95的配合,便于使用者对不同高度的机械进行均匀送料,提高了装置的适用度,解决了传统机械加工用上料装置无法对物料进行均匀传送的问题。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具有均匀送料功能的机械加工用上料装置,其特征在于,包括:底板(1),所述底板(1)顶部左侧的正面和背面均栓接有支撑板(2),所述支撑板(2)相向一侧的顶部通过活动轴活动连接有电机箱(3),所述电机箱(3)的右侧栓接有送料箱(4),所述送料箱(4)的内腔设置有送料机构(6),所述底板(1)顶部正面的左侧栓接有控制器,所述底板(1)顶部的左侧栓接有限位板(7),所述限位板(7)的右侧设置有移动机构(9),所述移动机构(9)远离底板(1)的一侧与送料箱(4)底部右侧的正面和背面栓接,所述送料箱(4)顶部的左侧连通有进料管(5),所述送料箱(4)底部的右侧连通有管道(14),所述管道(14)的底端连通有出料管(15)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有均匀送料功能的机械加工用上料装置,其特征在于,所述送料机构(6)包括电机(61)、旋转轴(62)和螺旋叶片(63),所述电机箱(3)内腔左侧的中心处栓接有电机(61),所述电机(61)的输出端栓接有旋转轴(62),所述旋转轴(62)的右侧贯穿至送料箱(4)的内腔并通过轴承与送料箱(4)内腔的右侧栓接,所述旋转轴(62)的表面焊接有螺旋叶片(63)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的具有均匀送料功能的机械加工用上料装置,其特征在于,所述移动机构(9)包括气缸(91)、移动板(92)、固定柱(93)、移动块(94)和活动杆(95),所述限位板(7)右侧的中心处栓接有气缸(91),所述气缸(91)的活塞杆栓接有移动板(92),所述移动板(92)的底部与底板(1)的顶部滑动连接,所述移动板(92)右侧底部的正面和背面均栓接有固定柱(93),所述固定柱(93)的右侧栓接有移动块(94),所述移动块(94)的顶部栓接有第一凸块,且第一凸块的顶部通过活动轴活动连接有活动杆(95),所述活动杆(95)远离第一凸块的一侧通过活动轴活动连接有第二凸块,且第二凸块的顶部与送料箱(4)底部的右侧栓接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的具有均匀送料功能的机械加工用上料装置,其特征在于,所述底板(1)顶部右侧的正面和背面均开设有滑槽 (12),所述滑槽(12)的内腔从左至右均依次滑动连接有滑块(13),所述滑块(13)的顶部贯穿滑槽(12)并分别与移动板(92)和移动块(94)的底部栓接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的具有均匀送料功能的机械加工用上料装置,其特征在于,所述底板(1)正面和背面的顶部从左至右均依次栓接有安装座,且安装座的内腔活动连接有拉环(10)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的具有均匀送料功能的机械加工用上料装置,其特征在于,所述限位板(7)左侧的正面和背面均栓接有限位块(8),所述限位块(8)的底部与底板(1)的顶部栓接。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的具有均匀送料功能的机械加工用上料装置,其特征在于,所述限位板(7)右侧的正面和背面均栓接有弹簧(11),所述弹簧(11)的右侧与移动板(92)的左侧栓接。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的具有均匀送料功能的机械加工用上料装置,其特征在于,所述固定柱(93)顶部的左侧栓接有固定块,且固定块的左侧与移动板(92)的右侧栓接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的具有均匀送料功能的机械加工用上料装置,其特征在于,所述出料管(15)顶部右侧的正面和背面均通过固定板固定连接有钢丝绳(16),所述钢丝绳(16)远离固定板的一侧与送料箱(4)的右侧固定连接。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的具有均匀送料功能的机械加工用上料装置,其特征在于,所述电机(61)的表面套设有固定圈(17),所述固定圈(17)正面和背面的底部均焊接有支架,且支架远离固定圈(17)的一侧与电机箱(3)内腔的底部栓接。
