本发明的实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
实施例1 请参阅图1-3,本发明实施例中,一种橡胶颗粒粉碎装置,包括粉碎筒12和底板30,粉碎筒12上设有进出料管11,进出料管11上安装有管盖10;所述底板30上固定有支柱34,支柱34的顶端铰接有第三支座35,第三支座35上安装有晃动板1,晃动板1上固定有第一立板2和第二立板20,粉碎筒12的侧壁上连接有第一中心轴41和第二中心轴18,第一中心轴41和第二中心轴18分别轴承连接在第一立板2和第二立板20上,粉碎筒12内设有用于粉碎橡胶颗粒的粉碎组件,底板30上设有用于带动晃动板1摇晃的晃动组件;使用时,取下管盖10,将橡胶颗粒从进出料管11加入粉碎筒12内,并装上管盖10,通过粉碎组件对橡胶颗粒进行粉碎,同时,在第三支座35与支柱34的铰接配合下,利用晃动组件可以带动晃动板1往复摇晃,可以提升粉碎效率;粉碎完成后,旋转粉碎筒12使进出料管11朝下,并使晃动板1右侧翘起,便于将晃动板1内的物料彻底排出。
具体的,所述粉碎组件包括第一转轴14、第二转轴22和第四齿轮17;所述粉碎筒12的侧壁上嵌设有与第一转轴14和第二转轴22配合的轴套21,第一转轴14和第二转轴22上分别设有第一粉碎齿13和第三粉碎齿23,第一粉碎齿13和第三粉碎齿23交错设置,第四齿轮17安装在第二中心轴18上,第四齿轮17的两侧啮合有第三齿轮16和第五齿轮19,第三齿轮16安装在第一转轴14上,第五齿轮19安装在第二转轴22上,第一立板2上设有用于带动第二中心轴18转动的驱动组件;通过驱动组件带动粉碎筒12和第二中心轴18转动,第四齿轮17随着第二中心轴18转动,利用第三齿轮16、第四齿轮17和第五齿轮19的啮合作用,进而带动第一转轴14和第二转轴22转动,利用第一粉碎齿13和第三粉碎齿23对橡胶颗粒进行粉碎。
进一步的,所述驱动组件包括第一电机3、第二齿轮9和齿环37;所述第一电机3安装在第一立板2上,第一电机3的输出轴连接有驱动轴4,驱动轴4的端部设有第一齿轮8,第二齿轮9上连接有第三转轴39,第三转轴39远离第二齿轮9的一端连接有轴承座40,轴承座40安装在第一立板2上,第一齿轮8与第二齿轮9啮合,粉碎筒12的侧面上设有齿环37,第二齿轮9与齿环37啮合;通过第一电机3带动第一齿轮8转动,利用第一齿轮8与第二齿轮9的啮合及第二齿轮9与齿环37的啮合,进而带动粉碎筒12运转。
进一步的,所述粉碎筒12的内壁上设有第二粉碎齿15;第二粉碎齿15、第一粉碎齿13和第三粉碎齿23相互配合,能够快速粉碎橡胶颗粒。
进一步的,所述第一立板2上固定有支块6,驱动轴4轴承连接在支块6上;增强第一齿轮8运转的稳定性。
具体的,所述晃动组件包括第二电机29和推拉杆33;所述第二电机29安装在底板30上,第二电机29的输出轴连接有转盘31,转盘31上设有凸轴32,晃动板1和底板30上分别设有第一支座24和第二支座26,第一支座24和第二支座26上分别铰接有第一连杆25和第二连杆27,第一连杆25和第二连杆27的端部铰接有销轴28,推拉杆33的两端分别铰接在凸轴32和销轴28上;通过第二电机29带动转盘31转动,利用推拉杆33不断推拉销轴28,使得第一连杆25和第二连杆27不断收缩扩张,进而带动晃动板1往复摇晃。
进一步的,所述晃动板1上设有下料斗38,下料斗38的底部连接有下料管36;从进出料管11排出的物料落入下料斗38内,从下料管36落下,便于收集。
本发明实施例的工作原理是:使用时,取下管盖10,将橡胶颗粒从进出料管11加入粉碎筒12内,并装上管盖10,通过第一电机3带动第一齿轮8转动,利用第一齿轮8与第二齿轮9的啮合及第二齿轮9与齿环37的啮合,进而带动粉碎筒12运转,第四齿轮17随着第二中心轴18转动,利用第三齿轮16、第四齿轮17和第五齿轮19的啮合作用,进而带动第一转轴14和第二转轴22转动,利用第一粉碎齿13和第三粉碎齿23对橡胶颗粒进行粉碎,同时,在第三支座35与支柱34的铰接配合下,通过第二电机29带动转盘31转动,利用推拉杆33不断推拉销轴28,使得第一连杆25和第二连杆27不断收缩扩张,进而带动晃动板1往复摇晃,可以提升粉碎效率;粉碎完成后,旋转粉碎筒12使进出料管11朝下,并使晃动板1右侧翘起,便于将晃动板1内的物料彻底排出。
实施例2 请参阅图4,本发明实施例中,一种橡胶颗粒粉碎装置,与实施例1不同的是,所述晃动板1上安装有轮座42,轮座42上设有转轮7,粉碎筒12的外壁上设有限位套环5,限位套环5上开设有与转轮7配合的轮槽43;粉碎筒12运转时,转轮7内轮槽43内滚动,限位套环5卡在转轮7上,能够增强粉碎筒12运转过程的稳定性,减轻第一中心轴41和第二中心轴18的负荷。
上面对本发明的较佳实施方式作了详细说明,但是本发明并不限于上述实施方式,在本领域的普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下作出各种变化。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种橡胶颗粒粉碎装置,包括粉碎筒(12)和底板(30),粉碎筒(12)上设有进出料管(11),进出料管(11)上安装有管盖(10),其特征在于:所述底板(30)上固定有支柱(34),支柱(34)的顶端铰接有第三支座(35),第三支座(35)上安装有晃动板(1),晃动板(1)上固定有第一立板(2)和第二立板(20),粉碎筒(12)的侧壁上连接有第一中心轴(41)和第二中心轴(18),第一中心轴(41)和第二中心轴(18)分别轴承连接在第一立板(2)和第二立板(20)上,粉碎筒(12)内设有用于粉碎橡胶颗粒的粉碎组件,底板(30)上设有用于带动晃动板(1)摇晃的晃动组件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的橡胶颗粒粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述粉碎组件包括第一转轴(14)、第二转轴(22)和第四齿轮(17);所述粉碎筒(12)的侧壁上嵌设有与第一转轴(14)和第二转轴(22)配合的轴套(21),第一转轴(14)和第二转轴(22)上分别设有第一粉碎齿(13)和第三粉碎齿(23),第一粉碎齿(13)和第三粉碎齿(23)交错设置,第四齿轮(17)安装在第二中心轴(18)上,第四齿轮(17)的两侧啮合有第三齿轮(16)和第五齿轮(19),第三齿轮(16)安装在第一转轴(14)上,第五齿轮(19)安装在第二转轴(22)上,第一立板(2)上设有用于带动第二中心轴(18)转动的驱动组件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的橡胶颗粒粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述驱动组件包括第一电机(3)、第二齿轮(9)和齿环(37);所述第一电机(3)安装在第一立板(2)上,第一电机(3)的输出轴连接有驱动轴(4),驱动轴(4)的端部设有第一齿轮(8),第二齿轮(9)上连接有第三转轴(39),第三转轴(39)远离第二齿轮(9)的一端连接有轴承座(40),轴承座(40)安装在第一立板(2)上,第一齿轮(8)与第二齿轮(9)啮合,粉碎筒(12)的侧面上设有齿环(37),第二齿轮(9)与齿环(37)啮合。
  4. 根据权利要求1或3所述的橡胶颗粒粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述粉碎筒(12)的内壁上设有第二粉碎齿(15)。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的橡胶颗粒粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述第一立板(2)上固定有支块(6),驱动轴(4)轴承连接在支块(6)上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的橡胶颗粒粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述晃动组件包括第二电机(29)和推拉杆(33);所述第二电机(29)安装在底板(30)上,第二电机(29)的输出轴连接有转盘(31),转盘(31)上设有凸轴(32),晃动板(1)和底板(30)上分别设有第一支座(24)和第二支座(26),第一支座(24)和第二支座(26)上分别铰接有第一连杆(25)和第二连杆(27),第一连杆(25)和第二连杆(27)的端部铰接有销轴(28),推拉杆(33)的两端分别铰接在凸轴(32)和销轴(28)上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的橡胶颗粒粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述晃动板(1)上设有下料斗(38),下料斗(38)的底部连接有下料管(36)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的橡胶颗粒粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述晃动板(1)上安装有轮座(42),轮座(42)上设有转轮(7),粉碎筒(12)的外壁上设有限位套环(5),限位套环(5)上开设有与转轮(7)配合的轮槽(43)。
