Abstract
본 발명의 일 실시예는, 광투과성 수지 분말을 제조하는 단계, 상기 광투과성 수지 분말의 제1 함량을 제1 용매에 용해시켜 광투과성 수지 용액을 제조하는 단계, 필러를 제2 용매에 분산시켜 필러 분산액을 제조하는 단계, 상기 필러 분산액과 상기 광투과성 수지 용액을 혼합하여 제1 혼합액을 제조하는 단계 및 상기 광투과성 수지 분말의 제2 함량을 상기 제1 혼합액에 첨가하고 용해시켜 제2 혼합액을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 광투과성 필름의 제조방법, 상기 제조방법으로 제조된 광투과성 필름 및 이러한 광투과성 필름을 포함하는 표시장치를 제공한다.
Description
본 발명은 우수한 필러 분산성을 갖는 광투과성 필름, 그 제조방법 및 이를 포함하는 표시장치에 대한 것이다.
최근, 표시장치의 박형화, 경량화, 플렉서블화로 인하여, 커버 윈도우로 유리 대신 광투과성 필름을 사용하는 것이 검토되고 있다. 광투과성 필름이 표시장치의 커버 윈도우로 사용되기 위해서는, 광투과성 필름이 우수한 경도, 내마모성, 굴곡성 등의 특성을 가질 필요가 있다.
표시장치의 커버 윈도우용 광투과성 필름으로 투명 플라스틱 필름들이 연구되고 있다. 투명 플라스틱 필름들 중, 예를 들어, 경도가 높은 폴리이미드계 필름이 플렉서블 표시장치의 커버 윈도우용 소재로 연구되고 있다. 폴리이미드계 필름은 폴리이미드(PI)계 수지로 만들어진다. 폴리이미드(PI)계 수지는 불용성, 내화학성, 내열성, 내방사선성 및 저온특성 등을 가지고 있어, 자동차 재료, 항공소재, 우주선 소재, 절연코팅제, 절연막, 보호필름 등으로 사용되고 있다.
한편, 광투과성 필름이 목적하는 물성을 가지도록 하기 위하여, 광투과성 필름에 필러가 첨가되기도 한다. 필러는 광투과성 필름에 균일하게 분산되는 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명의 일 실시예는, 우수한 필러 분산성을 갖는 광투과성 필름의 제조법을 제공하고자 한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예는, 광투과성 매트릭스 내에 균일하게 분산되어 있는 필러를 포함하는, 광투과성 필름을 제공하고자 한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예는, U-SAXS 분석에 따른 Power law slope가 -3.6 내지 -3.2의 범위인, 광투과성 필름을 제공하고자 한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예는 필러가 균일하게 분산됨으로써, 우수한 광투과성, 낮은 헤이즈를 갖는 광투과성 필름을 제공하고자 한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예는 광투과성 매트릭스 내에서 필러가 균일하게 분산되어, 높은 영률(Young's modulus)을 갖는 광투과성 필름을 제공하고자 한다.
본 발명의 다른 일 실시예는, 0.35 이하의 평균 입자 산란 계수를 가지도록 폴리이미드계 매트릭스 내에 분산되어 있는 필러를 포함하여, 우수한 광학적 특성 및 기계적 특성을 갖는 폴리이미드계 필름을 제공하고자 한다.
본 발명의 또 다른 일 실시예는, 우수한 필러 분산성을 갖는 폴리이미드계 필름을 포함하는 표시장치를 제공하고자 한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예는, 광투과성 수지 분말을 제조하는 단계, 상기 광투과성 수지 분말의 제1 함량을 제1 용매에 용해시켜 광투과성 수지 용액을 제조하는 단계, 필러가 제2 용매에 분산되어 이루어진 필러 분산액을 준비하는 단계, 상기 필러 분산액과 상기 광투과성 수지 용액을 혼합하여 제1 혼합액을 제조하는 단계 및 상기 광투과성 수지 분말의 제2 함량을 상기 제1 혼합액에 첨가하고 용해시켜 제2 혼합액을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는, 광투과성 필름의 제조방법을 제공한다.
상기 광투과성 수지 분말의 제1 함량은, 상기 필러 중량의 0.5 내지 10%일 수 있다.
상기 광투과성 수지 분말의 제2 함량을 상기 제1 혼합액에 첨가하기 전, 상기 제1 혼합액에 제3 용매를 첨가하는 단계를 더 포함할 수 있다.
상기 제3 용매는 상기 제1 용매와 동일할 수 있다.
상기 광투과성 수지 분말의 제2 함량은 상기 제1 함량의 10 내지 200배일 수 있다.

본 발명의 다른 일 실시예는, 광투과성 매트릭스 및 상기 광투과성 매트릭스에 분산된 필러(filler)를 포함하며, 파수(wave number)에 대한 산란 강도가 대수(log)적으로 표시된 초소각 x-선 산란(Ultra-Small Angle X-ray Scattering, U-SAXS) 그래프의 0.01/Å 내지 0.1/Å의 파수(wave number) 범위에서, 상기 그래프의 기울기인 power law slope가 -3.6 내지 -3.2인, 광투과성 필름을 제공한다.
상기 필러는 실리카(SiO2)를 포함한다.
상기 실리카(SiO2)의 적어도 일부는 알콕시기를 갖는 유기 화합물기에 의하여 표면 처리된 것이다.
상기 필러의 평균 입경은 5 내지 50nm이다.
상기 필러의 함량은, 상기 광투과성 필름의 전체 중량에 대하여 5 내지 46 중량% 이다.
상기 필러 사이의 평균 최단 인접 거리는 23 내지 45nm이다.
상기 광투과성 필름은 3 이하의 황색도를 갖는다.
상기 광투과성 필름은 1% 이하의 헤이즈(haze)를 갖는다.
상기 광투과성 필름은 85% 이상의 광투과도를 갖는다.
상기 광투과성 필름은 4.5 GPa 이상의 "영률(Young's modulus)" 및 95 MPa 이상의 "2% 항복강도"를 갖는다.
상기 광투과성 매트릭스는 이미드 반복 단위를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 광투과성 매트릭스는 아마이드 반복 단위를 포함할 수 있다.

본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 우수한 필러 분산성을 갖는 광투과성 필름이 제조될 수 있다.
일반적으로, 광투과성 필름에 필러가 분산되어 있는 경우, 광투과성 필름의 헤이즈가 저하될 수 있지만, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 광투과성 필름에서 필러 분산성이 우수하여, 우수한 헤이즈 특성을 가지며, U-SAXS 분석을 통한 광투과성 필름의 Power law slope가 -3.6 내지 -3.2의 범위를 가질 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 광투과성 필름은 우수한 영률 및 우수한 항복강도를 가질 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 광투과성 필름은 우수한 광학적 특성 및 기계적 특성을 가져, 표시장치의 커버 윈도우로 사용되는 경우, 표시장치의 표시면을 효과적으로 보호할 수 있다.

따라서, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 광투과성 매트릭스(110)는 폴리이미드 수지를 포함할 수도 있고, 폴리아마이드-이미드 수지를 포함할 수도 있다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 이미드 반복 단위를 포함하는 수지를 폴리이미드계 수지라고 한다. 폴리이미드계 수지는 폴리이미드 수지 및 폴리아마이드-이미드 수지를 포함한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라, 광투과성 매트릭스(110)으로 사용되는 광투과성 수지는 우수한 기계적 특성 및 광학적 특성을 가질 수 있다.
광투과성 매트릭스(110)는, 광투과성 필름(100)이 표시패널을 보호하기 충분한 정도의 두께를 가질 수 있다. 예를 들어, 광투과성 매트릭스(110)은 10 내지 100㎛의 두께를 가질 수 있다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 광투과성 매트릭스(110)의 두께가 광투과성 필름(100)의 두께가 될 수 있다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 광투과성 필름(100)은 10 내지 100㎛의 두께를 가질 수 있다.
광투과성 매트릭스(110)는, 두께 10 내지 100㎛를 기준으로, UV 분광광도계로 측정된 가시광선 영역에서 85% 이상의 평균 광투과도, 5 이하의 황색도를 가질 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 광투과성 필름(100)은, 예를 들어, 광투과성 매트릭스(110)로 폴리이미드계 수지를 사용하는 폴리이미드계 필름을 포함한다. 폴리이미드계 필름은 폴리이미드 필름 및 폴리아마이드-이미드 필름을 포함한다.
필러(120)는 무기물일수도 있고 유기물일수도 있다. 필러(120)는 입자의 형상을 가질 수 있다. 필러(120)는 무기 입자, 유기 입자 및 유기-무기 복합 입자 중 적어도 하나를 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 예를 들어, 무기물 필러가 사용될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 필러(120)는 실리카(SiO2)를 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 무기물인 실리카(SiO2) 입자가 필러(120)로 사용될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 필러(120)로 사용되는 실리카(SiO2)의 적어도 일부는 표면 처리될 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로, 표면 처리된 실리카(SiO2) 입자가 필러(120)로 사용될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 필러(120)로 사용되는 실리카(SiO2)의 적어도 일부는 알콕시기를 갖는 유기 화합물기에 의하여 표면 처리될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 알킬알콕시실란 및 페닐알콕시실란 중 적어도 하나에 의하여 표면 처리된 실리카(SiO2) 입자가 필러(120)로 사용될 수 있다.
구체적으로, 메틸알콕시실란, 에틸알콕시실란 또는 페닐알콕시실란에 의하여 표면 처리된 실리카(SiO2) 입자가 필러(120)로 사용될 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로, 트리메톡시(메틸)실란[trimethoxy(methyl)silane], 페닐트리메톡시실란[phenyltrimethoxysilane]으로 표면 처리된 실리카(SiO2) 입자가 필러(120)로 사용될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 필러(120)는 하기 화학식 1 내지 화학식 6으로 표현되는 단위 구조를 가질 수 있다.

이하, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 광투과성 필름(100)의 제조방법을 설명한다. 설명의 편의를 위해, 광투과성 필름(100)이 폴리이미드계 필름인 실시예를 중심으로, 광투과성 필름(100)의 제조방법을 설명한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 광투과성 필름(100)은 용액 대 용액 혼합 및 용액 대 분말 혼합을 병행하는 하이브리드 혼합법에 의하여 제조될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 광투과성 필름(100)의 제조방법은, 광투과성 수지 분말을 제조하는 단계, 광투과성 수지 분말의 제1 함량을 제1 용매에 용해시켜 광투과성 수지 용액을 제조하는 단계, 필러가 제2 용매에 분산되어 이루어진 필러 분산액을 준비하는 단계, 필러 분산액과 광투과성 수지 용액을 혼합하여 제1 혼합액을 제조하는 단계, 및 제1 혼합액에 광투과성 수지 분말의 제2 함량을 첨가하고 용해시켜 제2 혼합액을 제조하는 단계를 포함한다.
광투과성 수지는 이미드 반복 단위를 포함할 수 있다. 또한, 광투과성 수지는 아마이드 반복 단위를 포함할 수도 있다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 광투과성 수지로, 예를 들어, 폴리이미드계 수지가 사용될 수 있다.
필러(120) 분산액은 제2 용매에 필러 입자를 첨가하고 교반하여 제조될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 광투과성 필름(100)의 제조방법은, 제2 혼합액을 캐스팅하는 단계를 더 포함할 수 있다.
캐스팅을 위해 캐스팅 기판이 사용된다. 캐스팅 기판의 종류에 특별한 제한이 있는 것은 아니다. 캐스팅 기판으로, 유리 기판, 스테인레스(SUS) 기판, 테프론 기판 등이 사용될 수 있다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 캐스팅 기판으로, 예를 들어, 유리 기판이 사용될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 광투과성 수지 분말은 적어도 2회에 걸쳐 나누어져 필러 분산액과 혼합된다.
구체적으로, 광투과성 수지 분말 중 제1 함량은 제1 용매에 용해되어 광투과성 수지 용액 형태로 필러 분산액과 혼합된다. 광투과성 수지 분말의 제1 함량은, 필러 중량의 0.5 내지 10%가 될 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로, 광투과성 수지 분말의 제1 함량은 필러(120)의 전체 중량의 1 내지 10% 범위가 될 수 있다.
또한, 광투과성 수지 분말 중 제2 함량은 분말 상태로 첨가된다. 구체적으로, 광투과성 수지 분말 중 제2 함량은, 필러 분산액과 광투과성 수지 용액이 혼합되어 이루어진 제1 혼합액에 분말 상태로 첨가될 수 있다.
광투과성 수지 분말의 제2 함량은, 광투과성 필름(100)의 제조에 사용되는 광투과성 수지 분말의 전체 함량 중 제1 함량을 제외한 함량이 될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 제2 함량은 제1 함량의 5배 이상이 될 수 있으며, 10배 이상이 될 수도 있고, 50배 이상이 될 수도 있다. 본 발명의 다른 일 실시예에 따르면, 광투과성 수지 분말의 제2 함량은 제1 함량의 100배 이상이 될 수도 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 광투과성 수지 분말의 제2 함량은 제1 함량의 10배 내지 200배가 될 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로, 광투과성 수지 분말의 제2 함량은 제1 함량의 60배 내지 200배가 될 수도 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시에에 따르면, 광투과성 수지 분말의 제2 함량을 제1 혼합액에 첨가하기 전, 제1 혼합액에 제3 용매를 첨가하는 단계를 더 포함할 수 있다. 제3 용매는 제1 용매와 동일할 수도 있고, 다를 수도 있다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 제3 용매로 제1 용매와 동일한 용매가 사용될 수 있다.
제1 용매로 DMAc(N,N-Dimethylacetamide)가 사용될 수 있다. 제2 용매로 DMAc(N,N-Dimethylacetamide) 또는 메틸에틸케톤(Methyl Ethyl Ketone, MEK)이 사용될 수 있다. 제3 용매로 DMAc(N,N-Dimethylacetamide)가 사용될 수 있다. 그러나, 본 발명의 일 실시예가 이에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 제1 용매, 제2 용매 및 제3 용매로, 공지된 다른 용매가 사용될 수도 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 먼저, 광투과성 수지 분말 중 일부(제1 함량)가 용매에 용해된 후, 필러 분산액과 혼합된다. 그에 따라, 필러의 분산성이 향상된다.
참고로, 필러가 분산되어 있는 필러 분산액에 직접 광투과성 수지 분말이 투입되는 경우, 분말의 표면에서 용매가 순간적으로 분말 안쪽으로 침투되며, 이 때 분말 표면 주위의 농도가 순간적으로 상승하게 되어 필러의 뭉침 현상이 발생될 수 있다.
반면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 용매를 포함하는 필러 분산액에, 광투과성 수지 분말이 용해되어 이루어진 광투과성 수지 용액을 먼저 첨가함으로써, 필러 사이에 분포된 광투과성 수지의 고분자 사슬이 필러 간의 뭉침을 방지할 수 있다. 그 후, 광투과성 수지 분말이 추가로 첨가되더라도(제2 함량 첨가), 필러 간의 뭉침은 발생되지 않는다. 그에 따라, 필러의 뭉침 현상이 방지되고, 필러의 분산성이 향상될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라 용액 대 용액 혼합 및 용액 대 분말 혼합을 병행하는 하이브리드 혼합법에 의하여, 균일하게 분산된 필러(120)를 포함하는 광투과성 필름(100)이 제조될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 필러(120)와 광투과성 수지의 자유도가 높은 상태로 유지될 수 있어, 분산이 용이한 환경이 만들어질 수 있다. 그에 따라, 높은 자유도 상태에서 필러(120)와 광투과성 수지가 결합될 수 있으며, 필러(120)가 광투과성 수지에 의하여 형성된 매트릭스(110)에 균일하게 분산되어 있는, 광투과성 필름(100)이 제조될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 필러(120)로 실리카 입자가 사용될 수 있다. 실리카 입자는, 예를 들어, 테트라에틸트리에톡시실란으로부터 제조될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 반응기에 에탄올과 테트라에틸트리에톡시실란(tetraethylthoxysilane, TEOS, Si(OC2H5)4)을 첨가하여 상온에서 교반하고, 여기에 NH4OH를 첨가한 후 교반하여 얻어진 반응물을 여과하고, 에탄올로 세척한 다음, 감압 하에 건조하여, 평균 입경이 20nm 정도인 실리카 입자[SiO2]를 제조할 수 있다.
필러(120) 분산액으로 실리카 분산액이 사용될 수 있다. 실리카 분산액은, 예를 들어, 반응기에 디메틸아세트아마이드(Dimethylacetamide, DMAc) 및 실리카 입자가 첨가되고, 교반되어 제조될 수 있다.
우수한 필러 분산성을 갖는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 광투과성 필름(100)은 우수한 기계적 특성 및 광학적 특성을 갖는다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 광투과성 필름(100)은, -3.6 내지 -3.2의 power law slope를 갖는다.
구체적으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 광투과성 필름(100)에 있어서, 파수(wave number)에 대한 산란 강도가 대수(log)적으로 표시된 초소각 x-선 산란(Ultra-Small Angle X-ray Scattering, U-SAXS) 그래프의 0.01/Å 내지 0.1/Å의 파수(wave number) 범위에서, 그래프의 기울기인 power law slope가 -3.6 내지 -3.2 이다.
초소각 x-선 산란(Ultra-Small Angle X-ray Scattering, U-SAXS) 그래프는, 초소각 X선 산란 측정에 의해 구해진다.
초소각 X선 산란(U-SAXS) 그래프는, X선을 필름에 입사하여, 필름에 포함된 입자에 의해 산란되는 산란 X선 중, 산란각 2θ가 5° 이하인 범위에서 산란 강도 I (intensity)의 파수 의존성을 나타내는 그래프이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 산란각 2θ는 샘플(sample)과 검출기(detector)의 이격 거리에 의하여 조정될 수 있다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 초소각 X선 산란 그래프는, X-선 회절 분석에 통상적으로 적용되는 각도 θ 대신, 파수 Q(단위: Å-1)에 대한 산란 강도(Intensity) I로 표시된다. 파수 Q는 2π/λ로부터 계산되며, λ는 X선의 파장을 나타낸다.
예를 들어, 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 0.001 내지 0.15/Å의 파수 범위에서 초소각 X선 산란 그래프가 얻어질 수 있다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 초소각 X선 산란 그래프에서, 파수 Q에 대한 산란 강도 I는 대수(log)적으로 표시된다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 파수(Q)에 대한 산란 강도(I)가 대수(log)적으로 표시된, 초소각 x-선 산란 그래프의 0.01/Å 내지 0.1/Å의 파수 범위에서 그래프의 기울기가 측정되며, 이와 같이 측정된 기울기가 power law slope가 된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예 따른 광투과성 필름(100)에 있어서, power law slope는 -3.6 내지 -3.2 이다.
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 광투과성 필름(100)에 대한 초소각 x-선 산란(U-SAX) 그래프다. 도 2를 참조하면, 초소각 x-선 산란(U-SAXS) 그래프에서, 파수(wave number) Q에 대한 산란 강도 I가 대수(log)적으로 표시된다. 도 2를 참조하면, 0.01/Å 내지 0.1/Å의 파수(wave number) 범위에서, 초소각 x-선 산란(U-SAXS) 그래프의 기울기인 power law slope는 -3.4이다.
이하, 0.01/Å 내지 0.1/Å의 파수(wave number) 범위에서 초소각 x-선 산란(U-SAXS) 그래프의 기울기를 간단히 "power law slope"라고도 한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 포항가속기연구소(대한민국)의 9A U-SAXS 빔라인을 이용하여, 다음의 조건으로 초소각 x-선 산란(U-SAXS)이 실시되어, 초소각 x-선 산란(U-SAXS) 그래프 및 그래프의 기울기가 얻어진다.

구체적으로, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 광투과성 필름(100)의 샘플은 포항 가속기 연구소(대한민국 포항 소재)의 방사광 가속기 시설(Pohang Light Source)에서 측정될 수 있다. 포항 가속기 연구소(대한민국 포항 소재)의 방사광 가속기는 방사광 광원 및 검출기(detector)를 포함하며, 샘플은 방사광 광원 및 검출기(detector) 사이의 광경로 상에 배치된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 투과(transmission) 모드(T-SAXS)에서 샘플에 대한 측정이 이루어진다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 피크 보정을 위해, 필러(120)를 포함하지 않는, 광투과성 매트릭스(110)로만 이루어진 필름이 대조군(Reference)으로 사용된다. 대조군에 의해 광투과성 필름(100) 샘플의 측정 피크가 보정될 수 있다.
샘플과 검출기의 이격 거리에 의하여 산란각 2θ의 크기가 정해질 수 있다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 포항 가속기 연구소(대한민국 포항 소재)의 방사광 가속기 내에, 샘플과 검출기(detector)의 이격 거리가 6.5m가 되도록 샘플을 배치함으로써, 초소각(ultra-small angle)이 실현되도록 할 수 있다.
광학적 특성과 관련하여, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 광투과성 필름(100)은 3 이하의 황색도를 가질 수 있고, 1% 이하의 헤이즈(haze)를 가질 수 있고, 85% 이상의 광투과도를 가질 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 광투과성 필름(100)은 우수한 기계적 특성을 가질 수 있는데, 4.5 GPa 이상의 영률(Young's modulus)을 가질 수 있으며, 95 MPa 이상의 "2% 항복강도"를 가질 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 광투과성 필름(100)이 우수한 광학적 특성 및 기계적 특성을 가지도록 하기 위하여, 입자 크기 필러(120)의 함량, 및 입자 간격이 조정될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 필러(120)는 5 내지 50nm의 평균 입경을 가질 수 있다. 필러(120)의 평균 입경이 5nm 미만이면, 필러(120)의 분산성이 저하되어, 필러(120)들이 군집(aggregate)될 수 있다. 반면, 필러(120)의 평균 입경이 50nm를 초과하면, 필러(120)를 포함하는 광투과성 필름(100)의 광학 특성이 저하될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 평균 입경이 50nm를 초과하는 필러(120)가 과량으로 포함되는 경우, 광투과성 필름(100)의 헤이즈가 증가될 수 있다.
또한, 필러(120)의 평균 입경이 5nm 미만이면, 필러(120)의 군집(aggregate)에 의해, 필러(120)의 군집이 발생된 부분에서 광투과성 필름(100)의 기계적 강도가 저하되어, 광투과성 필름(100)의 영률(Young's modulus) 및 2% 항복강도가 저하될 수 있다. 필러(120)의 평균 입경이 50nm를 초과하면, 광투과성 필름(100)의 항복강도가 95 MPa 미만이 되어, 기계적 강도가 저하될 수 있다.
또한, 필러(120)의 평균 입경이 5nm 미만인 경우 필러(120)의 분산성이 저하될 수 있고, 필러(120)의 평균 입경이 50nm를 초과하는 경우 필러(120) 사이의 간격이 충분히 확보되지 않아, 초소각 x-선 산란(U-SAXS) 그래프의 0.01/Å 내지 0.1/Å의 파수 범위에서, power law slope가 -3.6 미만이 되거나 또는 -3.2를 초과할 수 있다.
본 발명의 다른 일 실시예에 따르면, 필러(120)는 10 내지 20nm의 평균 입경을 가질 수 있으며, 또는, 10 내지 15nm의 평균 입경을 가질 수도 있다.
광투과성 필름(100)이 나노미터 단위의 입경을 갖는 필러(120)를 포함하는 경우, 필러(120)에 의한 광 산란에 의하여 광투과성 필름(100)의 광학 특성이 향상될 수 있다. 또한, 광투과성 필름(100)이 필러(120)를 포함하는 경우, 광투과성 필름(100)의 기계적 특성이 향상될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 필러(120)의 함량은 광투과성 필름(100)의 전체 중량에 대하여 5 내지 50 중량% 범위일 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로, power law slope가 -3.6 내지 -3.2의 범위가 되도록 하기 위한 실시예에서, 필러(120)의 함량은 광투과성 필름(100)의 전체 중량에 대하여 5 내지 46 중량% 범위일 수 있다.
필러(120)의 함량이 광투과성 필름(100)의 전체 중량에 대하여 5 중량% 미만인 경우, 필러(120)에 의한 광 산란 효과가 미미하여, 광투과성 필름(100)의 광투과도 개선 효과가 거의 나타나지 않을 수 있다. 또한, 필러(120)의 함량이 광투과성 필름(100)의 전체 중량에 대하여 5 중량% 미만인 경우, 광투과성 필름(100)의 영률(Young's modulus) 및 2% 항복강도 개선 효과가 미미할 수 있다.
반면, 필러(120)의 함량이 광투과성 필름(100)의 전체 중량에 대하여 50 중량%를 초과하는 경우, 필러(120)의 분산성이 저하되어, 광투과성 필름(100)의 헤이즈(Haze)가 저하될 수 있고, 과량의 필러(120)가 광을 차단하여 광투과성 필름(100)의 광투과도가 저하될 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로, 필러(120)의 함량이 광투과성 필름(100)의 전체 중량에 대하여 46 중량%를 초과하는 경우, 광투과성 필름(100)의 power law slope가 -3.6 내지 -3.2의 범위를 벗어날 수 있으며, 광투과성 필름(100)의 헤이즈(Haze)가 저하될 수 있고, 광투과성 필름(100)의 광투과도가 저하될 수도 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 필러(120)들 사이의 평균 최단 인접 거리는 23 내지 45nm이다. 보다 구체적으로, 가장 인접한 두 개의 필러(120) 사이의 평균 거리는 23 내지 45nm일 수 있다.
필러(120)들 사이의 평균 최단 인접 거리가 23nm 미만인 경우, 파수(wave number)에 대한 산란 강도가 대수(log)적으로 표시된 초소각 x-선 산란(U-SAXS) 그래프의 0.01/Å 내지 0.1/Å의 파수 범위에서, power law slope가 -3.6 미만이 되거나 -3.2를 초과하며, 광투과성 필름(100)의 헤이즈(Haze)가 저하된다.
반면, 필러(120)들 사이의 평균 최단 인접 거리가 45nm를 초과하는 경우, 필러(120)에 의한 광 산란 효과가 미미하여, 광투과성 필름(100)의 광투과도 개선 효과가 거의 나타나지 않을 수 있다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 광투과성 필름(100)에서 필러(120)의 분산 상태를 설명하는 개략도이다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 광투과성 필름(100)에 대한 투과 전자 현미경(Transmision Electron Microscope, TEM) 사진을 이용하여, 필러(120)의 입자 크기 및 필러(120)들 사이의 거리를 측정 또는 계산할 수 있다.
도 3을 참조하면, 필러(120)들 중 일부는 서로 이격되어 분산되어 있는 반면, 일부는 군집(aggregation)을 형성하고 있다. 도 3에서 "Group A"는 군집을 이루고 있는 필러(120)를 나타낸다. 도 3의"Group A"와 같은 군집을 이루고 있는 필러(120)들 사이의 최단 거리는 20nm가 되지 못한다. 반면, "Group A"의 필러(120)들과는 달리, 군집되지 않고 분산되어 있는 필러(120)들(Group A 이외의 부분) 사이의 최단 거리는 20nm 이상이다. 도 3의 "Group A"와 같은 군집을 이루고 있는 필러(120)의 수가 적을수록 광투과성 필름(100) 내에서 필러(120)가 균일하게 분산되어 있는 것이라고 할 수 있다.
도 3의 "Group A"와 같은 군집을 이루고 있는 필러(120)의 양이 적은 경우, 파수(wave number)에 대한 산란 강도가 대수(log)적으로 표시된 초소각 x-선 산란(U-SAXS) 그래프의 0.01/Å 내지 0.1/Å의 파수 범위에서, 그래프의 기울기인 power law slope가 -3.6 내지 -3.2의 범위가 되어, 광투과성 필름(100)이 낮은 헤이즈(Haze)를 가질 수 있다.
일반적으로, 필러(120)가 포함되는 경우, 필러(120)가 충분히 균일하게 분산되지 못하면, 광투과성 필름(120)의 광투과도가 저하되고 헤이즈가 증가하는 등, 광투과성 필름(120)의 광학적 특성이 저하될 수 있다. 그러나, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 초소각 x-선 산란(U-SAXS) 그래프의 0.01/Å 내지 0.1/Å의 파수 범위에서, 광투과성 필름(120)의 Power law slope가 -3.6 내지 -3.2가 되도록 함으로써, 광투과성 필름(120)의 헤이즈 증가를 방지할 수 있고, 광투과도 저하를 방지할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 파수(wave number)에 대한 산란 강도가 대수(log)적으로 표시된 초소각 x-선 산란(U-SAXS) 그래프의 0.01/Å 내지 0.1/Å의 파수 범위에서, 광투과성 필름(100)의 Power law slope가 -3.6 내지 -3.2가 되어, 광투과성 필름(100)은 85% 이상, 또는 89% 이상, 또는 90% 이상, 또는 91% 이상의 광투과도를 가질 수 있고, 3.0 이하, 또는 1.0 이하의 황색도를 가질 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 광투과성 필름(100)의 Power law slope가 -3.6 내지 -3.2가 되도록 함으로써, 광투과성 필름(100)은 3 이하의 황색도를 가질 수도 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 광투과성 필름(100)은 1% 이하의 헤이즈(haze)를 가질 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 광투과성 필름(100)이, 초소각 x-선 산란(U-SAXS) 그래프의 0.01/Å 내지 0.1/Å의 파수 범위에서 -3.6 내지 -3.2의 power law slope를 가져, 4.5GPa 이상의 영률(Young's modulus) 및 95 MPa 이상의 2% 항복강도를 가질 수 있다.
본 발명의 다른 일 실시예에 따르면, 광투과성 매트릭스(110)에 분산된 필러(120)는 0.35 이하의 평균 입자 산란 계수(XA)를 가질 수 있다.
필러(120)의 평균 입자 산란 계수(XA)는 하기 식 1로 계산된다.

본 발명의 다른 일 실시예에 따르면, 필러(120)의 입경(particle diameter)이 필러(120)의 입자 크기가 된다. 본 발명의 다른 일 실시예에 있어서, D는 투과전자현미경(TEM)에 의하여 계산된 필러(120)의 평균 입경과 동일하다. 보다 구체적으로, 식 2의 입자크기 "D"는 투과전자현미경(TEM)에 의해 촬영된 이미지로부터 계산된 필러(120)의 평균 입경이다.
본 발명의 다른 일 실시예에 따르면, 식 2에 적용된 필러(120)의 입자 크기 D는 광투과성 필름(100)의 제조에서 사용된 필러(120)의 실제 입자 크기와 다를 수 있다. 예를 들어, 광투과성 매트릭스(110) 내에서 2개 이상의 필러(120)가 뭉쳐 있거나 투과전자현미경(TEM)의 관측 방향을 따라 서로 중첩되어 있는 경우, 투과전자현미경(TEM)에 의한 촬영 이미지에는 서로 뭉쳐 있거나 중첩된 2개 이상의 필러(120)가 덩어리 상태의 하나의 입자로 표시될 수 있다. 그 결과, 필러(120)의 실제 입자 크기와 투과전자현미경(TEM)에 의하여 촬영된 이미지로부터 계산된 필러(120)의 평균 입경 D가 서로 다를 수 있다.
본 발명의 다른 일 실시예에 따르면, 필러(120)의 평균 입자 산란 계수를 계산하는 과정에서, 필러(120)의 입자 크기는 투과전자현미경(TEM)에 의하여 촬영된 이미지로부터 계산된다. 예를 들어, 필러(120)의 입자 크기는 다음과 같은 방법으로 구해질 수 있다.

<계산 방법>
이미지 분석 프로그램으로 ImageJ를 사용하여 아래와 같이 분석한다.
1) Image의 type에서 8bit로 전환한다.
2) Process에서 "Find maxima"를 통해 Noise: 100, Output type은 Maxima within tolerance로 하고, exclude edge maxima, light background로 전환한다.
3) Process의 Binary에서 Fill holes를 실시한다.
4) Process의 binary에서 watershed를 실시한다.
5) Rectangle로 drag하여 Area를 2250000~2500000로 설정한다. (Scale bar가 있는 부분 제외)
6) Analyze의 analyze particles을 실시한다.
size(pixel2): 200-infinity, Circularity: 0.0~1.0
각각의 입자별 area를 합하고, 그 값을 입자의 개수로 나누어 "평균 입자 area"를 구한다. "평균 입자 area"는, 투과전자현미경(TEM) 촬영 이미지에서, 각각의 필러가 차지하고 있는 픽셀 개수의 평균에 대응된다.
7) 투과전자현미경(TEM)에서 얻어진 이미지에서 scale bar를 straight segment로 Measure하여 "pixel당 길이(nm)"를 구한다. 픽셀당 길이는 nm로 표현될 수 있다(nm/pixel). "pixel당 길이(nm)"는 투과전자현미경(TEM) 촬영 이미지를 구성하는 정사각형 픽셀의 한 변의 실제 길이에 대응된다. 따라서, 픽셀 하나의 실제 면적은 [pixel당 길이(nm)]2이라고 할 수 있다.
8)"6)"에서 얻어진 평균 입자 area(면적, pixel)를, "7)"의 pixel당 길이를 이용하여, 미터법 단위(metric unit or SI unit)의 면적으로 환산하여 평균 입경을 구한다.
투과전자현미경(TEM)에서 얻어진 이미지에서, 하나의 필러가 차지하는 픽셀 개수의 평균 값이 "평균 입자 area"이고, 정사각형 픽셀 하나의 실제 면적은 (pixel당 길이)2이므로, 투과전자현미경(TEM)에서 얻어진 이미지로부터 계산되는 필러의 면적은 "(평균 입자 area) x (pixel당 길이)2"이 된다. 본 발명의 다른 일 실시예에 따라, 필러(120)가 구형이라고 할 때, 필러(120)의 2차원 면적은 "πr2 = π(평균입경/2)2"라고 할 수 있다.
따라서, 필러(120)의 평균 입경은 하기 식 3에 의하여 구해질 수 있다.

투과전자현미경(TEM) 및 ImageJ를 사용하여 계산된 필러(120)의 평균 입경이 필러(120)의 입자 크기 D로 사용될 수 있다.
이와 같이 얻어진 필러(120)의 입자 크기 D를 이용하여, 식 1 및 식 2에 따라 계산함으로써 필러(120)의 평균 입자 산란 계수가 계산된다.
본 발명의 다른 일 실시예에 따라, 광투과성 매트릭스(110)에 분산된 필러(120)가 0.35 이하의 평균 입자 산란 계수(XA)를 갖는 경우, 필러(120)가 균일하게 분산되어 광투과성 필름(100)이 우수한 광학적 특성을 가질 수 있다. 또한, 필러(120)가 0.35 이하의 평균 입자 산란 계수(XA)로 광투과성 매트릭스(110)에 분산된 경우, 광투과성 필름(100)의 기계적 특성 향상 효과가 극대화될 수 있다.
필러(120)의 평균 입자 산란 계수(XA)가 0.35을 초과하는 경우, 가시광 영역에서 산란을 일으켜 광투과성 필름(100)의 광투과율의 저하될 수 있다. 그 결과, 광투과성 필름(100)의 광학 물성이 저하되는 문제점이 발생될 수 있다.
보다 구체적으로, 본 발명의 다른 일 실시예에 따르면, 필러(120)는 0.1 이상의 평균 입자 산란 계수를 가질 수 있다. 필러(120)의 평균 입자 산란 계수가 0.1 이상인 경우, 가시광 영역에서 산란이 작고, 필러(120)에 의한 광투과성 필름(100)의 광투과율 감소가 억제될 수 있다. 또한, 필러(120)의 평균 입자 산란 계수가 0.1 이상 0.35 이하면서, 필러(120) 자체의 굴절율이 작은 경우, 필러(120) 자체의 굴절율이 광투과성 매트릭스(110)에 반영되어, 광투과성 필름(100)의 반사율 감소에 의한 광투과율 개선 효과가 생길 수 있고, 레일리 산란 효과에 의하여 광투과성 필름(100)의 황색도가 낮아지는 장점이 있다.
본 발명의 다른 일 실시예에 따르면, 필러(120)는 0.07 내지 0.35의 평균 입자 산란 계수를 가질 수 있다.
본 발명의 다른 일 실시예에 따르면, 필러(120)는 0.17 내지 2.0의 평균 입자 산란 계수를 가질 수 있다.
본 발명의 다른 일 실시예에 따르면, 필러(120)의 크기나 함량에 특별한 제한이 있는 것은 아니다. 본 발명의 다른 일 실시예에 따르면, 광투과성 필름(100)이 광학적 특성 및 기계적 특성을 고려하여 필러(120)의 크기 및 함량이 조정될 수 있다.
본 발명의 다른 일 실시예에 따르면, 필러(120)는 5 내지 50nm의 평균 입경을 가질 수 있다.
필러(120)의 평균 입경이 5nm 미만이면, 동일 함량 대비 입자의 개수가 크게 증가하여 상대적인 표면적 증가로 인해 필러(120)의 분산성이 저하되어, 필러(120)들이 군집(aggregate)될 수 있다. 반면, 필러(120)의 평균 입경이 50nm를 초과하면, 필러(120)를 포함하는 광투과성 필름(100)의 광학 특성이 저하될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 평균 입경이 50nm를 초과하는 필러(120)가 과량으로 포함되는 경우, 광투과성 필름(100)의 광투과도가 감소되고 헤이즈가 증가될 수 있다.
또한, 필러(120)의 평균 입경이 5nm 미만이면, 필러(120)의 군집(aggregate)에 의해, 필러(120)의 군집이 발생된 부분에서 광투과성 필름(100)의 기계적 강도가 저하될 수 있다. 그 결과, 광투과성 필름(100)의 모듈러스(modulus)가 저하될 수 있고 그에 따라, 기계적 강도가 저하될 수 있다.
본 발명의 다른 일 실시예에 따르면, 필러(120)가 첨가되는 경우, 필러(120)에 의해 적절한 광 산란이 발생하여 광투과성 필름(100)의 광학 특성이 향상될 수 있다. 광산란 효과 증진 위하여, 광투과성 필름(100)에 포함된 필러(120)의 함량이 조정될 수 있다.
본 발명의 다른 일 실시예에 따르면, 필러(120)의 함량은 광투과성 필름(100)의 전체 중량에 대하여 5 내지 50 중량% 범위일 수 있다. 보다 구체적로, 광투과성 필름(100)의 전체 중량에 대한 필러(120)의 함량은 5 내지 40 중량%로 조정될 수 있다.
필러(120)의 함량이 광투과성 필름(100)의 전체 중량에 대하여 5 중량% 미만인 경우, 필러(120)에 의한 광 산란 효과가 미미하여 광투과성 필름(100)의 광투과도 개선 효과가 거의 나타나지 않을 수 있고, 광투과성 필름(100)의 모듈러스(modulus) 개선 효과가 미미할 수 있다.
반면, 필러(120)의 함량이 광투과성 필름(100)의 전체 중량에 대하여 50 중량%를 초과하는 경우, 필러(120)의 분산성이 저하되어, 광투과성 필름(100)의 헤이즈(Haze)가 저하될 수 있고, 과량의 필러(120)에 의한 필러(12) 뭉침이 발생되며, 이와 같이 뭉쳐진 필러(120)가 광을 차단하여 광투과성 필름(100)의 광투과도가 저하될 수 있다.
본 발명의 다른 일 실시예에 따르면, 필러(120)의 함량 및 입자크기를 조정하고 분산 방법을 개량하여, 광투과성 매트릭스(110)에 분산된 필러(120)의 평균 입자 산란 계수가 0.35 이하가 되도록 함으로써, 광투과성 필름(120)의 헤이즈 증가가 방지될 수 있고, 광투과도 저하가 방지될 수 있다.
본 발명의 다른 일 실시예에 따르면, 광투과성 필름(100)은 3 이하의 황색도를 가질 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로, 본 발명의 다른 일 실시예에 따른 광투과성 필름(100)은 2.0 이하의 황색도를 가질 수 있고, 또는 1.0 이하의 황색도를 가질 수도 있다.
본 발명의 다른 일 실시예에 따르면, 광투과성 필름(100)은 1% 이하의 헤이즈(haze)를 가질 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로, 본 발명의 다른 일 실시예에 따른 광투과성 필름(100)은 0.9% 이하의 헤이즈(haze)를 가질 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 다른 일 실시예에 따르면, 광투과성 필름(100)은 88% 이상의 광투과도를 가질 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로, 본 발명의 다른 일 실시예에 따른 광투과성 필름(100)은 89% 이상, 90% 이상, 또는 91% 이상의 광투과도를 가질 수 있다.
본 발명의 다른 일 실시예에 따르면, 광투과성 매트릭스(110)에 분산된 필러(120)의 평균 입자 산란 계수가 0.35 이하가 되도록 함으로써, 광투과성 필름(100)이 5.0 GPa 이상의 모듈러스(modulus)를 가질 수 있다.
도 4는 본 발명의 다른 일 실시예에 따른 표시장치(200)의 일부에 대한 단면도이고, 도 5는 도 4의 "P" 부분에 대한 확대 단면도이다.
도 4를 참조하면, 본 발명의 다른 일 실시예에 따른 표시장치(200)는 표시패널(501) 및 표시패널(501) 상의 광투과성 필름(100)을 포함한다.
도 4 및 도 5를 참조하면, 표시패널(501)은 기판(510), 기판(510) 상의 박막 트랜지스터(TFT) 및 박막 트랜지스터(TFT)와 연결된 유기 발광 소자(570)를 포함한다. 유기 발광 소자(570)는 제1 전극(571), 제1 전극(571) 상의 유기 발광층(572) 및 유기 발광층(572) 상의 제2 전극(573)을 포함한다. 도 4 및 도 5에 개시된 표시장치(200)은 유기발광 표시장치이다.
기판(510)은 유리 또는 플라스틱으로 만들어질 수 있다. 구체적으로, 기판(510)은 광투과성 수지 또는 광투과성 필름과 같은 플라스틱으로 만들어질 수 있다. 도시되지 않았지만, 기판(510) 상에 버퍼층이 배치될 수 있다.
박막 트랜지스터(TFT)는 기판(510) 상에 배치된다. 박막 트랜지스터(TFT)는 반도체층(520), 반도체층(520)과 절연되어 반도체층(520)의 적어도 일부와 중첩하는 게이트 전극(530), 반도체층(520)과 연결된 소스 전극(541) 및 소스 전극(541)과 이격되어 반도체층(520)과 연결된 드레인 전극(542)을 포함한다.
도 5를 참조하면, 게이트 전극(530)과 반도체층(520) 사이에 게이트 절연막(535)이 배치된다. 게이트 전극(530) 상에 층간 절연막(551)이 배치되고, 층간 절연막(551) 상에 소스 전극(541) 및 소스 전극(541)이 배치될 수 있다.
평탄화막(552)은 박막 트랜지스터(TFT) 상에 배치되어 박막 트랜지스터(TFT)의 상부를 평탄화시킨다.
제1 전극(571)은 평탄화막(552) 상에 배치된다. 제1 전극(571)은 평탄화막(552)에 구비된 콘택홀을 통해 박막 트랜지스터(TFT)와 연결된다.
뱅크층(580)은 제1 전극(571)의 일부 및 평탄화막(552) 상에 배치되어 화소 영역 또는 발광 영역을 정의한다. 예를 들어, 뱅크층(580)이 복수의 화소들 사이의 경계 영역에 매트릭스 구조로 배치됨으로써, 뱅크층(580)에 의해 화소 영역이 정의될 수 있다.
유기 발광층(572)은 제1 전극(571) 상에 배치된다. 유기 발광층(572)은 뱅크층(580) 상에도 배치될 수 있다. 유기 발광층(572)은 하나의 발광층을 포함할 수도 있고, 상하로 적층된 2개의 발광층을 포함할 수도 있다. 이러한 유기 발광층(572)에서는 적색, 녹색 및 청색 중 어느 하나의 색을 갖는 광이 방출될 수 있으며, 백색(White) 광이 방출될 수도 있다.
제2 전극(573)은 유기 발광층(572) 상에 배치된다.
제1 전극(571), 유기 발광층(572) 및 제2 전극(573)이 적층되어 유기 발광 소자(270)가 이루어질 수 있다.
도시되지 않았지만, 유기 발광층(572)이 백색(White) 광을 발광하는 경우, 개별 화소는 유기 발광층(572)에서 방출되는 백색(White) 광을 파장 별로 필터링하기 위한 컬러 필터를 포함할 수 있다. 컬러 필터는 광의 이동경로 상에 형성된다.
제2 전극(573) 상에 박막 봉지층(590)이 배치될 수 있다. 박막 봉지층(590)은 적어도 하나의 유기막 및 적어도 하나의 무기막을 포함할 수 있으며, 적어도 하나의 유기막 및 적어도 하나의 무기막이 교호적으로 배치될 수 있다.
이상 설명된 적층 구조를 갖는 표시패널(501) 상에 광투과성 필름(100)이 배치된다. 광투과성 필름(100)은 광투과성 매트릭스(110) 및 광투과성 매트릭스(110)에 분산된 필러(120)를 포함한다.
이하, 제조예 및 실시예를 참조하여 본 발명을 보다 구체적으로 설명한다. 그러나, 이하 설명되는 제조예나 실시예에 의하여 본 발명이 한정되는 것은 아니다.
<제조예 1: 광투과성 중합체 고형분 제조>
교반기, 질소주입장치, 적하깔때기, 온도조절기 및 냉각기를 부착한 1L 반응기에 질소를 통과시키면서, DMAc(N,N-Dimethylacetamide) 776.655g을 채운 후, 반응기의 온도를 25℃로 맞춘 후, TFDB 54.439g(0.17mol)을 용해하여 이 용액을 25℃로 유지하였다. 여기에 BPDA 15.005g(0.051mol)을 첨가하고 3시간 동안 교반하여 BPDA를 완전히 용해시킨 후, 6FDA 22.657g(0.051mol)을 첨가하여 완전히 용해시켰다. 반응기 온도를 10℃로 내린 후 TPC 13.805g(0.068mol)을 첨가한 후 25℃에서 12시간 반응하여 고형분의 농도가 12중량%인 중합체 용액을 얻었다.
얻어진 중합체 용액에 피리딘 17.75g, 아세틱 안하이드라이드 22.92g을 투입하여 30분 교반 후, 다시 70℃에서 1시간 교반하여 상온으로 식히고, 얻어진 중합체 용액에 메탄올 20L를 첨가하여 고형분을 침전시키고, 침전된 고형분을 여과하고 분쇄한 후, 다시 메탄올 2L로 세정한 후, 100℃에서 진공으로 6시간 건조하여 분말 상태의 광투과성 중합체 고형분을 얻었다. 여기서 제조된 광투과성 중합체 고형분은 폴리이미드계 수지의 고형분이다. 보다 구체적으로, 제조예 1에서 제조된 광투과성 중합체 고형분은 폴리아마이드-이미드 중합체 고형분의 분말로, 광투과성 수지 분말에 해당된다.
<실시예 1-1>
1L 반응기에 31.88g의 DMAc(제1 용매)를 채운 후, 반응기의 온도를 10℃로 유지한 채 일정시간 교반하였다. 이후, 제조예 1에서 제조된 고형분 분말의 폴리아마이드-이미드(광투과성 수지 분말) 0.32g(제1 함량)을 투입한 후, 1시간 교반 후 25℃로 승온시켜서 액상의 광투과성 수지 용액을 제조하였다.
DMAc(N,N-디메틸아세트아마이드) 용액(제2 용매)에 평균 입경 10 내지 15nm인 실리카 입자가 20중량%의 함량으로 분산되어 이루어진 실리카 분산액 1A(DMAC-ST, Nissan Chemical Industries) 32.20g을 다른 1L 반응기에 채운 후, 반응기의 온도를 25℃로 유지한 채, 상기 제조된 액상의 광투과성 수지 용액을 실린더 펌프를 이용하여 1시간 동안 천천히 투입시켜, 실리카 분산액과 광투과성 수지 용액이 혼합된 제1 혼합액을 제조하였다.
제1 혼합액에 제3 용매인 DMAc 377.96g을 첨가하여 교반하고, 제조예 1에서 제조된 고형분 분말의 폴리아마이드-이미드(광투과성 수지 분말) 64.08g(제2 함량)을 첨가하고 교반하여, 제2 혼합액을 제조하였다. 제2 혼합액은 실리카 입자가 분산된 광투과성 수지 용액이다.
얻어진 제2 혼합액을 캐스팅하였다. 캐스팅을 위해 캐스팅 기판이 사용된다. 캐스팅 기판의 종류에 특별한 제한이 있는 것은 아니다. 캐스팅 기판으로, 유리 기판, 스테인레스(SUS) 기판, 테프론 기판 등이 사용될 수 있다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에서, 캐스팅 기판으로, 예를 들어 유기 기판이 사용될 수 있다.
구체적으로, 얻어진 제2 혼합액을 유리 기판에 도포하여 캐스팅하고, 130℃의 열풍으로 30분 건조하여 필름을 제조한 후, 제조된 필름을 유리 기판에서 박리하여 프레임에 핀으로 고정하였다.
필름이 고정된 프레임을 진공오븐에 넣고 100℃부터 280℃까지 2시간 동안 천천히 가열한 후, 서서히 냉각해 프레임으로부터 분리하여 광투과성 필름을 수득하였다. 다시 광투과성 필름을 250℃에서 5분 동안 열처리하였다.
그 결과, 광투과성 매트릭스(110) 및 광투과성 매트릭스에 분산된 실리카계 필러(120)를 포함하는, 80㎛ 두께의 광투과성 필름(100)이 완성되었다. 여기서, 광투과성 매트릭스(110)는 폴리이미드계 수지에 의하여 형성되며, 필름 형상을 갖는다.
<실시예 1-2>
1L 반응기에 70.51g의 DMAc(제1 용매)를 채운 후, 반응기의 온도를 10℃로 유지한 채 일정시간 교반하였다. 이후, 제조예 1에서 제조된 고형분 분말의 폴리아마이드-이미드(광투과성 수지 분말) 0.71g(제1 함량)을 투입한 후, 1시간 교반 후 25℃로 승온시켜서 액상의 광투과성 수지 용액을 제조하였다.
실리카 분산액 1A(DMAC-ST, Nissan Chemical Industries) 118.7g을 다른 1L 반응기에 채운 후, 반응기의 온도를 25℃로 유지한 채, 상기 제조된 액상의 광투과성 수지 용액을 실린더 펌프를 이용하여 1시간 동안 천천히 투입시켜, 실리카 분산액과 광투과성 수지 용액이 혼합된 제1 혼합액을 제조하였다.
제1 혼합액에 제3 용매인 DMAc 144.29g을 첨가하여 교반하고, 제조예 1에서 제조된 고형분 분말의 폴리아마이드-이미드(광투과성 수지 분말) 74.34g(제2 함량)을 첨가하고 교반하여, 제2 혼합액을 제조하였다. 제2 혼합액은 실리카 입자가 분산된 광투과성 수지 용액이다.
얻어진 제2 혼합액을 유리 기판에 도포하여 캐스팅하고, 130℃의 열풍으로 30분 건조하여 필름을 제조한 후, 제조된 필름을 유리 기판에서 박리하여 프레임에 핀으로 고정하였다.
필름이 고정된 프레임을 진공오븐에 넣고 100℃부터 280℃까지 2시간 동안 천천히 가열한 후, 서서히 냉각해 프레임으로부터 분리하여 광투과성 필름을 수득하였다. 다시 광투과성 필름을 250℃에서 5분 동안 열처리하였다.
그 결과, 광투과성 매트릭스(110) 및 광투과성 매트릭스에 분산된 실리카계 필러(120)를 포함하는, 80㎛ 두께의 광투과성 필름(100)이 완성되었다.
<실시예 1-3>
1L 반응기에 78.53g의 DMAc(제1 용매)를 채운 후, 반응기의 온도를 10℃로 유지한 채 일정시간 교반하였다. 이후, 제조예 1에서 제조된 고형분 분말의 폴리아마이드-이미드(광투과성 수지 분말) 0.79g(제1 함량)을 투입한 후, 1시간 교반 후 25℃로 승온시켜서 액상의 광투과성 수지 용액을 제조하였다.
메틸에틸케톤(Methyl Ethyl Ketone, MEK) 용액(제2 용매)에 평균 입경 10 내지 15nm인 실리카 입자가 40 중량%의 함량으로 분산되어 이루어진 실리카 분산액 1B(MEK-ST-40, Nissan Chemical Industries) 39.66g을 다른 1L 반응기에 채운 후, 반응기의 온도를 25℃로 유지한 채, 상기 제조된 액상의 광투과성 수지 용액을 실린더 펌프를 이용하여 1시간 동안 천천히 투입시켜, 실리카 분산액과 광투과성 수지 용액이 혼합된 제1 혼합액을 제조하였다.
제1 혼합액에 제3 용매인 DMAc 244.79g을 첨가하여 교반하고, 제조예 1에서 제조된 고형분 분말의 폴리아마이드-이미드(광투과성 수지 분말) 52.09g(제2 함량)을 첨가하고 교반하여, 제2 혼합액을 제조하였다. 제2 혼합액은 실리카 입자가 분산된 광투과성 수지 용액이다.
얻어진 제2 혼합액을 유리 기판에 도포하여 캐스팅하고, 130℃의 열풍으로 30분 건조하여 필름을 제조한 후, 제조된 필름을 유리 기판에서 박리하여 프레임에 핀으로 고정하였다.
필름이 고정된 프레임을 진공오븐에 넣고 100℃부터 280℃까지 2시간 동안 천천히 가열한 후, 서서히 냉각해 프레임으로부터 분리하여 광투과성 필름을 수득하였다. 다시 광투과성 필름을 250℃에서 5분 동안 열처리하였다.
그 결과, 광투과성 매트릭스(110) 및 광투과성 매트릭스에 분산된 실리카계 필러(120)를 포함하는, 80㎛ 두께의 광투과성 필름(100)이 완성되었다.
<실시예 1-4>
1L 반응기에 36.81g의 DMAc(제1 용매)를 채운 후, 반응기의 온도를 10℃로 유지한 채 일정시간 교반하였다. 이후, 제조예 1에서 제조된 고형분 분말의 폴리아마이드-이미드(광투과성 수지 분말) 0.37g(제1 함량)을 투입한 후, 1시간 교반 후 25℃로 승온시켜서 액상의 광투과성 수지 용액을 제조하였다.
실리카 분산액 1B(MEK-ST-40, Nissan Chemical Industries) 92.95g을 다른 1L 반응기에 채운 후, 반응기의 온도를 25℃로 유지한 채, 상기 제조된 액상의 광투과성 수지 용액을 실린더 펌프를 이용하여 1시간 동안 천천히 투입시켜, 실리카 분산액과 광투과성 수지 용액이 혼합된 제1 혼합액을 제조하였다.
제1 혼합액에 제3 용매인 DMAc 295.46g을 첨가하여 교반하고, 제조예 1에서 제조된 고형분 분말의 폴리아마이드-이미드(광투과성 수지 분말) 61.60g(제2 함량)을 첨가하고 교반하여, 제2 혼합액을 제조하였다. 제2 혼합액은 실리카 입자가 분산된 광투과성 수지 용액이다.
얻어진 제2 혼합액을 유리 기판에 도포하여 캐스팅하고, 130℃의 열풍으로 30분 건조하여 필름을 제조한 후, 제조된 필름을 유리 기판에서 박리하여 프레임에 핀으로 고정하였다.

<비교예 1-1>
용액 대 분말 혼합법에 의하여 비교예 1에 따른 광투과성 필름이 제조되었다.
구체적으로, 1L 반응기에 219.48g의 DMAc와, 실리카 분산액으로 프로필렌글리콜모노메틸에테르(Propylene glycol monomethyl ether, PGME) 용액에 평균 입경 10 내지 15nm인 실리카 입자가 30 중량%의 함량으로 분산되어 이루어진 실리카 분산액 1C(PGM-ST, Nissan Chemical Industries) 163.82g을 채운 후, 반응기의 온도를 10℃로 유지한 채 일정시간 교반시켰다. 이후, 제조예 1에서 제조된 고형분 분말의 폴리아마이드-이미드 55.85g을 투입한 후, 1시간 교반 후, 25℃로 승온하여 실리카 입자가 분산된 광투과성 수지 용액을 얻었다.
얻어진 실리카 입자가 분산된 광투과성 수지 용액을 유리 기판에 도포하여 캐스팅하고, 130℃의 열풍으로 30분 건조하여 필름을 제조한 후, 제조된 필름을 유리 기판에서 박리하여 프레임에 핀으로 고정하였다.
필름이 고정된 프레임을 진공오븐에 넣고 100℃부터 280℃까지 2시간 동안 천천히 가열한 후, 서서히 냉각해 프레임으로부터 분리하여 광투과성 필름을 수득하였다. 다시 광투과성 필름을 250℃에서 5분 동안 열처리하여, 80㎛ 두께의 광투과성 필름을 제조하였다.
<비교예 1-2>
DMAc 361.71g 및 폴리아마이드-이미드 고형분 분말 50.58g을 사용하고, 실리카 분산액으로 메틸에틸케톤(MEK) 용액에 평균 입경 45nm인 실리카 입자가 30 중량% 분산되어 이루어진 실리카 분산액 1D(MEK-ST-L, Nissan Chemical Industries) 25.29g을 사용한 것을 제외하고, 비교예 1과 동일한 공정을 반복하여, 80㎛ 두께의 광투과성 필름을 제조하였다.
<측정예>
실시예 1-1 내지 1-4 및 비교예 1-1, 1-2에서 제조된 광투과성 필름에 대하여 다음과 같은 측정을 실행하였다.
(1) 초소각 x-선 산란(U-SAXS) 그래프 및 power law slope
초소각 x-선 산란(U-SAXS) 측정 장치로, 포항가속기연구소(대한민국)의 9A U-SAXS 빔라인을 이용하여, 다음의 조건으로 초소각 x-선 산란(U-SAXS)을 실시하여, 초소각 x-선 산란(U-SAXS) 그래프를 얻었다. 얻어진 그래프로부터, 0.01/Å 내지 0.1/Å의 파수(wave number) 범위에서 그래프의 기울기를 계산하여, power law slope 값을 얻었다.
파수 범위: 0.001~2.5/Å
에너지(E): 19.70 keV
샘플과 검출기의 이격 거리: 6.5m
노출시간: 30초
(2) 광투과도(%): 표준규격 ASTM E313으로 Spectrophotometer (CM-3700D, KONICA MINOLTA)를 이용하여, 파장 360~740nm 에서의 평균 광투과도를 측정하였다.
(3) 황색도: 표준규격 ASTM E313으로 Spectrophotometer (CM-3700D, KONICA MINOLTA)를 이용하여 황색도를 측정하였다.
(4) 헤이즈: 제조된 광투과성 필름을 50㎜ ㅧ 50㎜로 잘라 MURAKAMI社의 헤이즈 미터(모델명: HM-150) 장비를 이용하여 ASTM D1003에 따라 5회 측정하여 그 평균 값을 헤이즈 값으로 하였다.
(5) 입자간 거리: 광투과성 필름에 대한 투과 전자 현미경(TEM) 사진을 이용하여, 필러(120)들 사이의 거리를 측정하였다.
(6) 영률(Young's modulus) 및 2% 항복강도: ASTM D885 방법에 따라, 인스트론사의 만능인장시험기를 이용하여 광투과성 필름의 영률(Young's modulus) 및 2% 항복강도를 측정하였다.
측정결과는 다음 표 1과 같다.

표 1의 측정결과에 개시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 실시예들에 따른 광투과성 필름(100)은, 파수(wave number)에 대한 산란 강도가 대수(log)적으로 표시된 초소각 x-선 산란(U-SAXS) 그래프의 0.01/Å 내지 0.1/Å의 파수 범위에서, 그래프의 기울기인 power law slope가 -3.6 내지 -3.2의 범위인 것을 확인할 수 있다. 이러한, power law slope 값을 갖는 본 발명의 실시예들에 따른 광투과성 필름(100)은 우수한 광투과도, 낮은 황색도, 낮은 헤이즈를 가진다. 또한, 본 발명의 실시예들에 따른 광투과성 필름(100)에서 필러(120)들은 20nm 이상의 평균 간격으로 서로 이격되어 있음을 확인할 수 있다.
<실시예 2-1>
1L 반응기에 56.28 중량부의 DMAc(제1 용매)를 채운 후, 반응기의 온도를 10℃로 유지한 채 일정시간 교반하였다. 이후, 제조예 1에서 제조된 고형분 분말의 폴리아마이드-이미드(광투과성 수지 분말) 0.569 중량부(제1 함량)을 투입한 후, 1시간 교반 후 25℃로 승온시켜서 액상의 광투과성 수지 용액을 제조하였다.
DMAc(N,N-디메틸아세트아마이드) 용액(제2 용매)에 평균 입경 10 내지 15nm인 실리카 입자가 30중량%의 함량으로 분산되어 이루어진 실리카 분산액 2A(SSD_330T, Ranco) 37.9 중량부를 다른 1L 반응기에 채운 후, 반응기의 온도를 25℃로 유지한 채, 상기 제조된 액상의 광투과성 수지 용액을 실린더 펌프를 이용하여 1시간 동안 천천히 투입시켜, 실리카 분산액과 광투과성 수지 용액이 혼합된 제1 혼합액을 제조하였다.
제1 혼합액에 제3 용매인 DMAc 338.40 중량부를 첨가하여 교반하고, 제조예 1에서 제조된 고형분 분말의 폴리아마이드-이미드(광투과성 수지 분말) 63.832 중량부(제2 함량)를 첨가하고 교반하여, 제2 혼합액을 제조하였다. 제2 혼합액은 실리카 입자가 분산된 광투과성 수지 용액이다.
얻어진 제2 혼합액을 캐스팅하였다. 캐스팅을 위해 캐스팅 기판이 사용된다. 캐스팅 기판의 종류에 특별한 제한이 있는 것은 아니다. 캐스팅 기판으로, 유리 기판, 스테인레스(SUS) 기판, 테프론 기판 등이 사용될 수 있다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 캐스팅 기판으로 유기 기판이 사용될 수 있다.
구체적으로, 얻어진 제2 혼합액을 유리 기판에 도포하여, 캐스팅하고 120℃의 열풍으로 30분 건조하여 필름을 제조한 후, 제조된 필름을 유리 기판에서 박리하여 프레임에 핀으로 고정하였다.
필름이 고정된 프레임을 진공오븐에 넣고 100℃부터 280℃까지 2시간 동안 천천히 가열한 후, 서서히 냉각해 프레임으로부터 분리하여 광투과성 필름을 수득하였다. 다시 광투과성 필름을 250℃에서 5분 동안 열처리하였다.
그 결과, 광투과성 매트릭스(110) 및 광투과성 매트릭스에 분산된 실리카계 필러(120)를 포함하는, 50㎛ 두께의 광투과성 필름(100)이 완성되었다.
<실시예 2-2>
1L 반응기에 212.50 중량부의 DMAc(제1 용매)를 채운 후, 반응기의 온도를 10℃로 유지한 채 일정시간 교반하였다. 이후, 제조예 1에서 제조된 고형분 분말의 폴리아마이드-이미드(광투과성 수지 분말) 2.147 중량부(제1 함량)를 투입한 후, 1시간 교반 후 25℃로 승온시켜서 액상의 광투과성 수지 용액을 제조하였다.
DMAc(N,N-디메틸아세트아마이드) 용액(제2 용매)에 평균 입경 10 내지 15nm인 실리카 입자가 30중량%의 함량으로 분산되어 이루어진 실리카 분산액 2A(SSD_330T, Ranco) 143.1 중량부를 다른 1L 반응기에 채운 후, 반응기의 온도를 25℃로 유지한 채, 상기 제조된 액상의 광투과성 수지 용액을 실린더 펌프를 이용하여 1시간 동안 천천히 투입시켜, 실리카 분산액과 광투과성 수지 용액이 혼합된 제1 혼합액을 제조하였다.
제1 혼합액에 제3 용매인 DMAc 264.76 중량부를 첨가하여 교반하고, 제조예 1에서 제조된 고형분 분말의 폴리아마이드-이미드(광투과성 수지 분말) 62.254 중량부(제2 함량)를 첨가하고 교반하여, 제2 혼합액을 제조하였다. 제2 혼합액은 실리카 입자가 분산된 광투과성 수지 용액이다.
얻어진 제2 혼합액을 유리 기판에 도포하여 캐스팅하고 120℃의 열풍으로 30분 건조하여 필름을 제조한 후, 제조된 필름을 유리 기판에서 박리하여 프레임에 핀으로 고정하였다.

1L 반응기에 136.62 중량부의 DMAc(제1 용매)를 채운 후, 반응기의 온도를 10℃로 유지한 채 일정시간 교반하였다. 이후, 제조예 1에서 제조된 고형분 분말의 폴리아마이드-이미드(광투과성 수지 분말) 1.38 중량부(제1 함량)를 투입한 후, 1시간 교반 후 25℃로 승온시켜서 액상의 광투과성 수지 용액을 제조하였다.
실리카 분산액 2B(SSK230U2, Ranco) 92 중량부를 다른 1L 반응기에 채운 후, 반응기의 온도를 25℃로 유지한 채, 상기 제조된 액상의 광투과성 수지 용액을 실린더 펌프를 이용하여 1시간 동안 천천히 투입시켜, 실리카 분산액과 광투과성 수지 용액이 혼합된 제1 혼합액을 제조하였다.
제1 혼합액에 제3 용매인 DMAc 300.53 중량부를 첨가하여 교반하고, 제조예 1에서 제조된 고형분 분말의 폴리아마이드-이미드(광투과성 수지 분말) 63.02 중량부(제2 함량)을 첨가하고 교반하여, 제2 혼합액을 제조하였다. 제2 혼합액은 실리카 입자가 분산된 광투과성 수지 용액이다.
얻어진 제2 혼합액을 유리 기판에 도포하여 캐스팅하고 120℃의 열풍으로 30분 건조하여 필름을 제조한 후, 제조된 필름을 유리 기판에서 박리하여 프레임에 핀으로 고정하였다.

1L 반응기에 16.83 중량부의 DMAc(제1 용매)를 채운 후, 반응기의 온도를 10℃로 유지한 채 일정시간 교반하였다. 이후, 제조예 1에서 제조된 고형분 분말의 폴리아마이드-이미드(광투과성 수지 분말) 0.17 중량부(제1 함량)를 투입한 후, 1시간 교반 후 25℃로 승온시켜서 액상의 광투과성 수지 용액을 제조하였다.
DMAc(N,N-디메틸아세트아마이드) 용액(제2 용매)에 평균입경 50nm인 실리카 입자가 20중량%의 함량으로 분산되어 이루어진 실리카 분산액 2C(50nmSP-AD1, Admatechs) 17 중량부를 다른 1L 반응기에 채운 후, 반응기의 온도를 25℃로 유지한 채, 상기 제조된 액상의 광투과성 수지 용액을 실린더 펌프를 이용하여 1시간 동안 천천히 투입시켜, 실리카 분산액과 광투과성 수지 용액이 혼합된 제1 혼합액을 제조하였다.
제1 혼합액에 제3 용매인 DMAc 351.33 중량부를 첨가하여 교반하고, 제조예 1에서 제조된 고형분 분말의 폴리아마이드-이미드(광투과성 수지 분말) 64.23 중량부(제2 함량)를 첨가하고 교반하여, 제2 혼합액을 제조하였다. 제2 혼합액은 실리카 입자가 분산된 광투과성 수지 용액이다.
얻어진 제2 혼합액을 유리 기판에 도포하여 캐스팅하고 120℃의 열풍으로 30분 건조하여 필름을 제조한 후, 제조된 필름을 유리 기판에서 박리하여 프레임에 핀으로 고정하였다.

DMAc(N,N-디메틸아세트아마이드) 용액(제2 용매)에 평균 입경 10 내지 15nm인 실리카 입자가 30중량%의 함량으로 분산되어 이루어진 실리카 분산액 2A(SSD_330T, Ranco) 262.4 중량부를 다른 1L 반응기에 채운 후, 반응기의 온도를 25℃로 유지한 채, 상기 제조된 액상의 광투과성 수지 용액을 실린더 펌프를 이용하여 1시간 동안 천천히 투입시켜, 실리카 분산액과 광투과성 수지 용액이 혼합된 제1 혼합액을 제조하였다.
제1 혼합액에 제3 용매인 DMAc 181.25 중량부를 첨가하여 교반하고, 제조예 1에서 제조된 고형분 분말의 폴리아마이드-이미드(광투과성 수지 분말) 60.464 중량부(제2 함량)를 첨가하고 교반하여, 제2 혼합액을 제조하였다. 제2 혼합액은 실리카 입자가 분산된 광투과성 수지 용액이다.
얻어진 제2 혼합액을 유리 기판에 도포하여, 캐스팅하고 120℃의 열풍으로 30분 건조하여 필름을 제조한 후, 제조된 필름을 유리 기판에서 박리하여 프레임에 핀으로 고정하였다.

1L 반응기에 368.16 중량부의 DMAc를 채운 후, 반응기의 온도를 10℃로 유지한 채 일정시간 교반하였다. 여기에, DMAc(N,N-디메틸아세트아마이드) 용액(제2 용매)에 평균입경 50nm인 실리카 입자가 20중량%의 함량으로 분산되어 이루어진 실리카 분산액 2C(50nmSP-AD1, Admatechs) 17 중량부를 채운 후 제조예 1에서 제조된 고형분 분말의 폴리아마이드-이미드(광투과성 수지 분말) 64.4 중량부를 투입한 후, 1시간 교반 후 25℃로 승온시켜서 액상의 광투과성 수지 혼합액을 제조하였다.
얻어진 혼합액을 유리 기판에 도포한 후 캐스팅하고 120℃의 열풍으로 30분 건조하여 필름을 제조한 후, 제조된 필름을 유리 기판에서 박리하여 프레임에 핀으로 고정하였다.
필름이 고정된 프레임을 진공오븐에 넣고 100℃부터 280℃까지 2시간 동안 천천히 가열한 후, 서서히 냉각해 프레임으로부터 분리하여 광투과성 필름을 수득하였다. 다시 광투과성 필름을 250℃에서 5분 동안 열처리하였다.
그 결과, 광투과성 매트릭스(110) 및 광투과성 매트릭스에 분산된 실리카계 필러(120)를 포함하는, 50㎛ 두께의 광투과성 필름(100)이 완성되었다.
<비교예 2-3>
1L 반응기에 319.49 중량부의 DMAc(제1 용매)를 채운 후, 반응기의 온도를 10℃로 유지한 채 일정시간 교반하였다. 이후, 제조예 1에서 제조된 고형분 분말의 폴리아마이드-이미드(광투과성 수지 분말) 0.568 중량부(제1 함량)를 투입한 후, 1시간 교반 후 25℃로 승온시켜서 액상의 광투과성 수지 용액을 제조하였다.
DMAc(N,N-디메틸아세트아마이드) 용액(제2 용매)에 평균 입경 70nm인 실리카 입자가 20중량%의 함량으로 분산되어 이루어진 실리카 분산액 2D(DMAc-ST-ZL, Nissan) 56.8 중량부를 다른 1L 반응기에 채운 후, 반응기의 온도를 25℃로 유지한 채, 상기 제조된 액상의 광투과성 수지 용액을 실린더 펌프를 이용하여 1시간 동안 천천히 투입시켜, 실리카 분산액과 광투과성 수지 용액이 혼합된 제1 혼합액을 제조하였다.
제1 혼합액에 제3 용매인 DMAc 319.49 중량부를 첨가하여 교반하고, 제조예 1에서 제조된 고형분 분말의 폴리아마이드-이미드(광투과성 수지 분말) 63.832 중량부(제2 함량)를 첨가하고 교반하여, 제2 혼합액을 제조하였다. 제2 혼합액은 실리카 입자가 분산된 광투과성 수지 용액이다.
얻어진 제2 혼합액을 유리 기판에 도포하여, 캐스팅하고 120℃의 열풍으로 30분 건조하여 필름을 제조한 후, 제조된 필름을 유리 기판에서 박리하여 프레임에 핀으로 고정하였다.

<비교예 2-4>
1L 반응기에 56.23 중량부의 DMAc(제1 용매)를 채운 후, 반응기의 온도를 10℃로 유지한 채 일정시간 교반하였다. 이후, 제조예 1에서 제조된 고형분 분말의 폴리아마이드-이미드(광투과성 수지 분말) 0.568 중량부(제1 함량)를 투입한 후, 1시간 교반 후 25℃로 승온시켜서 액상의 광투과성 수지 용액을 제조하였다.
DMAc(N,N-디메틸아세트아마이드) 용액(제2 용매)에 평균입경 100nm인 실리카 입자가 20중량%의 함량으로 분산되어 이루어진 실리카 분산액 2E(Y100SP-CD1, Admatechs) 56.8 중량부를 다른 1L 반응기에 채운 후, 반응기의 온도를 25℃로 유지한 채, 상기 제조된 액상의 광투과성 수지 용액을 실린더 펌프를 이용하여 1시간 동안 천천히 투입시켜, 실리카 분산액과 광투과성 수지 용액이 혼합된 제1 혼합액을 제조하였다.

<측정예>
실시예 2-1 내지 2-5 및 비교예 2-1 내지 2-4에서 제조된 광투과성 필름에 대하여 다음과 같은 측정을 실행하였다.
(1) 평균 입자 산란 계수
<측정 장치>
투과전자현미경(TEM) (제조사: Jeol / 모델명: JEM-2100F)
<측정 조건>:
가속 전압: 200 kV, 배율: 20,000배(20K)
<단면처리>
Microtome (제조사: Leica / 모델명: EM UC7)
SPEED(mm/s): 1mm/s
FEED(nm): 120nm
나이프: DiATOME / Ultra 35도
<계산 방법>
이미지 분석 프로그램으로 ImageJ를 사용하여 아래와 같이 분석한다.
1) Image의 type에서 8bit로 전환한다.
2) Process에서 "Find maxima"를 통해 Noise: 100, Output type은 Maxima within tolerance로 하고, exclude edge maxima, light background로 전환한다.
3) Process의 Binary에서 Fill holes를 실시한다.
4) Process의 binary에서 watershed를 실시한다.
5) Rectangle로 drag하여 Area를 2250000~2500000로 설정한다. (Scale bar가 있는 부분 제외)
6) Analyze의 analyze particles을 실시한다.
size(pixel2): 200-infinity, Circularity: 0.0~1.0
각각의 입자별 area를 합하고, 그 값을 입자의 개수로 나누어 "평균 입자 area"를 구한다.
7) 투과전자현미경(TEM)에서 얻어진 이미지에서 scale bar를 straight segment로 Measure하여 "pixel당 길이(nm)"를 구한다.
8)"6)"에서 얻어진 평균 입자 area(면적, pixel)를, "7)"의 pixel당 길이를 이용하여, 미터법 단위(metric unit or SI unit)의 면적으로 환산하여 평균 입경을 구한다.
[식 3]
투과전자현미경(TEM) 및 ImageJ를 사용하여 계산된 필러(120)의 평균 입경을 필러(120)의 식 2의 입자 크기 D로 사용하였다.
이와 같이 얻어진 필러(120)의 입자 크기 D를 이용하여, 식 1 및 식 2에 따라 계산함으로써 필러(120)의 평균 입자 산란 계수가 계산된다.

식 1에서 Xk는 다음 식 2로부터 계산될 수 있다.

Xk = πD/λk
식 1 및 2에서 k는 1 내지 38의 정수이다.
또한, 식 2에서 λk = (37+k)x10 nm 이고, D는 투과전자현미경(TEM)에 의하여 측정된 필러(120)의 입자크기이다.
(2) 광투과도(%): 표준규격 ASTM E313으로 Spectrophotometer (CM-3700D, KONICA MINOLTA)를 이용하여, 파장 360~740nm 에서의 평균 광투과도를 측정하였다.
(3) 황색도: 표준규격 ASTM E313으로 Spectrophotometer (CM-3700D, KONICA MINOLTA)를 이용하여 황색도를 측정하였다.
(4) 헤이즈: 제조된 광투과성 필름을 50㎜ ㅧ 50㎜로 잘라 MURAKAMI社의 헤이즈 미터(모델명: HM-150) 장비를 이용하여 ASTM D1003에 따라 5회 측정하여 그 평균 값을 헤이즈 값으로 하였다.
(5) 모듈러스(modulus): ASTM D885 방법에 따라, 인스트론사의 만능인장시험기를 이용하여 광투과성 필름의 모듈러스(modulus)도를 측정하였다.
- 필름 제조 후 세시간 이내 측정 기준
- Road Cell 30KN, Grip 250N.
- 시편 크기 10 X 50mm, 인장속도 25mm/min
측정결과는 다음 표 2와 같다.

표 2의 측정결과에 개시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 실시예들에 따른 광투과성 필름(100)은, 0.35 이하의 평균 입자 산란 계수를 가져 우수한 광투과도, 낮은 황색도, 낮은 헤이즈를 가진다는 것을 확인할 수 있다.

Claims (27)
- 광투과성 수지 분말을 제조하는 단계;상기 광투과성 수지 분말의 제1 함량을 제1 용매에 용해시켜, 광투과성 수지 용액을 제조하는 단계;필러가 제2 용매에 분산되어 이루어진 필러 분산액을 준비하는 단계;상기 필러 분산액과 상기 광투과성 수지 용액을 혼합하여 제1 혼합액을 제조하는 단계; 및상기 광투과성 수지 분말의 제2 함량을 상기 제1 혼합액에 첨가하고 용해시켜 제2 혼합액을 제조하는 단계;를 포함하는,광투과성 필름의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광투과성 수지 분말의 제1 함량은, 상기 필러 중량의 0.5 내지 10%인, 광투과성 필름의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광투과성 수지 분말의 제2 함량을 상기 제1 혼합액에 첨가하기 전, 상기 제1 혼합액에 제3 용매를 첨가하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 광투과성 필름의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제3 용매는 상기 제1 용매와 동일한, 광투과성 필름의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광투과성 수지 분말의 제2 함량은 상기 제1 함량의 10 내지 200배인, 광투과성 필름의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광투과성 수지는 이미드 반복 단위를 포함하는, 광투과성 필름의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광투과성 수지는 아마이드 반복 단위를 포함하는, 광투과성 필름의 제조방법.
- 광투과성 매트릭스; 및상기 광투과성 매트릭스에 분산된 필러(filler)를 포함하며,파수(wave number)에 대한 산란 강도가 대수(log)적으로 표시된 초소각 x-선 산란(Ultra-Small Angle X-ray Scattering, U-SAXS) 그래프의 0.01/Å 내지 0.1/Å의 파수(wave number) 범위에서, 상기 그래프의 기울기인 power law slope가 -3.6 내지 -3.2인, 광투과성 필름.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 필러는 실리카(SiO2)를 포함하는, 광투과성 필름.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 실리카(SiO2)의 적어도 일부는 알콕시기를 갖는 유기 화합물기에 의하여 표면 처리된, 광투과성 필름.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 필러의 평균 입경은 5 내지 50nm인, 광투과성 필름.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 필러의 함량은, 상기 광투과성 필름의 전체 중량에 대하여 5 내지 46중량%인, 광투과성 필름.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 필러 사이의 평균 최단 인접 거리는 23 내지 45nm인, 광투과성 필름.
- 제8항에 있어서,3 이하의 황색도를 갖는, 광투과성 필름.
- 제8항에 있어서,1% 이하의 헤이즈(haze)를 갖는, 광투과성 필름.
- 제8항에 있어서,85% 이상의 광투과도를 갖는, 광투과성 필름.
- 제8항에 있어서,4.5 GPa 이상의 영률(Young's modulus) 및 95 MPa 이상의 2% 항복강도를 갖는, 광투과성 필름.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 광투과성 매트릭스는 이미드 반복 단위를 포함하는, 광투과성 필름.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 광투과성 매트릭스는 아마이드 반복 단위를 포함하는, 광투과성 필름.
