Claims (5)
- 이하의 조건 (I)를 충족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이미드계 필름.
조건 (I): 폴리이미드계 필름의, 파수 q(단위: Å-1)와 산란 강도 I의 양 대수 플롯으로 나타나는 소각 X선 산란 프로파일 I(q)에 있어서, q=0.003에 있어서의 접선을 접선 F(q)라고 하였을 때,
0.003<q≤0.018에 있어서, I(q)/F(q)의 최대값이 1.5를 초과한다. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
황색도 YI가 10 이하인 폴리이미드계 필름. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
Haze가 1% 이하인 폴리이미드계 필름. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
전광선 투과율이 85% 이상인 폴리이미드계 필름. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
실리카 입자를 포함하는 폴리이미드계 필름.
