Abstract

容器 技术领域
本发明涉及物流运输领域,具体涉及一种容器。
背景技术
一种新型的周转大容器,这类大容器的容积一般超过250升,主要用于货物的运输以及临时仓储。为满足日益严苛的货物运输包装要求,操作过程中的人性化要求,以及对成本的管控,使得这类大容器一般都有一个底座和四个侧壁,为了降低回收成本,容器的四周侧壁可以相对于底座折叠;为了更好的保证货物运输过程中的安全,这类容器一般还配有一个盖子。盖子的四周有一圈护边,它们靠近容器四个侧板的外侧,当容器内部的货物对侧板产生大的作用力时,盖子的护边就可以一定程度上保护侧板。另外的,当容器内的液体或散货向上波动时,盖子能很好的限制盛放它们的衬袋的起伏,从而也保护了衬袋不被损坏。但是,每次操作容器工作时,都需要移动盖子脱离或者装配到容器顶部,由于容器本身的长宽尺寸很大,几乎都不小于1米,这使得盖子的体积也很大并且重量也会经常被设计的大于5公斤,这就使得盖子在进行打开或移除的操作时会很吃力,不够人性化。
为改善使用者的操作体验,提高工作效率,我司提出了一种可推拉并挂靠的盖子结构。其挂靠结构包括挂靠件和挂槽,挂靠件和挂槽可离合以实现盖子的挂靠和移除;且挂靠件和挂槽之一位于盖子和侧板之一上,而挂靠件和挂槽中另一个位于盖子和侧板中另一个上。该发明的盖子挂靠结构中,盖子可以按需要从箱体上方便的移除,即非挂靠和使用状态时可以直接移除,挂靠时只需要简单的动作也可以将盖子移除。由此减少劳动量,而且结构简单成本低。但是由于其结构特性,只能在容器的一侧才能开启并推拉挂靠盖子,操作方向固定,因此可能会让使用者降低工作效率,不能提供足够完美的便利性。
是故,需要一款结构简单易操作,且使用方便的盖子挂靠结构。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种容器,以解决上述现有技术中存在的问题。
为了解决上述问题,根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种容器,包括箱体和盖子,所述箱体包括底座和侧板,所述盖子设有第一挂靠结构,所述侧板设有与所述第一挂靠结构配合的第二挂靠结构,所述第一挂靠结构和所述第二挂靠结构可离合以实现盖子的挂靠和移除,所述盖子可在箱体上方滑动从而使得所述第一挂靠结构和所述第二挂靠结构相互靠近或远离,其中所述第一挂靠结构可以沿所述盖子滑动一定距离以使得所述盖子的重心相对于所述第一挂靠结构的位置发生变化。
在一个实施例中,所述第一挂靠结构包括挂钩,所述第二挂靠结构包括设置于所述侧板上的挂槽;或所述第一挂靠结构包括挂槽,所述第二挂靠结构包括设置于所述侧板上的挂钩。
在一个实施例中,所述第一挂靠结构可活动地设置于所述盖子的下表面,以及所述盖子包括盖子本体和环绕所述盖子本体的两个相对的第一护边和两个相对的第二护边,其中所述两个相对的第一护边的内侧各设置一个所述第一挂靠结构。
在一个实施例中,所述盖子的下表面设有安装槽,所述安装槽具有沿所述第一护边延伸的长度,所述第一挂靠结构设置于所述安装槽内并能够沿所述安装槽的长度方向运动一定距离,其中所述安装槽设置于所述两个相对的第一护边的内侧中部并跨越所述第一护边的中点,以使得所述第一挂靠结构可以在所述安装槽内朝向所述第一护边的两端运动并跨域所述第一护边的中点。
在一个实施例中,所述安装槽从所述盖子主体的下表面向内凹陷形成,且所述安装槽的主体部分的宽度大于开口部分的宽度,从而在开口部分形成向中心凸出的凸缘。
在一个实施例中,所述第一挂靠结构包括安装部和悬挂部,所述安装部可活动地安装于所述安装槽内,所述悬挂部与所述侧板上的第二挂靠结构配合以将所述盖子悬挂于所述侧板上。
在一个实施例中,所述安装部包括截面为“T”形的“T”形主体,所述“T”形主体的底部设有弹性扣,当所述第一挂靠结构安装于所述安装槽内时,所述弹性扣抵靠所述安装槽的开口部分的凸缘,以及所述“T”形主体位于所述安装槽的开口内并抵靠所述安装槽的凸缘的侧壁。
在一个实施例中,所述悬挂部包括主体部分以及挂钩,所述主体部分的一 端与所述安装部连接并一体形成,所述主体部分的另一端向两侧延伸并在所述主体部分的两侧各形成一个挂钩,每一个挂钩分别与一个侧板上的挂槽配合从而将所述盖子挂靠于所述侧板上。
在一个实施例中,所述第二挂靠结构为设置于所述侧板上的挂槽,所述挂槽的底部形成挂台,所述挂台的外侧设有挡筋,所述挡筋上设有通槽,所述通槽与所述主体部分的中部配合,所述挡筋的内侧面与所述挂钩配合。
在一个实施例中,所述挡筋的内侧面形成倾斜面或设有第一台阶和第二台阶,所述第一台阶和第二台阶的高度和位置设置成使得当所述盖子完全悬挂在所述侧板上时,所述盖子上的所述第二护边抵靠所述侧板的外侧壁。
在一个实施例中,所述箱体包括一对相对的第一侧板和一对相对的第二侧板,所述第二挂靠结构为设置于所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板结合处的挂槽,其中所述第一侧板的顶部两端各设有一个第一凹槽,所述第二侧板的顶部两端各设有一个第二凹槽,当所述第一侧板与第二侧板相互结合时,所述第一凹槽分别与相邻的所述第二凹槽结合形成所述挂槽。
在一个实施例中,所述第一凹槽的底部形成挂台第一部分,所述第一凹槽的外侧形成挡筋第一部分,所述第二凹槽的底部形成挂台第二部分,所述第二凹槽的外侧形成挡筋第二部分,当所述第一侧板与第二侧板相互结合时,所述挂台第一部分与所述挂台第二部分结合形成完整的挂台,所述挡筋第一部分与所述挡筋第二部分结合形成完整挡筋,以及所述挡筋第一部分与挡筋第二部分之间形成通槽;较佳地,所述通槽形成于所述第二侧板上。
本发明由于盖子上的第一挂靠结构与盖子是可滑动的连接,可以使得盖子重心相对于第一挂靠结构的相对位置随盖子的推拉而改变,从而实现盖子跟容器的多方向悬挂功能,其结构新颖可靠、操作简单方便、牢固耐用。

本发明总体上涉及一种大容器,其容积一般超过250升,主要用于货物的运输以及临时仓储,该大容器巧妙的利用在操作容器的过程中盖子的护边跟容器的侧板形成的导轨作用,结合盖子上的第一挂靠结构跟侧板上的第二挂靠结构相互配合,实现盖子跟容器侧板的悬挂功能,特别地,由于盖子上的第一挂靠结构与盖子是可滑动的连接,可以使得盖子重心相对于第一挂靠结构的相对位置随盖子的推拉而改变,即随着第一挂靠结构在盖子上滑动,盖子的重心可以从位于第一挂靠结构的一侧向位于第一挂靠结构的另一侧转换,进而实现盖子跟容器的多方向悬挂功能,其结构新颖可靠、操作简单方便、牢固耐用。下面结合附图对本发明的其中一个实施例进行详细描述。
图1是本发明一个实施例的容器100的立体图,其中盖子处于关闭状态,图2A是图1的容器100的另一立体图,其中盖子已移除。如图1-图2A所示,容器100总体上包括底座10、一对相对布置的第一侧板20和一对相对布置的第二侧板30以及盖子40,可选地,可以在其中任意一块侧板上设置小门50。为了方便描述,本文将盖子开启时的滑动方向定义为第一方向,沿垂直于所述第一方向的方向定义为第二方向,沿第一方向布置的侧板称为第一侧板20,沿第二方向布置的侧板称为第二侧板30,操作员开启盖子时所站立的其中一块第二侧板30的一侧称为前侧或前端,与其相对的另一块第二侧板30所在的一侧称为后侧或后端。需要打开盖子40时,操作人员站在容器100的两块相对的任意一块第二侧板30的一侧,将盖子40的前端抬起并使其向后端滑动。
图2B是图2A的容器100的A部分的放大图。如图2A-图2B所示,第一侧板20的顶部两端各设有一个第一凹槽21,第二侧板30的顶部两端各设有一个第二凹槽31,当第一侧板20与第二侧板30相互结合时,第一凹槽21分别与对应的第二凹槽31结合形成挂槽60。挂槽60的底部形成挂台61,在挂台61的外侧设有挡筋62,在挡筋62的大致中间位置设有通槽63。特别地,如图2B 所示,挡筋62的内侧面上设有第一台阶64和第二台阶65,第一台阶64和第二台阶65的高度和位置经过严格计算,使得当盖子40完全悬挂在第二侧板30上时,盖子40上的第二护边42B抵靠第二侧板30的外侧壁,这时盖子40处于倾斜状态,第一挂靠结构70上的挂钩721与挡筋62上的第一台阶64和第二台阶65抵靠,增加受力面积、提高使用寿命、提升盖子悬挂的稳定性。
继续参照图2B,在本实施例中,第一凹槽21的底部形成挂台第一部分,第一凹槽21的外侧形成挡筋第一部分,第二凹槽31的底部形成挂台第二部分,第二凹槽31的外侧形成挡筋第二部分,当第一侧板20与第二侧板30相互结合时,位于第二侧板顶部两端的第二凹槽31分别与对应的第一侧板20上的第一凹槽21结合形成挂槽60,挂台第一部分与挂台第二部分结合形成完整的挂台61,挡筋第一部分与挡筋第二部分结合形成完整挡筋62,挡筋第一部分与挡筋第二部分之间形成通槽63,具体地,通槽63形成在第二侧板30上。虽然在本实施例中,一个挂槽60由设置于第一侧板20上的第一凹槽和21和设置于第二侧板30上第二凹槽31结合组成,也就是说,一个挂槽60同时布置于两块侧板上,然而本领域的技术人员需要理解的是,一个挂槽60也可以仅仅设置于第一侧板20上,尤其是当容器的侧板不能相对于底座折叠时更是如此。
图3A是盖子40的立体图,图3B是图3A的B部分的放大剖视图。如图3A-3B所示,盖子40包括盖子本体41和环绕盖子本体41的周部设置的护边42。具体地,为了方便描述,将护边42的与一对相对的第一侧板20对应的部分定义为第一护边42A,将护边42的与一对相对的第二侧板30对应的部分定义为第二护边42B,将一对第二护边42B所在的位置定义为前后方向,将一对第一护边42A所在的位置定义左右方向。从图3A并结合图1可以清楚看出,当容器100的盖子40合上时,一对第一护边42A位于一对第一侧板20的外侧并将第一侧板20围住,一对第二护边42B位于一对第二侧板30的外侧并将一对第二侧板30围住,从而容器100的盖子40整体上将四块侧板合围住。
参见图3A,在盖子本体41的下表面(即朝向容器内部的侧面)设有两个挂靠结构安装部43。在本实施例中,该两个挂靠结构安装部43为安装槽,该两个安装槽43在左右方向分别布置在一对相对的第一护边42A的内侧并沿前后方向延伸,即沿第一护边42A延伸的方向延伸,以及两个安装槽43在前后方向上布置在盖子主体41的中部,也就是说,两个安装槽43设置在盖子主体41的一 对相对的第二护边42B之间的中间位置,并延伸跨越盖子主体41在前后方向上的中线,即一对相对的第二护边42B之间的中线,从而保证当第一挂靠结构可活动地安装于挂靠结构安装部43上时,第一挂靠结构可以在安装槽43内往复运动并跨越盖子主体41的沿前后方向的中线,使得可以从任意一块第二侧板30所在的一侧打开盖子40并将其悬挂在另一块第二侧板30上。
参见图3B,安装槽43从盖子主体41的下表面向内凹陷形成,并具有沿第一护边42A延伸的长度以及沿第二护边42B延伸的宽度,且该安装槽43的主体部分的宽度W1大于开口部分的宽度W2,即在开口部分形成向中心凸出的凸缘431,使得安装槽43的截面形成“T”形槽。第一挂靠结构70安装于安装槽43内以后,可以沿安装槽43的长度方向滑动并由凸缘431进行限位,使得第一挂靠结构在运动过程中不会从安装槽43内脱出。下文还会结合第一挂靠结构70的具体结构进行详细描述。
图4A是第一挂靠结构70的立体图,图4B是第一挂靠结构70的主视图,图5A是安装有第一挂靠结构70的盖子40的立体图,图5B是图5A的C部分的放大剖视图。如图4A-5B所示,第一挂靠结构70整体上包括安装部71和悬挂部72,安装部71可活动地安装于盖子40的安装槽43内,悬挂部72与侧板上的挂槽60配合以实现将盖子40悬挂于侧板上的目的,以及由于安装部71可在安装槽43内滑动,使得在盖子40从一侧抬起并在盖子40在重力的作用下进一步向下滑动的过程,当悬挂部72接触挂槽60的挂台61时,第一挂靠结构70向盖子40的先前抬起的一侧滑动,使得盖子40的重心相对于第一挂靠结构70位于盖子的未抬起的一侧,从而能够平稳地悬挂于侧板上。而从盖子的另一侧抬起盖子40的过程中,其原理相同,不再赘述。从而本发明可以实现盖子40从相对的第二侧板30的任意一侧开启。
继续参照图4A-图4B,在本实施例中,第一挂靠结构70的安装部71包括截面为“T”形的主体712,在“T”形主体712的底部设有截面为“U”型的弹性扣711,这样设计的好处是,参照图5B,当第一挂靠结构70装配到盖子40上的安装槽43内时,第一挂靠结构70上的弹性扣711抵靠安装槽43上边缘的凸缘431,从而完成第一挂靠结构70的安装,同时,第一挂靠结构70的“T”形主体712刚好位于盖子40的安装槽43的开口内并抵靠安装槽43的凸缘431的侧壁,防止第一挂靠结构70在滑动的过程中倾斜摇摆。悬挂部72与安装部 71的主体712一体形成并整体上形成截面为“T”型的结构,具体地,悬挂部72包括主体部分722以及挂钩721,主体部分722的一端与安装部71的主体部分711连接并一体形成,主体部分722的另一端向两侧延伸并在主体部分721的两侧各形成一个挂钩721,每一个挂钩721分别与同一侧的一块第二侧板30的挂槽配合从而将盖子40挂靠于该第二侧板30上,需要注意的是,本发明的容器的盖子可以实现双向开启,因此,从容器100的不同的侧部开启盖子40时,分别是其中的一个挂钩与对侧的侧板上的挂槽配合实现悬挂。
图6-图10C示出盖子40从关闭到开启到最后悬挂于侧板上的过程,其中图6是容器100的剖视图,盖子处于关闭状态;图7A是容器100的剖视图,盖子处于半开启状态,且第一挂靠结构还没有与挂槽接触;图7B是图7A的容器100的立体图;图8A是容器100的剖视图,盖子处于半开启状态,且第一挂靠结构开始与挂槽接触;图8B是图8A的立体图;图9是容器100的剖视图,盖子处于半开启状态,且第一挂靠结构卡入挂槽内;图10A是容器100的剖视图,盖子处于开启状态并挂靠在侧板上;图10B是图10A的容器的D部分的放大图,图10C是图10A的立体图。下面参照图6-图10C描述本实施例的容器100的盖子开启过程。
如图6所示,在盖子40处于关闭状态时,第一挂靠结构70安装于盖子40的安装槽43内并位于一对第二侧板30之间的中心平面上(图6中的点划线所示的平面),从图6中可以清楚看出,第一挂靠结构70的长度小于安装槽43的长度,第一挂靠结构70可以如图6所示向左侧滑动越过中心平面或向右侧滑动越过中心平面。如图7A-7B所示,操作者站在其中一块第二侧板30的一侧,例如图7B所示的前侧,当需要对盖子40进行悬挂操作时,操作者只需要掀开盖子40的前端并使其往后端滑动,在盖子40向后端滑动的过程中,盖子40的相对的两条第二护边42B始终保持与容器的两块第一侧板20接触,从而起到类似导轨的作用。最终保证盖子40上的第一挂靠结构70滑入侧板上的挂槽60内,完成盖子40的悬挂操作。
如图8A-8B所示,打开盖子进行悬挂的过程中,当盖子40上的第一挂靠结构70跟侧板上的挂槽60开始接触时,由于第一挂靠结构70在安装槽43内可滑动一定距离,盖子40由于惯性作用会继续向前滑动,当到达滑动极限时,如图9所示,第一挂靠结构70滑动到安装槽43的一端,这时,盖子40的重心移 到第一挂靠结构70的另一侧,由于重力作用,盖子40以第一挂靠结构和挂台61的接触点为圆心旋转,如图10A、10B和10C所示,当旋转到盖子40的第二护边42B接触容器的第二侧板30时,盖子40停止旋转,保持静止,完成盖子的悬挂操作。此时,盖子40完全悬挂在第二侧板30上,盖子40上的第二护边42B抵靠第二侧板30的外侧壁,这时盖子40处于倾斜状态,第一挂靠结构70上的挂钩721与第二侧板30上的挡筋62上的第一台阶64和第二台阶65抵靠,增加受力面积、提高使用寿命、提升盖子悬挂的稳定性,防止盖子在容器可能的垂直振动或搬动中轻易脱落。
需要说明的是,在另外的实施例中,挡筋62的内侧面上也可以不设置第一台阶64和第二台阶65,而是将挡筋62的内侧面设置成倾斜面,该倾斜面的底部离侧板的外侧面距离近,而顶部距离侧板的距离远,也就是说,挡筋62形成上部较厚下部较薄的结构。该倾斜面的角度优选设置成与盖子挂靠后与盖子的顶面平行。
需要说明的是,虽然以上实施例中盖子主体的周部设有护边,并在盖子开启滑动的过程中,护边起到了滑轨的作用,然而本领域的技术人员需要理解的是,盖子也可以不设置护边,而是在盖子的底部或侧部形成导轨与侧板配合,以实现盖子的滑动。
此外,本发明的容器可以是可折叠容器,即侧板可相对于底座折叠,此种情况侧板上设置的第二挂靠结构优选同时设置于相邻的两块侧板上。然而本发明的容器也可以是不可折叠容器,此种情况侧板上的第二挂靠结构可以仅仅设置于其中一块侧板上。
综上,本发明由于盖子上的第一挂靠结构与盖子是可滑动的连接,可以使得盖子重心相对于第一挂靠结构的相对位置随盖子的推拉而改变,从而实现盖子跟容器的多方向悬挂功能,其结构新颖可靠、操作简单方便、牢固耐用。
以上已详细描述了本发明的较佳实施例,但应理解到,在阅读了本发明的上述讲授内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改。这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种容器,包括箱体和盖子,所述箱体包括底座和侧板,其特征在于,所述盖子设有第一挂靠结构,所述侧板设有与所述第一挂靠结构配合的第二挂靠结构,所述第一挂靠结构和所述第二挂靠结构可离合以实现盖子的挂靠和移除,所述盖子可在箱体上方滑动从而使得所述第一挂靠结构和所述第二挂靠结构相互靠近或远离,其中所述第一挂靠结构可以沿所述盖子滑动一定距离以使得所述盖子的重心相对于所述第一挂靠结构的位置发生变化。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,所述第一挂靠结构包括挂钩,所述第二挂靠结构包括设置于所述侧板上的挂槽;或所述第一挂靠结构包括挂槽,所述第二挂靠结构包括设置于所述侧板上的挂钩。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,所述第一挂靠结构可活动地设置于所述盖子的下表面,以及所述盖子包括盖子本体和环绕所述盖子本体的两个相对的第一护边和两个相对的第二护边,其中所述两个相对的第一护边的内侧各设置一个所述第一挂靠结构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的容器,其特征在于,所述盖子的下表面设有安装槽,所述安装槽具有沿所述第一护边延伸的长度,所述第一挂靠结构设置于所述安装槽内并能够沿所述安装槽的长度方向运动一定距离,其中所述安装槽设置于所述两个相对的第一护边的内侧中部并跨越所述第一护边的中点,以使得所述第一挂靠结构可以在所述安装槽内朝向所述第一护边的两端运动并跨域所述第一护边的中点。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的容器,其特征在于,所述安装槽从所述盖子主体的下表面向内凹陷形成,且所述安装槽的主体部分的宽度大于开口部分的宽度,从而在开口部分形成向中心凸出的凸缘。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的容器,其特征在于,所述第一挂靠结构包括安装部和悬挂部,所述安装部可活动地安装于所述安装槽内,所述悬挂部与所述侧板上的第二挂靠结构配合以将所述盖子悬挂于所述侧板上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的容器,其特征在于,所述安装部包括截面为“T”形的“T”形主体,所述“T”形主体的底部设有弹性扣,当所述第一挂靠结构安装于所述安装槽内时,所述弹性扣抵靠所述安装槽的开口部分的凸缘,以及 所述“T”形主体位于所述安装槽的开口内并抵靠所述安装槽的凸缘的侧壁。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的容器,其特征在于,所述悬挂部包括主体部分以及挂钩,所述主体部分的一端与所述安装部连接并一体形成,所述主体部分的另一端向两侧延伸并在所述主体部分的两侧各形成一个挂钩,每一个挂钩分别与一个侧板上的挂槽配合从而将所述盖子挂靠于所述侧板上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的容器,其特征在于,所述第二挂靠结构为设置于所述侧板上的挂槽,所述挂槽的底部形成挂台,所述挂台的外侧设有挡筋,所述挡筋上设有通槽,所述通槽与所述主体部分的中部配合,所述挡筋的内侧面与所述挂钩配合。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的容器,其特征在于,所述挡筋的内侧面形成倾斜面或设有第一台阶和第二台阶,所述第一台阶和第二台阶的高度和位置设置成使得当所述盖子完全悬挂在所述侧板上时,所述盖子上的所述第二护边抵靠所述侧板的外侧壁。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的容器,其特征在于,所述箱体包括一对相对的第一侧板和一对相对的第二侧板,所述第二挂靠结构为设置于所述第一侧板和所述第二侧板结合处的挂槽,其中所述第一侧板的顶部两端各设有一个第一凹槽,所述第二侧板的顶部两端各设有一个第二凹槽,当所述第一侧板与第二侧板相互结合时,所述第一凹槽分别与相邻的所述第二凹槽结合形成所述挂槽。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的容器,其特征在于,所述第一凹槽的底部形成挂台第一部分,所述第一凹槽的外侧形成挡筋第一部分,所述第二凹槽的底部形成挂台第二部分,所述第二凹槽的外侧形成挡筋第二部分,当所述第一侧板与第二侧板相互结合时,所述挂台第一部分与所述挂台第二部分结合形成完整的挂台,所述挡筋第一部分与所述挡筋第二部分结合形成完整挡筋,以及所述挡筋第一部分与挡筋第二部分之间形成通槽,较佳地,所述通槽形成于所述第二侧板上。
