本发明的盖子挂靠结构中, 盖子可以按需要从箱体上方便的移除, 即非挂靠 和使用状态时可以直接移除, 挂靠时只需要简单的动作也可以将盖子移除。 由 此减少劳动量, 而且结构简单成本低。 本发明的盖子挂靠结构尤其适于大型容 器。 附图说明

以下将结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细说明, 以便更清楚理解本发明 的目的、特点和优点。应理解的是, 附图所示的实施例并不是对本发明范围的限制, 而只是为了说明本发明技术方案的实质精神。 应注意, 本说明书中, 上、 下、 左、 右、 前、 后是指各构件以及各构件中具体结构在附图中的方向, 并不意在限制其在 实际应用中的方向。
图 1示出一般的大型容器都具有的结构, 包括盖子 1, 底座 2, 侧板 3、 4、 5、 6以及小门 7。 当盖子 1盖在箱体上时, 盖子 1 的四周的护边接触 (包围) 侧板 3、 4、 5、 6的外侧, 由此来提高整个箱体的强度。 大型容器一般指容积 250 升以上的容器。
图 2 示出采用了本发明的大型容器盖子挂靠结构的周转箱, 展示了盖子 1 处于挂靠在侧板 6 上的状态。 盖子挂靠结构包括承载销和挂槽 (或挂钩) , 盖 子 1 可通过承载销在侧板上方滑动以实现周转箱的开启和关闭, 同时, 承载销 可与挂槽 (或挂钩) 配合实现盖子 1挂靠在侧板上。 其中, 承载销可位于盖子 1 上、 或侧板上、 或作为单独的一个构件而在使用时安装到侧板或盖子上。 挂槽 可位于侧板上, 也可位于盖子上, 下文将更详细描述。 需要指出的是, 无论盖 子 1是挂靠在侧板 6上或者在箱体上滑动, 其特定的护边 14、 15总是至少有一 部分靠近或接触侧板 3、 5的外侧。 由此, 当盖子 1在箱体上滑动时, 护边 14、 15和侧板 3、 5的这种结构就可以限制盖子 1的晃动范围, 保护盖子 1在滑动过 程中的平稳。
图 3a-5b示出本发明的大型容器盖子挂靠结构的第一实施例的结构示意图。 如图 3a-5a所示, 盖子挂靠结构包括位于盖子 1上的挂槽、作为一个单独构件的 挂靠件 8、 以及设置在侧板上的与挂靠件 8和盖子 1配合的结构, 侧板上的配合 结构使得盖子 1与挂靠件 8配合实现盖子的关闭、 开启以及挂靠在侧板上。
以下进一步详细描述盖子 1、侧板 6上的配合结构、挂靠件 8的结构以及它 们之间的配合。 图 3a-3c示出本实施例中盖子 1的结构, 如图 3b和 3c所示, 在 盖子 1左侧具有凹槽 12, 凹槽 12的外侧为一个斜坡 122, 内部为一个凹坑 121, 凹坑 121 的下部具有一个小的弧形的轮廓。 在盖子 1 的中心稍微靠右侧的位置 具有一个挂槽 1 1, 挂槽 1 1也具有一个凹坑 1 12, 凹坑的口部为一个斜坡 1 1 1。 另外的, 盖子 1 的内部还具有一圈凸筋 13, 凸筋 13在挂槽 1 1 的左右两侧被隔 断, 形成了斜坡 131和 132。 另外, 凸筋 13的左侧也有一个斜坡 133。
图 4为挂靠件 8 的立体图, 其上还具有一个扭簧 9。 挂靠件 8具有旋转销 83, 承载销 81, 限位销 82和 84, 限位销 84上还具有一个凸台 841。 该凸台 841 的作用将会在下面描述。 扭簧 9则安装在旋转销 83上。
图 5为侧板 6的局部侧向视图, 侧板 6的上部两侧具有一个凹坑 61, 凹坑 61上还有圆孔 63和异形通孔 64,异形通孔 64还具有一个特殊的轮廓弧面 641。 挡边 65在其左侧, 当挂靠件 8安装到侧板 6上时, 旋转销 83首先插入到圆孔 63中一部分, 限位销 84上的凸台 841对准弧面 641, 这时候挂靠件 8才可以完 全装入。 挂靠件 8装入后, 限位销 82位于限位孔 62中。 由于扭簧 9会对挂靠 件 8—直保持逆时针向的一个扭矩,使得挂靠件 8保持和挡边 65相贴合。此时, 由于凸台 841偏离弧面 641, 使得挂靠件无法脱出, 也仅在限位销 84上的凸台 841对准弧面 641时才可以脱出。
图 6a-6c示出盖子 1从正上方安放在容器箱体上时,挂靠件 8如何进入凹槽 12的过程。 斜坡 122首先和挂靠件 8的承载销 81接触, 由于斜坡 122的压力, 会迫使挂靠件 8 以其旋转销 83为轴心顺时针旋转一定角度, 使得承载销 81避 开了凹槽 12下移的位置。 当盖子 1 向下放置到位时, 承载销 81 正好对应着凹 槽 12的凹坑 121, 由于扭簧 9的作用, 使得挂靠件 8以其旋转销 83为轴心逆时 针旋转, 从而使得承载销 81进入到凹坑 121中, 从而限制了盖子 1向上移动。
图 7-10展示了盖子 1从使用状态到挂靠状态的移动过程。 当盖子 1被从右 侧即侧板 4的方向打开一定距离时, 盖子 1也就相当于以其和侧板 6的右上部 接触的地方为支点旋转了一个角度。 如图 7所示, 此时继续向前推动盖子 1, 挂 靠件 8的承载销 81从盖子 1的凹槽 12中脱出。 凸筋 13的斜坡 133过渡地将承 载销 81的和侧板 6接触的部位由盖子 1的本身转移到凸筋 13上,以减少盖子 1 在滑动过程中的摩擦力。 并且盖子 1 的右侧不必继续人为的托举, 可以让其右 侧的护边下部也贴在侧板 5、 3 的上部。 继续推动盖子 1, 使其滑动到斜坡 131 脱离和承载销 81接触的位置, 如图 8所示。 此时, 将恢复到盖子 1本身和侧板 6的右上方相接触,使得挂槽 1 1的位置到达凹坑 1 12准备接纳承载销 81的相对 高度。 继续推动盖子 1 向前移动时, 如图 9所示, 由于斜坡 1 1 1 导向, 承载销 81会很容易的进入到挂槽 1 1的凹坑 1 12中。 此时, 盖子 1不能够再向前移动, 由于盖子 1 的重心已经到达了箱体外侧, 使得盖子 1 有一个向下转动的趋势。 如图 10所示, 盖子 1会以承载销 81为轴心向外侧翻转, 当翻转到盖子 1 的左 侧护边的下部和侧板 6相接触时, 盖子 1 也就不能再继续转动, 这时也就挂靠 在了侧板 6上。 侧板 6上的凹坑 61也正好收纳了盖子 1的挂槽 1 1。
对于盖子 1 从箱体上移除, 除了能够在盖子 1 在被打开并移动了一定距离 即可移除的方式外, 在挂靠状态时, 同样可以将盖子移除, 如图 1 1所示, 在盖 子 1挂靠时, 只要将盖子 1大致向上提起就可以使其上凹坑 1 12和承载销 81脱 离, 然后将盖子 1移除。
另外的, 相比上述实施例更简洁的做法是: 对于凹槽 12和挂靠件 8, 当盖 子 1在使用状态时, 即当盖子盖在箱体上时, 如果在盖子 1上有指定的和侧板 6 的上部相锁定的结构来限制盖子 1 向上移动, 则可以取消凹槽 12, 且把挂靠件 8简化成直接作为一个承载销 66的形式和侧板 6成为一体或者作为一个单独销 安装在侧板 6上,如图 12-14示出的第二实施例,这样也可以实现盖子 1的挂靠。
上述两个实施方式也可以理解为, 当承载销和侧板相连接的时候, 其可以 作为一个单独的零件安装在侧板上,也可以作为侧板的一部分(如第二实施例)。 作为单独零件安装时, 承载销也可以具有其他功能, 如第一实施例所体现的, 盖子在使用状态时的锁定功能。
图 15-18示出本发明的盖子挂靠结构的第三实施例。和上述第二实施例不同 在于, 盖子挂靠结构的承载销 16作为了盖子 1的一部分被设置在盖子中心稍右 侧的位置。 如图 15所示, 在盖子 1上的凸筋 13的大致中间位置处设有凸台, 承载销 16从凸台的一侧突出。 同时, 挂槽设置在侧板 6上, 如图 16a和 16b所 示, 挂槽 66设置侧板 6的上部两端, 挂槽 66有一个开口向右侧的凹坑 661, 凹 坑 661的上部为一个斜坡 662。 当盖子 1打开并向前滑动, 斜坡 662将导向承载 销 16进入到凹坑 661 中。 此时, 如果需要移除盖子 1, 那么可以将盖子稍微向 内侧旋转, 然后往回推动一定距离即可使之脱离和箱体的连接, 然后将之移除。
上述所有的实施方式虽然各有不同, 但相同的是, 承载销和挂槽并不是一 直处于连接状态的, 而是可离合的, 只有挂靠或者接近挂靠的位置时, 两者才 相互连接。 这样的好处是, 盖子可以按需要从箱体上方便的移除, 即非挂靠和 使用状态时可以直接移除, 挂靠时只需要简单的动作也可以将盖子移除。 由此 减少劳动量, 而且结构简单成本低。
以上已详细描述了本发明的较佳实施例, 但应理解到, 在阅读了本发明的 上述讲授内容之后, 本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改。 这些等 价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1.一种容器上的盖子挂靠结构, 所述容器包括底座、侧板和盖子, 其特征在于: 所述挂靠结构包括挂靠件和挂槽,所述挂靠件和所述挂槽可离合以实现盖子的 挂靠和移除; 且
所述挂靠件和所述挂槽之一位于盖子和侧板之一上, 而所述挂靠件和所述挂槽 中另一个位于所述盖子和侧板中另一个上。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的挂靠结构,其特征在于:所述挂靠件为位于侧板上的 承载销, 所述挂槽位于盖子上, 所述盖子可在侧板上滑动并通过承载销和盖子的配 合而挂靠在侧板上。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的挂靠结构,其特征在于:容器的侧板上部两侧具有凹 坑, 所述承载销从凹坑的一侧凸出, 当所述盖子在侧板上滑动一定距离后, 所述承 载销可进入所述挂槽中, 从而挂靠在侧板上。
4. 根据权利要求 2或 3所述的挂靠结构,其特征在于:所述盖子上还设有凸筋 以减少盖子在滑动过程中的摩擦力, 且所述挂槽设有导向斜面以将所述承载销导 入所述挂槽中。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的挂靠结构,其特征在于:所述挂靠件为位于盖子上的 承载销, 所述挂槽位于侧板上部两端且包括凹坑和导向斜坡, 当盖子在侧板上滑动 时, 所述承载销可通过导向斜坡而进入所述凹坑中。
6. 根据权利要求 5 所述的挂靠结构, 其特征在于: 所述盖子上还设有凸筋以 减少盖子在滑动过程中的摩擦力。
7.—种容器上的盖子的挂靠结构, 所述容器包括底座、 侧板和盖子, 其特征在 于:
所述挂靠结构包括挂靠件和挂槽,所述挂靠件和所述挂槽可离合以实现盖子的 挂靠和移除; 且
所述挂靠件作为单独的构件而在使用时安装到侧板或盖子上。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的挂靠结构, 其特征在于: 所述挂槽位于盖子上, 且 在侧板上设置有与挂靠件和盖子配合的结构, 侧板上的配合结构使得盖子与挂 靠件配合实现盖子的关闭、 开启以及挂靠在侧板上。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的挂靠结构, 其特征在于: 所述挂靠件具有旋转销、 承载销、和两个限位销, 所述限位销之一上还具有 一个凸台, 且在所述挂靠件上还设有扭簧;
所述配合结构包括位于侧板上部两侧上的凹坑, 位于所述凹坑中的圆孔、 异形通孔和限位孔, 异形通孔还具有异形轮廓弧面; 其中
当挂靠件安装到侧板上时, 所述旋转销插入所述圆孔中, 所述两个限位销 分别插入异形通孔和限位孔中, 从而使所述挂靠件保持在所述配合结构上; 且 当盖子在侧板上滑动时, 所述承载销可进入或脱离挂槽以实现盖子的挂靠 和移除。
10. 一种容器, 所述容器包括底座、 侧板和盖子, 其特征在于: 所述容器还包 括权利要求 1或 7所述的盖子挂靠结构。
