技术领域
本申请涉及轨道交通技术领域,尤其是涉及一种转向架和具有其的轨道车辆。
背景技术
相关技术中,轨道车辆在高速运行时制动盘可能会对空气有较大的扰动作用,从而导致产生较大的空气噪声,对轨道车辆内乘客的乘车舒适性和周边环境也有较大的负面影响。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本申请提出一种转向架,所述转向架对制动器产生的空气噪声具有良好的隔绝效果,有效降低车内噪声和车外噪声,且体积较小,成本较低。
本申请的还提出一种具有上述转向架的轨道车辆。
根据本申请第一方面实施例的转向架,包括:构架;制动器,所述制动器设置在所述构架上;隔声罩,所述隔声罩与所述构架密封连接,所述隔声罩与所述构架之间限定出容纳空间,所述制动器设置在所述容纳空间内。
根据本申请实施例的转向架,通过使隔声罩与构架密封连接且制动器设置在隔声罩与构架之间限定出的容纳空间内,当转向架应用于轨道车辆时,可以很好地隔绝制动器产生的空气噪声,从而有效降低车内噪声和车外噪声,在提高车内乘客的乘车舒适性的同时,可以避免车外噪声对周边环境的影响。而且,隔声罩的体积较小,结构紧凑,可以减小整个转向架的占用空间,且可以降低用料成本。
根据本申请的一些实施例,所述隔声罩包括:第一罩体;第二罩体,所述第二罩体可拆卸地与所述构架连接,且所述第二罩体可拆卸地连接在所述第一罩体的上方,所述第二罩体、所述第一罩体与所述构架共同限定出所述容纳空间。
根据本申请的一些实施例,所述转向架还包括悬挂装置,所述悬挂装置设置在所述构架上,所述悬挂装置与所述第一罩体相对设置,且所述悬挂装置的上表面低于所述第二罩 体的下端面。
根据本申请的一些实施例,所述转向架还包括走行轮,所述走行轮与所述制动器连接,所述走行轮至少部分高于所述悬挂装置的上表面,且所述走行轮的中心轴线低于所述悬挂装置的上表面。
根据本申请的一些实施例,所述制动器包括制动盘和制动夹钳,所述制动夹钳用于对所述制动盘进行夹紧或放松;所述制动夹钳与所述第二罩体相对,且所述第二罩体的宽度大于所述第一罩体的宽度。

下面详细描述本申请的实施例,参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,下面详细描述本申请的实施例。
下面参考图1-图10描述根据本申请第一方面实施例的转向架100。转向架100可以应用于轨道车辆200例如跨座式单轨车辆。在本申请下面的描述中,以转向架100应用于轨道车辆200为例进行说明。
如图1-图4所示,根据本申请第一方面实施例的转向架100,包括构架1、制动器11和隔声罩2。制动器11设置在构架1上。隔声罩2与构架1密封连接,隔声罩2与构架1之间限定出容纳空间21,制动器11设置在容纳空间21内。
需要说明的是,“隔声罩2与构架1密封连接”在本申请中指的是,隔声罩2与构架1的连接处形成了封闭的图形。也就是说,隔声罩2与构架1的连接形成了首尾相连的闭环 结构。在本申请的一些示例中,如图1-图3所示,隔声罩2连接在构架1的侧面,隔声罩2的面向构架1的一侧可以设置有开口。
由此,当转向架100应用于轨道车辆200时,由于制动器11设置在容纳空间21内,制动器11高速旋转产生的噪声例如空气宽频噪声可以被隔绝在容纳空间21内,从而可以很好地降低车内噪声和车外噪声,在提高车内乘客的乘车舒适性的同时,可以避免车外噪声对周边环境的影响。而且,隔声罩2的体积较小,结构紧凑,可以降低用料成本。
根据本申请实施例的转向架100,通过使隔声罩2与构架1密封连接且制动器11设置在隔声罩2与构架1之间限定出的容纳空间21内,当转向架100应用于轨道车辆200时,可以有效隔绝制动器11产生的空气噪声,从而有效降低车内噪声和车外噪声,在提高车内乘客的乘车舒适性的同时,可以避免车外噪声对周边环境的影响。而且,隔声罩2的体积较小,结构紧凑,可以减小整个转向架100的占用空间,且可以降低用料成本。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图3、图4、图6和图7所示,隔声罩2包括第一罩体22和第二罩体23。第二罩体23可拆卸地与构架1连接,且第二罩体23可拆卸地连接在第一罩体22的上方,第二罩体23、第一罩体22与构架1共同限定出容纳空间21。由此,通过设置上述分体的第一罩体22和第二罩体23,仅需拆除第二罩体23就可以完成制动器11的检修,结构简单,装拆方便,且可以提高检修效率。其中,第一罩体22可以与构架1可拆卸地连接,从而进一步方便隔声罩2的装拆。
在本申请的一些示例中,如图3、图4、图6和图7所示,第一罩体22和第二罩体23可以通过螺纹紧固件例如螺栓连接在构架1上。如此设置,可以实现第一罩体22与构架1之间的牢靠连接以及第二罩体23与构架1之间的牢靠连接,且方便装拆。
在本申请的一些实施例中,参照图1,转向架100还包括悬挂装置3,悬挂装置3设置在构架1上,悬挂装置3可位于隔声罩2的远离制动器11的一侧,悬挂装置3与第一罩体22彼此相对,且悬挂装置3的上表面低于第二罩体23的下端面。如此设置,可以避免第二罩体23和悬挂装置3产生干涉,方便第二罩体23的安装和拆卸。
在本申请的一些实施例中,参照图10,转向架100还包括走行轮4,走行轮4与制动器11连接,走行轮4至少部分高于悬挂装置3的上表面,且走行轮4的中心轴线低于悬挂装置3的上表面。由此,使得走行轮4凸出地板的部分较小,既实现了一定的低地板,又减少了走行轮4凸出部分占据车内空间的比例,在降低地板高度和轨道车辆200重心的同时保证了载客量和车内通透性,提高了乘客的乘坐舒适性。
在本申请的一些示例中,结合图10,走行轮4设置在构架1内。制动盘111可以与走行轮4的轮轴相连。制动夹钳112可以用于夹持制动盘111,使制动盘111对走行轮4的轮轴产生摩擦力矩,从而实现轨道车辆200的制动。悬挂装置3的上表面与轨道车辆200 的车体底部相连,走行轮4的中心轴线位于地板的水平面以下。走行轮4的位于地板以上的部分的尺寸小于其位于地板以下的部分的尺寸。如此设置,可以进一步减少走行轮4凸出部分占据车内空间的比例,保证乘客的乘坐舒适性。
在本申请的一些实施例中,参照图3,制动器11包括制动盘111和制动夹钳112,制动夹钳112用于对制动盘111进行夹紧或放松,制动夹钳112与第二罩体23相对,且第二罩体23的宽度大于第一罩体22的宽度。由此,通过使制动夹钳112与第二罩体23相对,且第二罩体23的宽度大于第一罩体22的宽度,制动夹钳112可以容纳在第二罩体23与转向架100之间的容纳空间21内,从而使第一罩体22的宽度可以较小,模具结构简单,可以降低成本,且整个隔声罩2的结构更加紧凑,节省空间。另外,如此设置,还可以避免第一罩体22与悬挂装置3发生干涉。
在本申请的一些示例中,结合图1和图3,第二罩体23的中部具有朝向远离制动器11的方向凸出的凸起结构。需要说明的是,“中部”在本申请中应当作广义理解,其指的是第二罩体23的上端面和下端面之间的部分,而不仅限于第二罩体23的中央。如此设置的凸起结构在便于容纳制动夹钳112的同时,减少了周围结构的宽度,从而可以减少占用空间。在本申请的一些示例中,如图2所示,第一罩体22大体呈半圆形结构,适应于制动盘111的形状,提高转向架100的结构紧凑性。
在一些实施例中,第二罩体23可以包括上下相连的第一连接部和第二连接部,第一连接部连接在第二连接部的顶部。第一连接部大体呈弧形结构,第二连接部大体呈矩形结构,且第二连接部的底部设有台阶部,以减小第二罩体23的占用空间。
在本申请的一些实施例中,结合图4和图5,第一罩体22的上端具有水平向外延伸的第一翻边221,第二罩体23的下端具有水平向外延伸的第二翻边231,第一翻边221和第二翻边231通过多个紧固件(图未示出)连接以实现第一罩体22与第二罩体23的密封连接。在本申请的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。当需要检修制动器11时,仅需要拆下多个紧固件,将第二罩体23取下即可。由此,通过设置上述的第一翻边221和第二翻边231,可以很好地实现第一罩体22和第二罩体23之间的密封连接,在保证隔绝制动器11产生的空气噪声的同时,使隔声罩2的结构简单,安装方便且可靠。这里,需要说明的是,方向“外”可以理解为远离隔声罩2中心的方向,其相反方向被定义为“内”,即朝向隔声罩2中心的方向。
在本申请的一些示例中,如图4和图5所示,第一翻边221和第二翻边231上可以分别形成有多个安装孔2211。安装时,可以自上而下将第二罩体23放在第一罩体22的顶部,并使第一翻边221与第二翻边231彼此相对,然后使多个螺纹紧固件例如螺栓分别穿过第二翻边231上的多个安装孔2211与第一翻边221上的多个安装孔2211螺纹连接。螺纹紧 固件连接的方式具有简单可靠且便于拆卸的优点。
在本申请的一些实施例中,第一翻边221和第二翻边231之间可以设有至少一个密封垫片6。如此设置,可以进一步保证第一罩体22和第二罩体23之间的密封连接,从而有效隔绝制动器11产生的空气噪声,降低车内噪声和车外噪声。
在本申请的一些实施例中,参照图1和图4,制动器11包括制动管线1121,隔声罩2上形成有适于穿过制动管线1121的开口24,开口24与制动管线1121之间设有密封件。由此,通过设置上述的密封件,可以避免制动器11产生的空气噪声从开口24传出,从而可以降低车内噪声和车外噪声。当然,本申请不限于此,开口24的形状还可以为其它形状例如矩形等。
在本申请的一些示例中,参照图1和图4,隔声罩2上形成有两个开口24,开口24为圆形开口,两根制动管线1121分别从两个开口24穿过以从容纳空间21内伸出。其中,制动管线1121的数量也可以与开口24的数量不相等,例如可以为多根制动管线1121从同一个开口24穿过。
图1中显示了两个开口24用于示例说明的目的,但是普通技术人员在阅读了本申请的技术方案之后、显然可以理解将该方案应用到其它数量的开口24的技术方案中,这也落入本申请的保护范围之内。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图1、图3、图4和图9所示,构架1包括电动总成安装部12,电动总成安装部12的一侧与隔声罩2密封连接,电动总成安装部12的另一侧连接有电动总成5,电动总成5用于输出制动扭矩,电动总成安装部12具有贯通的安装口,电动总成5至少部分容纳在安装口内。其中,隔声罩2可以连接在电动总成安装部12的远离构架1中心的一侧,电动总成5可以连接在电动总成安装部12的邻近构架1中心的一侧。如此设置,隔声罩2和电动总成5可以密封连接在电动总成安装部12的两侧,将安装口密封,使制动器11高速旋转产生的噪声例如空气宽频噪声可以有效被隔绝在容纳空间21内,从而可以有效降低车内噪声和车外噪声,保证车内乘客的乘车舒适性。
在轨道车辆200的行驶过程中,电动总成5可以输出制动扭矩,即控制电机输出与车轮转动方向相反的力矩来实现轨道车辆200的减速或制动。制动器11的机械制动只有在紧急制动等少数情况才会起作用,从而制动器11的工作时间较短,不容易产生过热的问题。当然,电动总成5还可以用于输出驱动扭矩,以控制轨道车辆200的正常运行。
在本申请的一些示例中,参照图1,构架1还可以包括框架本体13、悬挂安装部14、导向轮安装部15、稳定轮安装部16等。其中,悬挂安装部14、导向轮安装部15、稳定轮安装部16可以均设置在框架本体13上。由此,悬挂装置3可以通过悬挂安装部14安装在车体和框架本体13之间,从而可以传递车体与框架本体13之间的垂向、横向和纵向力, 为轨道车辆200提供第二级减振,提高车体稳定性;导向轮7可以水平安装于导向轮安装部15,以实现转向架100的导向作用;稳定轮8可以水平安装于稳定轮安装部16,从而保证轨道车辆200的平稳运行。
当然,也可以根据构架1的结构设计需求,只设置稳定轮安装部16或者只设置导向轮安装部15,此时单独稳定轮8或者导向轮7即可起到导向并且维持车体平衡防止车体倾斜的作用。
在本申请的一些示例中,参照图1、图3、图4和图9,电动总成5与电动总成安装部12密封连接。也就是电动总成5和电动总成安装部12的连接处形成了封闭的图形。如此设置,电动总成5可以将电动总成安装部12的上述另一侧封闭,避免制动器11产生的空气噪声通过安装口传播到车内或车外,保证可以将噪声隔绝在容纳空间21内。其中,电动总成5可以包括电机和减速器等,电动总成5可以与走行轮4的轮辋41同轴设置。这样,可以提高电动总成5例如电机、减速器与走行轮4之间的传动效率,从而实现较好的制动效果和驱动效果。
在本申请的一些示例中,参照图1和图4,电动总成安装部12大致呈拱形结构,这样,在实现电动总成5的安装、保证密封安装口的同时,可以提高电动总成安装部12的结构强度,使电动总成安装部12可以对构架1的结构起到更好的加强作用。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图8所示,隔声罩2包括沿朝向远离容纳空间21中心的方向依次设置的支撑层25、阻尼层26、吸音层27和隔音层28。由此,通过设置上述的支撑层25、阻尼层26、吸音层27和隔音层28,支撑层25具有较大的刚度,能够起到很好的支撑作用;阻尼层26能够有效避免支撑层25产生振动,从而可以有效避免轨道车辆200在运行过程中由于隔声罩2自身振动而产生噪声;吸音层27和隔音层28使隔声罩2具有较好的吸声和隔声的效果,避免制动器11产生的空气噪声从容纳空间21传播到车内或车外。
在本申请的一些实施例中,支撑层25可以为玻璃钢件等。如此设置,使支撑层25具有一定的刚度,能够起到支撑作用的同时,还具有一定的弹性,方便安装。另外,如此设置的支撑层25具有质量轻、成本低、防火性能好等特点。当然,本申请不限于此,支撑层25还可以为铝合金件、不锈钢件等。
在本申请的一些实施例中,吸音层27可以为发泡橡胶层。但不限于此。由此,吸音层27可以对空气噪声例如中低频噪声产生较好的吸音效果,从而进一步降低车内噪声和车外噪声。
在本申请的一些实施例中,隔音层28可以为重质隔音层(指由质量较重、密度较高的隔音材料制成的隔音层)例如EVA(ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer,指的是“乙烯- 醋酸乙烯共聚物”及使用其制成的橡塑发泡材料)层或丁腈橡胶层等。但不限于此。如此设置,隔音层28具有很好的隔音效果,从而使隔声罩2可以有效隔绝制动器11产生的空气噪声。
参照图10所示,根据本申请第二方面实施例的轨道车辆200,包括根据本申请上述第一方面实施例的转向架100。
根据本申请实施例的轨道车辆200例如跨座式单轨车辆,通过采用上述的转向架100,可以很好地隔绝制动器11产生的空气噪声,从而有效降低车内噪声和车外噪声。
根据本申请实施例的轨道车辆200的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。
在本申请的描述中,“第一特征”、“第二特征”可以包括一个或者更多个该特征。
在本申请的描述中,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”包括第一特征在第二特征正上方和斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种转向架,其特征在于,包括:
    构架;
    制动器,所述制动器设置在所述构架上;
    隔声罩,所述隔声罩与所述构架密封连接,所述隔声罩与所述构架之间限定出容纳空间,所述制动器设置在所述容纳空间内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的转向架,其特征在于,所述隔声罩包括:
    第一罩体;
    第二罩体,所述第二罩体可拆卸地与所述构架连接,且所述第二罩体可拆卸地连接在所述第一罩体的上方,所述第二罩体、所述第一罩体与所述构架共同限定出所述容纳空间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的转向架,其特征在于,还包括悬挂装置,所述悬挂装置设置在所述构架上,所述悬挂装置与所述第一罩体相对设置,且所述悬挂装置的上表面低于所述第二罩体的下端面。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的转向架,其特征在于,还包括走行轮,所述走行轮与所述制动器连接,所述走行轮至少部分高于所述悬挂装置的上表面,且所述走行轮的中心轴线低于所述悬挂装置的上表面。
  5. 根据权利要求2-4中任一项所述的转向架,其特征在于,所述制动器包括制动盘和制动夹钳,所述制动夹钳用于对所述制动盘进行夹紧或放松;
    所述制动夹钳与所述第二罩体相对设置,且所述第二罩体的宽度大于所述第一罩体的宽度。
  6. 根据权利要求2-5中任一项所述的转向架,其特征在于,所述第一罩体的上端具有水平向外延伸的第一翻边,所述第二罩体的下端具有水平向外延伸的第二翻边,所述第一翻边和所述第二翻边通过多个紧固件连接以实现所述第一罩体与所述第二罩体的连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的转向架,其特征在于,所述第一翻边和所述第二翻边之间设有至少一个密封垫片。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的转向架,其特征在于,所述制动器包括制动管线,所述隔声罩上形成有适于穿过制动管线的开口,所述开口与所述制动管线之间设有密封件。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的转向架,其特征在于,所述构架包括电动总成安装部,所述电动总成安装部的一侧与所述隔声罩密封连接,所述电动总成安装部的另一侧连接有电动总成,所述电动总成用于输出制动扭矩,所述电动总成安装部具有贯通的安装口,所述电动总成至少部分容纳在所述安装口内。
  10. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的转向架,其特征在于,所述隔声罩包括沿远离所述容纳空间中心的方向依次设置的支撑层、阻尼层、吸音层和隔音层。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的转向架,其特征在于,所述支撑层为玻璃钢件、不锈钢件或铝合金件。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的转向架,其特征在于,所述吸音层为发泡橡胶层。
  13. 根据权利要求10-12中任一项所述的转向架,其特征在于,所述隔音层为EVA层或丁腈橡胶层。
  14. 一种轨道车辆,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1-13中任一项所述的转向架。
