背景技术
全包裹式气囊组件包括气袋和拉带。气袋能够在车辆发生碰撞时充气并沿乘员的头部和躯干延伸,以便于为乘员的头部和躯干提供全方位(左右两侧和顶部)的包裹。拉带沿气袋的整个延伸方向安装至气袋,并且拉带的两端分别固定至车辆座椅。当气袋充气时,拉带绷紧,从而对气袋进行约束。

在替代的实施例中,座椅底座11的左侧(或右侧)具有第一滑轮111,座椅底座11的左侧(或右侧)具有第二滑轮121。拉带22的一个端部223连接至气袋21的左侧。在车辆座椅1的左侧(或右侧),拉带22从端部223开始依次围绕第二滑轮121和第一滑轮111延伸。在车辆座椅1的右侧(或左侧),拉带22的另一个端部223连接至座椅底座11。在这种情况下,在车辆座椅1的左侧(或右侧),拉带22具有两个第二部段222,以约束气袋21的横向移位。这种实施例适合于只需限制气袋21向左方(或向右方)移位过大的情况。
在气袋21的展开状态下,位于拉带22的端部223与第二滑轮121之间的第二部段222沿着与气袋21的延伸方向成角度的方向延伸。例如,该第二部段222与气袋21的延伸方向相垂直。气袋21在乘员3所观察到的上下方向上具有中间部分,拉带22的端部223大致位于该中间部分处。
在气袋21的展开状态下,第一滑轮111位于拉带22的第一部段221的延伸方向上。拉带22的两个端部223可以分别连接至气袋21的前部边缘211附近。
在实施例中,拉带22的第一部段221能够沿气袋21的延伸方向移动。以这种方式,可以减少拉带22在绷紧过程中受到的阻力,使得在气袋21充气时,拉带22顺畅地绷紧。在替代的实施例中,拉带22的第一部段221能够固定地连接至气袋21,例如,第一部段221沿其周缘缝制在气 袋21上。
此外,第一部段221大致位于气袋21的前部边缘211处。气袋21设置有沿气袋21的延伸方向延伸的容纳腔,拉带22可以贯穿容纳腔,并且在容纳腔中自由地移动。在实施例中,通过将长条形织物缝制在气袋21的外表面,而形成限定在长条形织物与气袋21的外表面之间的容纳腔。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种气囊组件(2),其用于车辆座椅,其中,包括:
    气袋(21),其安装至所述车辆座椅(1)并且能够从未展开状态充气到展开状态,在所述展开状态下,所述气袋(21)沿所述车辆座椅(1)中的乘员(3)的头部和躯干延伸,以包围所述乘员(3)的头部和躯干;以及
    拉带(22),其用于将所述气袋(21)安装至所述车辆座椅(1)并且具有第一部段(221)和第二部段(222),在所述展开状态下,所述拉带(22)绷紧,所述第一部段(221)在所述气袋(21)的外表面沿所述气袋(21)的延伸方向安装至所述气袋(21),并且所述第二部段(222)在所述气袋(21)的至少一个外侧面沿与所述气袋(21)的延伸方向成角度的方向延伸。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的气囊组件(2),其中,
    所述车辆座椅(1)具有使所述拉带(22)的延伸方向改变的转向部件,并且所述转向部件为可旋转地安装在所述车辆座椅(1)上的滑轮。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的气囊组件(2),其中,所述车辆座椅(1)包括:
    座椅底座(11),所述座椅底座(11)的两个侧面分别具有第一滑轮(111);以及
    座椅靠背(12),其由所述座椅底座(11)支撑,并且所述座椅靠背(12)的两个侧面分别具有第二滑轮(121),其中,
    所述拉带(22)的两个端部(223)分别连接至所述气袋(21)的侧面,并且在所述展开状态下,在所述车辆座椅(1)的每一侧,所述拉带(22)从所述拉带(22)的端部(223)开始依次围绕所述第二滑轮 (121)和所述第一滑轮(111)延伸。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的气囊组件(2),其中,
    在所述展开状态下,位于所述第二滑轮(121)与所述拉带(22)的端部(223)之间的所述第二部段(222)沿与所述气袋(21)的延伸方向相垂直的方向延伸。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的气囊组件(2),其中,
    所述气袋(21)在所述乘员(3)所观察到的上下方向上具有中间部分,其中,
    所述拉带(22)的端部(223)位于所述中间部分处。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的气囊组件(2),其中,
    在所述展开状态下,所述第一滑轮(111)位于所述第一部段(221)的延伸方向上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的气囊组件(2),其中,
    在所述展开状态下,所述气袋(21)具有与所述座椅靠背(12)间隔开的前部边缘(211),其中,
    所述拉带(22)的端部(223)分别连接至所述前部边缘(211)处。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的气囊组件(2),其中,
    所述第一部段(221)位于所述前部边缘(211)处。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的气囊组件(2),其中,
    所述第一部段(221)能够沿所述气袋(21)的延伸方向移动。
  10. 一种车辆座椅总成,其中,包括:
    车辆座椅(1);以及
    根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的气囊组件(2),其安装至所述车辆座椅(1)。
