Abstract
Chaîne de production de broyage et de briquetage de copeaux métalliques, la chaîne comprenant un broyeur (1), une trémie d'alimentation (2), une machine de briquetage (3), une première machine d'évacuation de copeaux (4), une seconde machine d'évacuation de copeaux (5) et une machine d'évacuation de briquettes (6). La première machine d'évacuation de copeaux (4) est reliée au broyeur (1) et à la trémie d'alimentation (2) ; la seconde machine d'évacuation de copeaux (5) est reliée à la trémie d'alimentation (2) et à la machine de briquetage (3) ; la machine d'évacuation de briquettes (6) est reliée à la machine de briquetage (3) ; le broyeur (1) comprend un bâti de broyage (1-1) ; un bac de broyage carré (1-2) est relié fixe au bâti de broyage (1-1) ; le bac de broyage (1-2) s'étend hors du bâti de broyage (1-1) d'un segment ; une ouverture d'évacuation est disposée sur la partie inférieure du bac de broyage (1-2) ; une ouverture d'alimentation est disposée au niveau de la partie supérieure du bac de broyage (1-2) ; un bloc de poussée (1-3) est monté coulissant dans le bac de broyage (1-2) ; le bloc de poussée (1-3) est opposé à l'ouverture d'évacuation, et se déplace par rapport à l'ouverture d'évacuation ; un arbre de rouleau de broyage (1-4) est monté rotatif dans le bac de broyage (1-2) et situé dans l'ouverture d'évacuation ; de multiples éléments de coupe à dents sont répartis sur la surface périphérique de l'arbre de rouleau de broyage (1-4), et des rainures de dent, permettant aux éléments de coupe à dents de passer à travers, sont réparties uniformément sur l'ouverture d'évacuation ; un tamis de filtre semi-arqué (1-5) est relié fixe à l'ouverture d'évacuation, et le tamis de filtre (1-5) recouvre l'arbre de rouleau de broyage (1-4).
