本实用新型涉及注塑模具技术领域,具体为一种成品率高的注塑模具。
注塑模具是一种生产塑胶制品的工具,也是赋予塑胶制品完整结构和精确尺寸的工具,注塑成型是批量生产某些形状复杂部件时用到的一种加工方法,现有的注塑模具在使用时容易发生下模与上模偏移的缺点,以及注塑口注塑后没有处理机构,从而容易造成注塑产品出现飞边,而且在产品成型后不方便脱模,脱模过程中容易造成产品损坏,降低了成品率,为此,我们提出一种成品率高的注塑模具。

(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种成品率高的注塑模具,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种成品率高的注塑模具,包括箱体,所述箱体顶部的外侧固定连接有固定架,所述固定架内表面顶部的两侧均固定连接有液压缸,所述液压缸的底部固定连接有固定板,所述固定板的顶部并位于中轴处的外侧固定连接有连接架,所述连接架内表面顶部的中轴处固定连接有气缸,所述气缸的底部固定连接有限位板,所述限位板的底部固定连接有插头,所述固定板底部的中轴处固定连接有上模座,所述上模座底部的两侧均固定连接有固定柱,所述箱体顶部的中轴处设置有下模座,所述固定板底部的两侧均固定连接有固定杆,所述固定杆的底部固定连接有连接杆,所述箱体内壁的中轴处设置有连接板,所述连接板顶部的中轴处固定连接有推柱,所述推柱的顶部贯穿箱体与下模座并延伸至下 模座的内腔,所述推柱的顶部固定连接有推板,所述下模座顶部的两侧均开设有插孔。
优选的,所述固定板内腔的中轴处与下模座内腔的中轴处均开设有注塑孔,所述注塑孔与插头配合使用。
优选的,所述箱体内腔两侧的顶部均开设有滑槽,且滑槽的内腔与连接板滑动连接。
优选的,所述连接板的底部并位于中轴处的两侧均固定连接有弹簧,所述弹簧的底部与箱体固定连接。
优选的,所述下模座两侧的底部均固定连接有固定块,且固定块的顶部设置有螺栓,且螺栓的底部依次贯穿固定块与箱体并延伸至箱体的内腔。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型提供了一种成品率高的注塑模具,具备以下有益效果:
1、本实用新型通过液压缸带动固定板进行移动,固定板带动上模座进行移动,上模座带动固定柱进行移动,当固定柱与插孔插接后,即可使得上模座与下模座刚好对应,当上模座与下模座接触后,通过注塑孔将物料注入,注料完成后,通过气缸带动限位板进行移动,限位板带动插头进行移动,当限位板的底部与固定板接触后,插头刚好与注塑孔插接,使得物料不会残留在注塑孔内,注塑完成后,通过液压缸带动固定板进行移动,固定板带动下模座进行移动,当下模座向上移动一定的距离后,通过固定杆与连接杆的配合,固定板还会带动连接板进行移动,连接板带动推柱进行移动,推柱带动推板进行移动,方便进行脱模,解决了现有的注塑模具在使用时容易发生下模与上模偏移的缺点,以及注塑口注塑后没有处理机构,从而容易造成注塑产品出现飞边,而且在产品成型后不方便脱模,脱模过程中容易造成产品损坏,降低了成品率的问题。
2、本实用新型通过设置插头,避免了物料残留在注塑孔内,从而出现飞边的现象,通过设置滑槽,稳定了连接板的工作,对连接板进行了平衡支撑,避免了连接板工作时不稳定,通过设置弹簧,对连接板产生了拉力,避免了连接板无法自动向下移动。

在使用时,通过外设控制器控制液压缸3进行工作,通过液压缸3带动固定板4进行移动,固定板4带动上模座5进行移动,上模座5带动固定柱11进行移动,当固定柱11与插孔13插接后,即可使得上模座5与下模座12刚好对应,当上模座5与下模座12接触后,通过注塑孔6将物料注入,注料完成后,通过外设控制器控制气缸8进行工作,通过气缸8带动限位板9进行移动,限位板9带动插头10进行移动,当限位板9的底部与固定板4接触后,插头10刚好与注塑孔6插接,使得物料不会残留在注塑孔6内,注塑完成后,通过液压缸3带动固定板4进行移动,固定板4带动下模座12进行移动,当下模座12向上移动一定的距离后,通过固定杆14与连接杆15的配合,固定板4还会带动连接板16进行移动,连接板16带动推柱18进行移动,推柱18带动推板19进行移动,方便进行脱模,解决了现有的注塑模具在使用时容易发生下模与上模偏移的缺点,以及注塑口注塑后没有处理机构,从而容易造成注塑产品出现飞边,而且在产品成型后不方便脱模,脱模过程中容易造成产品损坏,降低了成品率的问题,本申请中外设控制器为PLC控制器,同时,外设控制器的两个接线端通过导线连接有电源线,且本申请中采用市电进行供电。
