S1.首先在菜谱服务器(5)的输入单元输入菜品、口味和菜品烹饪后成熟度指标信息;输入信息后,菜谱服务器(5)会自行匹配存储单元中存储的信息,给出最优食谱菜单以及不同食材的烹饪温度和时间,在显示屏中进行显示;
菜品用量:猪肉准备200g,小白菜准备400g;并提示猪肉和小白菜放至对应编号的单种食材滚筒炒锅;相应的根据食谱菜单的用量将不同食材放至单种食材滚筒炒锅中;猪肉放入单种食材滚筒炒锅a(1)中,烹饪温度达到230℃,烹饪时间3min(根据肉的特性,温度高、时间长容易将肉炒老;温度低、时间短不容易将肉炒熟),小白菜放入单种食材滚筒炒锅b(2)中,烹饪温度180℃,烹饪时间1min(根据蔬菜的特性,高温容易将青菜的营养破坏;低温不容易使青菜的香味物质散发,导致品质降低),同时菜谱服务器(5)会将这些信息传至智能控制装置(7);
S2.智能控制装置(7)根据收到的指令信息控制加热装置(11)的加热温度和时间,启动翻炒装置(12)进行翻炒,同时启动述温度传感器(13)监测单种食材滚筒炒锅a(1)和单种食材滚筒炒锅b(2)的温度,实时反馈给智能控制装置(7);由于不同食材的烹饪熟化时间不同,智能控制装置(7)会控制不同编号炒锅的启动时间,单种食材滚筒炒锅a(1)炒制2min后,启动单种食材滚筒炒锅b(2)开始炒制,使得不同食材能够在同一时间完成炒制;
S3.食材炒制完成后,智能控制装置(7)会收到加热装置(11)和温度传感器(13)反馈的信息,使得翻炒装置(12)控制单种食材滚筒炒锅围绕其中轴线翻转180°,倾倒食材至下方的大容量滚筒炒锅(4)中;
S4.不同食材混合至大容量滚筒炒锅中后,进一步通过智能控制装置(7)控制大容量滚 筒炒锅(4)的翻炒装置(12)翻炒混匀,大容量滚筒炒锅围绕其的中轴线进行翻炒的角度为30°,相应的加入不同配料后,启动大容量滚筒炒锅(4)的加热装置(11)进行加热保温,完成菜品的烹饪。
实施例2:
西红柿木耳炒鸡蛋:
S1.首先在菜谱服务器(5)的输入单元输入菜品、口味和菜品烹饪后成熟度指标信息;输入信息后,菜谱服务器(5)会自行匹配存储单元中存储的信息,给出最优食谱菜单以及不同食材的烹饪温度和时间,在显示屏中进行显示;西红柿准备300g、木耳准备100g、鸡蛋准备200g;并提示某一食材放至对应编号的单种食材滚筒炒锅;相应的根据食谱菜单的用量将不同食材放至单种食材滚筒炒锅中;西红柿放入单种食材滚筒炒锅a(1)中,西红柿需要小火长时间熬制,熬出浓浓的番茄汁,所以烹饪温度为120℃,烹饪时间5min;木耳放入单种食材滚筒炒锅b(2)中,木耳加热不宜过长,否则影响食用品质,所以烹饪温度为180℃,烹饪时间2min;鸡蛋放入单种食材滚筒炒锅c(3)中,鸡蛋处于蓬发状态时,食用品质最佳,口感最嫩,所以鸡蛋烹饪温度150℃,烹饪时间1min;同时菜谱服务器(5)会将这些信息传至智能控制装置(7);
S2.智能控制装置(7)根据收到的指令信息控制加热装置(11)的加热温度和时间,启动翻炒装置(12)进行翻炒,同时启动述温度传感器(13)监测炒锅的温度,实时反馈给智能控制装置(7);由于不同食材的烹饪熟化时间不同,智能控制装置(7)会控制不同编号炒锅的启动时间,单种食材滚筒炒锅a(1)炒制3min后,启动单种食材滚筒炒锅b(2)开始炒制;单种食材滚筒炒锅a(1)炒制4min后,启动单种食材滚筒炒锅c(3)开始炒制,使得不同食材能够在同一时间完成炒制,使得不同食材能够在同一时间完成炒制;
S3.食材炒制完成后,智能控制装置(7)会收到加热装置(11)和温度传感器(13)反馈的信息,使得翻炒装置(12)控制单种食材滚筒炒锅围绕其中轴线翻转180°,倾倒食材至下方的大容量滚筒炒锅(4)中;
S4.如图2所示,进一步通过智能控制装置(7)控制大容量滚筒炒锅(4)的翻炒装置(12)翻炒混匀,大容量滚筒炒锅围绕其的中轴线进行翻炒的角度为45°,相应的加入不同配料后,启动大容量滚筒炒锅(4)的加热装置(11)进行加热保温,完成菜品的烹饪。
本发明提供的多锅联动的智能炒菜装置能够充分发挥各种食材独特的品质,最大程度的保留了各个食材的营养。相比传统的单锅炒制,不仅提高了炒菜效率,而且提升了各个食材的食用品质,使烹饪口感更佳。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种多锅联动的智能炒菜装置,其特征在于,包括炒锅、智能控制装置(7)、菜谱服务器(5)、加热装置(11)、翻炒装置(12)和温度传感器(13);所述炒锅、智能控制装置(7)、菜谱服务器(5)均通过支撑架(6)进行固定;所述炒锅包括多个单种食材滚筒炒锅和大容量滚筒炒锅(4);所述多个单种食材滚筒炒锅设于大容量滚筒炒锅(4)的正上方区域;
    所述翻炒装置(12)设于炒锅的底端;所述加热装置(11)和温度传感器(13)分别安装在炒锅的两侧;
    所述智能控制装置(7)分别与菜谱服务器(5)、加热装置(11)、翻炒装置(12)和温度传感器(13)电性连接;
    所述加热装置(11)用于对所述炒锅进行加热;所述炒锅翻炒装置(12)用于控制所述炒锅围绕炒锅的中轴线翻转,翻转的角度为30~180°;
    所述温度传感器(13)用于监测炒锅的温度,并实时反馈给智能控制装置(7),通过智能控制装置(7)控制加热装置(11)的加热温度和时间;
    所述菜谱服务器(5)包括显示屏、存储单元和输入单元,三者电性互联;所述存储单元用于存储食谱菜单以及各种食材的烹饪特性;所述输入单元用于输入菜品、口味和菜品烹饪后成熟度指标信息;所述输入单元输入信息后会自动和存储单元存储的信息进行匹配,进一步通过显示屏显示食谱菜单以及食材的烹饪特性。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多锅联动的智能炒菜装置,其特征在于,所述多个单种食材滚筒炒锅排布方式为并联或串联。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多锅联动的智能炒菜装置,其特征在于,所述多个单种食材滚筒炒锅有其对应的编号信息;编号信息存储在菜谱服务器(5)的存储单元中。
  4. 一种多锅联动的智能炒菜装置的操作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    S1.首先在菜谱服务器(5)的输入单元输入菜品、口味和菜品烹饪后成熟度指标信息;输入信息后,菜谱服务器(5)会自行匹配存储单元中存储的信息,给出最优食谱菜单以及不同食材的烹饪温度和时间,通过显示屏显示;同时会提示某一食材放至对应编号的单种食材滚筒炒锅;相应的根据食谱菜单的用量将不同食材放至单种食材滚筒炒锅中;同时菜谱服务器(5)会将显示屏所显示的信息传至智能控制装置(7);
    S2.智能控制装置(7)根据收到的指令信息控制加热装置(11)的加热温度和时间,并启动翻炒装置(12)控制单种食材滚筒炒锅围绕其的中轴线进行翻炒,同时启动述温度传感器(13)监测炒锅的温度,实时反馈温度信息给智能控制装置(7);
    S3.食材炒制完成后,智能控制装置(7)会收到加热装置(11)和温度传感器(13)反馈的信息,使得翻炒装置(12)控制单种食材滚筒炒锅围绕其的中轴线翻转,倾倒食材至下 方的大容量滚筒炒锅(4)中;
    S4.不同食材混合至大容量滚筒炒锅(4)中后,进一步通过智能控制装置(7)控制大容量滚筒炒锅(4)的翻炒装置(12)翻炒混匀,相应的加入不同配料后,启动大容量滚筒炒锅(4)的加热装置(11)进行加热保温,完成菜品的烹饪。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多锅联动的智能炒菜装置的操作方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中所述智能控制装置(7)控制单种食材滚筒炒锅炒制食材时,由于不同食材的烹饪熟化时间不同,智能控制装置(7)会控制不同编号单种食材滚筒炒锅的启动时间,以便不同食材能够在同一时间完成炒制。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多锅联动的智能炒菜装置的操作方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中所述单种食材滚筒炒锅围绕其的中轴线进行翻炒的角度为30~60°。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多锅联动的智能炒菜装置的操作方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中所述单种食材滚筒炒锅围绕其的中轴线翻转的角度为180°。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多锅联动的智能炒菜装置的操作方法,其特征在于,步骤S4中所述大容量滚筒炒锅(4)围绕其的中轴线进行翻炒的角度为30~60°。
