如本公司以前申请的202010287916.5公开了一种电动遮物帘的电源接触装置,又如本公司申请号202010287918.4公开了一种多功能汽车遮物帘,虽然两件申请的技术方案都科学合理,有很好的实用性。但其的动力装置设置在帘架之下,还可以有更好的设计方案。
还有因为电动式遮物帘的收卷由电动完成,所以其必须配置一个帘布向后伸展的自动伸展架,而且这个伸展架要有相对的伸展力,否则帘布没有张力,就会下塌。但这就出现了一个问题,动力及减速器都没有绝对的自锁能力,所以在帘布回缩后,就有可能出现收卷在卷帘管上的遮物帘布被自动伸展架的伸展力慢慢拉出的状况。

所述第一传动连接头固定套接在所述的第一驱动受力孔中,所述的轴承套接在所述的轴承槽中,所述传动壳体的外径小于所述卷帘管的内径,所述的卷帘管可在所述的电动传动机构外自由转动。
本发明的进一步优选方案为:所述的卷管制动机构包括制动壳体及活动设置在制动壳体中的制动件及传动件,所述的制动件包括所述的第一传动连接头、第一限位转件及活动套件,所述的活动套件中设置有内轴活动孔,所述活动套件的外侧固定设置有二个制动块;
所述的传动件包括第二限位转件、内轴及二个解锁件,所述的内轴活动设置在所述的内轴活动孔中,二个所述的解锁件活动套接在所述的活动套件上,二个所述的制动块活动在二个所述解锁件之间的空间中。
本发明的进一步优选方案为:所述的二个所述的制动块的外径与二个所述解锁件的外径相同,二个所述的制动块与二个所述解锁件之间各设置有相对的空隙,所述的内孔与所述的制动块和所述的解锁件之间设置有一个以上的制动弹簧,所述制动弹簧的外径与所述的内孔直径相同,所述的制动块和所述的解锁件的外径小于所述制动弹簧的内径。
本发明的进一步优选方案为:所述的制动弹簧的两端各设置有受力弯头,两端所述的受力弯头分别设置在所述制动块与所述解锁件之间的空隙中,所述的制动块不论顺时针或逆时针转动,都会有其中的一个制动块推动所述的受力弯头,使所述的制动弹簧的外径扩大,从而涨刹在内孔中,所述的制动壳体对所述的制动件实施制动;
所述的解锁件不论顺时针或逆时针转动,都会有其中的一个解锁件推动所述的受力弯头,使所述的制动弹簧的外径缩小,从而可在所述的内孔中自由转动,实现所述的传动件与所述的制动件联动并可转动。
本发明的进一步优选方案为:所述的传动壳体中的所述电动机连接减速器,所述的减速器连接有第二传动连接头,所述的传动件的一侧设置有与所述第二传动连接头相吻合的第二驱动受力孔,并相套接;
所述的传动壳体的外端设置第二线孔。
本发明的进一步优选方案为:所述的遮物帘架的左右两端各活动套接有伸缩式安装套头,所述的固定连接件与所述的伸缩式安装套头之间设置有第一伸展弹簧,所述的第一伸展弹簧始终将所述伸缩式安装套头向外弹出;
所述的电动传动机构还包括MCU单片机,所述伸缩式安装套头的外侧设置有线路接触件,所述的线路接触件与所述的MCU单片机由电源数据线连接。
本发明的进一步优选方案为:所述的遮物帘架安装在汽车左右两侧的汽车侧板之间,左右所述的汽车侧板中各设置有与所述伸缩式安装套头相吻合的帘架安装孔,一侧所述的帘架安装孔中设置有与所述线路接触件相对应的电源数据源接触件;
左右所述的汽车侧板后侧各设置有帘架扣槽。
本发明的进一步优选方案为:所述的自动伸展架包括左右各对称设置的一组或一组以上的折叠组件,每组的所述折叠组件包括第一折叠条及与其相轴接的第二折叠条,所述第一折叠条的前端轴接在折叠条轴接座中,所述的折叠条轴接座固定在所述遮物帘架的后侧,左右各组所述第二折叠条的后端轴接在连接横条上,所述第一折叠条与所述第二折叠条之间的轴接处中设置有第二伸展弹簧;
所述第一折叠条的前端与所述的折叠条轴接座之间的轴接处及所述第二折叠条的后端与所述的连接横条的轴接处也设置有第二伸展弹簧;
所述的第二伸展弹簧始终使自动伸展架处于伸展状态。
本发明的进一步优选方案为:所述的连接横条的左右两端各固定设置有限位扣件;
所述的连接横条后侧固定设置有遮物硬板。
本发明的进一步优选方案为:汽车后车门门框中设置有感应开关,所述的感应开关电连接所述的MCU单片机,所述的感应开关通过所述的MCU单片机控制车用遮物帘的伸展与回缩,所述的汽车后门打开时,所述的车用遮物帘即回缩,所述的汽车后门关闭时,所述的车用遮物帘即伸展。
本发明的优点在于:结构科学合理,电动传动机构设置有卷帘管内,安全性更好,卷帘管在卷管制动机构的作用下,其自锁能力更强。本发明的技术方案能使车用遮物帘更具全自动化。

如图1至9所示:一种车用遮物帘的电动传动装置,包括遮物帘架11、自动伸展架2、卷帘管3、电动传动机构4,自动伸展架2活动设置在遮物帘架11的后侧,卷帘管3设置在遮物帘架11中,卷帘管3与自动伸 展架2的后侧之间设置有遮物帘布19,遮物帘架11的左右两端各设置有帘架封盖14,一侧的帘架封盖14中固定设置有固定连接件15,固定连接件15中设置有固定限位槽16及第一线孔17,另一侧的帘架封盖14与卷帘管3的一端活动轴接,卷帘管3的另一端中设置有轴承33;
卷帘管3中固定设置有驱动受力件31,由固定销36固定,驱动受力件31中设置有第一驱动受力孔32;
电动传动机构4包括传动壳体41及安装在传动壳体41内的电动机47及减速器48,传动壳体41的外端设置有与固定限位槽16相吻合的固定限位头42及轴承槽43,固定限位头42固定套接在固定限位槽16中,传动壳体41的内端固定设置有卷管制动机构5,并与减速器48连接,卷管制动机构5的另一侧活动设置有第一传动连接头56;
第一传动连接头56固定套接在第一驱动受力孔32中,轴承33套接在轴承槽43中,传动壳体41的外径小于卷帘管3的内径,卷帘管3可在电动传动机构4外自由转动。
电动传动机构4的外端固定在遮物帘架11一侧的帘架封盖14中,其为静止不动,利用第一传动连接头56带动固定在卷帘管3中的驱动受力件31,从而传动卷帘管3转动;因电动传动机构4与卷帘管3为相对自由转动,轴承33的设置可使卷帘管3与电动传动机构4有更好的同心度,也更有润滑性。
如图8至14所示:卷管制动机构5包括制动壳体51及活动设置在制动壳体51一侧的内孔52中的制动件及传动件,制动件包括第一传动连接头56、第一限位转件53及活动套件54,活动套件54中设置有内轴活动孔57,活动套件54的外侧固定设置有二个制动块55,它们为一个整体;
传动件包括第二限位转件61、内轴62及二个解锁件63,它们也为一个整体,内轴62活动设置在内轴活动孔57中,二个的解锁件63活动套接在活动套件54上,二个的制动块55活动在二个解锁件63之间的空间中。
如图11至13所示:二个制动块55之间的外径与二个解锁件63的外径相同,二个的制动块55与二个解锁件63之间各设置有相对的空隙,内孔52与制动块和解锁件之间设置有一个以上的制动弹簧66,制动弹簧66的外径与内孔52直径相同,制动块55和解锁件63的外径小于制动弹簧66的内径。
如图12、13、14所示:制动弹簧66的两端各设置有受力弯头67,两端的受力弯头67分别设置在制动块55与解锁件63之间的空隙中,制动块55不论顺时针或逆时针转动,都会有其中的一个制动块55推动受力弯头67,使制动弹簧66的外径扩大,从而涨刹在内孔52中,制动壳体51对制动件实施制动;如图13、14所示:二个制动块55都设置在受力弯头的外侧,所以制动件不管向那个方向转动,二个制动块55中的一个都会压迫受力弯头67,使制动弹簧66扩大,实施制动、锁定,如图中的制动侧E;
解锁件63不论顺时针或逆时针转动,都会有其中的一个解锁件63推动受力弯头67,使制动弹簧66的外径缩小,从而可在内孔52中自由转动,实现传动件与的制动件联动并可转动,如图13、14所示:二个解锁件63都设置在受力弯头的内侧,所以传动件不管向那个方向转动,二个解锁件63中的一个都会推动受力弯头67,使制动弹簧66缩小,实施转动、传动,如图中的解锁传动侧F。
卷管制动机构5的设置,可使卷帘管3不能自由转动,始终处于锁定状态;但电动机47通过减速器58可以带动卷帘管3自由转动。
如图8、9所示:传动壳体41中的电动机47连接减速器48,减速器48连接有第二传动连接头45,传动件的一侧设置有与第二传动连接头45相吻合的第二驱动受力孔65,并相套接;
传动壳体41的外端设置第二线孔44。
如图1、2、3、4、5、15、16、17所示:遮物帘架11的左右两端各活动套接有伸缩式安装套头12,固定连接件15与伸缩式安装套头12之间设置有第一伸展弹簧18,第一伸展弹簧18始终将伸缩式安装套头12向外弹出;
电动传动机构4还包括MCU单片机46,伸缩式安装套头12的外侧设置有线路接触件13,线路接触件13与 MCU单片机46由电源数据线35连接。
MCU单片机46利用电动机47的转数来控制车用遮物帘的伸展行程及回缩行程,使MCU单片机46控制电动机47在车用遮物帘伸展至帘架扣槽8时或完全回缩后自动停止。
如图1、2、3所示:遮物帘架11安装在汽车左右两侧的汽车侧板6之间,左右汽车侧板6中各设置有与伸缩式安装套头12相吻合的帘架安装孔,一侧的帘架安装孔中设置有与线路接触件13相对应的电源数据源接触件;
左右的汽车侧板6后侧各设置有帘架扣槽8。电源数据源接触件安装在汽车侧板6的帘架安装孔内,其与车载电源及感应开关电连接;在遮物帘架11安装在汽车上后,设置在伸缩式安装套头12的外侧的线路接触件13与电源数据源接触件相接触而电连接。
如图2、15、16、17、18所示:自动伸展架2包括左右各对称设置的一组或一组以上的折叠组件,每组的折叠组件包括第一折叠条23及与其相轴接的第二折叠条24,第一折叠条23的前端轴接在折叠条轴接座25中,折叠条轴接座25固定在遮物帘架11的后侧,左右各组第二折叠条24的后端轴接在连接横条21上,第一折叠条23与第二折叠条24之间的轴接处中设置有第二伸展弹簧26;
第一折叠条23的前端与折叠条轴接座25之间的轴接处及第二折叠条24的后端与连接横条21的之间的轴接处也设置有第二伸展弹簧26;
第二伸展弹簧26始终使自动伸展架2处于伸展状态。
每组折叠组件的第一折叠条23与第二折叠条及与折叠条轴接座25和连接横条21之间共有三个轴接点,自动伸展架2可根据伸展力大小的需要,可选择性地在三个轴接处中设置其中的一个或二个第二伸展弹簧26,也可为了增加伸展力,在三个轴接处中都设置有第一伸展弹簧18。
如图1、15、16、18所示:连接横条21的左右两端各固定设置有限位扣件22;
连接横条21后侧固定设置有遮物硬板27。
关于自动伸展架的结构及工作原理,本公司申请号202010287918.4的一种多功能汽车遮物帘进行了详细介绍,本文不作过多阐述。
如图6、8所示:汽车后车门门框中设置有感应开关,感应开关电连接MCU单片机46,感应开关通过MCU单片机46控制车用遮物帘的伸展与回缩,汽车后门打开时,车用遮物帘即回缩汽车后门关闭时,车用遮物帘即伸展。
现有的汽车一般都设置有后车门,感应开关可设置有汽车的后门架中,也可由接触式开关来替代感应开关,后车门关闭、接触时,车用遮物帘伸展,后车门打开、无接触时,车用遮物帘回缩;可使车用遮物帘更具自动化,使用更方便。
以上对本发明所进行的详细介绍,本文中应用了具体个例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的核心思想,对于本技术领域的普通技术员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以对本发明进行若干的改进,这些改进也落入本发明权利要求的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种车用遮物帘的电动传动装置,包括遮物帘架、自动伸展架、卷帘管、电动传动机构,自动伸展架活动设置在遮物帘架的后侧,卷帘管设置在遮物帘架中,卷帘管与自动伸展架的后侧之间设置有遮物帘布,其特征在于:所述遮物帘架的左右两端各设置有帘架封盖,一侧所述的帘架封盖中固定设置有固定连接件,所述的固定连接件中设置有固定限位槽及第一线孔,另一侧所述的帘架封盖与所述卷帘管的一端活动轴接,所述卷帘管的另一端中设置有轴承;
    所述的卷帘管中固定设置有驱动受力件,所述的驱动受力件中设置有第一驱动受力孔;
    所述的电动传动机构包括传动壳体及安装在所述传动壳体内的电动机及减速器,所述的传动壳体的外端设置有与所述的固定限位槽相吻合的固定限位头及轴承槽,所述的固定限位头固定套接在所述的固定限位槽中,所述传动壳体的内端固定设置有卷管制动机构,并与所述的减速器连接,所述卷管制动机构的另一侧活动设置有第一传动连接头;
    所述第一传动连接头固定套接在所述的第一驱动受力孔中,所述的轴承套接在所述的轴承槽中,所述传动壳体的外径小于所述卷帘管的内径,所述的卷帘管可在所述的电动传动机构外自由转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车用遮物帘的电动传动装置,其特征在于所述的卷管制动机构包括制动壳体及活动设置在制动壳体一侧的内孔中的制动件及传动件,所述的制动件包括所述的第一传动连接头、第一限位转件及活动套件,所述的活动套件中设置有内轴活动孔,所述活动套件的外侧固定设置有二个制动块;
    所述的传动件包括第二限位转件、内轴及二个解锁件,所述的内轴活动设置在所述的内轴活动孔中,二个所述的解锁件活动套接在所述的活动套件上,二个所述的制动块活动在二个所述解锁件之间的空间中。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的车用遮物帘的电动传动装置,其特征在于二个所述的制动块的外径与二个所述解锁件的外径相同,二个所述的制动块与二个所述解锁件之间各设置有相对的空隙,所述的内孔与所述的制动块和所述的解锁件之间设置有一个以上的制动弹簧,所述制动弹簧的外径与所述的内孔直径相同,所述的制动块和所述的解锁件的外径小于所述制动弹簧的内径。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的车用遮物帘的电动传动装置,其特征在于所述的制动弹簧的两端各设置有受力弯头,两端所述的受力弯头分别设置在所述制动块与所述解锁件之间的空隙中,所述的制动块不论顺时针或逆时针转动,都会有其中的一个制动块推动所述的受力弯头,使所述的制动弹簧的外径扩大,从而涨刹在内孔中,所述的制动壳体对所述的制动件实施制动;
    所述的解锁件不论顺时针或逆时针转动,都会有其中的一个解锁件推动所述的受力弯头,使所述的制动弹簧的外径缩小,从而可在所述的内孔中自由转动,实现所述的传动件与所述的制动件联动并可转动。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的车用遮物帘的电动传动装置,其特征在于所述的传动壳体中的所述电动机连接减速器,所述的减速器连接有第二传动连接头,所述的传动件的一侧设置有与所述第二传动连接头相吻合的第二驱动受力孔,并相套接;
    所述的传动壳体的外端设置第二线孔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的车用遮物帘的电动传动装置,其特征在于所述的遮物帘架的左右两端各活动套接有伸缩式安装套头,所述的固定连接件与所述的伸缩式安装套头之间设置有第一伸展弹簧,所述的第一伸展弹簧始终将所述伸缩式安装套头向外弹出;
    所述的电动传动机构还包括MCU单片机,所述伸缩式安装套头的外侧设置有线路接触件,所述的线路接触件与所述的MCU单片机由电源数据线连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的车用遮物帘的电动传动装置,其特征在于所述的遮物帘架安装在汽车左右两侧的汽车侧板之间,左右所述的汽车侧板中各设置有与所述伸缩式安装套头相吻合的帘架安装孔,一侧所述的帘架安装孔中设置有与所述线路接触件相对应的电源数据源接触件;
    左右所述的汽车侧板后侧各设置有帘架扣槽。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的车用遮物帘的电动传动装置,其特征在于所述的自动伸展架包括左右各对称设置的一组或一组以上的折叠组件,每组的所述折叠组件包括第一折叠条及与其相轴接的第二折叠条,所述第一折叠条的前端轴接在折叠条轴接座中,所述的折叠条轴接座固定在所述遮物帘架的后侧,左右各组所述第二折叠条的后端轴接在连接横条上,所述第一折叠条与所述第二折叠条之间的轴接处中设置有第二伸展弹簧;
    所述第一折叠条的前端与所述的折叠条轴接座之间的轴接处及所述第二折叠条的后端与所述的连接横条的轴接处也设置有第二伸展弹簧;
    所述的第二伸展弹簧始终使自动伸展架处于伸展状态。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的车用遮物帘的电动传动装置,其特征在于所述的连接横条的左右两端各固定设置有限位扣件;
    所述的连接横条后侧固定设置有遮物硬板。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的车用遮物帘的电动传动装置,其特征在于汽车后车门门框中设置有感应开关,所述的感应开关电连接所述的MCU单片机,所述的感应开关通过所述的MCU单片机控制车用遮物帘的伸展与回缩,所述的汽车后门打开时,所述的车用遮物帘即回缩,所述的汽车后门关闭时,所述的车用遮物帘即伸展。
