权利要求书
[权利要求 1] 一种可折叠可回收遮物帘, 其特征在于: 其包括两段外管, 两段外管 的长度方向的内端通过旋转结构连接, 所述旋转结构使得两段外管进 行对折或打幵成直线的动作, 每段外管的长度方向的一侧位置设置有 对应的间隔槽, 每段外管内置可收卷的帘布, 每个帘布通过对应的间 隔槽外伸于对应的外管, 帘布展幵状态吋两个所述帘布的相向侧边间 通过拉链机构闭合连接, 帘布回收状态下, 拉链机构幵启, 每块所述 帘布的展幵状态下的外端的两侧设置有一对边管塞, 每对边管塞之间 插装有对应边管。
[权利要求 2] 如权利要求 1所述的一种可折叠可回收遮物帘, 其特征在于: 两段外 管分别为左外管、 右外管, 所述左外管的长度方向两端盖装有对应的 左外封盖、 左中封盖, 所述右外管的长度方向两端盖装有对应的右外 封盖、 右中封盖, 所述左外管内置有左帘布, 所述右外管内置有右帘 布, 相邻布置的所述左中封盖、 右中封盖间通过旋转机构连接。
[权利要求 3] 如权利要求 2所述的一种可折叠可回收遮物帘, 其特征在于: 所述旋 转机构包括按钮、 弹簧、 齿轮端盖, 所述左中封盖包括有后凸的第一 圆形安装凸台, 所述右中封盖包括有后凸的第二圆形安装凸台, 所述 第一圆形安装凸台、 第二圆形安装凸台前后向对中布置, 所述第一圆 形安装凸台、 第二圆形安装凸台的配合端面形成内腔, 所述第一圆形 安装凸台对应于内腔的位置内设置有第一圆环齿槽结构, 所述第二圆 形安装凸台对应于内腔的位置内设置有第二圆环齿槽结构, 所述第一 圆环齿槽结构、 第二圆环齿槽结构前后向对中布置成整体的圆环齿槽 , 所述圆环齿槽内啮合有齿轮端盖, 所述齿轮端盖的齿轮啮合连接所 述圆环齿槽的齿槽, 所述齿轮端盖的厚度小于第一圆环齿槽结构、 二 圆环齿槽结构的厚度, 所述齿轮端盖的内端面和内腔的内壁端面间设 置有弹簧, 所述齿轮端盖的外端面压装有按钮, 所述按钮轴向定位于 位于后部的圆形安装凸台的按钮安装导向槽内, 所述按钮的施力面外 露。 如权利要求 3所述的一种可折叠可回收遮物帘, 其特征在于: 所述第 一圆形安装凸台的中心轴位置设置有导向套, 所述导向套内设置有中 心贯穿孔, 所述导向套通过两侧连接筋连接所述第一圆形安装凸台的 内壁, 所述第一圆形安装凸台的后端面设置有按钮止挡环, 所述第二 圆形安装凸台的中心轴设置有后凸的螺纹套柱, 所述螺纹套柱的中心 孔位置设置有螺纹孔, 所述螺纹套柱后凸插装于所述导向套的中心贯 穿孔, 所述齿轮端盖套装于所述螺纹套柱的外环面, 螺栓自后向前螺 纹连接所述螺纹孔, 所述螺栓的头部紧贴所述导向套的后端面布置。 如权利要求 4所述的一种可折叠可回收遮物帘, 其特征在于: 所述按 钮的轴向施力环对应于所述连接筋的位置设置有避让长槽, 所述按钮 的轴向施力环的外端面侧凸形成止挡条, 所述止挡条的外径大于所述 按钮止挡环的外径, 由于避让长槽的存在, 所述止挡条经过按压位于 所述按钮止挡环的内端, 所述止挡条紧贴所述齿轮端盖的外端面布置 如权利要求 1所述的一种可折叠可回收遮物帘, 其特征在于: 所述拉 链机构包括两侧链带、 拉链头, 对应的所述链带分别无缝连接对应的 所述帘布的相向侧边, 拉链头自外向内拉动闭合两侧的所述链带。 如权利要求 1所述的一种可折叠可回收遮物帘, 其特征在于: 所述拉 链机构包括两侧链带、 拉链头, 对应的所述链带分别无缝连接对应的 所述帘布的相向侧边, 拉链头自外向内拉动闭合两侧的所述链带。 如权利要求 7所述的一种可折叠可回收遮物帘, 其特征在于: 所述左 中封盖、 右中封盖的朝向边管的至少一个端面设置有对应的搭扣, 帘 布展幵状态下, 所述拉链头的端部放置于搭扣内。
如权利要求 1所述的一种可折叠可回收遮物帘, 其特征在于: 每对边 管塞包括内边管塞、 外边管塞, 两个内边塞管组合形成整体的连接机 构, 所述连接机构的两侧分别卡装两侧的帘布的相向侧边。
如权利要求 9所述的一种可折叠可回收遮物帘, 其特征在于: 所述连 接机构的前端面的对应位置设置有组合的锁扣结构, 所述锁扣结构的 锁扣设置有直线驱动端, 所述直线驱动端用于打幵锁扣结构, 使得连 接机构分幵形成独立的内边管塞。
