Description
0.02≦f≦0.05、0.02≦{3-(a+b+c)}≦0.08、-0.01≦{3-(a+b+c)}-{f+5-(d+e+f)}≦0.01である。
(TbaLnbBicMg3-(a+b+c))(FedGaeTifPt5-(d+e+f))O12 …(1)
(TbaLnbBicMg3-(a+b+c))(FedGaeTifPt5-(d+e+f))O12 …(1)
0.02≦f≦0.05、0.02≦(3-(a+b+c))≦0.08、-0.01≦{3-(a+b+c)}-{f+5-(d+e+f)}≦0.01である。また、a>0、b>0、c>0、d>0、e>0、0<d+e+f<5.0である。
