Definitions

  • the present invention relates to an oil-in-water emulsified cosmetic.
  • a white pigment or powder such as titanium oxide or zinc oxide is used to impart whiteness and brightness to the decorative film. There is a method called.
  • the main object of the present invention is to provide an oil-in-water emulsified cosmetic that can instantly produce an effect of brightening the skin and has an excellent glossy finish.
  • vanishing cream is an oil-in-water emulsion that looks like "vanish” as its name suggests, and is applied to the skin. Then, it becomes white at first and gives an appropriate feeling of frictional resistance, but it permeates so as to disappear, and is characterized by a refreshing matte finish (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
  • Most vanishing creams contain higher fatty acids and higher alcohols, but if a large amount of these solid surfactants is added, the interface of the emulsified droplets becomes harder and the stability of the emulsion improves, but it does not burnish. (It does not disappear), so that it remains white, and the glossy or penetrating feeling of the skin is lost, and a hard film feeling tends to remain.
  • the present inventor focused on the white residue when the vanishing cream was applied, and as a result of further diligent research, the anionic surfactant had 12 to 22 carbon atoms. It was found that the above-mentioned problems can be solved by making an oil-in-water emulsified cosmetic prepared by blending at least four components of a higher alcohol, an oil having a water holding capacity of 140% or more with respect to its own weight, and a phenyl-modified silicone. , The present invention has been completed. Furthermore, the present inventor has also found that the oil-in-water emulsified cosmetic of the present invention can immediately produce an effect of brightening the skin without including a white pigment. Further, as a more preferable embodiment, the present inventor can also provide an oil-in-water emulsified cosmetic having an effect of instantly brightening the skin and having a soft cosmetic film and an excellent glossy finish. I found it.
