Description

一种用于汽车制动卡钳的活塞总成 技术领域
本实用新型属于汽车配件技术领域,涉及一种用于汽车制动卡钳的活塞总成。
背景技术
刹车也称为制动,是指使运行中的机车、车辆及其他运输工具或机械等停止或减低速度的动作,制动的一般原理是在机器的高速轴上固定一个轮或盘,在机座上安装与之相适应的闸瓦、带或盘,在外力作用下使之产生制动力矩,刹车装置也就是可以减慢车速的机械制动装置,又名减速器。
但现有的汽车后制动卡钳活塞总成中的螺杆在旋转过程中磨损较大,使其制动效果下降且不易控制,无法合理的控制车速,汽车在急刹车时,容易出现车轮抱死情况,使其减速不及时从而出现重大行交通事故,给人们驾车带来安全隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供了一种具有润滑效果且降低磨损的制动卡钳活塞总成。
本实用新型的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种用于汽车制动卡钳的活塞总成,包括活塞主体和伸入活塞主体内的螺杆,且活塞主体内设置有与螺杆相固连的移动块,其特征在于,所述的移动块与螺杆通过一个轴向贯穿移动块且穿进螺杆内的螺柱相固连,所述的螺杆的底端面上横向开设有供螺柱伸入且填充有润滑油的储油腔一,并通过螺柱密封储油腔一,所述螺杆位于储油腔一处的外周壁上开设有若干个均匀分布且与储油腔一相连通的出油孔,所述的螺柱的底端面上横向开设有与储油腔一相连通的储油腔二,所述螺柱的上端面横向开设有与储油腔二相连通的注油孔,所述的螺柱内位于注油孔处设置有用于密封注油孔且便于添加润滑油的密封注油机构,所述的螺柱内还设置有与螺柱相固连且用于现在密封注油机构位置的限位环套。
在上述的一种用于汽车制动卡钳的活塞总成中,所述的出油孔的数量为2-4个。
在上述的一种用于汽车制动卡钳的活塞总成中,所述的储油腔一的长度A为6-8cm,所述的螺柱位于储油腔内的长度B为3-3.5cm,所述的储油腔二的长度C为3.5-4cm。
在上述的一种用于汽车制动卡钳的活塞总成中,所述的密封注油机构由密封滚珠、左垫板、右垫板以及设置于左垫板和右垫板之间的缓冲弹簧组成,所述的密封滚珠设置于右 垫板和储油腔二的槽底面之间,所述的螺柱中注油孔与密封滚珠的连接处开设有与密封滚珠相配合的圆弧状锥面,所述的右垫板上沿其圆周方向开设有若干个与储油腔二相连通的通孔,所述的左垫板的中部也开设有与储油腔二相连通的通孔,且左垫板的左端面与限位环套相抵触。
在上述的一种用于汽车制动卡钳的活塞总成中,所述的螺柱位于注油孔的注油开口处设置有与螺柱相固连且用于密封注油开口的密封堵头。
与现有技术相比,本用于汽车制动卡钳的活塞总成具有以下优点:
1、移动块与螺杆通过一个轴向贯穿移动块且穿进螺杆内的螺柱相固连,螺杆的底端面上横向开设有供螺柱伸入且填充有润滑油的储油腔一,并通过螺柱密封储油腔一,螺杆位于储油腔一处的外周壁上开设有若干个均匀分布且与储油腔一相连通的出油孔,螺柱的底端面上横向开设有与储油腔一相连通的储油腔二,上述结构的设置,使螺杆内的储油容量更大,延长润滑时间;
2、螺柱的上端面横向开设有与储油腔二相连通的注油孔,螺柱内位于注油孔处设置有用于密封注油孔且便于添加润滑油的密封注油机构,螺柱内还设置有与螺柱相固连且用于现在密封注油机构位置的限位环套,上述结构的设置,便于润滑油空后进行填充,同时又不会造成泄漏。

以下是本实用新型的具体实施例并结合附图,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本实用新型并不限于这些实施例。
如图1、图2所示,本用于汽车制动卡钳的活塞总成,包括活塞主体1和伸入活塞主体1内的螺杆2,活塞主体1内设置有与螺杆2相固连的移动块3,活塞主体1内设置有与螺杆2相配合且与活塞主体1相固连的平面轴承,螺杆2上位于平面轴承处设置有与平面轴承相配合的螺套,活塞内还设置有竖直设置的排气通孔,活塞主体1中阀的排气通孔位于出气口处呈喇叭状,移动块3与螺杆2通过一个轴向贯穿移动块3且穿进螺杆2内的螺柱4相 固连,螺杆2和螺柱4的圆心位于同一水平面上,螺杆2的底端面上横向开设有供螺柱4伸入且填充有润滑油的储油腔一5,并通过螺柱4密封储油腔一5,螺杆2位于储油腔一5处的外周壁上开设有若干个均匀分布且与储油腔一5相连通的出油孔6,螺柱4的底端面上横向开设有与储油腔一5相连通的储油腔二7,螺柱4的上端面横向开设有与储油腔二7相连通的注油孔8,螺柱4内位于注油孔8处设置有用于密封注油孔8且便于添加润滑油的密封注油机构9,螺柱4内还设置有与螺柱4相固连且用于现在密封注油机构9位置的限位环套10,限位环套10与螺柱4通过螺纹配合连接或通过一根销轴贯穿固连,密封注油机构9由密封滚珠11、左垫板12、右垫板13以及设置于左垫板12和右垫板13之间的缓冲弹簧14组成,密封滚珠11设置于右垫板13和储油腔二7的槽底面之间,螺柱4中注油孔8与密封滚珠11的连接处开设有与密封滚珠11相配合的圆弧状锥面,右垫板13上沿其圆周方向开设有若干个与储油腔二7相连通的通孔15,左垫板12的中部也开设有与储油腔二7相连通的通孔15,左垫板12的左端面与限位环套10相抵触,位于左垫板12的通孔15直径大于右垫板13的通孔15直径。
作为优选结构,出油孔6的数量为2-4个。
作为优选结构,储油腔一5的长度A为6-8cm,所述的螺柱4位于储油腔内的长度B为3-3.5cm,储油腔二7的长度C为3.5-4cm。
进一步细说,为了更好的防止润滑油从注油孔8泄漏,螺柱4位于注油孔8的注油开口处设置有与螺柱4相固连且用于密封注油开口的密封堵头16。

  1. 一种用于汽车制动卡钳的活塞总成,包括活塞主体(1)和伸入活塞主体(1)内的螺杆(2),且活塞主体(1)内设置有与螺杆(2)相固连的移动块(3),其特征在于,所述的移动块(3)与螺杆(2)通过一个轴向贯穿移动块(3)且穿进螺杆(2)内的螺柱(4)相固连,所述的螺杆(2)的底端面上横向开设有供螺柱(4)伸入且填充有润滑油的储油腔一(5),并通过螺柱(4)密封储油腔一(5),所述螺杆(2)位于储油腔一(5)处的外周壁上开设有若干个均匀分布且与储油腔一(5)相连通的出油孔(6),所述的螺柱(4)的底端面上横向开设有与储油腔一(5)相连通的储油腔二(7),所述螺柱(4)的上端面横向开设有与储油腔二(7)相连通的注油孔(8),所述的螺柱(4)内位于注油孔(8)处设置有用于密封注油孔(8)且便于添加润滑油的密封注油机构(9),所述的螺柱(4)内还设置有与螺柱(4)相固连且用于现在密封注油机构(9)位置的限位环套(10)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车制动卡钳的活塞总成,其特征在于,所述的出油孔(6)的数量为2-4个。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车制动卡钳的活塞总成,其特征在于,所述的储油腔一(5)的长度A为6-8cm,所述的螺柱(4)位于储油腔内的长度B为3-3.5cm,所述的储油腔二(7)的长度C为3.5-4cm。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车制动卡钳的活塞总成,其特征在于,所述的密封注油机构(9)由密封滚珠(11)、左垫板(12)、右垫板(13)以及设置于左垫板(12)和右垫板(13)之间的缓冲弹簧(14)组成,所述的密封滚珠(11)设置于右垫板(13)和储油腔二(7)的槽底面之间,所述的螺柱(4)中注油孔(8)与密封滚珠(11)的连接处开设有与密封滚珠(11)相配合的圆弧状锥面,所述的右垫板(13)上沿其圆周方向开设有若干个与储油腔二(7)相连通的通孔(15),所述的左垫板(12)的中部也开设有与储油腔二(7)相连通的通孔(15),且左垫板(12)的左端面与限位环套(10)相抵触。
