Claims (6)
- 自走可能な車体と、前記車体に設けられた作業装置とを有し、
前記車体は、前側に前記作業装置が取付けられた車体フレームと、
前記車体フレーム上に設けられた運転席と、
前記運転席から前記車体の左右方向の一側に離間して前記車体フレーム上に設けられ、電源からの給電により作動する電動モータと、
前記電動モータによって駆動され前記作業装置に作動油を供給する油圧ポンプと、
前記作業装置に供給される作動油を貯溜するオイルタンクと、
前記電動モータを含む電気機器と前記油圧ポンプおよび前記オイルタンクを含む油圧機器とを覆って前記車体フレームに設けられた外装カバーとを備えてなる電動式建設機械において、
前記車体フレームには、前記外装カバーの内部を前記電気機器が収容される電気機器室と前記油圧機器が収容される油圧機器室とに仕切る仕切り部材が設けられ、
前記電気機器室には、電気機器冷却ファンを有し前記電気機器を冷却する電気機器冷却装置が設けられ、
前記油圧機器室には、油圧機器冷却ファンを有し前記油圧機器を冷却する油圧機器冷却装置が設けられていることを特徴とする電動式建設機械。 - 前記車体フレームには、前記電気機器冷却ファンによって前記電気機器室に冷却風を導入するフレーム側電気機器室冷却風導入口と、前記油圧機器冷却ファンによって前記油圧機器室に冷却風を導入するフレーム側油圧機器室冷却風導入口とが設けられ、
前記外装カバーには、前記電気機器冷却ファンによって前記電気機器室に冷却風を導入するカバー側電気機器室冷却風導入口と、前記油圧機器冷却ファンによって前記油圧機器室に冷却風を導入するカバー側油圧機器室冷却風導入口と、前記電気機器室に導入された冷却風を外部に排出する電気機器室冷却風排出口と、前記油圧機器室に導入された冷却風を外部に排出する油圧機器室冷却風排出口とが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動式建設機械。 - 前記車体フレームには、前記運転席の後側に位置して前記電源を構成するバッテリが搭載され、
前記電気機器室は前記仕切り部材の後側に形成され、
前記油圧機器室は前記仕切り部材の前側に形成され、
前記仕切り部材の後側には、前記バッテリが収容されるバッテリ室が設けられており、前記バッテリ室と前記電気機器室との間には、第2の仕切り部材が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動式建設機械。 - 前記第2の仕切り部材には、前記電気機器室と前記バッテリ室との間を連通させる連通口が設けられ、
前記電気機器冷却ファンによる冷却風は、前記連通口を通じて前記バッテリ室から前記電気機器室に流入することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電動式建設機械。 - 前記電気機器室には、前記電動モータの駆動電圧を制御するインバータが設けられ、
前記電気機器冷却装置は、前記電気機器冷却ファンと、前記電気機器を冷却する冷却水を循環させる冷却水ポンプと、前記冷却水ポンプによって循環する冷却水の熱を前記電気機器冷却ファンからの冷却風により放熱するラジエータとを含んで構成され、
前記電動モータ、前記インバータおよび前記冷却水ポンプは、前記電気機器室の内部で前記電気機器冷却ファンと対面する領域から外れた領域内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動式建設機械。 - 前記油圧機器冷却装置は、前記油圧機器冷却ファンによる冷却風が供給されることにより前記オイルタンクに戻る作動油を冷却するオイルクーラを備え、
前記オイルクーラは、前記オイルタンクの外側面に隙間をもって対面させて配置し、
前記油圧機器冷却ファンは、前記オイルクーラを挟んで前記オイルタンクとは反対側に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動式建設機械。
