含フッ素エーテル化合物が、ポリフルオロポリエーテル鎖の鎖長が異なる複数の含フッ素エーテル化合物の混合物である場合、ポリフルオロポリエーテル鎖の「分子量」は、1H-NMR及び19F-NMRによってオキシフルオロアルキレン単位の数(平均値)を求めて算出される数平均分子量である。
含フッ素エーテル化合物が、ポリフルオロポリエーテル鎖の鎖長が単一の含フッ素エーテル化合物である場合、ポリフルオロポリエーテル鎖の「分子量」は、1H-NMR及び19F-NMRによってRfの構造を決定して算出される分子量である。
数値範囲を示す「~」は、その前後に記載された数値を下限値及び上限値として含むことを意味する。
本発明の含フッ素エーテル化合物(以下、「本化合物」とも記す。)は、下式(A1)又は式(A2)で表される含フッ素エーテル化合物である。

化合物(A1)は、「1価のポリフルオロポリエーテル鎖-連結基-密着性基」の構造を有する化合物であり、化合物(A2)は、「密着性基-連結基-2価のポリフルオロポリエーテル鎖-連結基-密着性基」の構造を有する化合物である。
このように、本化合物により形成された表面層は、耐摩擦性、耐薬品性、耐光性などの耐久性に優れ、特に耐摩擦性に優れているという特徴を有する。
Rfのフルオロアルキル基としては、表面層の耐摩擦性及び指紋汚れ除去性がさらに優れる点から、ペルフルオロアルキル基が好ましい。Rfがペルフルオロアルキル基である化合物1Aは、末端がCF3-となる。末端がCF3-である化合物1Aによれば、低表面エネルギーの表面層を形成できるため、表面層の耐摩擦性及び指紋汚れ除去性がさらに優れる。
Rfのフルオロアルキル基としては、例えば、CF3-、CF3CF2-、CF3CF2CF2-、CF3CF2CF2CF2-、CF3CF2CF2CF2CF2-、CF3CF2CF2CF2CF2CF2-、CF3CF(CF3)-が挙げられる。

中でも、L1が、-CH(OH)-、-C(=O)-の場合、本化合物の合成の観点から、R2は単結合又は炭素数が1~10のアルキレン基が好ましく、単結合又は炭素数が1~6のアルキレン基がより好ましい。また、L1が、-CH=CH-の場合、本化合物の合成の観点から、R2は単結合又は炭素数が1~9のアルキレン基が好ましく、単結合又は1~5のアルキレン基がより好ましい。

R4、R6及びR7におけるアルキル基としては、炭素数1~6のフッ素原子を有してもよく炭素原子間にエーテル結合を有していてもよいアルキル基が挙げられる。
R5におけるアルキレン基としては、炭素数2~10のフッ素原子を有してもよく炭素原子間にエーテル結合を有していてもよいアルキレン基が好ましい。

密着性基Tにおけるアミノ基としては、-NR8R9 (R8、R9は各々独立に水素原子又はアルキル基)が挙げられ、表面層の耐久性の点から、中でも-NH2が好ましい。
密着性基Tにおけるリン酸基としては、-OP(=O)(OR10)2 (R10は水素原子又はアルキル基であって複数あるR10は同一であっても異なっていてもよい)が挙げられ、表面層の耐久性の点から、中でも-OP(=O)(OH)2が好ましい。
密着性基Tにおけるホスホン酸基としては、-P(=O)(OR10)2 (R10は上記と同様である)が挙げられ、表面層の耐久性の点から、中でも-P(=O)(OH)2が好ましい。
密着性基Tにおける不飽和炭化水素基としては、アクリロイル基、メタクリロイル基、ビニル基などが挙げられる。
密着性基Tにおけるアリール基としては、フェニル基、ナフチル基、アントラセニル基などが挙げられる。
また、密着性基Tにおける-Si(R21)3-d(L21)dは反応性シリル基を表す。
反応性シリル基は、加水分解性基及び水酸基のいずれか一方又は両方がケイ素原子に結合した基である。
加水分解性基は、加水分解反応によって水酸基となる基である。すなわち、加水分解性シリル基は、加水分解反応によってシラノール基(Si-OH)となる。シラノール基は、さらに分子間で脱水縮合反応してSi-O-Si結合を形成する。また、シラノール基は、基材の表面の水酸基(基材-OH)と脱水縮合反応して、化学結合(基材-O-Si)を形成する。
加水分解性基としては、例えば、アルコキシ基、ハロゲン原子、アシル基、イソシアナート基が挙げられる。アルコキシ基としては、炭素数1~6のアルコキシ基が好ましい。
ハロゲン原子としては、塩素原子が好ましい。
加水分解性基としては、本化合物を製造しやすい点から、アルコキシ基又はハロゲン原子が好ましい。加水分解性基としては、塗布時のアウトガスが少なく、本化合物の保存安定性に優れる点から、炭素数1~4のアルコキシ基が好ましく、本化合物の長期の保存安定性が必要な場合にはエトキシ基が特に好ましく、コーティング後の反応時間を短時間とする場合にはメトキシ基が特に好ましい。
R21のアルキル基の炭素数は、本化合物を製造しやすい点から、1~6が好ましく、1~3がより好ましく、1~2が特に好ましい。
dは、表面層と基材との密着性がより強固になる点から、2又は3が好ましく、3がより好ましい。

例えば、化合物(C1)又は化合物(C2)が比較的フッ素原子含有量(化合物分子の分子量に占めるフッ素原子の割合)の低い化合物である場合には、溶媒としては反応に不活性な溶媒であれば特に限定されない。反応に不活性な溶媒としては、中でも、ジエチルエーテル、テトラヒドロフラン、ジオキサン等のエーテル系溶媒が好ましく、テトラヒドロフランがより好ましい。
また、化合物(C1)又は化合物(C2)が比較的フッ素原子含有量の高い化合物である場合には、前記エーテル系溶媒と、フッ素系溶媒とを組み合わせた混合溶媒が好ましい。

前記化合物(A1)及び化合物(A2)を含む化合物(A11)及び化合物(A12)の製造方法として、前記化合物(B11)又は化合物(B12)に、密着性基Tを導入する工程を有する化合物の製造方法が挙げられる。

本組成物が他の含フッ素化合物を含む場合、本組成物中の本化合物及び他の含フッ素化合物の合計に対する他の含フッ素化合物の割合は、40質量%以下が好ましく、30質量%以下がより好ましく、20質量%以下が更に好ましい。
本組成物中の本化合物及び他の含フッ素化合物の合計の割合は、80質量%以上が好ましく、85質量%以上がより好ましい。
本化合物及び他の含フッ素化合物の含有量が前記範囲内であれば、表面層の撥水撥油性、耐摩擦性、指紋汚れ除去性、潤滑性、外観に優れる。
本発明のコーティング液(以下、本コーティング液ともいう。)は、本化合物又は本組成物と液状媒体とを含む。本コーティング液は、液状であればよく、溶液であってもよく、分散液であってもよい。
本コーティング液は、本化合物又は本組成物を含んでいればよく、本化合物の製造工程で生成した副生物等の不純物を含んでもよい。
本化合物又は本組成物の濃度は、本コーティング液中、0.001~40質量%が好ましく、0.01~20質量%が好ましく、0.1~10質量%がより好ましい。
フッ素化アルカンとしては、炭素数4~8の化合物が好ましい。市販品としては、たとえばC6F13H(AGC社製、アサヒクリン(登録商標)AC-2000)、C6F13C2H5(AGC社製、アサヒクリン(登録商標)AC-6000)、C2F5CHFCHFCF3(ケマーズ社製、バートレル(登録商標)XF)等が挙げられる。
フッ素化芳香族化合物としては、たとえばヘキサフルオロベンゼン、トリフルオロメチルベンゼン、ペルフルオロトルエン、ビス(トリフルオロメチル)ベンゼン等が挙げられる。
フルオロアルキルエーテルとしては、炭素数4~12の化合物が好ましい。市販品としては、たとえばCF3CH2OCF2CF2H(AGC社製、アサヒクリン(登録商標)AE-3000)、C4F9OCH3(3M社製、ノベック(登録商標)7100)、C4F9OC2H5(3M社製、ノベック(登録商標)7200)、C2F5CF(OCH3)C3F7(3M社製、ノベック(登録商標)7300)等が挙げられる。
フッ素化アルキルアミンとしては、たとえばペルフルオロトリプロピルアミン、ペルフルオロトリブチルアミン等が挙げられる。
フルオロアルコールとしては、たとえば2,2,3,3-テトラフルオロプロパノール、2,2,2-トリフルオロエタノール、ヘキサフルオロイソプロパノール等が挙げられる。
非フッ素系有機溶媒としては、水素原子及び炭素原子のみからなる化合物と、水素原子、炭素原子及び酸素原子のみからなる化合物が好ましく、炭化水素系有機溶媒、アルコール系有機溶媒、ケトン系有機溶媒、エーテル系有機溶媒、エステル系有機溶媒が挙げられる。
本コーティング液は、液状媒体を75~99.999質量%含むことが好ましく、85~99.99質量%含むことが好ましく。90~99.9質量%含むことが特に好ましい。
他の成分としては、たとえば、加水分解性シリル基の加水分解と縮合反応を促進する酸触媒や塩基性触媒等の公知の添加剤が挙げられる。
本コーティング液における、他の成分の含有量は、10質量%以下が好ましく、1質量%以下がより好ましい。
本発明の物品(以下、「本物品」とも記す。)は、本化合物又は本組成物から形成された表面層を基材の表面に有する。表面層は、基材の表面の一部に形成されてもよく、基材のすべての表面に形成されてもよい。表面層は、基材の表面に膜状に拡がってもよく、ドット状に点在してもよい。
表面層は、本化合物を、本化合物の加水分解性シリル基の一部又は全部が加水分解反応し、かつシラノール基が脱水縮合反応した状態で含む。
基材の材料としては、金属、樹脂、ガラス、サファイア、セラミック、石、これらの複合材料が挙げられる。ガラスは化学強化されていてもよい。基材の表面にはSiO2膜等の下地膜が形成されていてもよい。より具体的には、前記密着性基Tにおいて挙げられた基材を参照できる。
基材としては、タッチパネル用基材、ディスプレイ用基材、メガネレンズが好適であり、タッチパネル用基材が特に好適である。タッチパネル用基材の材料としては、ガラス又は透明樹脂が好ましい。
また、基材としては、携帯電話(例えばスマートフォン)、携帯情報端末(例えばタブレット端末)、ゲーム機、リモコン等の機器における外装部分(表示部を除く)に使用する、ガラス又は樹脂フィルムも好ましい。
本物品は、例えば、下記の方法で製造できる。
・本化合物又は本組成物を用いたドライコーティング法によって基材の表面を処理して、本化合物又は本組成物から形成された表面層を基材の表面に形成する方法。
・ウェットコーティング法によって本コーティング液を基材の表面に塗布し、乾燥させて、本化合物又は本組成物から形成された表面層を基材の表面に形成する方法。
たとえば、水分を有する大気中で表面層が形成された基材を加熱して、加水分解性基の加水分解反応、基材の表面の水酸基等とシラノール基との反応、シラノール基の縮合反応によるシロキサン結合の生成、等の反応を促進できる。
表面処理後、表面層中の化合物であって他の化合物や基材と化学結合していない化合物は、必要に応じて除去してもよい。具体的な方法としては、たとえば、表面層に溶媒をかけ流す方法、溶媒をしみ込ませた布でふき取る方法等が挙げられる。
DiethylDiallylmalonate(60.0g)、塩化リチウム(23.7g)、水(6.45g)、ジメチルスルホキシド(263g)を加え、160℃で撹拌した。室温まで冷却した後、水を加え、酢酸エチルで抽出した。ヘキサンを有機層に加え、飽和食塩水で洗浄し、硫酸ナトリウムで乾燥した。ろ過後、溶媒を留去することで、下記化合物(1)を39.5g得た。
THF(260mL)、ジイソプロピルアミン(41.6mL)を加えた後、溶液を-78℃まで冷却した。n-ブチルリチウムヘキサン溶液(2.76M,96.6mL)を加え、0℃まで昇温した。撹拌した後、-78℃まで冷却し、リチウムジイソプロピルアミド(LDA)のTHF溶液を調製した。上記化合物(1)(39.5g)をTHF溶液に加え、撹拌した後、臭化アリル(24.1mL)を加えた。0℃に昇温し、1M塩酸を加え、THFを減圧留去した。ジクロロメタンで抽出した後、硫酸ナトリウムを加えた。ろ過後、溶媒を留去し、シリカゲルを用いたフラッシュカラムクロマトグラフィーを行うことで、化合物(2)を45.0g得た。
上記化合物(2)(45.0g)をTHFに溶解させ、0℃に冷却した。水素化リチウムアルミニウムのTHF溶液(104mL,260mmol)を加え、撹拌した。水、15%水酸化ナトリウム水溶液を加え、室温で撹拌した後、ジクロロメタンで希釈した。ろ過後、溶媒を留去し、シリカゲルを用いたフラッシュカラムクロマトグラフィーを行うことで、下記化合物(3)を31.3g得た。
[合成例3-1:化合物(2a)の合成]
THF(260mL)、ジイソプロピルアミン(41.6mL,294mmol)を加えた後、溶液を-78℃まで冷却した。n-ブチルリチウムヘキサン溶液(2.76M,96.6mL,267mmol)を加え、0℃まで昇温し、リチウムジイソプロピルアミド(LDA)のTHF溶液を調製した。
tert-Butyl Acetate(9.29g)にTHF(50mL)を加え、-78℃に冷却したのち、LDAのTHF溶液(130mL)を加えた。臭化アリル(10.9g)を加え、0℃に昇温した。30分後、-78℃に冷却したのち、LDA(130mL)と臭化アリル(10.9g)を加え、0℃に昇温した。再び、-78℃に冷却したのち、LDA(130mL)と臭化アリル(10.9g)を加え、0℃に昇温した。30分撹拌した後、1M塩酸(100mL)を加え、THFを減圧留去した。ジクロロメタンで抽出した後、硫酸ナトリウムを加えた。ろ過後、溶媒を留去し、シリカゲルを用いたフラッシュカラムクロマトグラフィーを行うことで、下記化合物(2a)を9.45g得た。
上記化合物(2a)(9.45g)をTHF(100mL)に溶解させ、0℃に冷却した。水素化リチウムアルミニウムのTHF溶液(40mL,100mmol)を加え、50℃で撹拌した。1M塩酸(100mL)を0℃で加えた後、ジクロロメタンで抽出した。溶媒を留去し、シリカゲルを用いたフラッシュカラムクロマトグラフィーを行うことで、前記化合物(2-3)を5.99g得た。
アセトニトリル(380mL)、前記化合物(3)(31.3g)、トリフェニルホスフィン(64.3g)、四塩化炭素(33.9g)を加え、90℃で撹拌した。濃縮後、酢酸エチル/ヘキサンを加え撹拌した。ろ過、濃縮後、蒸留(70℃,3hPa)によって、下記化合物(4)を28.2g得た。
マグネシウム(2.36g)にTHF(35mL)、ヨウ素(0.180g)を加えて、室温で撹拌した。前記化合物(4)(14.0g)のTHF(35mL)溶液を加え、2時間加熱還流することで、下記化合物(5)の溶液(0.80M)を調製した。
国際公開第2013/121984号の実施例6に記載の方法に従い、下記化合物(1-1)を得た。

AC2000(1.8g)、上記化合物(1-2)(0.300g)、白金/1,3-ジビニル-1,1,3,3-テトラメチルジシロキサン錯体のトルエン溶液(白金含有量3%,12.9mg)、アニリン(2.6mg)、トリメトキシシラン(45.5mg)を加え、40℃で撹拌した後、溶媒を減圧留去することで、下記含フッ素エーテル化合物(1-3)を0.291g得た。

前記合成例7で得られた化合物(1-2)(0.350g)、1,3-ビストリフルオロメチルベンゼン(3mL)、デス・マーチン試薬(0.350g)を加え、35℃で2時間撹拌した。メタノールを加えた後、AC6000で抽出した。溶媒を留去し、シリカゲルを用いたフラッシュカラムクロマトグラフィーを行うことで、下記化合物(2-1)を0.280g得た。

Fluorolink D4000(SOLVAY製、15.0g)、1,3-ビストリフルオロメチルベンゼン(50ml)、アセトニトリル(30ml)を加えた後、次亜塩素酸ナトリウム溶液(30ml)、TEMPO(1g)、KBr(1g)の順に加えた。60℃で5時間撹拌した後、希硫酸を加えた。AE3000で抽出したのち、溶媒を留去することで、下記化合物(4-1)を15.0g得た。
上記化合物(4-1)(15.0g)、1,3-ビストリフルオロメチルベンゼン(50ml)、メタノール(50ml)を加えた後、濃硫酸1gを加えた。加熱還流した後、濃縮した。濃縮物をフラッシュカラムクロマトグラフィーを用いて精製することで、下記化合物(4-2)を14.5g得た。

前記化合物(4-2)(6.27g)、1,3-ビストリフルオロメチルベンゼン(44mL)を加えた後、前記化合物(5)溶液(11.0mL)を加えた。60℃で1時間撹拌した後、1M塩酸を加えた。AE3000で抽出したのち、硫酸ナトリウムで乾燥した。ろ過後、溶媒を留去し、シリカゲルを用いたフラッシュカラムクロマトグラフィーを行うことで、下記化合物(4-3)を2.95g得た。

前記化合物(4-3)(2.95g)をAE3000(20mL)に溶解させ、0℃に冷却した。水素化リチウムアルミニウムのTHF溶液(1.7mL,4.3mmol)を加え、撹拌した。1M塩酸を加え、AE3000で抽出したのち、硫酸ナトリウムで乾燥した。ろ過後、溶媒を留去し、シリカゲルを用いたフラッシュカラムクロマトグラフィーを行うことで、下記化合物(4-4)を0.216g得た。

AC2000(1.4g)、前記化合物(4-4)(0.216g)、白金/1,3-ジビニル-1,1,3,3-テトラメチルジシロキサン錯体のトルエン溶液(白金含有量3%,13.6mg)、アニリン(12.4mg)、トリメトキシシラン(92.7mg)を加え、40℃で撹拌した後、溶媒を減圧留去することで、下記含フッ素エーテル化合物(4-5)を0.211g得た。
1H-NMR(400MHz,Chloroform-d) δ(ppm):4.67~4.44(m,2H),3.72~3.54(m,54H),2.06~1.35(m,30H),0.78~0.57(m,12H).
前記化合物(1-1)(10.0g)、1,3-ビストリフルオロメチルベンゼン(31mL)を加えた後、前記化合物(5)の溶液(11.0mL)を加えた。60℃で3時間撹拌した後、1M塩酸を加えた。AE3000で抽出したのち、硫酸ナトリウムで乾燥した。ろ過後、溶媒を留去し、ヘキサンで洗浄した後、シリカゲルを用いたフラッシュカラムクロマトグラフィーを行うことで、前記化合物(2-1)を7.28g得た。
前記化合物(2-1)(7.15g)をAE3000(36mL)に溶解させ、0℃に冷却した。水素化リチウムアルミニウムのTHF溶液(1.7mL)を加え、撹拌した。水、15%水酸化ナトリウム水溶液を加え、室温で撹拌した。AE3000で抽出したのち、硫酸ナトリウムで乾燥した。ろ過後、溶媒を留去し、シリカゲルを用いたフラッシュカラムクロマトグラフィーを行うことで、前記化合物(1-2)を5.27g得た。
前記化合物(1-1)(10.0g)、1,3-ビストリフルオロメチルベンゼン(31mL)を加えた後、アリルマグネシウムブロミド(10.0mL,0.7M,7.0mmol)を加えた。室温で20時間撹拌した後、1M塩酸を加えた。AE3000で抽出したのち、硫酸ナトリウムで乾燥した。ろ過後、溶媒を留去し、シリカゲルを用いたフラッシュカラムクロマトグラフィーを行うことで、下記化合物(5-1)を5.57g得た。

AC2000(1.8g)、上記化合物(5-1)(0.320g)、白金/1,3-ジビニル-1,1,3,3-テトラメチルジシロキサン錯体のトルエン溶液(白金含有量3%,13.5mg)、アニリン(2.8mg)、トリメトキシシラン(45.5mg)を加え、40℃で撹拌した後、溶媒を減圧留去することで、下記化合物(5-2)を0.313g得た。

上記化合物(5-1)(0.990g)、水酸化カリウム(0.079g)、テトラブチルアンモニウムヨージド(0.009g)、アリルブロミド(1.21g)を加えたのち、80℃で20時間撹拌した。1M塩酸を加え、AE3000で抽出したのち、硫酸ナトリウムで乾燥した。ろ過後、溶媒を留去し、シリカゲルを用いたフラッシュカラムクロマトグラフィーを行うことで、下記化合物(6-1)を0.351g得た。

前記化合物(1-2)と、前記化合物(1-3)とを80:20(質量比)の比率で混合し、例7の含フッ素エーテル組成物を得た。
前記化合物(2-1)と、前記化合物(2-2)とを75:25(質量比)の比率で混合し、例8の含フッ素エーテル組成物を得た。
前記化合物(2-1)と、前記化合物(2-2)とを85:15(質量比)の比率で混合し、例9の含フッ素エーテル組成物を得た。
前記化合物(6-1)と、前記化合物(6-2)とを80:20(質量比)の比率で混合し、例10の含フッ素エーテル組成物を得た。
例1~6で得た各化合物及び例7~例10で得た組成物を用いて基材を表面処理し、例11~20の物品を得た。表面処理方法として、各例について下記のドライコーティング法及びウェットコーティング法をそれぞれ用いた。基材としては化学強化ガラスを用いた。得られた物品について、下記の方法で評価した。結果を表1及び表2に示す。
ドライコーティングは、真空蒸着装置(ULVAC社製、VTR350M)を用いて行った(真空蒸着法)。各化合物の0.5gを真空蒸着装置内のモリブデン製ボートに充填し、真空蒸着装置内を1×10-3Pa以下に排気した。化合物を配置したボートを昇温速度10℃/分以下の速度で加熱し、水晶発振式膜厚計による蒸着速度が1nm/秒を超えた時点でシャッターを開けて基材の表面への製膜を開始させた。膜厚が約50nmとなった時点でシャッターを閉じて基材の表面への製膜を終了させた。化合物が堆積された基材を、200℃で30分間加熱処理し、ジクロロペンタフルオロプロパン(AGC社製、AK-225)にて洗浄して、基材の表面に表面層を有する物品を得た。
各化合物と、媒体としてのC4F9OC2H5(3M社製、ノベック(登録商標)7200)とを混合して、固形分濃度0.05%のコーティング液を調製した。コーティング液に基材をディッピングし、30分間放置後、基材を引き上げた(ディップコート法)。塗膜を200℃で30分間乾燥させ、AK-225にて洗浄して、基材の表面に表面層を有する物品を得た。
<接触角の測定方法>
表面層の表面に置いた約2μLの蒸留水又はn-ヘキサデカンの接触角を、接触角測定装置(協和界面科学社製、DM-500)を用いて測定した。表面層の表面における異なる5箇所で測定し、その平均値を算出した。接触角の算出には2θ法を用いた。
表面層について、初期水接触角及び初期n-ヘキサデカン接触角を前記測定方法で測定した。評価基準は下記のとおりである。
初期水接触角:
◎(優) :115度以上。
〇(良) :105度以上115度未満。
×(不可):105度未満。
表面層について、JIS L0849:2013(ISO 105-X12:2001)に準拠して往復式トラバース試験機(ケイエヌテー社製)を用い、スチールウールボンスター(♯0000)を圧力:98.07kPa、速度:320cm/分で1万回往復させた後、前記方法により水接触角を測定した。摩擦後の撥水性(水接触角)の低下が小さいほど摩擦による性能の低下が小さく、耐摩擦性に優れる。評価基準は下記のとおりである。
◎(優) :1万回往復後の水接触角の変化が5度以下。
〇(良) :1万回往復後の水接触角の変化が5度超8度以下。
△(可) :1万回往復後の水接触角の変化が8度超10度以下。
×(不可):1万回往復後の水接触角の変化が10度超。
表面層に対して、卓上型キセノンアークランプ式促進耐光性試験機(製品名:SUNTEST XLS+、東洋精機社製)を用いて、ブラックパネル温度:63℃にて、光線(650W/m2、300~700nm)を500時間照射した後、前記方法により水接触角を測定した。評価基準は下記のとおりである。
◎(優) :促進耐光性試験後の水接触角の変化が5度以下である。
○(良) :促進耐光性試験後の水接触角の変化が5度超10度以下である。
×(不可):促進耐光性試験後の水接触角の変化が10度超である。
また、表2に示される通り、例1~例4の含フッ素エーテル化合物を含む例17~19の含フッ素エーテル組成物を用いた表面層を有する物品は摩擦試験後及び耐光試験後においても水接触角の低下が抑制されており、優れた耐久性を有することが示された。更に、例11と例17の比較によれば、加水分解性シリル基を有する含フッ素エーテル化合物(1-3)と、不飽和炭化水素基を有する含フッ素エーテル化合物(1-2)とを組み合わせて用いることにより、耐摩擦性が更に向上することが示された。
Claims (15)
- 下式(A1)又は式(A2)で表される含フッ素エーテル化合物。

ただし、
Rfは、炭素数1~20のフルオロアルキル基であり、
Rf1は、炭素数1~6のフルオロアルキレン基であって、Rf1が複数ある場合、当該Rf1は同一であっても異なっていてもよく、
R1は、フッ素原子を有していてもよいアルキレン基であって、R1が複数ある場合、当該R1は同一であっても異なっていてもよく、
R2は、単結合、又はフッ素原子を有していてもよいアルキレン基であって、R2が複数ある場合、当該R2は同一であっても異なっていてもよく、
L1は、-CH(OH)-、-C(=O)-、又は-CH=CH-であって、L1が複数ある場合、当該L1は同一であっても異なっていてもよく、
Q1は、1+n価の連結基であって、Q1が複数ある場合、当該Q1は同一であっても異なっていてもよく、
Tは、密着性基であって、複数あるTは同一であっても異なっていてもよく、

- R2の炭素数が1~10である、請求項1又は2に記載の含フッ素エーテル化合物。
- -Q1(-T)nが、-Q2[(-R3-T)a(-R4)3-a]である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の含フッ素エーテル化合物。
ただし、
Q2は、炭素原子またはケイ素原子であり、Q2が複数ある場合、当該Q2は同一であっても異なっていてもよく、
R3は、単結合、又はフッ素原子を有していてもよく炭素原子間にエーテル結合を有していてもよいアルキレン基であり、R3が複数ある場合、当該R3は同一であっても異なっていてもよく、
R4は、水素原子、フッ素原子、フッ素原子を有してもよく炭素原子間にエーテル結合を有していてもよいアルキル基、又は、-R5-Q2[(-R3-T)b(-R6)3-b]であって、R4が複数ある場合、当該R4は同一であっても異なっていてもよく、
R5は、単結合、又はフッ素原子を有してもよく炭素原子間にエーテル結合を有していてもよいアルキレン基であって、R5が複数ある場合、当該R5は同一であっても異なっていてもよく、

- Tが、臭素原子、ヨウ素原子、水酸基、アミノ基、カルボキシ基、アルデヒド基、エポキシ基、チオール基、リン酸基、ホスホン酸基、不飽和炭化水素基、アリール基、及び-Si(R21)3-d(L21)dより選択される1種以上である、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の含フッ素エーテル化合物。
ただし、
R21は、アルキル基であり、
L21は、加水分解性基又は水酸基であり、複数あるL21は同一であっても異なっていてもよく、
dは、2又は3である。 - 下式(B1)又は式(B2)で表される化合物。
