Description

一种用于纺织材料的整理收纳装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及纺织材料加工领域,尤其涉及一种用于纺织材料的整理收纳装置。
背景技术
纺织材料是指纤维及纤维制品,具体表现为纤维、纱线、织物及其复合物。现代纺织中,纺织新材料的研发,特别是纳米纤维的开发和使用,突破了传统意义上的纺织材料概念。纺织材料成为软物质材料的重要组成部分,以“形”及其复合形式为研究主体是纺织材料的基本特征之一。
纺织材料在加工完成后,需要通过收纳装置对其进行收纳存储,传统的收纳装置无法对纺织材料进行移动导向,极易造成纺织材料集中收卷在收卷辊一侧,收卷效果不佳。因此,如何对纺织材料进行移动导向成为亟需解决的问题。
实用新型内容
(一)实用新型目的
为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本实用新型提出一种用于纺织材料的整理收纳装置,能够对纺织材料进行移动导向,使纺织材料均匀收卷,同时收卷效果佳,实用性强。
(二)技术方案
本实用新型提供了一种用于纺织材料的整理收纳装置,包括收纳箱、固定在收纳箱下侧面上的底座、安装在收纳箱一侧的支撑架以及安装在收纳箱内一侧的载板,载板中部设置移动导向机构,收纳箱内一侧设置收卷机构;
移动导向机构包括驱动轴以及承载框,驱动轴转动设置在安装口内中部, 且驱动轴一端通过减速器与驱动电机的输出轴相连接,驱动电机安装在安装架一侧表面,驱动轴一端固定凸块,凸块外表面与承载框内表面贴合,承载框设置在安装口内,安装口开设在载板中部,承载框一侧表面设置导向杆,导向杆一端滑动连接在导向槽内,导向槽开设在安装口内一侧表面,承载框上侧面中部固定支撑杆,支撑杆上端面安装导向轮。
优选的,支撑杆上端贯穿调节口,调节口开设在载板上侧面上,且调节口下部与安装口连通。
优选的,导向杆以及导向槽均设有两个,两个导向杆对称固定在承载框两侧表面,且两个导向杆分别滑动连接两个导向槽内,两个导向槽对称开设在安装口内两侧表面。
优选的,驱动电机通过连接线与控制开关电性连接,控制开关设置在收纳槽一侧表面。
优选的,收卷机构包括收卷轴以及收卷筒,收卷筒套接固定在收卷轴外侧面上,收卷轴转动连接在收纳箱内一侧。
优选的,收卷轴一端固定第二伞齿轮,第二伞齿轮通过轮齿与第一伞齿轮啮合,第一伞齿轮固定在转轴一端,转轴另一端与安装架内一侧表面转动连接。
优选的,转轴外表面一侧套接固定第二带轮,第二带轮通过同步带与第一带轮连接,第一带轮套接固定在驱动轴外侧面上。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的上述技术方案具有如下有益的技术效果:
1、通过驱动轴、凸块、承载框以及导向轮的设置,能够通过驱动轴转动带动凸块转动,凸块转动带动承载框往复移动,承载框往复移动带动导向轮往复移动,并对纺织材料进行移动导向,使纺织材料有序均匀收卷至收卷筒上。
2、通过第一带轮、第二带轮、转轴、第一伞齿轮以及第二伞齿轮的设置, 能够将第一带轮以及第二带轮的转动,带动转轴转动,转轴转动带动第一伞齿轮以及第二伞齿轮配合转动,并带动收卷轴转动,收卷轴带动收卷筒转动,实现纺织材料的收卷功能。

移动导向机构1包括驱动轴101以及承载框104,驱动轴101转动设置在安装口102内中部,且驱动轴101一端通过减速器与驱动电机110的输出轴相连接,驱动电机110安装在安装架5一侧表面,驱动轴101一端焊接固定凸块103,凸块103外表面与承载框104内表面贴合,承载框104设置在安装口102内,安装口102开设在载板6中部,承载框104一侧表面焊接固定导向杆108,导向杆108一端滑动连接在导向槽109内,导向槽109开设在安装口102内一侧表面,承载框104上侧面中部固定支撑杆106,支撑杆106上端面安装导向轮107。
本实用新型中,接通驱动电机110电路,驱动电机110带动驱动轴101转动,驱动轴101带动凸块103转动,凸块103转动带动承载框104移动,承载框104移动带动导向杆108在导向槽109内移动,同时承载框104带动支撑杆106移动,支撑杆106带动导向轮107移动,导向轮107带动纺织材料移动,并对纺织材料进行移动导向。
在一个可选的实施例中,支撑杆106上端贯穿调节口105,调节口105开设在载板6上侧面上,且调节口105下部与安装口102连通。
需要说明的是,支撑杆106在调节口105内,提高支撑杆106移动时的导向性。
在一个可选的实施例中,导向杆108以及导向槽109均设有两个,两个导向杆108对称固定在承载框104两侧表面,且两个导向杆108分别滑动连接两个导向槽109内,两个导向槽109对称开设在安装口102内两侧表面。
需要说明的是,承载框104移动分别带动两个导向杆108在两个导向槽109内移动,提高承载框104移动时的稳定性。
在一个可选的实施例中,驱动电机110通过连接线与控制开关电性连接,控制开关设置在收纳槽一侧表面。
需要说明的是,便于控制驱动电机110的运行。
优选的,收卷机构2包括收卷轴203以及收卷筒202,收卷筒202套接固定在收卷轴203外侧面上,收卷轴203转动连接在收纳箱3内一侧,收卷轴203一端焊接固定第二伞齿轮207,第二伞齿轮207通过轮齿与第一伞齿轮206啮合,第一伞齿轮206焊接固定在转轴205一端,转轴205另一端与安装架5内一侧表面转动连接,转轴205外表面一侧套接固定第二带轮204,第二带轮204通过同步带与第一带轮201连接,第一带轮201套接固定在驱动轴101外侧面上。
需要说明的是,驱动电机110运行带动驱动轴101转动,驱动轴101转动带动第一带轮201转动,第一带轮201通过同步带带动第二带轮204转动,第二带轮204转动带动转轴205转动,转轴205转动带动第一伞齿轮206转动,第一伞齿轮206转动带动第二伞齿轮207转动,第二伞齿轮207转动带动收卷轴203转动,收卷轴203转动带动收卷筒202转动,收卷筒202转动将纺织材料有序均匀的进行收卷。
