所述的铝塑膜,其所述胶粘剂层为聚氨酯胶粘剂,控制经烘烤后胶粘剂层厚度为2μm-5μm。
所述的铝塑膜,其所述粘合树脂层为改性聚烯烃胶粘剂,控制烘烤后粘合剂层厚度为3μm~7μm。
优选的,是所述的铝塑膜,其特征是所述胶粘剂层厚度为3-4μm。
本发明提供的一种降低锂电池封装用铝塑膜表面摩擦力的方法及其制备的铝塑膜产品,具有如下技术优点:主要体现在其是在对现有的半成品涂胶后经低温的压合温度进行压合,同时在烘烤时使用低温40-50℃烘箱烘烤,减少了生产能耗,降低了生产成本;
二是利用本发明的方法制备提供的锂电池封装用铝塑膜成品,通过降低温度及增加常温静置的方式,使材料中的芥酸酰胺在低温下从膜的内面迁移出到膜表面的凹坑中,降低了铝塑膜表面的摩擦力;
三是本发明方法制备提供的铝塑膜,降低膜表面的摩擦力,增加了铝塑膜冲深成型性,减少了恒温恒湿分层概率的发生,提高了锂电池使用的安全性;可用于产业化大规模生产。
四是本发明方法解决了在锂电池封装用铝塑膜冲壳时冲深不够,冲壳易破损,恒温恒湿分层的问题;延长了软包锂电池使用寿命。
具体实施方式:
本发明公开一种降低铝塑膜表面摩擦力的方法,所述铝塑膜包括外、中、内三层构成,所述外层为耐热树脂层、中间为铝箔层而内层为热封层,将构成铝塑膜的耐热树脂层、铝箔层和热封层材料的半成品,所述铝箔层为经表面处理工艺处理制成的铝箔;在层与层之间涂覆胶粘剂通过复合主压合、烘烤、静置制为铝塑膜,其特征是各工艺技术参数步骤控制如下:
(1)将半成品涂胶后进行复合主压合处理,控制复合主压合处理时的温度为55-65℃,优选是控制复合压合处理时的主压合辊辊温度为60-62℃,并控制复合压合处理时的压合压力为0.15-0.25mpa;制得复合半成品;
(2)将步骤(1)复合半成品置于烘烤装置中进行烘烤处理,控制烘烤处理时的烘烤温度为40-50℃,在此温度下,控制烘烤处理时间7-15天,得铝塑膜半成品;
(3)将步骤(2)制备的铝塑膜半成品,移出烘烤装置后,于常温条件下静置1-3天,得到铝塑膜成品。
同时优选的是,对铝箔层进行表面的处理,所述铝箔层为经表面处理工艺处理制成的铝箔,包括如下步骤:
1)是对铝箔表面进行酸化处理,控制酸化处理时间为15-30分钟,为酸化铝箔;控制所述酸化处理的溶液为如下质量比组分组成混合制备而成的混合溶液:磷酸溶液30-65%,盐酸溶液5-20%,硫酸溶液15-35%,乙二酸10-15%;
2)将步骤1)的酸化铝箔置于过氧化氢溶液中,进行过氧化处理,控制过氧化处理时间3-5分钟,为过氧化铝箔;
3)将上步的过氧化铝箔在温度为25-40℃风干干燥处理,10-15分钟,即为经表面处理工艺处理后制备而成的铝箔。
本发明公开的一种利用上面所述的降低铝塑膜表面摩擦力的方法制备的具有低表面摩擦力的铝塑膜,包括外、中、内三层构成,所述外层为耐热树脂层、中间为铝箔层而内层为热封层,其特征是所述耐热树脂层为PA材料,控制所述耐热树脂的层厚度为10-30μm;
所述铝箔层为一种经表面处理工艺处理后制备而成的铝箔,控制铝箔的厚度为30um-50um;
所述热封层为流延聚丙烯或流延聚乙烯,控制所述热封层厚度为30μm-90μm;
所述耐热树脂层与铝箔层通过胶粘剂层固定连接,所述铝箔层与热封层通过粘合树脂层固定连接;
所述胶粘剂层为聚氨酯胶粘剂,控制经烘烤后胶粘剂层厚度为2μm-5μm。
所述粘合树脂层为改性聚烯烃胶粘剂,控制烘烤后粘合剂层厚度为3μm~7μm。
优选的是控制所述胶粘剂层厚度为3-4μm。
实施例1
本实施方法制备锂电池封装用铝塑膜,铝塑膜包括外层的耐热树脂层、中间的铝箔层和内层的热封层,所述耐热树脂层为PA材料,厚度为10-30μm,所述铝箔层由一种表面处理工艺制备而成的铝箔,即所述的表面处理工艺处理制成的铝箔,包括如下步骤:
1)是对铝箔表面进行酸化处理,控制酸化处理时间为15-30分钟,为酸化铝箔;控制所述酸化处理的溶液为如下质量比组分组成混合制备而成的混合溶液:磷酸溶液30-65%,盐酸溶液5-20%,硫酸溶液15-35%,乙二酸10-15%;
2)将步骤1)的酸化铝箔置于过氧化氢溶液中,进行过氧化处理,控制过氧化处理时间3-5分钟,为过氧化铝箔;
3)将上步的过氧化铝箔在温度为25-40℃风干干燥处理,10-15分钟,即为经表面处理工艺处理后制备而成的铝箔,厚度为30um-50um;
所述热封层为流延聚丙烯或流延聚乙烯,厚度为30μm-90μm,所述耐热树脂层与铝箔层通过胶粘剂层固定连接,所述铝箔层与热封层通过粘合树脂层固定连接,所述胶粘剂层为聚氨酯胶粘剂,烘烤后胶粘剂层厚度为2μm-5μm。所述粘合树脂层为改性聚烯烃胶粘剂,烘烤后胶粘剂层厚度为3μm-7μm。将现制备而成的锂电池封装用铝塑膜的半成品涂胶后经过60℃的主压合复合后,收卷放入40-50℃烘箱烘烤7-15天,出烘箱静置1-3天得到铝塑膜成品。测试表面摩擦力;下面实施例未说明之处均与实施例1相同。
实施例2:
将现有的半成品涂胶后经过60℃的主压合复合后,收卷放入70-90℃烘箱烘烤7-15天,出烘箱静置1-3天得到铝塑膜成品。测试表面摩擦力。
实施例3:
将现有的半成品涂胶后经过60℃的主压合复合后,收卷放入45-50℃烘箱烘烤7-15天,出烘箱静置12小时;测试表面摩擦力。
性能测试:
使用摩擦力测试仪:将本发明方法制备成品铝塑膜分别切成切成17*17mm正方形和25*50mm样条,用摩擦力测试仪进行摩擦力测试(PP面对PP面摩擦,PA面对PA面摩擦),记录摩擦力数据,然后进行冲壳测试和恒温恒湿测试,同样记录数据。
对比例1:
为国内外现有的具有低锂电池封装用铝塑膜表面摩擦力的产品样品,结构为:PA薄膜25μm/第一胶粘剂层4μm/带钝化层的铝箔层40μm/第二胶粘剂层4μm/流延聚丙烯40μm。

说明:从本发明的实施例1、实施例2、实施例3与对比例1相比较,实施例1与对比例1无差异,说明利用本发明降低铝塑膜表面摩擦力的方法制备的锂电池封装用铝塑膜产品具有较低的表面摩擦力。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。均落入本专利保护法范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种降低铝塑膜表面摩擦力的方法,所述铝塑膜包括外、中、内三层构成,所述外层为耐热树脂层、中间为铝箔层而内层为热封层,构成铝塑膜的耐热树脂层、铝箔层和热封层材料的半成品,所述铝箔层为经表面处理工艺处理制成的铝箔;在层与层之间涂覆胶粘剂通过复合主压合、烘烤、静置制为铝塑膜,其特征是各工艺技术参数步骤控制如下:
    (1)将半成品涂胶后进行复合主压合处理,控制复合主压合处理时的温度为55-65℃,制得复合半成品;
    (2)将步骤(1)复合半成品置于烘烤装置中进行烘烤处理,控制烘烤处理时的烘烤温度为40-50℃,得铝塑膜半成品;
    (3)将步骤(2)制备的铝塑膜半成品,移出烘烤装置后,于常温条件下静置1-3天,得到铝塑膜成品。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种降低铝塑膜表面摩擦力的方法,其特征是控制复合压合处理时的主压合辊辊温度为60-62℃。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种降低铝塑膜表面摩擦力的方法,其特征是步骤(2)控制烘烤处理时间为7-15天。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种降低铝塑膜表面摩擦力的方法,其特征是控制复合压合处理时的压合压力为0.15-0.25mpa。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种降低铝塑膜表面摩擦力的方法,其特征是所述铝箔层为经表面处理工艺处理制成的铝箔,包括如下步骤:
    1)是对铝箔表面进行酸化处理,控制酸化处理时间为15-30分钟,为酸化铝箔;控制所述酸化处理的溶液为如下质量比组分组成混合制备而成的混合溶液:磷酸溶液30-65%,盐酸溶液5-20%,硫酸溶液15-35%,乙二酸10-15%;
    2)将步骤1)的酸化铝箔置于过氧化氢溶液中,进行过氧化处理,控制过氧化处理时间3-5分钟,为过氧化铝箔;
    3)将上步的过氧化铝箔在温度为25-40℃风干干燥处理,10-15分钟,即为经表面处理工艺处理后制备而成的铝箔。
  6. 一种利用权利要求1所述的降低铝塑膜表面摩擦力的方法制备的具有低表面摩擦力的铝塑膜,包括外、中、内三层构成,所述外层为耐热树脂层、中间为铝箔层而内层为热封层,其特征是所述耐热树脂层为PA材料,控制所述耐热树脂的层厚度为10-30μm;
    所述铝箔层为一种经表面处理工艺处理后制备而成的铝箔,控制铝箔的厚度为30um-50um;
    所述热封层为流延聚丙烯或流延聚乙烯,控制所述热封层厚度为30μm-90μm;
    所述耐热树脂层与铝箔层通过胶粘剂层固定连接,所述铝箔层与热封层通过粘合树脂层固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的铝塑膜,其特征是所述胶粘剂层为聚氨酯胶粘剂,控制经烘烤后胶粘剂层厚度为2μm-5μm。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的铝塑膜,其特征是所述粘合树脂层为改性聚烯烃胶粘剂,控制烘烤后粘合剂层厚度为3μm~7μm。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的铝塑膜,其特征是所述胶粘剂层厚度为3-4μm。
