Abstract

本发明提供一种耐高温的铝塑复合膜,包括:从上往下依次设置的哑光层、尼龙层、第一接着剂层、铝箔层、第二接着剂层和PP层,哑光层中设有多个中空玻璃微珠,各个中空玻璃微珠通过胶黏剂连接。本发明提出的耐高温的铝塑复合膜,在尼龙外层再加一层哑光层,该涂层的填充物是一种中空粒子,其具有耐高温性能同时使尼龙表面有球形凸起,在冲深成型时减少与模具的接触面积,进而减少摩擦提高冲深性能。该产品适用于所有现有的铝塑膜,其操作方法简单易行,不仅提高了电池生产商的效率而且提升了铝塑膜的产品性能。

Description

一种耐高温的铝塑复合膜
技术领域
本发明属于新材料技术领域,具体涉及一种耐高温的铝塑复合膜。
背景技术
现在铝塑膜不仅用于3C类消费电子更广泛用于动力电池等,现有技术使用尼龙作为外层材料的原因是尼龙主要是保护中间层铝箔层不受划伤,并且在加工过程中能够连续操作而不破坏外观,以及在电池的使用过程中防止由于跌落等对电池造成的冲击震荡等来进行内部保护,但是在使用的过程中电池生产厂商为了提高生产效率会提高热封温度,缩短热封时间,但随之而来的是尼龙表面在高温下易被破坏发生白化。
因此针对以上问题,需要开发一种耐高温的铝塑复合膜。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐高温的铝塑复合膜,来解决锂电池热封时因高温使得尼龙表面破坏白化的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种耐高温的铝塑复合膜,包括:从上往下依次设置的哑光层、尼龙层、第一接着剂层、铝箔层、第二接着剂层和PP层,所述哑光层中设有多个中空玻璃微珠,各个中空玻璃微珠通过胶黏剂连接,所述中空玻璃微珠包括壳体部和空气部,所述壳体部呈封闭的球型,所述壳体部的中心为中空结构,内部填充有空气,为空气部。
作为本发明所述一种耐高温的铝塑复合膜的一种优选方案,所述哑光层用凹版辊涂布在所述尼龙层上,所述哑光层的厚度为3-4um,所述胶黏剂包括主剂和硬化剂,所述主剂为聚酯多元醇或丙烯酸系,所述硬化剂为HDI或者IPDI与HDI的混合物,当所述硬化剂为IPDI与HDI的混合物时,所述IPDI与所述HDI的质量比为9:1。
作为本发明所述一种耐高温的铝塑复合膜的一种优选方案,所述中空玻璃微珠的壳体部的体积占所述中空玻璃微珠的体积的10%-30%。
作为本发明所述一种耐高温的铝塑复合膜的一种优选方案,所述中空玻璃微珠的壳体部的壁厚为1.2-2.2μm,所述壳体部的材质为SiO2,Al2O3,MgO中的任意一种。
作为本发明所述一种耐高温的铝塑复合膜的一种优选方案,所述中空玻璃微珠的空气部的体积占所述中空玻璃微珠的体积的85%。
作为本发明所述一种耐高温的铝塑复合膜的一种优选方案,所述尼龙层的材质为尼龙-6,所述尼龙层的厚度为20-30μm。
作为本发明所述一种耐高温的铝塑复合膜的一种优选方案,所述铝箔层的厚度为36-44μm。
作为本发明所述一种耐高温的铝塑复合膜的一种优选方案,所述第一接着剂层的材质为丙烯酸类、聚氨酯类、环氧类、聚酯类胶黏剂中的任意一种或几种,所述第一接着剂层为10-15g/m2
作为本发明所述一种耐高温的铝塑复合膜的一种优选方案,所述第二接着剂层的材质为丙烯酸类、聚氨酯类、环氧类、聚酯类胶黏剂中的任意一种或几种,所述第二接着剂层为25-30g/m2
作为本发明所述一种耐高温的铝塑复合膜的一种优选方案,所述PP层的厚度为10~30μm。
与现有技术相比,本发明提出的一种耐高温的铝塑复合膜,具有以下优点:在尼龙外层再加一层耐热涂层,该涂层的填充物是一种中空粒子,其具有耐高温性能同时使尼龙表面有球形凸起,在冲深成型时减少与模具的接触面积,进而减少摩擦提高冲深性能。其解决了电池生产商为了提高生产效率在较高温度下热封导致的尼龙被破坏发白的问题。该产品适用于所有现有的铝塑膜,其操作方法简单易行,不仅提高了电池生产商的效率而且提升了铝塑膜的产品性能。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
首先,此处所称的“一个实施例”或“实施例”是指可包含于本发明至少一个实现方式中的特定特征、结构或特性。在本说明书中不同地方出现的“在一个实施例中”并非均指同一个实施例,也不是单独的或选择性的与其他实施例互相排斥的实施例。
其次,本发明利用结构示意图等进行详细描述,在详述本发明实施例时,为便于说明,表示一种耐高温的铝塑复合膜结构的示意图会不依一般比例作局部放大,而且所述示意图只是实例,其在此不应限制本发明保护的范围。此外,在实际制作中应包含长度、宽度及深度的三维空间。
如图1所示,耐高温的铝塑复合膜从上到下的结构分别为:填充中空玻璃微珠7的聚氨酯涂层,即哑光层1;尼龙层2;第一接着剂层3;铝箔层4;第二接着剂层5;PP层6。填充中空玻璃微珠7的聚氨酯涂层用凹版辊涂布在尼龙层2上,形成哑光层1,哑光层1的厚度为3-4um。中空玻璃微珠7壳体部占总体的体积分数为10%-30%之间较优,中空玻璃微珠7的掺入体积百分比较小的情况下,材料表面致密的,中空玻璃微珠7几乎没有破坏以及聚集结块的情况。更好的,中空玻璃微珠7内空气所占体积分数基本保持在85%左右,中空玻璃微珠7的壁厚在1.2-2.2较优,中空玻璃微珠7的壁厚随着粒径的增大而增大。中空玻璃微珠7是无机材料,可选择SiO2,Al2O3,MgO。如图2所示,中空玻璃微珠7的大小可以各不相同。尼龙层2的材料为尼龙-6,厚度为20-30μm之间较优。第一接着剂层3、第二接着剂层5所选的胶黏剂为丙烯酸类、聚氨酯类、环氧类、聚酯类、胶黏剂的一种或几种。铝箔层4的厚度为36-44μm之间较优。PP层6的厚度为10~30μm之间较优。
哑光层1的成分如下:
一、耐高温测试
1、样品制备:使用5#线棒在铝塑膜成品表面涂布一层哑光层1;
2、样品尺寸:热封长75mm×热封宽10mm
3、如图2所示,耐高温原理:热封头热压在材料外表层的时,热传导经过中空的玻璃微珠会将热分散,到达基材表面的温度不会导致基材伤。

表1表示NG比例,从表1中可以看出,哑光层对尼龙高温耐热性能有显著提升;耐热效果配方M1﹥配方M2﹥现有技术。

从表2中可以看出,哑光层对热封强度没有影响;温度、时间、压强的增加会提升热封强度。
如图4和5所示,在高温情况下现有技术出现了热封不良,配方M1、配方M2均无出现异常。
具体实施方式,请参见下述实施例1-3:
实施例1
哑光层1的涂布使用微凹辊涂布,目数选择105线;哑光层1的厚度为3.5μm;中空玻璃微珠7的体积分数为10%;中空玻璃微珠7的壁厚为1.2μm;中空玻璃微珠7为SiO2;哑光层1的配方为聚酯多元醇+中空玻璃微珠60%、IPDI+HDI20%、甲苯15%、助剂5%,其中,IPDI:HDI为9:1。尼龙层2为25μm的双拉尼龙;第二接着剂层5采用聚氨酯双组份胶黏剂,利用网辊涂布烘干压合在铝箔层4上。第二接着剂层5的厚度5μm;铝箔层4厚度为40μm;第一接着剂层3采用聚氨酯双组份胶黏剂,利用网辊涂布烘干压合在铝箔层4上。第一接着剂层3的厚度3μm;PP层6采用流延等规聚丙烯与无规聚丙烯共挤而成,厚度为25μm。
实施例2
哑光层1的涂布使用微凹辊涂布,目数选择105线;哑光层1的厚度为3μm;中空玻璃微珠7的体积分数为10%;中空玻璃微珠7的材料为MgO,中空玻璃微珠7的壁厚为1.8μm;哑光层1的配方为聚酯多元醇+中空玻璃微珠70%、HDI4%、甲苯26%。尼龙层2为20μm的双拉尼龙;第二接着剂层5采用聚氨酯双组份胶黏剂,利用网辊涂布烘干压合在铝箔层4上。第二接着剂层5的厚度5μm;铝箔层4厚度为36μm;第一接着剂层3采用聚氨酯双组份胶黏剂,利用网辊涂布烘干压合在铝箔层4上。第一接着剂层3的厚度3μm;PP层6采用流延等规聚丙烯与无规聚丙烯共挤而成,厚度为10μm。
实施例3
哑光层1的涂布使用微凹辊涂布,目数选择105线;哑光层1的厚度为4μm;中空玻璃微珠7的体积分数为30%;中空玻璃微珠7的壁厚为2.2μm;中空玻璃微珠7的材料为Al2O3;哑光层1的配方为丙烯酸系+中空玻璃微珠60%、IPDI+HDI20%、甲苯15%、助剂5%,其中,IPDI:HDI为9:1。尼龙层2为30μm的双拉尼龙;第二接着剂层5采用聚氨酯双组份胶黏剂,利用网辊涂布烘干压合在铝箔层4上。第二接着剂层5的厚度5μm;铝箔层4厚度为44μm;第一接着剂层3采用聚氨酯双组份胶黏剂,利用网辊涂布烘干压合在铝箔层4上。第一接着剂层3的厚度3μm;PP层6采用流延等规聚丙烯与无规聚丙烯共挤而成,厚度为30μm。
所属领域内的普通技术人员应该能够理解的是,本发明的特点或目的之一在于:本发明提出的耐高温的铝塑复合膜,在尼龙表面涂一层耐高温热传导效率高的涂层,即哑光层,一方面提高热封效率,另一方面可以降低尼龙表面的摩擦系数提高成型性,可提高热封效率,提高厂家生产效率,可有效提高外层尼龙的安全性,更好的保护铝层,同时填充中空粒子的涂层可以减少冲深成型时的接触面积,提高成型性,提高了铝塑膜整体的安全性能。

1.一种耐高温的铝塑复合膜,其特征在于,包括:从上往下依次设置的哑光层、尼龙层、第一接着剂层、铝箔层、第二接着剂层和PP层,所述哑光层中设有多个中空玻璃微珠,各个中空玻璃微珠通过胶黏剂连接,所述中空玻璃微珠包括壳体部和空气部,所述壳体部呈封闭的球型,所述壳体部的中心为中空结构,内部填充有空气,为空气部。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种耐高温的铝塑复合膜,其特征在于:所述哑光层用凹版辊涂布在所述尼龙层上,所述哑光层的厚度为3-4um,所述胶黏剂包括主剂和硬化剂,所述主剂为聚酯多元醇或丙烯酸系,所述硬化剂为HDI或者IPDI与HDI的混合物,当所述硬化剂为IPDI与HDI的混合物时,所述IPDI与所述HDI的质量比为9:1。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种耐高温的铝塑复合膜,其特征在于:所述中空玻璃微珠的壳体部的体积占所述中空玻璃微珠的体积的10%-30%。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种耐高温的铝塑复合膜,其特征在于:所述中空玻璃微珠的壳体部的壁厚为1.2-2.2μm,所述壳体部的材质为SiO2,Al2O3,MgO中的任意一种。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种耐高温的铝塑复合膜,其特征在于:所述中空玻璃微珠的空气部的体积占所述中空玻璃微珠的体积的85%。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种耐高温的铝塑复合膜,其特征在于:所述尼龙层的材质为尼龙-6,所述尼龙层的厚度为20-30μm。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种耐高温的铝塑复合膜,其特征在于:所述铝箔层的厚度为36-44μm。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种耐高温的铝塑复合膜,其特征在于:所述第一接着剂层的材质为丙烯酸类、聚氨酯类、环氧类、聚酯类胶黏剂中的任意一种或几种,所述第一接着剂层为10-15g/m2
