本发明公开了一种防辐射计算机贴膜,包括膜基材、自洁层、防辐射层、静电吸附层和可撕离型层,所述膜基材的内侧设置有静电吸附层和可撕离型层,所述可撕离型层位于静电吸附层底部,所述静电吸附层内固定设有条状透明胶粘层,所述膜基材内包括耐磨保护层、胶粘层和隔热层,所述耐磨保护层位于胶粘层顶部,所述隔热层位于胶粘层底部,所述耐磨保护层和胶粘层之间固定设有抗静电层,所述胶粘层和隔热层之间固定设有防爆膜层,所述膜基材为PET膜。该种防辐射计算机贴膜设计合理、简单,稳定性好,可靠性高安全性好,适合广泛推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种贴膜,特别涉及一种防辐射计算机贴膜。
背景技术
贴膜是指在笔记本显示屏或壳体表面或汽车玻璃表面装贴一层薄薄的玻璃膜产品,贴膜可以一定程度阻挡电脑显示屏工作产生的电离静电辐射,还可以一定程度的保护笔记本,防止笔记本显示屏防刮、笔记本受压损坏。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种防辐射计算机贴膜,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种防辐射计算机贴膜,包括膜基材、自洁层、防辐射层、静电吸附层和可撕离型层,所述膜基材的内侧设置有静电吸附层和可撕离型层,所述可撕离型层位于静电吸附层底部,所述静电吸附层内固定设有条状透明胶粘层,所述膜基材内包括耐磨保护层、胶粘层和隔热层,所述耐磨保护层位于胶粘层顶部,所述隔热层位于胶粘层底部,所述耐磨保护层和胶粘层之间固定设有抗静电层,所述胶粘层和隔热层之间固定设有防爆膜层,所述膜基材为PET膜。
进一步地,所述可撕离型层的的一侧固定设有拉耳部。
进一步地,所述膜基材的外侧固定设有防辐射层,所述防辐射层与膜基材之间固定设有自洁层。
进一步地,所述防辐射层为银纤维材料制作而成,所述自洁层为纳米级二氧化硅材料制作而成,所述耐磨保护层为PET材料制成,所述抗静电层为抗静电PCV材料制作而成。
进一步地,所述胶粘层为热熔胶材料,所述防爆膜层为软性玻璃膜TPU材料制作而成,所述隔热层为铟锡氧化物抗氧化膜,所述可撕离型层为离型纸或离型膜。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:通过在膜基材的底部设置有静电吸附层和可撕离型层,在给计算机显示屏或机壳贴膜时,采静电吸附与透明胶粘层粘结相结合的方式进行安装,从而在保证车贴膜安装牢固性的同时提高了处理残胶时便利性,操作更为省时省工,通过设置自洁层,与现有贴膜相比,减少了因清洗贴膜带来的腐蚀和磨损,通过设置抗静电层、耐磨保护层、防辐射层、隔热层,提高了计算机贴膜的抗静电、耐磨、防辐射和隔热效果,对使用者更健康,通过设置由PET材料为膜基材,提高了贴膜的防划性,保护了计算机显示屏或机壳。故实用性很高,适合广泛推广。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1-2所示,一种防辐射计算机贴膜,包括膜基材12、自洁层10、防辐射层11、静电吸附层4和可撕离型层1,所述膜基材12的内侧设置有静电吸附层4和可撕离型层1,所述可撕离型层1位于静电吸附层4底部,所述静电吸附层4内固定设有条状透明胶粘层2,所述膜基材12内包括耐磨保护层9、胶粘层7和隔热层5,所述耐磨保护层9位于胶粘层7顶部,所述隔热层5位于胶粘层7底部,所述耐磨保护层9和胶粘层7之间固定设有抗静电层8,所述胶粘层7和隔热层5之间固定设有防爆膜层6,所述膜基材12为PET膜。
其中,所述可撕离型层1的的一侧固定设有拉耳部3。
其中,所述膜基材12的外侧固定设有防辐射层11,所述防辐射层11与膜基材12之间固定设有自洁层10。
其中,所述防辐射层11为银纤维材料制作而成,所述自洁层10为纳米级二氧化硅材料制作而成,所述耐磨保护层9为PET材料制成,所述抗静电层8为抗静电PCV材料制作而成。
其中,所述胶粘层7为热熔胶材料,所述防爆膜层6为软性玻璃膜TPU材料制作而成,所述隔热层5为铟锡氧化物抗氧化膜,所述可撕离型层1为离型纸或离型膜。
需要说明的是,本发明为一种防辐射计算机贴膜,工作时,通过在膜基材12的底部设置有静电吸附层4和可撕离型层1,在给计算机显示屏或机壳贴膜时,采静电吸附与透明胶粘层粘结相结合的方式进行安装,从而在保证车贴膜安装牢固性的同时提高了处理残胶时便利性,操作更为省时省工,通过设置自洁层10,与现有贴膜相比,减少了因清洗贴膜带来的腐蚀和磨损,通过设置抗静电层8、耐磨保护层9、防辐射层11、隔热层5,提高了计算机贴膜的抗静电、耐磨、防辐射和隔热效果,对使用者更健康,通过设置由PET材料为膜基材12,提高了贴膜的防划性,保护了计算机显示屏或机壳。故实用性很高,适合广泛推广。

1.一种防辐射计算机贴膜,包括膜基材(12)、自洁层(10)、防辐射层(11)、静电吸附层(4)和可撕离型层(1),其特征在于:所述膜基材(12)的内侧设置有静电吸附层(4)和可撕离型层(1),所述可撕离型层(1)位于静电吸附层(4)底部,所述静电吸附层(4)内固定设有条状透明胶粘层(2),所述膜基材(12)内包括耐磨保护层(9)、胶粘层(7)和隔热层(5),所述耐磨保护层(9)位于胶粘层(7)顶部,所述隔热层(5)位于胶粘层(7)底部,所述耐磨保护层(9)和胶粘层(7)之间固定设有抗静电层(8),所述胶粘层(7)和隔热层(5)之间固定设有防爆膜层(6),所述膜基材(12)为PET膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防辐射计算机贴膜,其特征在于:所述可撕离型层(1)的的一侧固定设有拉耳部(3)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防辐射计算机贴膜,其特征在于:所述膜基材(12)的外侧固定设有防辐射层(11),所述防辐射层(11)与膜基材(12)之间固定设有自洁层(10)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防辐射计算机贴膜,其特征在于:所述防辐射层(11)为银纤维材料制作而成,所述自洁层(10)为纳米级二氧化硅材料制作而成,所述耐磨保护层(9)为PET材料制成,所述抗静电层(8)为抗静电PCV材料制作而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防辐射计算机贴膜,其特征在于:所述胶粘层(7)为热熔胶材料,所述防爆膜层(6)为软性玻璃膜TPU材料制作而成,所述隔热层(5)为铟锡氧化物抗氧化膜,所述可撕离型层(1)为离型纸或离型膜。
