Abstract
本发明公开了一种PET膜,包括离型膜层,离型膜层上依次层状排布PET保护膜、碳纳米层、防爆膜层、纳米隔热层、导电层、低辐射膜层、防指纹保护层和防水层,所述PET保护膜、碳纳米层、防爆膜层和纳米隔热层的厚度之和与低辐射膜层、防指纹保护层和防水层的厚度之和相同,离型膜层上开有若干个通孔。本发明提供的PET膜通过层状排布的结构,提高了PET膜的防爆性、隔热性和防水性,通过导电层进行导电,通过碳纳米层实现屏蔽电磁波、消除静电、反射红外线和紫外线的目的,通过防指纹保护层避免膜表面残留指纹的问题,离型膜层上设置便于拆离的通孔,提高离型率,结构简单,功能较为完善,使用寿命长,应用前景广阔。

技术领域
本发明属于PET膜技术领域,具体涉及一种PET膜。
背景技术
众所周知,PET膜具有拉伸强度大、弹性模量高、耐冲击强度大等优点,在工农业等诸多领域均有着广泛应用,随着经济社会的快速发展,目前市场出售的PET膜并不能完全满足行业需求,存在功能单一的问题,使用寿命短,实用性有待进一步提高。
发明内容
发明目的:为解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供一种PET膜,延长使用寿命。
技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的一种PET膜,包括离型膜层,离型膜层上依次层状排布PET保护膜、碳纳米层、防爆膜层、纳米隔热层、导电层、低辐射膜层、防指纹保护层和防水层,所述PET保护膜、碳纳米层、防爆膜层和纳米隔热层的厚度之和与低辐射膜层、防指纹保护层和防水层的厚度之和相同,离型膜层上开有若干个通孔。
进一步的,所述离型膜层呈长方形结构,离型膜层的四个边沿均开有一个圆形的通孔。
进一步的,所述离型膜层呈正方形结构,离型膜层的四个边沿均开有两个圆形的通孔。
进一步的,所述离型膜层呈椭圆形结构,离型膜层相对的两个边沿均开有两个圆形的通孔。
进一步的,所述离型膜层的厚度为0.2-4mm。
进一步的,所述PET保护膜、碳纳米层、防爆膜层和纳米隔热层的厚度之和为6-10mm,所述低辐射膜层、防指纹保护层和防水层的厚度之和为6-10mm。
进一步的,所述PET保护膜的厚度为0.5-1mm,防爆膜层的厚度为1-3.5mm,纳米隔热层的厚度为0.2-1mm。
进一步的,所述低辐射膜层的厚度为1-2.5mm,防水层的厚度为0.5-3mm。
进一步的,所述导电层为铝箔层。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明公开了一种PET膜,包括离型膜层,离型膜层上依次层状排布PET保护膜、碳纳米层、防爆膜层、纳米隔热层、导电层、低辐射膜层、防指纹保护层和防水层,所述PET保护膜、碳纳米层、防爆膜层和纳米隔热层的厚度之和与低辐射膜层、防指纹保护层和防水层的厚度之和相同,离型膜层上开有若干个通孔。本发明提供的PET膜通过层状排布的结构,提高了PET膜的防爆性、隔热性和防水性,通过导电层进行导电,通过碳纳米层实现屏蔽电磁波、消除静电、反射红外线和紫外线的目的,通过防指纹保护层避免膜表面残留指纹的问题,离型膜层上设置便于拆离的通孔,提高离型率,结构简单,功能较为完善,使用寿命长,应用前景广阔。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作更进一步的说明。
如图1-4所示,一种PET膜,包括离型膜层1,离型膜层1上依次层状排布与其相适配的PET保护膜2、碳纳米层3、防爆膜层4、纳米隔热层5、导电层6、低辐射膜层7、防指纹保护层8和防水层9,前述各膜层采用现有工艺制备或直接市购所得,实用性大大提高,功能较为完善,PET保护膜2、碳纳米层3、防爆膜层4和纳米隔热层5的厚度之和与低辐射膜层7、防指纹保护层8和防水层9的厚度之和相同,导电层6为铝箔层,导电层6还可选择其他导电材料制成,如1Cr18Ni9Ti、铜箔、镍箔等导电金属箔,通过导电层6实现导电功能,离型膜层1上开有若干个通孔10,通过通孔10实现离型膜层1的快捷拆除,若干个通孔10可对称或非对称设置。
离型膜层1采用PET制成,离型膜层1的厚度为0.2-4mm,离型膜层1的形状可设计为方形或椭圆形,可根据实际需求进行灵活选择,离型膜层1上的前述其他膜层的形状进行适应性调整。
优选的,离型膜层1呈长方形结构时,离型膜层1的四个边沿均开有一个圆形的通孔10,相对的两个边沿上的通孔10对称设置。
优选的,离型膜层1呈正方形结构,离型膜层1的四个边沿均开有两个圆形的通孔10,相对的两个边沿上的通孔10对称设置。
优选的,离型膜层1呈椭圆形结构,离型膜层1相对的两个边沿均开有两个对称设置的圆形的通孔10。
PET保护膜2、碳纳米层3、用于防爆的防爆膜层4和起到隔热作用的纳米隔热层5的厚度之和为6-10mm,同样的,低辐射膜层7、防指纹保护层8和防水层9的厚度之和为6-10mm,碳纳米层3通过组成其的碳纳米粒子实现屏蔽电磁波、消除静电、反射红外线和紫外线的目的,防指纹保护层8采用具有相应功能的材料制成,用于避免膜层表面残留指纹的问题。
PET保护膜2采用PET制成,PET保护膜2的厚度为0.5-1mm,防爆膜层4采用具有防爆抑爆功能的材料制成,防爆膜层4的厚度为1-3.5mm,纳米隔热层5采用纳米隔热漆材料或涂料制成,阻挡阳光中的部分热量,纳米隔热层5的厚度为0.2-1mm。
低辐射膜层7采用Ag-Ti结构,低辐射膜层7的厚度为1-2.5mm,防水层9采用防水材料制成,防水层9的厚度为0.5-3mm,通过防水层9实现其防水功能。
本发明不限定前述膜层的材质,可市购得到或采用现有技术进行制备,只需确保实现各自相应的功能即可。
实施例1
如图1-2所示,一种PET膜,包括离型膜层1,离型膜层1上依次层状排布与其相适配的PET保护膜2、碳纳米层3、防爆膜层4、纳米隔热层5、导电层6、低辐射膜层7、防指纹保护层8和防水层9,前述各膜层采用现有工艺制备或直接市购所得,实用性大大提高,功能较为完善,PET保护膜2、碳纳米层3、防爆膜层4和纳米隔热层5的厚度之和与低辐射膜层7、防指纹保护层8和防水层9的厚度之和相同,导电层6为铝箔层,通过导电层6实现导电功能,离型膜层1上开有若干个通孔10,通过通孔10实现离型膜层1的快捷拆除。
离型膜层1采用PET制成,厚度为0.2mm,离型膜层1的形状可设计为方形,离型膜层1上的前述其他膜层的形状进行适应性调整。

PET保护膜2、碳纳米层3、用于防爆的防爆膜层4和起到隔热作用的纳米隔热层5的厚度之和为10mm,同样的,低辐射膜层7、防指纹保护层8和防水层9的厚度之和为10mm,碳纳米层3用于实现屏蔽电磁波、消除静电、反射红外线和紫外线的目的,防指纹保护层8用于避免膜层表面残留指纹的问题。
PET保护膜2的厚度为1mm,碳纳米层3的厚度为4.5mm,防爆膜层4的厚度为3.5mm,纳米隔热层5的厚度为1mm。
低辐射膜层7采用Ag-Ti结构,厚度为2.5mm,防指纹保护层8的厚度为4.5mm,防水层9的厚度为3mm,通过防水层实现其防水功能。
实施例3
如图1和4所示,一种PET膜,包括离型膜层1,离型膜层1上依次层状排布与其相适配的PET保护膜2、碳纳米层3、防爆膜层4、纳米隔热层5、导电层6、低辐射膜层7、防指纹保护层8和防水层9,前述各膜层采用现有工艺制备或直接市购所得,实用性大大提高,功能较为完善,PET保护膜2、碳纳米层3、防爆膜层4和纳米隔热层5的厚度之和与低辐射膜层7、防指纹保护层8和防水层9的厚度之和相同,导电层6为铝箔层,通过导电层6实现导电功能,离型膜层1上开有若干个通孔10,通过通孔10实现离型膜层1的快捷拆除,离型膜层1呈椭圆形结构,离型膜层1相对的两个边沿均开有两个对称设置的圆形的通孔10。

1.一种PET膜,包括离型膜层(1),其特征在于,所述离型膜层(1)上依次层状排布PET保护膜(2)、碳纳米层(3)、防爆膜层(4)、纳米隔热层(5)、导电层(6)、低辐射膜层(7)、防指纹保护层(8)和防水层(9),所述PET保护膜(2)、碳纳米层(3)、防爆膜层(4)和纳米隔热层(5)的厚度之和与低辐射膜层(7)、防指纹保护层(8)和防水层(9)的厚度之和相同,离型膜层(1)上开有若干个通孔(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PET膜,其特征在于,所述离型膜层(1)呈长方形结构,离型膜层(1)的四个边沿均开有一个圆形的通孔(10)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种PET膜,其特征在于,所述离型膜层(1)呈正方形结构,离型膜层(1)的四个边沿均开有两个圆形的通孔(10)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种PET膜,其特征在于,所述离型膜层(1)呈椭圆形结构,离型膜层(1)相对的两个边沿均开有两个圆形的通孔(10)。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种PET膜,其特征在于,所述离型膜层(1)的厚度为0.2-4mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种PET膜,其特征在于,所述PET保护膜(2)、碳纳米层(3)、防爆膜层(4)和纳米隔热层(5)的厚度之和为6-10mm,所述低辐射膜层(7)、防指纹保护层(8)和防水层(9)的厚度之和为6-10mm。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种PET膜,其特征在于,所述PET保护膜(2)的厚度为0.5-1mm,防爆膜层(4)的厚度为1-3.5mm,纳米隔热层(5)的厚度为0.2-1mm。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种PET膜,其特征在于,所述低辐射膜层(7)的厚度为1-2.5mm,防水层(9)的厚度为0.5-3mm。
