Abstract
本发明公开了一种防摔手机离型膜,包括离型剂层,所述离型剂层的一侧表面设有防静电层,离型剂层的另一侧表面设有有机纳米粒子层,所述有机纳米粒子层的表面设有强化玻璃层,本发明的有益效果是:1、表面设有强化玻璃层,能够防止外来硬物的侵袭造成屏幕碎裂;非常适合做为手机、平板电脑、笔记本的防刮、防摔、防压等作用的保护膜。2、底面设有防静电层,能够有效避免静电吸附灰尘造成的不利影响,3、有机纳米粒子层的设计,使得本设计具有在较宽的温度范围内具有优良的物理机械性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种手机膜,具体是一种防摔手机离型膜。
背景技术
离型膜是指薄膜表面能有区分的薄膜,离型膜与特定的材料在有限的条件下接触后不具有粘性,或轻微的粘性。
离型膜因其表面平整度好,离型力稳定等优点,而在胶粘带行业有很大的市场应用,但是普通的离型膜不抗静电,容易导致粘灰等现象。
同时现有的离型膜表面强度较低,对电子屏幕也没有较好的保护作用,电子屏幕在碰撞时易碎,而电子屏幕碎裂,更换成本高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种防摔手机离型膜,以解决背景技术中提到的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种防摔手机离型膜,包括离型剂层,所述离型剂层的一侧表面设有防静电层,离型剂层的另一侧表面设有有机纳米粒子层,所述有机纳米粒子层的表面设有强化玻璃层。
作为本发明的优选方案:所述离型剂层是在聚酯膜的至少一面以干燥后的涂布量为0.06~0.3g/m2的范围涂布有以固化型硅酮为主的涂料而成。
作为本发明的优选方案:所述固化型硅酮的含乙烯基聚硅氧烷链中的乙烯基的含有比例以硅氧烷单元计为5%。
作为本发明的优选方案:所述涂料中的≡SiH基与乙烯基的含量比SiH/Vi比为2.5~7。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:1、表面设有强化玻璃层,能够防止外来硬物的侵袭造成屏幕碎裂;非常适合做为手机、平板电脑、笔记本的防刮、防摔、防压等作用的保护膜。2、底面设有防静电层,能够有效避免静电吸附灰尘造成的不利影响,3、有机纳米粒子层的设计,使得本设计具有在较宽的温度范围内具有优良的物理机械性能。

请参阅图1,一种防摔手机离型膜,包括离型剂层,所述离型剂层的一侧表面设有防静电层,离型剂层的另一侧表面设有有机纳米粒子层,所述有机纳米粒子层的表面设有强化玻璃层。
离型剂层是在聚酯膜的至少一面以干燥后的涂布量为0.06~0.3g/m2的范围涂布有以固化型硅酮为主的涂料而成。
固化型硅酮的含乙烯基聚硅氧烷链中的乙烯基的含有比例以硅氧烷单元计为5%。
涂料中的≡SiH基与乙烯基的含量比SiH/Vi比为2.5~7。
本发明的工作原理是:防静电层位于最下部,贴在手机上与手机屏幕接触,离型剂层位于防静电层上部,有机纳米粒子层位于离型剂层的上部,强化玻璃层位于最外侧。
1、表面设有强化玻璃层,能够防止外来硬物的侵袭造成屏幕碎裂;非常适合做为手机、平板电脑、笔记本的防刮、防摔、防压等作用的保护膜。2、底面设有防静电层,能够有效避免静电吸附灰尘造成的不利影响,3、有机纳米粒子层的设计,使得本设计具有在较宽的温度范围内具有优良的物理机械性能。
Claims (4)
1.一种防摔手机离型膜,包括离型剂层,其特征在于,所述离型剂层的一侧表面设有防静电层,离型剂层的另一侧表面设有有机纳米粒子层,所述有机纳米粒子层的表面设有强化玻璃层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防摔手机离型膜,其特征在于,所述离型剂层是在聚酯膜的至少一面以干燥后的涂布量为0.06~0.3g/m2的范围涂布有以固化型硅酮为主的涂料而成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防摔手机离型膜,其特征在于,所述固化型硅酮的含乙烯基聚硅氧烷链中的乙烯基的含有比例以硅氧烷单元计为5%。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种防摔手机离型膜,其特征在于,所述涂料中的≡SiH基与乙烯基的含量比SiH/Vi比为2.5~7。
